READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING UP, don’t take their word on anything. No way to cancel if you move, they charge extra for transferring credits after you’ve already paid, and they will only transfer 1 credit at a time within 6 months.I don’t like writing negative reviews but when it’s money out of my pocket given for free to a big company I need to make sure others are aware. $525 for no services rendered.On a side note, all the customer services reps were very nice. They just gave me the facts and advised the policy in a nice way.Good luck everyone!!

Didnt get what I asked for. At the end of massage I was told I should have asked what I wanted when setting up appointment. I did and also was told that I would get deep tissue massage so I waited I asked can you do it harder and nothing I felt bad the staff all made me feel less than nothing I didnt argue even dough it was $300 + how is it ok for them to still say you have to pay after not been satisfied. For bad customer service I will Not return to this place at all.even the one I charge their didnt care for what I as customer was telling her that I didnt get the massage I wanted she was too busy asking about the tip extra money for them I wished you dont have to pay for that really poor service. DONT GET MASSAGE HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT.

They neglect to tell you about 50% charge for same day cancelation. I understand the appointment needs to get filled but really, a 50%? They are charging half and not providing a service. Ridiculous. If it was 15 or 20% I wouldnt complain.

Scammers. Simple as that. Never sign up for a monthly membership with these guys! My one year membership ended 3 months ago and I’ve called over 15 times since then to cancel but no one can ever seem to help me. Every month they tell me that my membership has been cancelled but I’ll find a charge on my card regardless every first of the month. I’m so tired of the poor customer service and empty promises. Horrible experience and a huge waste of time and money. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I MADE! Stay away!

First time here; received a facial and massage.Professional service desk and booking was easy onlineWaiting area is quiet but lacks spa qualitiesFacial was standard, more a facial massage than a deep dive into skin care; you have to pay extra fees for deeper cleanse/serviceUpsell wasnt pushy but more recommendationsMassage was lovely in listening to my pressure preferences, no excessive talking but caution not the full 1hr, but 50 minutes.

I called in to make an appointment for a full body massage, and after my phone experience with the receptionist at location Massage Envy Anaheim Hills, I will be reporting it to Better Business Bureau.Before proceeding I want you to be aware of who they have staffed. The call started off with two women discussing personal details about their relationship including one of their significant other’s issues with alcoholism and inappropriate behavior when intoxicated. The conversation between the two included details about a gentleman exposing himself frequently, and how the girlfriend should handle their personal problems. I made multiple attempts to make my presence known. However, they did not seem to be aware that they had a guest on the line.This is extremely unprofessional. There should be private spaces in the establishment for these conversations to take place. I had to hang up the phone and call back for them to acknowledge my presence. When attempting to assist me, the overwhelming feelings of being uncomfortable ended in me disconnecting the call.

My wife had purchased a gift card for me years ago. They were able to find it. Came in the night before and filled out paperwork and SET my appt. Came in the next day for the appt, and they didnt have anyone there to help me. They told me sorry and claimed my appt was 4 HOURS LATER, and that the girl who booked it was new. They did offer to check another location, because i want to drive all over. I came back later, because my weekend schedule revolves around m.e.s availability, and they extended me a 1/2 hour. Now when you fill out paperwork, you let them know what areas you would like worked on, I had broken my foot and told them that I would like attention to my feet and legs to promote blood flow and facilitate healing. Once I got in the room, my therapist told me that she did not feel comfortable touching my foot because it was broken. So at this point, I guess I can understand because its broken. However, they should have found someone who could meet my needs beforehand. Once youre in the room, its too late... and all I get is Im sorry... but you can sign up for an annual membership.... are you kidding me? What a joke.... I dont believe Ill be back... you go to get a massage to relax... massage envy Anaheim hills gave me more stress than I needed. Maybe I expected too much...

CUSTOMER WARNING: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP WITH MASSAGE ENVY! They withdraw non-authorized payments from your visa/bank account and there is no provision to allow customer to stop payments. They do not respond to email or phone calls when disputing these non-authorized withdraws. Save yourself the money and just opt to pay as you go for spa services - never sign up for membership.

Wonderful experience! My appt was so tailored to me needs & my therapist took all my requests seriously. Very satisfied & it wont be my last visit!

MASSAGE ENVY IS A SCAM, I JUST GOT CHARGED $926.95 FOR NO REASON! I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS CHARGE AND HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN TO A MASSAGE ENVY IN OVER A YEAR. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT GO HERE! I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I had facial done. I THE first step is steam the dkin. It was not done. Extraction of breakout not done. The excuse the steaner was broken and the other steamer were being used.

The staff is always friendly but it seems theyre always to upsell services or oils. In addition, my massage therapist was a bit to talkative this last visit.

Great location and staffing. Its always pleasant and calm. I thoroughly enjoy my 2hr. massages!

Best massage ever, the staff was extremely accommodating and attentive as well as respectful and made me feel very comfortable.

Difficult to make same day or even same week appointments. Might work for someone that can commit to a regular monthly appointment.

Your appointments for an hour massage but youre only going to get 35 minutes if youre lucky

They dont listen customers. I paid for nothing. LOL...
