I’ve been getting a few massages a year for the last 15+ years and usually go into trying a new spa fairly skeptical.Bill, my massage therapist, and the team over at Organic Spa went above and beyond to make my experience great. The customer service was awesome, and the massage went above what I was expecting. Bill made sure to take the time when he found spots on my body to work them out further and getting hot towel treatments throughout really helped me to relax and gave my muscles a break from the work that was being done on them.I will most certainly be back and I recommend anyone looking for a solid massage to go here.

I found a Groupon for a deep tissue massage because I woke up unable to move/turn my neck. There was so much pain in my neck, and I needed relief fast. They booked me right away, and I was pampered as soon as I arrived - I felt very VIP & Im just an average girl, lol. My massage with Bill was excellent, and it was the perfect amount of pressure. He focused on my knots and relieving the pain I was feeling. When I came out, I felt rejuvenated, and my neck was back to normal. There was no pain turning or leaning back or anything like that, so feeling very grateful and will definitely be back again🥰

I have moved twice and tried to go to other closer places, but Organics is truly the best! Every massage therapist has been top notch. Highly recommend Angie and Bill, they give powerful deep tissue massages

My wife and I got a couples massage from Yoshi and Helen for our anniversary and it was wonderful. They serve you water and tea before and after and they really go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. The atmosphere in the room was very relaxing and our massages were awesome. I loved the experience and hope to be back again soon.

I was a member here from 2019 to 2022. My coworker at the time found a GroupOn for mothers day. She and her mom went; had an incredible experience, and she recommended them to me so I scheduled a facial. By the end of it, I decided to became a member. I saw Priscilla for nearly the entirety of these 4 years time and I loved her. (no Idea if shes still there) My skin was never so smooth and I so relaxed. Genetically predisposed to black heads and needed extractions, and my skin has a very serious sulphur allergy. Priscilla was always respectful and mindful of that.Sadly, I no longer live in Austin and am not a member. As I sit here in Virginia Winter/Spring 2024, researching spas for my first facial in roughly 2 years, Im thinking of Pricilla and this place and all the time I spent here. Like I moved from 0.25 miles down the road to a 30/45 minute drive (traffic an ATX classic) from Cherrywood, and I kept coming.This was my happy place and I miss it so much. So calming. I adored all the facials and massages I got here, I loved having my honey chamomile tea, and the membership benefits are really SO worth it. Everyone was so kind to me. My skin never looked better. So smooth and luminous. I loved this place so much and Im so happy I stumbled upon it at when I was 23.

I have tried different places in Austin, and this is the best one. A little bit pricey but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very well decorated and smells amazing. The therapists are very good and professional. I recommend this place if you don’t mind paying a little bit of extra money for professionalism and quality.

Excellent service! Melanie is the best for facials! I went in recently for my first ever facial and she greeted me kindly and was very friendly throughout the whole process. She also takes a good look at your skin and gives you a lot of tips and information to better your skincare! I highly recommend this place and I will be back!

My fiancé brought me to Organic Spa Massage for my birthday. It was my first time getting a massage and Organic Spa was definitely the best place to go! We were welcomed with a very genuine Hello and happy birthday as well as a wonderful relaxing aroma! Everyone was very professional and comforting! The office was so calming and accommodating from the moment you walk in to the time you step outside the door. I had a full body deep tissue massage. Bill was the therapist I had, and he was incredible. I used the Groupon, because not only is it cheaper, but it provides the male therapists opportunity to work because people are generally less comfortable with men. I can’t recommend enough.

Nancys ashiatsu massage is heavenly (if you like deep pressure). Her technique is effective and consistent. We moved out of town and I miss her more than anything!

Julie is amazing and so intuitive to what your body needs. She’s very calm and makes the experience very relaxing while also working out the knots. Highly recommend!All the staff at the front are also kind and friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a nice experience.

I had a massage service by Nicholas. It was way less relaxing than I was hoping for. He talked a lot throughout the session and kept asking me questions about where I went to school, etc. Also, I had mentioned that the lower bottom of my legs were more tense because I think I stomp on my heels while walking; I was hoping he could work out those knots... Instead, he started Hitting the bottom of my heel while talking about the bad impact it could have. It kind of hurt up to my knee and was so uncomfortable, not to mention taking me completely out of the relaxed mood I was trying to be in while sending an alarm through me. I wonder why on Earth he thought it was fine to do that. And I wonder why I still left a tip; Im just used to leaving one but I still get irritated when I think about that session that I paid for. I was hoping to find a place to start getting massages in Austin but Organic Spa Massage is definitely not it! On a smaller note, I was supposed to have aromatherapy and chose lavender, but I never smelled anything.

Julie was very strong, lots of tension released. Her fingers were perfect along the shoulder blade. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable.Nick was very careful and thoughtful in his technique, and did a terrific job on balancing deep tissue and relaxing massage.Highly recommended!

Wow. I have been a member at Organic Massage for over ten years and the satisfaction never ceases to amaze me. I have had many different therapists thorough out the years who have all been great but I am hooked on Bill. He is super attuned to my needs and every time I leave satisfied. He does deep pressure where needed and is so intuitive. This monthly membership is truly worth it!

I just had my third massage with Yoshi. Hes truly amazing, very intuitive about what my body needs. Im already looking forward to my next appointment with him.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice,professional, and helpful. I was in a lot of pain on my shoulders, arms, and back. I got the deep tissue massage with Matthew and it was wonderful. I walked out of the spa feeling so much better. After trying several spas, I have found the one for me. Also, the massage beats taking pain medication and it will take care of the pain.

Organic Massage is one of the best establishments in the area. Every experience is wonderful from the moment you step in to the moment you leave. It’s an incredible value and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of an escape from the hectic nature of every day life.

My visit with Organic Spa Massage was very very disappointed, I been asking friends a family for this gift for several months, and they finally get it done, Essential Body Scrub, Facial and a 50 mins Full Body Massage, I arrived 15 mins late to my appointment which that is very irrespectful on my part. The masseuse told me that she didnt have enough time to do the Body Scrub and facial so we have to reschedule one of those services, after a back and forth arguments we decided to do the Body Scrub and the 50 mins Massage.The Scrub was so bad that I start crying in th middle of the section because that was nothing at all what I got the last time I was there when they welcome me with a glass of wine. Then I decided to stay and give the chance to Nicholas the masseuse for my 50 mins Body Massage, that was AMAZING! The best massage ever. Unfortunately hes leaving the Spa. I normally dont write reviews but I was very disappointed specially because I recommend this Spa and bought several packages for friends and families.

We have been working together on each other when we were coworkers at different franchise massage place. Unfortunately I changed my profession when Covid-19 hit and lockdown was placed . I miss being Massage Therapist and make people feel great. So.this place is very clean with nice beautiful relaxing music. The atmosphere is fantastic. Not every therapist could fit your therapist and vise verse but you have the chance to get massage from different therapist till you get the right one for you. Enjoy!!

Sara, Sara, Sara! I hate to put her name on the review because I don’t want everybody booking her and keeping her too busy for me lol. But I just walked out of THE best massage of my life! It was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. I fell asleep, and I’m pretty sure I snored a little bit. Sorry about that, Sara! Lol. Aside from how amazing Sara is, I just love the spa in general. I instantly feel relaxed when I walk in, the staff is always super friendly, and who doesn’t like a nice glass of fruit infused water and a chocolate on the way out? I highly recommend this establishment.

WOW! Ive only had two facials ever, but this by far was my favorite. Allison was wonderful. She was sweet, personable, and made me feel comfortable. My skin has honestly never looked better. Wow I got a terrific massage from Matthew. I needed a good deep tissue massage, and he was highly recommended by a friend of mine. Staff is super courteous and helpful. They make things easy for clients.

[2023 UPDATE] I am a devotee to Organic Spa. I have been a member for 2 years and am very pleased with the consistent pricing, friendliness and customer service. Alison has been instrumental in my journey to heal my acne prone skin and Nick is an extremely talented massage therapist. I always look forward to my monthly appointments! One wish I do have is that they had more of a consistent inventory available of Eminence products. For the past 3-4 months now I have had to order my products through other means and not get my membership discount rate.Older:I’ve struggled over the years finding a spa that truly customized facials based on my skin needs. After moving to Austin for the North East my skin needed some serious TLC and that’s exactly what Alison gave it. Not only did treat my skin what it needs but she also provided me honest feedback on what products I should use and what I should stay away from which (unlike other spas that just want to tell you on their products). To top it off, their monthly membership packages are too good to pass up and the ladies are incredibly friendly and professional. Can’t wait to go back!

Avoid this place! Find an ethical business to get a massage from. They will continue to charge you on your credit card even through multiple conversations explicitly saying to stop well after your membership has been terminated.

I have been here several times after buying a membership and have always enjoyed it! I have a lot of tension in my shoulders and have deep tissue massage which leaves me feeling refreshed. The masseuses have been great! The rooms are private, darkened, have warmed sheets and aromatherapy. I have always been offered water/tea and small chocolates on arrival.

I booked the appointment for Advanced Hydrofacial facial treatment. My esthetician Allison first spent 5 mins understanding my skin type and suggested me to do Signature Calming facial after talking to her boss. I am glad that I listened to her. She did really great job doing facial and massage. She even recommended me eye cream for my dehydrated eyelids. I would definitely recommend her for your future facials.

I really enjoy my experience each time I schedule a massage here. The hosts are so amazing and soft-spoken which really sets the mood, and they offer you tea or water right at the beginning. The massage therapists then come out and introduce themselves and show you to your room. They always ask what points on your body you want the most attention, and they always do an amazing job. I love the service here, and I love the atmosphere. :)

I really enjoyed this spa. This was my second time at this spa. I brought my partner with me to get a massage, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I love how calm this spa is and the service given. If I lived in Austin, I would definitely become a member here!

We purchased a Groupon last minute and they were able to accommodate us same day for the couples massage.Nancy and Bailey did great and I personally enjoyed the acrobatic moves that Nancy did on me it was something I had never experienced before. The place was clean and nice aromatherapy throughout the spa. Here on vacation but if were ever in town again Id definitely rebook. Worth every penny!

Very clean and relaxing. Staff was very kind and I enjoyed the massage. My sister recommended and if I lived closer, I would join their membership. They gave me options for aromatherapy which sometimes at places, you are stuck with what the therapist likes. Therapist listened to me about any pain points and focused on areas that I mentioned. One of the best massage sessions Ive ever had.

Very clean and calming atmosphere. Front staff was very sweet and welcoming. I got an 80 min massage and Lydia was amazing. She applied the perfect amount of pressure I requested and was checked in a couple times to make sure I was still good with everything. My massage was the perfect balance of deep tissue and relaxing Swedish.Im very happy with my experience and would recommend this hidden gem to everyone!

Have been member since they opened and often have two massages a month. Have liked each therapist, all of whom have been very good. Each a little different but all very well trained. June has been a great addition to the staff and I have been changing my schedule to get my 90 minutes in with her lately. Deep tissue has immediate and long lasting effect, she really knows how fix specific area problems. Also, really like the member pricing - still a luxury in my budget - but after years of massage I really feel this is the best value massage Ive encountered.

Had a great experience here! I’d never had a facial before and was excited to treat myself for my birthday. Allison was so friendly and walked me through the whole process, really took her time and gave me the full experience. I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect such immediate results. My skin has never looked better and even though I struggle with acne and sensitivity, every product used felt great and clearly made a difference. There was no pressure to purchase any products afterwards, which was very appreciated. I will absolutely be back!!

Initially I felt a bit rushed. I arrived at exactly my appointment time so I am sure that is why. The staff was super friendly and courteous. My masseuse was friendly and ready to get down to business. She did an amazing job and worked the areas I was concerned with. I was very pleased with her and how she directed me as well to ensured she used the right amount of pressure. This was one of the best massages I have had and I am considering a membership. I also received a facial for the first time. While I cannot make a comparison it was just as great and the technician (not sure on the correct name) was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and gave me really good tips! I will definitely return!On a side note, some people complain about having to provide CC to book the appointment. I will admit that at first this was surprising, but when she explained that it was to ensure the appointment slot (that I showed up)and followed their cancelation policy otherwise, I would get charged, I understood. They are a business and if people do not show up they lose money. Don’t let this deter you from this amazing Place.

As A gift I got a couples massage, and I was very impressed with the services. My husband had a shoulder issue they were able to address through deep tissue massage. I had a very relaxing massage as well. My organic facial was amazing. I really enjoyed the products and could see a noticeable difference in my skin when I left. I joined their club and will be going back for more services!

Based on my feedback from initial visit, Organic Spa reached out to me. They were very apologetic about my experience. I tried them again and I must say I was impressed by their service this time. The massage therapist was highly skilled in giving deep tissue massage. It was one of the great deep tissue massages that I have ever got. She was mindful of duration of the massage time, was very professional, and did some amazing work to relieve aches & pains. It seems the initial experience was just one of and not the norm. In this COVID times, they are taking all measures to ensure their and the customer’s safety. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some serious deep tissue massage.Initial ReviewI had 90 min massage appointment for noon. I checked-in at 11:50 via text message as I was instructed. I received response instructing me to wait and someone will reach out. Nothing happens for 10 minutes, so I get impatient and go to the door. Then someone lets me in and I am told to wait. The therapist comes, takes my temp and makes me sign waiver. She shows me the room and explains few things. By the time massage starts, its 12:20 PM. She wraps up the massage at 1:15 PM. I nudge her asking whether this was 90 min massage? And I get response its 80 min + 10 min consultation. The basic math tells me that 12:20 PM + 80 mins = 1:40 PM. But I was shown the door at 1:15 PM. So basically I paid 140 (including tip) for a 55 min massage. At my general go-to massage place in Cedar Park, I pay 70 for full 60 min massage. The skill of therapist is same as the therapist that I had at Organic spa. They also follow similar cleanliness and hygiene protocol. So please help me understand why should I pay double the money to Organic spa for the same duration? As soon as I left the massage, I felt I was ripped off and regretted going to Organic Spa instead of my regular go-to massage place.

I had the most amazing massage with Nancy today...it was truly phenomenal. She puts her whole self into the massage and doesnt hold back. She is communicative but also just lets you lie there in silent bliss. I will be booking another massage with Nancy soon and one for my husband! Everything about my spa experience was wonderful.

This is the best spa for a relaxing massage in this area. Ive been going here for years. Nancy is very skilled, the best therapist and my favorite. She listens and is able to help me. I go there when Im in a pinch, literally. Ive used several other therapists there and they are all very good. They hire skilled staff and are always professional.

Beautiful facility and a stellar massage. We are from out of town and wanted to get a couples massage for our anniversary. After checking out some different places online, we settled on Organic. We were greeted immediately and brought a hot tea while we waited for our room to be set up. Our therapists did an excellent job asking us our pressure preferences as well as any problem areas. After running a Spartan race the previous day, my muscles were in need of care. The therapy was perfect and we both had a great overall experience.

Hubby and I shared a couples massage to kick off our 10 year anniversary trip. We booked a month in advance with no issue and everything from the moment we came in was perfect. This was probably the best massage Ive ever had and my husband enjoyed his as well. We will definitely make plans to come in whenever we come to Austin. Thanks so much!

Best place for facials in Austin, I love going to Organic spa massage for my facials, Priscilla is very professional and explains the process of what she’s going to do. This is a hidden gem in the neighborhood! I had an hour therapeutic massage with Sara and she was great! Sara was very knowledgeable with deep tissue and sports injury massage. I felt very relaxed afterward and highly recommend this establishment. From the moment I walked in, the front desk lady was super friendly and helpful. Overall, great customer service. I highly recommend it and will be returning soon!

Great experience! Very friendly staff. Amazing masseuse’s! The best relaxing and full body massage. Not a lot of frills, but they do offer beverages including wine and tea. Clean facility. Reasonable and comparable prices. Have been here twice and would come again.

I had a fine massage but bad customer service. I got a Groupon here for my sister-in-law but she had to suddenly move and couldnt use it. I decided to use it instead of wasting it, scheduled a massage, and told them I would be using the Groupon. It wasnt until I was there and then done with the massage that I was told I couldnt use it because I had already bought a Groupon several years prior. I understand the policy but think I should have been notified beforehand that I would pay an unexpected $140.

Bad experience with front counter staff when using a Groupon discount. (This happened quite a while ago) apparently I was trying to use it before enough time had gone by since I used a previous one. I was unaware, but was given so much attitude and treated like i was scum for trying to use the massage I’d just bought through Groupon. Sucks because I had enjoyed the massages I was getting regularly there but haven’t felt comfortable enough to go back ever since :/

Took my wife to Organic Spa for a couples message for our anniversary. We absolutely loved it! Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. Lindley made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in the door, and Kelly and Nolan not only gave us some AMAZING massages, but were also very friendly and made sure we were as comfortable as possible! To top it all off, they do a first-timers discount that made it all super affordable! Will easily recommend to friends and family!

I had a great experience at Organic Spa. As I’m new to the area, found them on Groupon. The facilities are tranquil and clean, and the rooms are well organized to keep noise to a minimum for services. I got a one hour deep tissue massage, and worked with Noi. She was an expert massage therapist who thoughtfully attended to my recovering (and overly tense) body. She checked in throughout to ensure I was having a great experience. She is impressively strong and does a great deep tissue massage. Great for anyone in need of some serious help! I have migraines and am recovering from surgery - so appreciated her attentiveness and ensuring I was happy. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and overall the staff takes the extra step to ensure you have a great experience.

Me and my boyfriend went here for a couples massage and it was amazing. They treat you to tea and water and as soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is already so relaxing. They have a great ambiance and outstanding customer service. We had Coco and Yoshi do our couples massage and they were amazing! I totally recommend this place :)

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with my massage. I was so looking forward to it being in such need due to my neck issues and tightness. And the fact that I literally mention the neck was my main problem. When it was done I was taken aback since my neck pretty much felt worse 😩 quite the bummer :/Edit:They did try to reach out to me a few times unfortunately I just kept missing the calls u til I finally was able to call them pick a few days later.Im still not taking back the fact that the massage was not at all what I expected and I had just gone to another place a month prior and had a great massage for my issues.But I will say they reached out and want me to try a 30 minute massage on them with someone els3 so that’s much appreciated. I will report back after I get that one this upcoming Sunday.So far now I’ll change the reviews up to a 3star.

We went in for a couples massage. The staff was very kind and attentive. They helped get us quickly singed in and gave us a complimentary drink while we waited for our appointment.Our massages were fantastic, they really paid attention to what we wanted out of our massages so we were very happy. Cant wait to go back!

This place is excellent! Always clean and professional with good communication (reminder texts, prompt phone and email replies, etc.), and they have been following strict COVID precautions with pre screenings and mask wearing the whole time, which gives me peace of mind. I have been here many times now and Yoshi is always wonderful, able to work out knots while still leaving me relaxed afterwards. I dont know if all the therapists are as good as him, but I know hes fantastic! (They also have female therapists if thats your preference)

Most (or many, anyway) of the therapists are great, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and soothing, though sometimes the staff is a little distracted. But this gets four stars instead of three because of NANCY: one of the best masseuses I have ever had the pleasure to use! Go for her, book in advance, and tip her well! She’s awesome

I booked a couples massage for our anniversary. My husband and I have never had professional massages before. Noi and Bailey were great. They walked us through everything and made sure the pressure was okay. I would love to go back. This was a great way to spend our anniversary.

I booked a 90 minute massage with Nancy and I am in heaven. She was very professional, attentive to my needs and level of pressure. I highly recommend her for your massage needs. I loved it so much I became a member so I could have a massage once a month or share my rewards with my husband.

The body treatment by Yoshi was immaculate. I have never seen services like this before and am delighted to see such diverse staff catering to different skin ethnicity needs. I also had the facial with the eminence products and my skin has been glowing all week. A bit pricey but definitely worth it - Will be back!

I love getting pampered at Organic Spa. I always have a great experience with the estheticians and I love love massage therapist Sara. I always get the sports massage and Sara is my go-to person. Shes very knowledgeable and she is a great listener. She has very strong hands, which is what my tight muscles need. After a massage session my body feels younger & lighter! The front staff are always very professional and friendly. Organic Spa is affordable for the well deserved self-care.

I’ve had two couples massages there and each time was great. All four masseuses we’ve had were excellent. Place is super clean, kind and helpful staff every time. Organic Spa is about an hour away from where we live and we pass multiple spas on the way to get but the drive to this one is totally worth it. Highly recommend.

Sara was awesome! This was my first full body massage in a while and she helped ease me into it. Normally I am sore but not this time and my stress points feel more loose. They are taking all the necessary Covid precautions and it felt very safe and clean. Lots of no/low touch contact in the appoint met and pay process. I will go back!

Do not go there! My husband got me the membership and we cancelled it since 2020, but since we still have credits and due to covid, they had to freeze my membership and of course as years passed, we forgot about it and they start charging us monthly again. We called and they refused to give us refund and basically force us to go back there to use our 2 credits that we didnt use. We moved, have a baby and live far away, and they dont care and dont listen to our concern at all. You can find other places that have better services and massage therapists.

I truly enjoy this wonderful atmosphere!! I have been coming to Organic Spa for the last 4 months. Right upon entry I am always greeted with a warm smile, and the wonderful aromatic scents of essential oils. They have always been professional and courteous, and every massage therapist I have had has been wonderful. Each of them has their own unique touch and they all seem to have advanced experience with their therapy. I am a dental hygienist who has undergone a shoulder surgery, a hand surgery, I have arthritis in my neck and bulging discs in both my lower spine and neck. I used to have ART done 1-4 times a month. This place has replaced that need!!

This is my second massage with Tanya in about a year. My wife gets Groupons, which are very reasonable.I walked in and Tanya had notes from my last massage which is pretty impressive.She is my favorite massage therapist thus far.Ive been to about ten different people and shes definitely the most skilled.The inside is very nice, comparable to a higher end spa.

Best massage I’ve ever had. I told my masseuse exactly where I was experiencing pain. I’m an artist and work a lot with my hands. I experience a lot of pain on a day-to-day basis and honestly I don’t think my hands have felt this good in years. Not to mention my shoulders. I even signed up for the monthly subscription. It’s 1000% worth it. They also took over the safety guidelines extremely seriously. I would 100% recommend going.

We went for a couples massage and it was really awesome. Last time I had a massage somewhere else I left so sore, but here I really relaxed and enjoyed it. They made me pick between lavander or eucalyptus so they put a couple of drops on the bed and I smelled it the entire time which was definitely a plus. Music and ambiance was very calm and quiet. Im definitely coming back.

Went here because I got a groupon for a 60 min couples massage. Decided to use it with my husband for our anniversary. We both had amazing service. Both Joanna and Nanch took very good care of us and the staff was very friendly as well. We will definitely be back for more massages!

If you want strong pressure, look elsewhere.They were friendly and tried to make it right by giving me a discount off my next visit since a Groupon brought me in this time but between my massage being scheduled half an hour earlier than I requested (they assured me that I would still get my full time), and the best efforts of my masseuse (even standing on my back) the pressure hardly surmounted to Deep Tissue as requested. Friendly people but not powerful enough.

This was my second time at Organic Spa and Massage and again it was wonderful! The front desk service was very nice and efficient. The environment is calming and beautiful. The heated beds are a wonderful touch and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I brought my friend with me who was visiting from out of town and she couldn’t stop raving about it!

My husband and I went in for a couples massage and it was the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had. I had Nolan and my husband had Gabe and both were fantastic. The front desk was especially attentive and kind. Ive recommended a few friends since going and will definitely be returning.

Nancy is an excellent deep-tissue massage therapist who has helped me with my chronic neck and shoulder pain. Check-in process is easy and welcoming.However, I was disappointed that the one hour massage I paid for ended up being only 45 minutes. I was brought back a few minutes after the hour, she didnt start till 10 after and ended 5 minutes early. At other places, when I book for an hour massage, I expect the full hour. Their website is misleading listing both 1 hour and 50 minute massages. Its important to me as a customer that I know exactly what Im paying for. If its a 50 minute massage, please make that clear on Groupon and on your website AND be sure the therapists massage for the full 50 minutes. I did get a $25 gift card for my inconvenience, but its not really a gift card as the front desk told me, as you have to spend a minimum of $50 to get $25 off. Doesnt really feel like much of a restitution for customer satisfaction. I have one massage remaining on my series and then I will stay at the place I normally go to in Westlake. Its a long drive, but I get the full hour with great therapists and I dont feel rushed.

I am thrilled to have received a massage as a gift from my boyfriend for this place! I had the absolute best massage therapist! Her name is Rosita and I cant wait for my next few appointments with her!For about 5 years now Ive had this sharp little knot under my shoulder blade. Ive had it worked on a few times but never has a masseuse hit my sore spot like Rosita did. Come to find out its under my scapula which is a weird spot to try and work out. You have to do it mainly through the arm pit. Ive paid more than what this spa charges to have this spot worked on at other places and no one ever came near to getting it like this. She even educated me on some stretches I can do on my own or have my boyfriend help me with.Im always nervous to get a massage because who wants to pay good money for something and have no results? You will get the exact results you need from coming here. Rosita is a magician I swear! Tanya and Nancy provided excellent service during my couples massage. Bought it off of Groupon and there was no hiccups before or during transaction. Nice and well lit room that provided a relaxing experience. Warm massage tables with great options for aromatherapy. I will definitely come back.

I had Noi and she was amazing. I asked for firm pressure at first till I found out she has very strong hands. Once I told her the massage was amazing. I dont get many of these but she did a Thai and deep tissue combo on me and honestly it was awesome.

Had one one the best massages ever! I have had back pain for over three weeks. Just wanted some relief without going to the doctor. I called Organic Spa and was able to get in approximately three hours after I called. I explained my issues, and they set me up with Gabe. He was able to quickly assess the problem with the muscles involved. The massage was rather painful, in a good way... Strange that there is such a thing. Its been three days now and I feel almost back to normal. No more ibuprofen!!! Thank you Gabe and Organic Spa. I signed up for the monthly membership and look forward to my next massage.

Went in for a 60min massage and was immediately greeted by a calming lobby. The person behind the desk promptly checked us in and served us drinks. Yoshi was my masseuse and was extremely attentive and helped work out some problematic spots. I would recommend to friends.

I love this place, they help keep me moving. Bailey is my massage therapist there and is absolutely wonderful. The owner Jun is so caring and has taken every possible precaution to make it safe during COVID-19, while still providing a relaxing environment.

I read another review on Yelp , who purchased thru Groupon had hard time setting appointments for weeks. I had the same experience. Now my Groupon voucher expired and I had to get a credit . But that credit is specifically for 90 min massage . You cant use credit for anything else, weird . Spoke to manager and she said call Groupon if not happy with my credit . Will not be returning there again. Poor customer service. The First time I went there I was gifted a massage , I had a different experience. So I purchased thru Groupon, not the same experience. It’s a good thing Groupon was able to fix the problem , I should have canceled from the very beginning , it would have saved a lot of time trying to set an appointment and I could have gone somewhere else.

Gabriel is seriously one of the very best healers and body-workers that I have had the pleasure of working with. I have also had a facial here with Sara and my skin looked so great afterwards! I originally found out about this place because a close friend of mine got a me couples massage from Groupon. I suffer from really bad anxiety so my upper back and neck have some serious knots. Both me and my best friend were on cloud nine and incredibly satisfied with our experience. They were able to really work at my knots and I slept like a baby right after. Definitely coming back!! ☺️

My daughter received a membership for Christmas and her first massage was great. I tried the 15 mt chair massage (they offered me the option to lie down). It was painful due to tense muscles but I felt looser and more relaxed afterwards. Matthew, the owner, was kind and helpful, as well as the lady at the front desk. Cant wait to go back! Ive only been twice for massages, about 6 months apart, but Tati at the front desk recognized me as if I had been there the week before. That is beyond any welcome Ive had anywhere.My first therapist was Noi (Deep Tissue)- great at listening/attuned to problem areas by feel, dynamic range of pressure, best deep tissue pressure Ive ever had.My second therapist was Nancy (Ashiatsu)- just as attentive to problem areas, really nice transitions between types of pressure, and a sweet calming presence that kept me relaxed.Customer service, quality treatment, very clean- treat yourself!

I love this little gem of a spa in the neighborhood. The staff is very polite and friendly and they have really good therapists. I have not had a single bad experience there and dont expect to. If there is any misunderstanding or mis-communication, they are quick to rectify it. This is one of the few places remaining where they still value the customer. I like it so much that I have a membership there. They are well equipped and offer an abundance of services.

The wifey and I got a couples massage on Super Bowl Sunday. We got the 90 minute session and I wish we would have gotten double. I had Bailey as my masseuse and I don’t know the name of my wife’s but we were both very happy with our massage. I’d highly recommend Organic Spa & SkinCare to anyone and we will be going back. Purchased a Groupon-I love Groupon because it gives you an opportunity to try new businesses. My first experience was fine.I signed up for a membership of $79/mo. My second visit was NOT what I expected. Specifically, Allison the aesthetician was “running late due to the client before me” I assumed she would add the time of my facial (only 50 minutes) to the end of the service she did not. She was finished ten minutes before the hour. I did not complain-I told the front desk I do not want to be on the membership. I didn’t want to cause a scene-I asked to cancel. The guy working told me I had to email my notice of cancellation. He gave me an incorrect email address. I called back to verify they received my cancellation. They had not. I verified the address and he gave me an incorrect one. I forwarded the first email.I was charged AGAIN $79. I called the number listed on my charge statement. The woman flipped out about how I got her number and wanted to know about the mystery of me having her number not caring about WHY her customer was dissatisfied—WOW…Bottomline-this place is odd, aggressive and makes you wear weird flip flops other people have also worn supposedly for “cleanliness” but they are gross, not spa like in any way-for $80 ($79 to be exact) I can get a much better service for a full hour just about ANYWHERE in Austin, TXShame this owner really is not customer focused-

Definitely will be going back! Darryl did an amazing job with my massage. I could tell he knew where certain muscles were and how to manipulate my arm or leg to reach that muscle. The only thing I would say is I wish the table was heated and the cover on the face part of the bed smelled weird, not dirty, but maybe infuse it with a relaxing scent?

Currently suffering from an acne break out had a Great hydrafacial with Allison. It was amazing! She also extracted all my blackheads which was so needed! Definitely returning next month and getting another facial and massage.

I purchased a spa day from Living Social. It was a good deal and I really needed to de-stress.I had a little trouble trying to call or go online to book my appt. because of the special deal, I couldnt really book online and nobody was answering the phone. So I went there in person. The reception staff were really helpful and nice. They explained that they had been in a meeting and were glad I stopped by. From then on, my visit was excellent.Calming Facial - Priscilla was wonderful - professional, confident and considerate. A+++Deep Tissue Massage - the best message I have ever had by Sara. She checked in several times to make sure the pressure was comfortable. Definitely got a lot of the kinks out that had been there quite a while. A+++I read some things others have said. I dont mind if the treatment doesnt take a full hour - as long as the treatment is as great as these are! 50 min of outstanding is better than 60 min of so-so.The ambiance inside is great (in contrast to the outside of the place, which is not impressive at all). Relaxing music, agreeable lighting, aromatherapy all present. A variety of beverages are available - hot & cold, healthy and unhealthy. Chocolate and mints in bowls. **My only criticism is please dont offer them in the same bowl! The mint flavor overpowers the chocolate when they are stored together. =)

Anthony was great! It was my first time at Organic Spa Massage & Skin Care, and was impressed by the quality of massage I received. I would recommend them to anyone, and Ill be making another appointment in the near future.

Appointment times during the week, middle of the day are delayed by 20+ minutes. The staff should be more observant of how long a patron is sitting in the waiting area. Additionally if I am a non-member I am expecting to book a full 60-minute session and not a 50-minute session as advertised as one hour (Matthew, appreciate your sentiments below and quite sure I didnt miss it elsewhere so its plausable that improved communications trailed my comment?). 50 minutes is not one hour but 60 minutes is. Therapists and services are very good at what they do however I would not sign up for a membership due to my multiple visits with various issues. All-in-all I enjoy my services and my overall experience and continue to give repeat business but not at the membership level.

So much relief from neck/muscle tension in just one hour!! I’m thankful beyond words to have found a massage therapist with such skill. It’s as if she intuitively knows where my body is holding stress. Her message techniques have helped more than anything else I’ve tried. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

UPDATE: I have continued to enjoy and appreciate Gabes superior skill since posting the below review 10 months ago. A while back, surgery and travel resulted in a period of no massages. I restarted my sessions and he expertly brought me back to great shape. Gabe is the real deal. Period. The spa continues to be clean, well-run and fully equipped.***********I have been going to Organic Spa for over a year now. Gabe (Gabriel) has been my therapist for most of that time and I highly recommend him for a superior massage (I like deep tissue, though Im sure he can do others as well). Hes knowledgable, professional and has a rhythm to his massages that is soothing and builds confidence that he is responding to what he finds that needs attention. No monotonous routine to what he does. I know that sometimes theres a thing about having males do massages. Leave any such concerns at home. The guys the best you can find for men or women.

Got a spa package for my wife for Valentines Day and she said it was the best massage and skincare session she has had. She told me next time we will go together and enjoy it! We have been to 4 different spas in 3 different states and so far this place has been the only one I would truly give 5 stars to!

Priscilla used a cold towel on my face initially. I guess she didnt arrive early enough to turn on the warmer so the temperature of the towel was comfortable. Then she was on her cell phone. She massaged my face with one hand and had her cellphone in the other. A notification confirmed my suspension. I reported thisa aggregious and disgusting act to the onwer who simply apologized. And didnt offer me anything else. She should have given me a portion of my money back or a do over.

The esthetician talked to me the whole time which was uncomfortable as my face was covered in face scrub and oils. The shoulder massage was also painful due to her long nails jabbing into my skin. Will not return as it was not relaxing at all and my face felt the same before I came in.

The spa is clean and inviting. My girlfriend and I had a couples massage. Gabe massaged me and Betsy massaged my girlfriend. Gabe was amazing, he has the strength that Ive always wanted when getting a massage (deep tissue). He let me know what areas of my back needed more work. My GF really enjoyed her massage too. Well definitely be back.

Bailey gave me a 80-minute pregnancy deep tissue massage using one of those donut pads so that I could lay belly down and oh my word that was the best massage I’ve ever had! I was worried that if I told her to do a full body, she might neglect the needed amount of work to my back, but she balanced everything out perfectly! I feel so relaxed!! Oh, and bonus, Bailey used a hot wet towel to wipe me down after focusing on each area. So I don’t feel like I need to shower for the rest of the day ;) I can’t say enough how amazing that experience was! I will definitely be coming back soon.

I went to get a massage and a facial with a groupon I found. I left feeling rejuvenated and fresh. The massage was so good, my hour felt like 2 mins. My facial made my skin glow. The extraction part hurt but the results were worth it. I will definitely be back.

Was initially really happy with this spa but it’s gone downhill. No one answers the phone, the online booking system is down, and no one returns phone calls. Can’t get anything booked. I will say that Nancy is an amazing massage therapist! Just wish there was a better way to book massages.

Ive never felt so relaxed and cared for than I do here. Ive only been for waxing services, but both technicians that helped me out were so kind and personable. It helps that the whole spa is hella relaxing and they offer you fruit infused water when you arrive. Everything is natural / organic and high quality. I have sensitive skin and the wax theyve used on my skin never breaks me out.

A very good friend of minds left the spa due to the owner. She was being judge since the day she has started, because the color of her skin. Was told she had to cover her face in make up to look pretty. It’s 2019-20. I thought a spa would be a no judge free zone, was thinking about checking out the spa. I have never had threading before I came and now I think Ill always choose this over waxing for my face. Also the Eminence organic skincare line offered there came highly recommended and I love what results I am getting on my skin. My massage was excellent and much needed stress relief!

Very nice spa day! I bought the mothers day special for a 60 minute massage and 60 minute facial.... In between I got to put on a very comfy robe and had a glass of wine in the behind the scenes waiting area. The only thing that I had a chuckle about was on the groupon it said that I would get the slippers and robe and some gourmet chocolates that were just dark chocolate herseys kisses (LOL) but the massage was amazing as was the scalp massage. The lady who did my facial was amazing! Very knowledgable about skin and how to care for it! She made me feel very relaxed and absolutely beautiful after I was done! I am waiting for them to get a photofacial machine so I can go get some broken capillaries fixed by my nose! Cant wait to go back!

I can’t overstate how AMAZING this day spa is. From the front desk (Tatiana is so wonderful) to the estheticians (Bailey and Pricilla, this means you), it is the whole relaxing package. But even more than that, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about their craft. I think that’s because they are so educated and experienced. These are not people who parrot whatever they think you want to hear. They are professionals with the education and experience to walk the talk. You won’t be disappointed!!

My husband and I each had a massage and facial and loved it! Noi was both of our massage therapist and Cassy was our facialist. Noi was very nice and gives a great deep tissue massage! Cassy is incredibly knowledgeable and gave my husband and I great advice for our skin. Cant wait to go back.

The facials are good but i wouldnt recommend this place for waxing. I dont have any allergy from wax but after getting waxing from here i had some red patches all over my hand. Later after some time it become dark brown. I think my skin got burned or wax they have used was not of good quality.Great place for facial but not for waxing.

I came with my boyfriend and had the full body message. It was an amazing experience, I asked for medium-hard pressure and they made sure to keep asking if they were going to hard. They did an amazing job and even helped with some of the pressure I had on my feet.

Had a very unique experience with them had some miscommunication i was willing to meet in middle when greed and lack of empathy was shown by the apparent director of the spa she wanted to make and throw policies at me, and disregarded there faults & reason and logic and talk to me about how they were to busy to handle situations so calling me at 9pm was justified for what they did in regards to my situation. Sad because i had high expectations and they were quickly destroyed. I hope the few bucks you guys burned me for was worth the long term relationship money is not everything clients and business mess up i admitted my faults i wish you were more humble to do the same. And just except the ball was dropped on your end.

I had a Mothers day massage with my son. My massage therapist, Tanya Aleman, was AWESOME. The entire place is calming and the front counter girl is very friendly and accommodating.

I used Groupon for an hour couples massage. I request females only, however we were greeted by one male and one female in the massage room. Worst part is we were checked out and in our car 55 min after our massages started...

Great place. I was a member here and moved to Houston. I have been trying different places but could not get same kind of service or massage. I wish they do have their locations in Houston and San Antonio also. I miss this place. Professional, consistent and caring. Owners are always there at the location and they make sure we get good service. Thank you guys.

I bought a Groupon and then when I tried to book on their online system, it said I had to enter my credit card for a charge of $85. I called and told the receptionist about this problem, and she said she could help me. She spent all this time collecting my information (pretending she couldnt understand anything I was saying, had to repeat myself each time). She had a weird attitude. Then finally, she says I have to give my credit card. I said Im using a Groupon. She said they wont make the appointment unless I pay with my credit card. I guess they either dont understand how Groupon works, or trying to double charge people. I canceled the Groupon. Unprofessional.

Got a 90 minute couples massage on a Groupon. So glad I did. Wonderful massage. Nice atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Nikari and Yoshi did a fantastic job.

Overall, I highly recommend Organic Spas massage and facial services. I have had several massages now with Collette, and every time I do I leave with such a sense of peace and relaxation. She is a wonderful therapist who really understands body mechanics and how to help ease the tension and aches from daily activities or mild injuries. Collette is also a practitioner of ashi massage, which I had only limited experience with before. If you are seeking relief from neck and shoulder pain, I highly recommend asking Collette about how ashi massage may be a good fit for you - it has done wonders for me!

Sara is an awesome massage therapist! She really knows her stuff and always asks what I’m having trouble with each visit. She then focuses on those issues with great results.

I asked twice if the facialist wanted me to remove my earrings (diamond studs) to which she replied no, TWICE. Alas, I am leaving sans one earring with a “welp, oh well” attitude about it from the staff. Will not be going back and regret leaving a tip.Note: I took off my necklace, engagement ring + anklet. I’ve never had a facialist be so aggressive that it affected my earrings so I didn’t think I needed to remove them. Especially since I ASKED TWICE and the response was, “No.”Massage was also just OK. Facial extraction process was more painful than I’ve ever experienced, which I commented on and was advised that it was the tool being used. Okay? Thanks for clarifying why I’m being hurt.

Anthony was the best. He made me feel so comfortable and was considerate. The place is nice and the atmosphere is serene and lovely. The only thing that I was unhappy about was that I was visiting Austin and would not be there frequently :(

This was my first time coming and I must say, of many place I have been to, this was my favorite. If you are going to get your makeup done, MAKE SURE, you ask for Sara Shahinzadeh. She is amazing and really contours the makeup to your facial structure and color. I grabbed cards on the way out to make sure I can refer my girlfriends to her. Thank Sara, you were awesome! She even hugged me goodbye. lol.. Really GREAT salon.

I needed to find Gloria because my skin had been breaking so badly. I researched to look for a good skin care, then Gloria is never disappointed in me. After finishing my 2 packages I had to buy 10 packages deal. I am pretty sure you will like here too.
