I visited with a group of friends during the late afternoon hours on a Sunday while on a short trip to DC. When we first entered, I noticed a laid back lounge vibe and wondered where everyone was given there was word of a day party going on there. Turned out the rooftop is where the party was! The high energy crowd, drinks, and upbeat music from the DJ made this an exciting hangout.
Happy Birthday 2 an Amazing Woman 👠 Yes, the food was finger licking good... Buffet Brunch (Sunday) (bottomless Mimosas) however, It was hot 🔥 hot 🥵 hot 🔥 in this place... this was our first time & hopefully it wont be my last. My wish is: when a customer has 2 ask 4 something several times & the request appears 2 be ignored... that becomes a PROBLEM.
Restaurant/lounge appears to be shut down which is strange since me and all my friends reserved tickets through event brite for free all day brunch/day party. Lots of mail on the floor like no one has been there for a while now…. We was lucky we were able to reroute and go somewhere else but we were very shocked when we arrived
I wish I could give them a zero star this place takes advantage of drinking customers they charged me for 3 drinks I only drank 1 and gave the other two away on the bright and paint night. The drinks where 3.99 and I ordered food the crab cake to be exact it cost $22 I sent the food back she told me I would be refunded $38.50 the food was nasty so I asked for fries and they charged me an additional $5.99 it took a min. For it to come so I asked how long it would take the bartender Jennifer said that I never ordered fries. I have the recipes and I didn’t get fries either. I will never go back to this place they are terrible with paying black customers. I will be checking with my bank for the next 7 to 10 business days to make sure I’m fully refunded of $44.49
The absolute worst! We get here for brunch @2:45p for bottomless brunch. Just to find out that our mimosas and bellinis were being made with white wine. We only received 1 pitcher during bottomless. When the GM finally came he says oh well brunch is over anyway! Never again will I spend $40 for this nonsense.
My friend and I decided to party in DC for the very first time so I decided to check out Google for their list of events. Thats when I came across Ozio rooftop day party. Arriving, we were skeptical because there werent many people inside but as we continue to explore each level we began hearing music and chatter. Once we reached the rooftop, it was PARTY TIME! I loved the atmosphere, the mixed crowd and everyone was dancing and having an amazing time. Ozios drinks werent the best; however, their Asian zing wings were delicious. Ill definitely be back soon. I can not mention the DJ... one of the best Ive heard in years!
The scenery was beautiful there. The rooftop was really nice, but the two men bartenders upstairs on rooftop only catered to the women and had me and my friends waiting for 15 minutes before they even tried to acknowledge us. So I had to go to the female bartender who served me and my friends promptly. And on top of that we had to pay $60 for 2 drinks .
Upon entry of the establishment there was only one person at the front checking people in and there were several party groups. Then after paying $80.00, go upstairs to get your food and all the plates were dirty, there is only one person on the serving line for an all you can eat brunch, then when I got the the front of the line we ran out of food. There was no one helping to restock the food line, however, there was several other staff members just walking around and not helping. There was NOTHING on the menu to equate to the cost of $80.00. Not the food, music or the environment. The DJ started out (1:30 pm ) and then switched over to an iPad playing the music. Then to top it all off after the above experience. I failed to mention that there was absolutely NO A/C in the club/restaurant at all. They offered us to go to the roof top and then when part of our group went up they said that it was closed. This was my 1st and I mean my absolute LAST time going.
This place was horrible! Not only did they overcharge us ($79 per person), the food selection was limited, and they offered nothing that was posted on the online menu. We ordered our tickets for the 3 pm brunch, which included endless mimosas. By 3:30, they ran out. I also failed to mention that it felt like a sauna there. The only thing great was the DJ.
Me and my friends came here for brunch after needing a reservation elsewhere. This place happened to be more expensive than the place we were going to go to. It was $80pp. We were taken upstairs to a spot that was dark with only strobe lights. The food was actually pretty good for it to be a buffet. Some of the staff seemed very lazy I should of gotten her name but if yall can read this review and possibly back track shes the girl that walked us to our table when we went upstairs she had a black jacket/sweater tied around her waist. They were stingy with the mimosas which are suppose to be unlimited we had to keep finding staff for a new 1 paying $80pp that shouldnt even be an issue honestly. There was also an issue with the sound system it seemed down on the lower part where I was and also on the top roof level we ended up leaving because the dj came late for the rooftop and also couldnt even get the music started not sure if I would return either lower the prices or provide better service.
Use to be one of my favorite spots in DC. All good things must end. Waitress was on her phone and smoking a vape instead of serving us. Asked for simple drinks and they didn’t have any ingredients needed. No one else was in there but myself and my date. I will not be returning here, true let down.
After my prior venue cancelled on me within 2 weeks of my semi private event, I contacted Ozio and was hopeful based on their original customer service, they would ultimately be the venue for my party of 50 people. I quickly had phone calls with members of the team, only to be issued a document/estimate of services that included fees, that were waived during our phone conversation, but in writing... it was a different story. Once I made mention of the change and questioned it by email, I was issued a call again to gain understanding and reset expectations for the menu and prices, which I was then advised that some of the food on the website was not available at this time. I then waited on an updated estimate the week of my event, only to be stood up, with no response hence forcing me to seek out another venue within days of my event. As a person in business, I would have gladly hosted 50 people for a semi private event as that is patronage of my business and income for my team/staff and venue, however I was left feeling that my money nor event matter ed enough even for a courtesy email declining the booking. I was ghosted. This was unprofessional and I will never recommend this space to the people I know in the area considering my experience.
STOP…..read this don’t visit this place at all because it’s not open anymore. I went to this place on Saturday January 20th, 2024 at 8pm because the online hours showed open closing at 3am smh…..and the doors were closed/locked and pitch black inside. We had high hopes of a spectacular night with 6 friends for my fiancé to celebrate his birthday. Wrong!!! Waste on hotel, Uber, and time. We traveled to DC from BMore!
Was in town for the Cherry Blossom festival and my friends and I wanted to grab food in a possible bottomless mimosa/brunch situation. One friend had been here at nighttime so we decided to check it out for daytime. $60 for endless buffet and mimosas is a pretty good deal. Not to mention the excellent service by the waitresses. Ambiance and overall experience would have easily made this a 5-star. I’m taking one star off because I am a pescatarian and the options are extremely limited. I am not picky when I go out and I still thought I was getting a pretty great deal. I eat fairly healthy and decided I would start by filling up on fruit salad and green salad. The lettuce did not look fresh so I opted to pick out and eat the cucumbers. Found out those were not in good standing soon after leaving 🤢 you could do shrimp skewers, salmon, pasta salad, etc. for a buffet. Let’s have some better options for those of us who don’t eat or have a preference of not wanting to eat walking animals lol, that’s all!
Theee best brunch spot in the city by far!! Buffet and bottomless mimosas. For only $60. Menu was top of the line. Shrimp n grits, crab legs, wings, salmon potatoes, mussels, eggs, sausage, bacon. Everything amazing!
I attended an event on 01/08/2023, the overall service could be better considering the price of $41. It was freezing cold on the second floor, the communication regarding the difference in the brunch prices weren’t clear, and there was a roach crawling in my seat. I wouldn’t recommend this place to host an event.
Went to the rooftop for a celebration. I suppose I should have known there would be no accessibility, however I also didnt think to look them up. Im still adjusting to needing elevators and assistive devices. IMO the table seating for VIP/Bottle service was too cramped and the wooden benches are uncomfortable considering youre paying a fee to sit there 🙄. As the DJs changed throughout the night the caliber of cohesive song mixes and segways went downhill. Overall, the vibe was good because of the people I was with. Probably wouldnt return.
The manager (chin strap beard), don’t trust him. This man overcharged us for drinks we didn’t even order. We walked out with a $450 bill. Please avoid this place as they exhibited some of the most unsavory business tactics I’ve ever seen. There’s a lot of cool bars in DC, please avoid this one. My girlfriend and I had to file a police report which we’ve never had to do; try your best to avoid this abysmal establishment.
I went for Sunday bottomless brunch.Pros:- Nice looking venue-Good DJ-The food was OK- staff were niceCons:- Awkward seating and low tables- Limited food selection- I was expecting to sit and have food brought to us, but it was buffet style. There were long lines and they kept running out of stuff.- staff were not attentive- the mimosas were WEAK. I’m a lightweight. Had maybe four mimosas, and still felt nothing- Definitely not worthy the $60
Paid $20 to get in thinking it would be a fun Sunday day party. There was only 8 people in the club total maybe 20 if you include the staff. Stayed over an hour to see if more ppl would come but nope. Did not understand why it was 20 to get in. Then security tried to charge 2 ladies walking in as I was leaving 30 dollars but I told them dont waste their money. Bartender was nice but drinks was straight juice. Back room on the 3rd floor smelled and was hot. Nice club with potential.
My friends and I were getting hungry so we stopped at Ozio Restaurant & Lounge, a multi-level Mediterranean restaurant with a cigar bar, where you smoke cigars/cigarettes and do hookah. Since they had an event, they had a limited food menu that included fries, loaded fries, burger, and fried calamari. The bartenders were chill! With our wristbands, we got $4 shamrock shots and $5 mixed drinks. In addition to these drink specials, we shared an order of loaded fries, which consisted of crispy fries topped with bacon bits, melted cheese, scallions, and sour cream. It was quite tasty but I couldnt believe it was $16...
We had brunch reservations and basically paid $60 to stare at each other and eat cold food. They could hire more staff or something. We paid for bottomless mimosas and didn’t even get that. I ended up buying myself some drinks but all in all this was an extreme waste of money. DO NOT come here for brunch. Go elsewhere, some place that can accommodate you for a decent price atleast. They claim to do everything in order by reservation but that’s not true, we were here since 2 and another table received better service than us and we got here after them. Their time pretty much ran out and they were stillBeing accommodated. They really need to do better honestly. Waste of money. Actually stay home make your own drinks. Save you money and time.
Place smelled like vomit. they drinks were overpriced for no apparent reason. with 20% auto gratuity and liquor tax. Yeah service was slow and how could a legendary establishment not have bottled water. NEVER AGAIN
I went for brunch/day party and it was okay. I made a reservation via Event Brite but she couldnt find my reservation. We were able to get a table though, had to pay at the door, food was good. Went to the 3rd floor to dance music was a little dated and a long Island was $35. I would recommend going for Halloween I had a great time them.
Was absolutely not impressed. Was here for Sunday brunch and the portions were very small. Reserved tickets for rooftop and was stuck indoors b/c according to them the rooftop seating was first come first served, but our reservation was for 1pm and we arrived at 1pm. Asked to speak to the a manager and no one was able to accommodate us. Was freezing and they stated that the people on the rooftop was hot so they had to crank the AC to accommodate them and sorry we were getting the short end of the stick. Lastly you basically have to eat on your lap since the tables are small, round and low. Not worth $54+.
I will never patronize this business again! I know several people who frequent this place as well and I will also tell them to stay away from here! I planned on going here for my birthday last night. We had a table reserved and everything seemed fine at first. Right before we were about to go inside, one of my friends accidentally dropped her purse. The security (an older heavyweight man with gray hair) at the door assumed she was drunk and would not let her in the club. She had a drink before we went there, but she was completely fine! Overall, his attitude and the customer service was horrible here! They turned what should have been a great night into bad business. Since he would not let my friend in we left and went somewhere else. Due to the inconsideration and poor judgment of your security guard I do not plan on coming back here. I thought this was very tacky and I fully understand why this business has horrible reviews now.
Sunday was horrible and I really wanted my money back. Arrived at 1 and most of the food on the top floor was already gone. Had to keep walking back to the next level just to get food, that was nasty. The mimosa was all juice. Will never return again.
Food was great and music was great. Customer service was terrible. Waitress dropped our table and didnt even let us know or take our order. We had to find another waitress to help us. Before dropping our table the waitress took our credit card for a tab then left for the day. They gave us a hard time getting our card back. Employees was rude and nasty when we try to get our card back. Saying that the waitress never closed our tab so we cant have our card back. 1 hour of waiting later the manager close the tab and gave us our card that was at the register the whole time. The website doesnt not explain how thier brunches and day party works so we ended up missing out on the day party because of a huge time gap. All I can say is do not celebrate your birthday there. You will be disappointed.
Not much has changed between this time and the last time I was here - for another special event. Aside from bar hiccups, great music from DJ Gemini, and fun time. Some calamari was shared with me and was tasty but appeared to be a misleading portion: with an ample amount of breading, on top a bed of lettuce. The drink service on the top floor level still sucks and its beyond me how the single bartender at the smaller bar was faster serving than among three individuals behind the larger bar. One of those behind the larger bar it took getting his attention four (4) times or more for drink to finally be made.
Despite reading all of the negative reviews I wanted to go there with an open mind. Guys, the negative reviews are true. The brunch here is not worth the price. It is small, cold, and overall just not good quality food. The mimosas are just juice (we had to ask if there was any champagne in there). Their day parties and other events may be better, but their brunch is truly a waste of money and I say that in the kindest way possible.
Worst brunch Ive ever gone to. McDonalds definitely would have been better than what we were served. An hour drive and 45 bucks for 3 courses that were small in portion, cold and tasted like it was Tysons frozen food with sauce added. We didnt even wait for the final course because it took them over an hour since the second course to bring it out. I was able to at least get half of my money refunded and we went someplace else for good food and better service. Crazy they automatically add 20% gratuity smh.
It’s a pandemic but robbing customers unacceptable. It was 50+ per person for 3 course brunch. After 2 hrs they only had brought out 1 course. No reason for it take over two hours to get eggs & pancakes - it was barely busy - considering they can no longer have customers standing. There is no dj & everyone is at table. This place is use to hosting crowds and struggled to service a few tables. The bottomless mimosas were mainly juice then claimed they ran out of champagne after 1 hour. Waitress said she had to cook the other tables food herself and asked if we want her to do the same. Seriously? No hun. We kindly asked Jerri for refund, said they couldn’t do that. Luckily the police made sure they did. Advice it’s okay to charge that amount if you deliver great service. getting all the money & gratuity before customer can even walk in then not caring what service they get.. is a no no!
The absolute worst place for brunch. They didnt have anything from the regular menu. All I ate was a salad and some mac and cheese. I had to leave to get some food on my stomach 😩 dont come hungry or just dont do it ✌🏾never again
Loved the vibe here! Cool place. Several floors and a huge space if you are planning a special event or mixer. And their Djs were on point July 16th. Great way to kick off the weekend after work. Definitely kept the music and drinks flowing. Theres a cover charge after a certain time, and the food is less than McDonalds quality so eat ahead of time. But still a nice spot.
Dont go here save your money, appetite, and taste of mimosas and go elsewhere! Mimosas are hit or miss, you may get a pitchers thats really good and you taste the champagne heavy, then you may get one thats watered down. Food is garbage definitely a waste of 45 dollars. Oh!!! And you have to pay at the door door first before you ever get to have a seat, meaning you literally pay them for their garbage services. Listen to the other reviewers and avoid this place.
Couple things I noted about brunch: 1) was on the second floor, the entire second floor had one waitress/server for the whole floor. 2) they were giving us juice with no champagne for bottomless mimosas (check your glass for bubbles) 3) buffet server was using his hands to serve French toast and bacon 4) music is solid. 5) Salmon was my favorite. — overall the food was good for my experience. 6) the crowd was very very young.. like, college kids pretending to be Cardi B & the Migos.
If you like Unorganized Chaos‼️ just go to Ozio for Sunday Brunch. There is NO SECURITY and NO CROWD CONTROL. I attended the morning after brunch on 4/28 I booked a reservation in advance and reserved a $40 ticket for 2pm my guest and I did not get in the venue until 3pm. When We entered the restaurant there were absolutely no tables available. We decided to stay and try to get food. The first food station stated that they would be moving the food upstairs to the roof top. We went up to the rooftop and The line for food was a mile long by this time it’s after 3pm and brunch ended at 4. The service was absolutely poor no one knew the answer to our questions as we tried to receive a refund. I still have yet to receive a refund. Unfortunately even with having a reservation and buying tickets in advance along with being on time to the venue we still were unable to be accommodated which is honestly just unorganized and unprofessional which ended in our overall disappointment in the establishment altogether. I just hope that even after all the time wasted that in the future the establishment really looks into the flaws of the way things are ran so others don’t have the same issues.
Yesterday was my first time back since 2018 (went for brunch). The food was really good but cold!!! Mimosas were juiced down (could barely taste the champaign). Drinks are BEYOND overpriced (paid $32 for two shots of crown royal, CROWN ROYAL, before the added gratiuity). Depending on where youre seated, youre going to be hand fanning yourself. $60 isnt worth it, specifically because the mimosas are very weak. If yall do better with the mimosas, $60 would be more doable ...and tell your buffet servers to stop throwing food on your patrons plates smh
Rude and unorganized. Reservations don’t mean much here..food was mediocre. They sat 8 of us at basically a coffee table...The mimosas had NO ALCOHOL. I drank 5 and felt absolutely nothing. And to top it all off it was cash only($40) and you had to pay at the door with no refund so no chance of disputing any discrepancies. I suggest anywhere else but here..
Arrived half hour early for RSVP Sunday Brunch, had to wait in the lobby for almost 1.5hrs due to overbooking. $100+ for 2 ppl and got less than gratifying service, food and drinks. 3.5hrs in total to have the food look like a 6yr old made it in a microwave and an air fryer is not my idea of how I wanted to spend my day with my lady. The owner should be disgraced for charging for subpar accompaniments. Id give a half star if I could.
Service is awful, drinks are terrible, and the vibe is just not there. Bartenders regularly overcharge for drinks and add gratuity so that they get theirs even with the poor service. Very disappointing experience, and there are so many better bars just down the street. Not worth it.
Went around 9 pm and the bouncer told me I looked drunk and asked me if I had been somewhere else beforehand. I had 2-3 drinks with a friend at another bar beforehand and told him this. He at first refused to let me in, but after I specifically asked why I wasnt let in, he let me in. My friend was charged 22 dollars for a shot here. There are better bars/clubs
Rip off!! They have free entry on eventbrite. The girl at the hostess stands say it’s 60 each to get in: that would have been fine if you we didn’t eat at Air Lounge: the food is better btw. Rip off!! They deserve zero stars!! We were willing to buy drinks but not brunch. The girl looked Asian btw: that way you will know who we worked with.
Horrible service. Bouncer was being extremely discriminatory because I came with an Arizona ID and I’m on vacation. I got in the Park up the street with the same ID so I’m not sure what the problem is. The bouncer was not able to recognize California or Arizona drivers licenses unfortunately so maybe they should invest in an ID reader. The bouncer asked me for a billing statement or a card with my name on it like I would come in with a fake name. The bouncer also decided to dig through my bag when he lightly glanced through two bags other in my party after already showing him and the manager that there was no alcohol in my bag. I will definitely make sure to let everyone I know that lives on this side of town to not patronize this business.
Went for brunch with friends. The chef was amazing, food was delicious. Mimosas were delicious, orange much better than grapefruit but this will really be personal preference. Staff wasnt Ozios staff wasnt friendly but catering staff was very friendly. Rooftop got super packed & it was very uncomfortable. 5 stars are for the food.
The Drinks Are Juice It’s No Champagne At All In The Mimosas I Wasted An Outfit Coming Here There Was No Food The Fat Manger Was Very Rude When Asking Questions About Where Is The Food. Then They Made Their TOGO Plates First Before Serving Us. hookah 80$ Please After Paying 60 To Drink Juice And Eat Old Grits Save Ya Money The Scenery Is Cute But That’s It.
Skip this place. First off the breakfast is $40. It is horrible. EXTREMELY salty. I couldn’t even finish it. Additionally they were rude at the door. I really wish they would get rid of the guy who’s in front. Last the music was ok. The DJs were decent and the vibe was ok. That’s why I give them 2 stars. But just don’t eat the food. We also ordered Patron. And I regularly drink patron. But I had one shot and the the drink tasted funny. The party I was with drank it too and the next day they were sick. So take that as u will. Anyways this is a Sunday brunch I would definitely skip. There’s a lot of others spots that are better.
Arrived to celebrate brunch for my friends birthday and I was very disappointed. The door man said his credit card scanner wasnt working so we had to go to a nearby atm to takeout money. Then upon entering, we were told there was no more waffle mix and the omelet station was soon closing. The food was cold to touch. Additionally, upon reserving a table the week before we were promised a section during the day party but this did not happen. In all we wasted $40 and could have just went to the day party for free using the eventbrite tickets online.
The place they describe online is not how it looks in person. The 4 levels are like someones small house. The place was overpacked, no security check, overpriced (25 a person if you want to hang your coat up near the kitchen where no one can guarantee if your stuff is still going to be there) its just a mess. The DJ music was mediocre at best. Oh and the restaurant is a bar with 4 small tables that youll be lucky to get. So many people was coming and going it was ridiculous. To top it all off we couldnt even go on the rooftop. I waited a year to come there and felt like I got robbed. Never ever again.
I went here for brunch with a group of friends and sadly it was one of the worst brunch experiences I have had.At this establishment unlimited food and drinks are included for 40 dollars in cash only at the door. Food is catered buffet style by Oohs and Aahs, which is decent, but negated by the fact of having to wait over 20 minutes in a line extending up the stairs, from the second to the third floor, for one plate of food. The mimosas/Bellinis are also mostly juice. Service is also generally lacking. Please go to one of the other and better options for unlimited brunch in the district.
BRUNCH: Good environment, great location, horrible brunch. Chicken wings were salty (like bathed in salt), fries had no seasoning. Mac and cheese was tasteless. Bottomless mimosa had prob 0% alcohol content, shrimp and grits servings were small, they used powdered eggs for the scrambled eggs meal! POWDERED!! thats the food and drinks. Service, ok...I understand theyre trying their best during COVID but if I have 2 hours before I have to leave I expect my food to come faster than 45 mins. For the price they charge this brunch was not worth it. Worst brunch in northern VA!! $50/per??? STOP!! .btw you have to pay first!
No recommendations from me! We came to celebrate my sisters birthday that reservations were made for several weeks ago. We drove from outta town to visit this place all to get there for them to tell us they can’t let us in due to their kitchen being overwhelmed. Like really what does that have to do with us and the table we reserved. Very unprofessional, not organized and most definitely not business savvy enough to please there customers. We will never ever return! Bad move Ozio especially when we had a budget of $2,000 that we were trying to spend up! Sorry but not sorry!
Booked a reservation on event brite, arrived at our reservation time only to be told they don’t accept event brite reservations. Why do you have them then? So annoying bc we planned to go there and last minute changes are a no go bc it’s hard as ever to get into a place in dc without reservations these days and most places are booked up. After waiting for more than 20 mins we spoke with a manger who said she could “squeeze us in” on the second floor. We reserved a rooftop brunch. After fussing a little more she found a spot for us on the rooftop. It was horrible. It was not a table to sit comfortably and eat but ottomans and and a stand to put your food on. Watered downed mimosas. R&B music to put you to sleep (not a brunch/day vibe). First time there and won’t be back.
Was a little different from what I remember as a night spot. If I was a woman, I would have given it a higher rating, but to be dressed nice without sneakers and have to pay $40 was ridiculous! If Im paying $40 to get in, at least be reasonable with the drinks, which they werent. Then everyone was basically just smoking hookahs and not dancing. The DJ just played trap music, very little variety, and it didnt blend. Hoping this was just a bad Saturday, but I wont be taking my chances again. Will be going to one of the many other spots in that area.
Looking for an alternative to decades. Happened upon this place during a bar crawl. Looking forward to hanging here after hours. Looks like a cool spot with different levels, more seating, and different bars.Subtract 2 star because our bartender gave us vodka instead of rum as requested. Wft breh!!
Went there last night 10/5/19 to celebrate a birthday from the party bus. Are plan was to have a good time. But from the start with security we had issues going in. Half the bus got in for free the other half had to pay. Which was not a problem since we came close to the cut off time for entering free. My brother came in free. Went outside to pay for his sister at the door didn’t even step all the way outside they charge him to to pay for the both of them even though he was already inside. Trying to explain to security in a calm manner they got super aggressive trying to fight. So I try to talk to the manager. She was very unprofessional when I asked if she’s the manager. She told me “maybe she is maybe she isn’t” lol . Off that answer I already knew what the club was on. I try to explain what was going. And try to tell her we are not worried about payment for entry. We just wanted to be treated better as customers. Especially since we were trying to get bottles and a section. But she didn’t want to hear anything was very nonchalant. We wanted to continue the positive energy but Ozios ruined the initial experience. We still got 1 bottle to kind of change the mood. (And we was originally suppose to get 4 bottles, but we changed it 1 because of the incident) they gave a bottle of Jameson for 360. I do not recommend if you are trying to spend money and have a good time. Very unprofessional from security to the manager. Very disappointed. “No stars” in order to post this I have to go give it a minimum of 1 star. But highly do not recommend. Especially if your treating your customers like that.
I wish I could give a 0 star. By far the worse and most unprofessional setting ever. I made a 1 o’clock reservation and waited in line 20 mins just to be told they had ran out of 1 o’clock reservations. Then the receptionist had the audacity to get an attitude with me and accuse me of lying to her when I asked her about 2 o’clock reservations. No food or drinks is good enough for that kind of service. I will never return and I will it be referring my friends either.
I used to love going to ozios for brunch and day party. Pre- pandemic, the brunch was 40 all you can eat for 2hrs with mimosas. Now its 58 with a prefixed menu. I was told that they switched food vendors. The food was honestly trash. The wings are ok but are basically gas station wings, the biscuit that comes with the chicken was dry and bland, the chocolate waffle was disgusting. Whoever is making the food is trifling. Its poor quality and its not consistent. And they make you pay at the door so you cant pay for certain menu items. Or not pay for things you absolutely hate. Its highway robbery honestly. The remodel looks great but the tin tables they want you to eat on are uncomfortable, you have to eat with your plate in your lap or hunch over to eat. So having a large part of ppl isnt a good idea. they need to find different tables for brunch. They need to seriously reevaluate how they do things before they go out of business.
The Worse Birthday Experience Ever!!It was my birthday I had already rsvp; got there with friends and they stated we had to pay. It was the worse experience ever. Never plan to return and will continue to inform everyone I know to not return. Most are foreigners that work there & are so rude. They put me out for a drink I didnt order & told me I had to pay. Don’t bother
Brunch was $60 and the food offered was subpar. Salad was in a plastic container and the croutons were soggy, pasta had no seasoning and French toast was dry! Definitely was a $20 brunch at best.
It was my first time and I was not impressed. I went to the Sunday brunch and I was very disappointed. $40 for very little to no food options. The food was okay, not anything I had to have again. They had ppl serving you and they were being very selfish with the food. They only had pork options and all the food is fried in the same grease. Not okay for someone who does not eat meat. They guy making omelettes used the same gloves to touch all the food. The womans restroom was not clean. All the toilets were stopped up and this was when they opened. I will recommend you to spend your money somewhere else its really Not worth it.
If I could give this no start I so would they will gladly take 1k out of your account with no hesitation what so ever! But they will tell half of the people on your guest list they cant come in when theyve only had one drink. Worst birthday celebration ever I made sure no-one drank more than they should because I was given a heads up that they were very particular. Terrible service its literally such a low class place worst 1k Ive ever spent in my life. Do not waste your hard earned money on this place because when it comes down to birthdays they will ruin it for you.
The door guy is the rudest person I have ever meet. I went there couple of weeks ago with my girlfriends and he refused entry for one of my friend without a reason. He stated that she couldnt enter since he is the one making the decisions. He is rude and has no respect for anyone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please stay away there is way more good places in the area where you can have a good Happy Hour with great customer service that starts at the door.
Highly disappointed! Food was not warm or even tasty. The food was also salty at brunch. Should I mentioned we waited two hours to eat ? Dont even want to mention the mimosas. I would never come here again and I wouldnt recommend anyone else to.
Every time I have been here to hang out I have had a ball! I love the atmosphere, the bartenders are super kool and security is friendly. Not to mentiob great food! I always bring my friends and my out of town guests and they love it too!I had my birthday celebration there in 2014 and it was phenomenal!
Worst experience for brunch. Paid 60$ for a cold buffet. There were not enough staff or seats which made this a frustrating brunch. It took them 40 minutes after my reservation to bring the buffet out. I will not be back. This was a terrible experience
The worst brunch ever!!! They take your money at the door and you have no clue what food you will be given. The food selection and the customer service was the absolute worst! We had a group of 6 of us and no one was satisfied with the brunch and the wouldnt give us our money back! Will never visit again and we are in the process of starting a blog for the worst DC brunches! This one is number 1! Sad but true!
Went on a Friday night at the end of summer. Most people are on the enclosed rooftop floor. The music was good and one drink costs about $16-$18.Quite a few people were smoking marijuana. Ozios kept the rooftop enclosed so the smoke from the marijuana remained among the patrons instead of escaping into the clear night sky.
Didnt really enjoy this place. Glasses and plates were dirty. even the wine glassed were dirty. Food was ok. Waffles tasted like batter and there wasnt even any butter to put on my waffle. We were near the omelette station and the guy kept burning the eggs I went home smelling like burnt eggs and onions. SMH nice ambiance but I will pass the next time. Oh the DJ was Good
The service is quite unfortunate. The idea of the place is nice .. cigar lounge downstairs, hookahs, nice rooftop. I always want to go here. Until I remember the customer service... or lack there of. The staff can be extremely rude. As one review below said theyre picky about who theyre friendly with. That statement is 100% true.I had bartender tell me that it was too crowded to order hookahs - even though the table right next to me had one. So I walked over to another bartender who brought it right out. Not sure what their rules are regarding hookah and the crowd - but please make sure all staff are on the same page. Also, went the night of one of the bar crawls. The bar crawl was 3-11pm. They kicked everyone off the roof around 9pm. The rooftop is the reason why non-cigar smokers go to this place. Why be a part of the bar crawl, if you not really going to be a part of the bar crawl. I get that youre still making money and getting people to your bar - but it makes for poor customer service and a poor experience for folks. Also in a rude, unfriendly, rush to get everyone off the roof coats were left and lost. After 20 minutes of speaking with staff my friends were finally allowed to go up (one-by-one with a manager) to look for their coats. Luckily, they were able to find theirs. Me, not so lucky. Appears mine was taken in the hustle and bustle of being rushed downstairs. I know its my fault for not holding my jacket (as opposed to putting it on the pile with everyone elses), but I would have also appreciated some understanding and assistance from the staff in the search for my coat, wallet, and cell phone. It made for a very long, cold night, and I will never be going back to Ozios.
Didnt have any food there. But this 3 floor establishment was nice. First floor was the cigar bar area. 2nd had dim bar area. 3rd roof top area is where I enjoyed brunch and roof top day party. I went for 2 day parties during the July 4th weekend. Each were impressive. Hip hop, r&b classics and contemporary joints were spun. Grown and sexy crowd. And the female crowd were very attractive and everyone was well dressed. Had good time. Best day party Ive been to in a while.
The female bartender upstairs is the worst and has her mom there clocking if u tip her or not. The bouncers are the most disrespectful people Ive ever encountered. Just sad, went there for a birthday party for my niece on a Friday. The atmosphere was not good
AVOID THEIR BRUNCH!!!!I am not sure what type of chef or pre-packaged food is being cooked in the kitchen at Ozios but I want to express my DISAPPOINTMENT in my food experience at OZIOs brunch on May 31. For someone who lives in DC and had friends travel out of town and we selected Ozio’s for our holiday (memorial day weekend) brunch just to be let down was a total embarrassment to my hospitality. My friends and I didn’t even eat our food. The fries tasted like they came from McDonalds, the chicken and biscuits were equivalent to frozen chicken put in the over and the biscuits were for toddlers. I can’t even express my disappointment in the shrimp and grits. THE WORSE I’ve ever had. I would highly suggest better food/chef. I have a chef Recommendation if you all need one. Can’t forget the same 5 songs that was on shuffle for 2 hours....1/10 and the 1 is for the mimosas.
Paid 120 for me and my girlfriend brunch was told bottomless mimosas but it would come every other hour and also was told all u can eat but they ran out of food but the atmosphere and music was vibe
I went to brunch at the end of june and was very disappointed. There was supposed to be brunch buffet until about 4:30. We got there in the 1 oclock hour and they were already running out of food. There was not 1 breakfast item on the buffet and by about 2:30 everything was gone so half my party didnt even get food. The day party part was cool because the dj was great and the hookah tasted nice. I most likely wont visit ozio again for beunch, i did not get my moneys worth not even half of it.
I drove from out of town to try there brunch buffet. I got there at 12 which is the time it started and they werent open. The lights were off and there was nobody insight. It was a group of 8 of us we all called several times. So we left. They open the doors 20mins later when i drop pass. I will not be attempting to try this place again
The “front door team” and the general manager that I encountered yesterday were so rude and going out of their way to be unnecessary! I had a table at ozios yesterday and when I got there they told me they didn’t have a table for me! I showed them that I made a deposit for a table and what table I paid for and that still was not good enough! I had to call someone to call ozios and tell them the same thing I was telling but they weren’t interested when I was trying to explain! So like I said before I paid $600 for a table and one of my friends was leaving and I didn’t know why so I went outside to check on her...and when I tried to walk back in they told me I couldn’t go back. When I asked them why, they said I had too much to drink even though I didn’t do anything or give them a reason to kick me out especially when I just paid $600 for a table! With that being said I proceed to go question the front team leader because there was no reason for them to not let me back. On top of that they wouldn’t let me go get my keys or my phone! Finally, the front door team leader and the general manager told me if I wanted to go back on that I would have to pay even though I paid $600 to be there! They were alll so rude and I would definitely think twice before doing business with them! They basically stole $600 from me because my table was until 9 and it was at 6:30 when they were being obnoxious!
Went on a Friday night. Expected a variety of genres. There was some reggae and dancehall for maybe 15 mins. Rest of the night was pretty much rap and hip hop. Also the bartenders are pretty nice
Was mad cause my girls and I thought we could sitt and eat. Paid 20 dollars walked in and we walked right out cause it smelled bad. We could not eat there and they would not give us are money back. The guard was standing at the front door taking are money i did not see no refund sign cause he was standing in front of it. Before i gave him my money when we wanted are money back he points to the sign. We did not see that at the door or he did not tell us when we walked in. We walked in to walk out cause we thought it was a restaurant.
They were not open when their website and Google said they would be. At least 2 weeks of mail shoved through the front door on the floor. Dont go here. Really put a damper on our plans.
DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION! A reservation was made and we waited 2 hours in line with the rest of the people with reservations. UNACCEPTABLE! This establishment needs to coordinate better, to accommodate its guests. Terrible customer service at the front desk. I will never hold any event here. EVER! Not worth the time and or money.
Definitely not worth the money. Reservation made on line. Surprise surprise, cash only at the door. Ok, went across the street to the ATM. Finally get in the door and the Hostess informs us they have no record of our reservation. Next, A ROACH WITH WINGS greets us. We were seated in a dark corner and we ate Mothers Day brunch. The food was ok, the Bellinis were ok, and the atmosphere left something to be desired. I would not patronize this business again.
Sunday rooftop brunch and after party was so much fun! The food was good with omelet and waffle bars plus full buffet. Live dj and excellent customer service.
NAPOLEON IBIEZUGBE & MOLLY IBIEZUGBEIf you have ever been scammed by this con-artist or monster please contact us with your stories. This man needs to be stopped !! Whether it be employees that have not been paid while working at Ozio or any real estate deals that he has defrauded you in, please share with us your stories. DOCUMENTARY COMING SOON !!
Ive been here several times and Im not too crazy about the inside especially the cigar bar area. The rooftop is really nice though. Theres plenty of room to sit and stand. I havent been here when theyve had the roof enclosed though.
If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want to wait 1 hour for an appetizer, this is your place. Also, horrible customer service. I asked the waitress for eta on my food and she shrug her shoulders!!!!The worst! Don’t come here, much better places in DC.
Booked my bday party there and the security guard denied us entry saying he thought I was tipsy. Truth was I was waiting to get inside to start drinking heavy and who the hell is he making a judgement on what Im doing. He tried to be a tough guy which we all knew he was not and let the very DRUNK girls in with no questions asked. I still have not received a call from Jodi (manager) after sending her a email with my grievances. Imagine a party of 20 people with a VIP table hopping out a limo being denied entry ?? Dont book ANY table there they discriminate who they let in there club and you might be denied like I was. SMH
Went for a day party on a Sunday after a friend suggested it. The food was delicious, they kept the drinks coming, and the DJ was awesome. The crowd was cool too. What more could you ask for?
Long story short, dude at the front is a dick...he denied my whole party entry because he said I was appeared to be drunk. We had not had 1 drink yet - we just walked up laughing and joking and having a good time. (clearly its a crime to be in a good mood before going out) - I will never go hear again. OZIOS YOU NEED TO FIRE THIS GUY ASAP!!!!
Came here for happy hr on a Friday night and bought a hookah, which came with two coals. We got to the second coal and it didnt pull any smoke, so their solution was for us to buy another hookah instead of replacing the coal that wasnt working. Completely unacceptable! If I pay for a something I expect to get what I paid for, not to pay double for something I already paid for.Our server refused to give us her name. From what I gather her name Lucita.
Entitled door guy. Will put u off immediately. Just because an establishment has tenured existence doesnt alleviate them of an obligation of competence to customers. Hes rude, and extremely arrogant. The ONLY reason i ever go here is if i want a drink on my way elsewhere or from somewhere because Martin the rooftop bartender is great! I wouldnt recommend this place. Used to be so welcoming until that tall light skinned gentleman started running the door.
It was ok. I probably would not visit this place again. The top floor was way too crowded. When I think of a rooftop party, I think of the entire place being open. This was not the case. It was extremely crowded because everyone was on the top level. The bottom two levels were almost empty.
This place used to be great years ago. Recently the experience is horrible overall. The front door staff does a better job at chasing people away rather than generating business from the 30 and over crowd who actually have their own success, rather than desperate college kids spending Mommy/Daddy money. I guess Ive grown beyond this establishment, which is actually a good thing for me so thank you guys.
Great rooftop view and poolside ambiance! the old fashioned was pretty good here as well! there are not many food options, so if youre looking for a great rooftop view with a relaxing atmosphere, this is your place!
The bouncers are extremely rude. It’s super overcrowded that you basically have to stick to one corner. We did the eventbrite tickets but still forced to pay a $20 cover charge. Please don’t even waste your time.
No sweet vermouth and no bitters at this second rate bar. I should have gone to Shelleys. They also dont accept AmEx, my work CC. ... Updated to 4 stars because the manager went out and bought vermouth for my Manhattan. Thx
I dont usually write many reviews however my friends and I have had terrible experiences in the establishment all due to the tall Serbian bouncer that us usually at the front door. My experience is as follows:I am at Ozios on a Saturday on the rooftop enjoying a Saturday afternoon with my friends. The rooftop bar was crowded so I made my way to the first floor and ordered my drink (this was my first drink of the day). I sat at the bar by myself playing on my phone and literally took 2 sips of my overpriced drink before I was accosted by the bouncer in question. In an angry tone, he told me I have to LEAVE NOW! I said, umm, whats the problem, I just ordered a drink and I am sitting here by myself. Mind you I was extremely polite because I assumed this had to be a mistake. He then said, I am not gonna tell you again, you need to leave now!. So I am like listen, this must be a mistake, I just paid for a drink and I am gonna sit here and finish it. I have done nothing wrong. He then explained that I was harassing several females inside of Ozios and have had numerous complaints about me. Mind you, I had just gotten there, and talked to NO ONE but my male friends who I arrived with. I explained this to him, but he had his mind made up and proceeded to put his hand on my shoulder in an attempt to usher me towards the exit. I told him not to touch me and that I would leave as I did not want to get arrested over a stupid misunderstanding. I believe I made the right decision by not getting into a physical altercation with this idiot but this kind of treatment is simply unacceptable. This man has a history of mistreating patrons but he is the gatekeeper/main bouncer right at the front door. I am just one in many cases. I will personally never set foot in this bar/lounge ever again and I urge anyone reading this to follow suit.
Their night party is lit, but the rating went from 5 to 3 because the brunch experience I had. The omelette was salty, the tables were wobbly, and worst of all... THERE WAS LITTLE TO NO ALCOHOL IN MY MIMOSAS!!!! Where did my $40 go?????????
Dont waste your money or your time. If you are looking for a nice brunch this is not the place if you want horrible and ghetto with ridiculously disgusting food and service then ozios is the place for you. You pay at the door so you dont know what they have on the menu those pictures of Sunday brunch on their website arent from ozios they definitely took them somewhere else. Worst brunch in the DMV $40 down the drain for sure. Save yourself the frustration and try somewhere else
I was in DC for a convention and it was a nice night so I decided to walk over to Ozio, its a long haul from the convention center so next time, Id take a cab. The wait staff downstairs was great and friendly and there was a great selection of wine, beer, and liquors, did not have any food but heard from the locals that it was very good. Went in about 4 p.m alone and ended up talking to a group of regulars for a couple of hours about politics, sports, the economy, etc., really great people and I understand they are there every afternoon. Incidently, as someone said below the decor is very nice with lots of custom hand painted classic murals, turns out that one of the locals I talked with has a Ph.D. (not in art) and hes the artist. If you visit in the afternoon, look for Doc and Doc. Cigar selection is not great, however you can bring your own and buy drinks or food there.
Good place to have a good time. I enjoy this venue and the crowd it brings are a mix iv met people from different parts of the world. This was one of the first venues I visited when moving to the DMV area.
RUDE DISRESPECTFUL DOOR GUY - Use to go there but after having an incident at the front door where the door man falsely accused me of having a problem there before which I explained to him that he must have me mistaken. He said he never forgets a face. I said yeah, youve seen me come here several times so that would explain why you know my face! The only interaction I have had with you before is to give you my ID as I am well over 21 and you hand it back to me and I pay my cover charge when applicable. Thats the only interaction I need to have with you as I am not here to talk to you at the door. I asked to speak to the manager. She sided with him even after I had explained I am a grown man that simply comes to spend money at the establishment and enjoy myself. If there had been some incident prior to this I WOULD NEVER HAVE COME BACK but now that you are falsely.mistakenly accusing me I am definitely not now. The funny thing is 3 other friends have all had some run in or incident with the front door man. AND MOREOVER famous rapper David Banner (go find youtube article had a run -in with this same individual. As David Banner explained this establishment does NOT respect Black people. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!! BE SMART!!!! POWER IN NUMBERS!!!
Ozios Sat brunch comes highly recommended. The Sat brunch promoters: Usual Suspects assisted with my VIP table and offered an exchange for a requested bottle due to my previous bottle request selling out the night before. The guest DJ: DJ Precise1914 keep the atmosphere live. I will definitely return for Phi Beta Sigmas summer event.
Terrible Service, wouldn’t even let me in the club, saying I was “too intoxicated” I told him that I don’t drink, and the bouncer says “I didn’t say you were drinking but whatever you had, you had too much of it.” My eyes were red since I woke up, and since my eyes were red they said I wasn’t sober, didn’t give me a test or anything. I was completely functional. I would highly advice to not go here
Its okay. drinks are expensive. $12 for a shot. Party invite says they play afrobeats and dancehall. I went on Friday, July 13 and they literally played nothing but trap music the entire night.
Monday nights, theres tango on the rooftop bar level; in good weather, they open the roof and its grand. Dont know about other nights, on Mondays, there are one or two bar patrons on the first floor, couple outdoor tables look like they might be fun for cigar smokers.
Had a decent time the Sunday Brunch was amazing, they have a waffle station, an omelette station and a buffet section with Curried Lamb, Jerk Chicken, Mac n Cheese, Roasted Red Potatoes, Sausage, Bacon and Fresh Fruits and Salad... its $40 on Sundays for the brunch and bottomless mimosas for 2 hrs... Id definitely recommend for a small group great opportunity to catch up and even network...
This is the worst place I have been in years. $54 for bad service, awful and lazy lying staff. Took a hour to get old Dessert. Then took another hour to find out the manager left the building. This is no place I will ever do again.
I wasted $20 coming to this garbage place, thank god I didn’t pay the extra $40 to go to the rooftop. Went on a Saturday night and there was probably 20 people on the second floor. I wouldn’t come here even if it was free.
Bottomless brunch NOT!!!! One pan of fish ran out within 1hr of opening, no shrimp station as their website stated. Staff was rude and very inattentiveWill never return or recommend any one
Went for the 90s bar crawl. DJ was hip but didnt really play 90s music. Rooftop bar where event was wasnt honoring the drink specials! Has to go up and down all the stairs to get a drink. Ridiculous
Terrible. Do not come for happy hour on a Friday. Will never be coming back again. Overpriced, no vibe, 75% of the food is not ready during happy hour, no hookup, won’t get me again 🙅🏽♀️
Worst club I ever been to. They made us pay 20 dollars to only be In the 25 mins before the closed the club down early . The bartenders and security guards were so rude. Ill never go back again . And the music sucks.
First of all, this place makes you pay before you eat anything. I’ve been here for 3+ hours and was only serves appetizers. The chefs in the kitchen are too slow which make the customer service terrible!!!! They moving slow with my refund too. Do not come here for brunch on no day!!!
The worst place in D.C. they were completely discriminant and wouldn’t let my girlfriend and I into the bar for no explained reason. The bouncer called us white trash and was complete disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent time in the dc area. Ozio is sooooooo trash don’t go there!
Lol a joke. Read the other reviews and avoid for brunch. Made a reservation on Ozio’s website and was told it wasn’t valid by the door man. Had to pay $20 to get in. There was no brunch when we arrived.
Ozios is really starting to not be a good look. The people at the front door always look like they are hating life. They constantly charge 20 bucks when there are 5 whole people inside. Their hookah and drinks are not very good. Save yourself the headache like I plan to do and just dont waste your time with this fraud of a bar/club.
Jerri is amazing! We came on a very busy day and almost got turned away but thankfully Jerri took us under her wing and gave us the best customer service I’ve had in so long . Thank you Jerri for your phenomenal customer service you made us gals happy ☺️💛
Bouncers extremely rude! Had to pay a 30 dollar cover and they wouldnt even let us in the rooftop. There were only 11 people in the whole bar on a Saturday at 930. Will never come again.
Okay vibe but, the prices versus the quality of service is offensive. My professional opinion take 150 off of the tables and bottle prices you will get more business.
A multilevel space with fake trees and a retractable roof. Check-in and dress-code at the entrance. Low-key service and overpriced drinks. This place is not worth a visiting...
Nice place for a younger crowd I do mean younger 21 to 30 Not a place to bring your husband or wife it’s just a place to hang out if you’re single and ready to mingle don’t expect any food after 11 o’clock a place to drink and party
Don’t come here . We came here as a group of 6. We were highly disappointed. Food was literally thrown on our plates. Mimosas were juice . GO TO BENS
Favorite place for spring/summer day parties! However, if youre not a fan of crowded places, Ozios may not be the the best place for you. It can get pretty packed sometimes so if this is not your thing, you can get pretty annoyed.Con: Street parking is hell!
The rooftop is nice, Dj was good but food service was terrible. Drinks were good and hooka is good. Everything depends on the night you step in. Saturday’s are much better.
I do not recommend this place we visited this place on Friday night and it was not too busy each person pays $20 just to go inside and it was not busy and we asked the people there if we could come back after half an hour or an hour and they said know if you come back later you have to pay again the entrance fee this is not right this is not that Id customer service this is how I this is not how you respect customers and want to your customers to return back drinks are expensive servers are terrible the security guard over-acting when he kicks you out I do not recommend this place I would rather go to a place where the entrance is free and have more fam and the drinks and service are good please dont go to this place thank you
Extremely dirty! Food doesn’t match the pictures also, they didn’t have the stuff advertised.... never again! I’ll go to the park! Furniture dirty and 🤢 I couldn’t even eat the food! I had food from this chef before he should think about a new location bad look for business
This place is nice lounge. The rooftop was closed off because of the weather however, it was too hot because the heat was on. Overall it’s a nice chill place and there’s an option for hookah as well
Had a great time doing the bar crawl. Outside of the bar crawl I always have a great time of this place either walking in through the front door on the first floor partying on the second floor or headed up to the rooftop and showing out LOL
Horrible Horrible place to go the food was horrible the wait was horrible myself and friends went for brunch and it was a disaster the workers were rude took a long time to get food and when we did it was nasty all of it we also did not receive endless mimosas they charged 53 dollars plus tax and that was supposed to include your food for brunch and endless mimosas for 2 hours long story short every customer that was there was requesting a refund and we all wanted out money back they called the police on everyone ended up only giving some their money back we asked for manager and never came a guy told us he was a bus boy turns out he was the actual owner what a sham do not go here it is awful I’m sure I’m missing a lot more but this is just to sum it up signed a angry customer
Came her for brunch and wasted my money. The food was disgusting. I paid $60 for cheap buffet and plastic cups for my mimosas :(
The bouncer was completely unprofessional. Was rude and disrespectful to my friend and I because we were wearing shorts (in 93 degrees) after we already paid to enter
My friend and I visited the rooftop on vacation on a Friday. The atmosphere was great and the people were nice. The drinks were great too!
SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! WE HAVE 2 HOURS TO EAT AND DRINK BUT DID NOT RECEIVE OUR STARTER UNTIL A HOUR AFTER WE WERE SEATED. MIMOSAS DID NOT HAVE CHAMPAGNE IN IT! THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE AND HOT AT ALL.
Just cuz they ain’t paying them empolyees that’s so sad wish they had more dignity than this.
Hi we had a party of 30 we already paid 1000$ drove 2 hours and were turned away I honestly think it’s because we were black he told us rudely we had to pay an extra 500$ after we already paid for the section he did not care that we spent money and the place was empty he still denied us entry he found every excuse not to let us in an empty building this was the worse experience I’m very disappointed
Long line to get in unless youre VIP. Went to celebrate sis bday. Loved the rooftop terrace. Gets crowded.
It was 20 dollar cover and it was dead. thankfully someone helped me get in. drinks and hookah were pricey. music was good though
Rude attention w the bar clawl. The security is just rude moving you when rules are not clear. Bar on the street level was good bit the rest was bad service plainly.
Went there on a party bus, bouncers let me in at first ahead of the line, when I realized I was the only one in I waited for others to come then they told me not to enter, so I went next door with no problem of getting in and had a blast.
Love the DJ here. Ive been on a Saturday night and Friday night Ive been at the top part of the club. Good atmosphere and hip hop music
Sunday brunch is also a day party at the sky loft (but get there early) the food was good, the DJ was amazing
Your speakers ARE BROKEN. The sound is terrible. and the DJs don’t know how to DJ so what’s the actual point
Great food. Best bartender is Martin on the 3rd floor. He is fast and attentive to a crowded bar. He remembers regulars.
We got a ticket online and when we got there they said it wasn’t it and we had to pay instead of being free. The security guard was super rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend it.
You guys are so quick to take away everything from tablas yet you can’t provide the actual service. It’s really really frustrating. It’s so hard to support this business with all the restrictions you all have just to experience this type of service.
Bad customer service. The employee’s are not reasonable at all. Wouldn’t suggest going to their brunch event. As it would be over capacity.
The experience is definitely different, Poppin Dj and music, iffy doorman though, good food, and look on Eventbrite for promotions
Terrible experience with security and the door management. I ended up paying twice to get in for a friend Birthday
Attended on a night where a Band played live modern jazz with a mix of oldies but goodies, great music, great vibes...I shall attend again!
Ozio has been a staple in dc for over 10 years. Happy Hour is best but late night is also equally as wonderful.
Actually a pretty nice spot, started out dull, as the night progressed the people and music got better, went on a Thursday though
Pay your employees Napoleon and molly enough is enough you willGo to prison
I loved this place! I enjoyed myself...great music, food and drinks! Going back again when the weather is right!
New Year’s Eve 2023 looking like a scam you buy tickets but nothings set up or here
Been to Ozios every time Ive went to DC , its always live and never dead. Can always expect s full house. DJs be on point
Blatantly tried upcharging us an $80 cover to get in the door at 7:00pm on a Sunday. No thanks.
Had a blast, great service, drinks were good, food was good, dj was great
$10 cover. Found only like 15 people inside at 11:30 pm on a Sat night. All older individuals. Turned around and walked out...
Good people, women are laid back and filled with sexual desire and sexual energy. Expect light to heavy grinding.
Be careful with this place if you have a special occasion they overbook and dont care. Even if you make Reservations
Brunch food is delicious, good music and great vibes!
The bouncers are RUDE makes you not want to go in. Who would want to spend money at an establishment like this? Don’t do it!!!
Nice rooftop club in DC. The bartenders are typically good and friendly.
Sucks that you can only smoke cigars on the bottom level now. The roof top level is nice.
Went to the bar and Christina was so helpful there was girl named Alaina that wanst helpful AT ALL! Go see Christina upstairs
They need to figure out if its a club or cigar lounge no disrespect worst cigar lounge Ive ever seen in America
Nice club, need to clean bathrooms throughout events. There was blood in womens bathroom
Crab legs was so good I will be back 😋
Owners are scammers they don’t pay employees
On a nice day enjoy the Rooftop bar! Great happy hour specials.
Nice lounge & cool atmosphere. I wish they had a larger selection of cigars.
The night atmosphere is decent. Overall, sub par when compared to other places near by.
Nice club, good music, not to crowded, 3 floor, plenty of bars
Everytjing about this place is great. I just didnt like the cigar smoke inside
Always a good DJ and the best 5 dollar side salad
Terrible customer service. Disrespectful workers. Boring club not much fun.
Top floor is great but service left much to be desired.
Great place if you dont mind smelling like a cigar
LOVED IT! GORGEOUS ATMOSPHERE, HYPE DJ & AMAZING HOST & PPL!
Nice place good scenery attracts alot of good looking girls 👌
White customer service, great people.
Its LIT just dnt get too lit n have too come back down all those Steps
Love them for happy hour. Great environment!!
The best place to enjoy a cigar indoors in the Capitol Region.
Relaxed little place. Had my first ever cigar here.
Mixed crowd, multiple floors. Nice spot to hangout with friends.
Damn good brunch and atmosphere.
Great atmosphere, great food had a ball.
Dont trust the bartenders in this place--they just want your money/tips
The rooftop bar with convertible ceiling is hard to beat.
Very unprofessional and would never spend a dime there ever again
