The best smoke shop in my city. Without a doubt; always coming in clutch w new products and new merch! Always in the loop w trending things!!10/10 best experiences every time I go! As a girl, I’d recommend this smoke shop 1,000% they make me feel welcomed af!

I went to Senor Tobacco for a can of butane. Im in a wheelchair and was having trouble opening the door. The clerk inside saw me struggling with the door, but instead of coming to my assistance, he decided it would be more fun to just watch. Fighting the urge to say something about his lack of courtesy, I bought the butane and turned to leave - wondering if the clerk would offer some assistance this time. Unfortunately, he just decided to watch me struggle again. So much for customer service! Theres another smoke shop in the same shopping center and I will give them my business instead. They could hardly be worse than Senor Tobacco.BTW, I received a nasty response from Senor Tobacco, sarcastically stating that if I needed help with the door, I should have asked for help. In my opinion, the decent thing to do would have been to at least ask if I needed help. As to his statement that he was helping another customer, the clerk and I were the only ones in the store...perhaps he had been smoking some of his own product.

I have not visited this particular store, but from the response by the owner, I am sure that I would not be visiting them.To owner: Im sure the patrons would have forgiven you had you stopped to help the gentleman, I certainly would have joined you in helping him if needed and I would have picked up one more item to express my satisfaction with your conduct.

Great Selection and Friendly Customer service, but the low prices are really why I get all my smoke products here at Senor Tobacco

New fav flavor. Stopped omw to work and they had good/quick service. Lots of options :)
