I think I’m in love with this place. My first time here. It’s beautiful outside and in. Easy in and easy out. Easy to schedule. I called to schedule. I was able to get in next day at a time I wanted. I had Michelle. She put me in a relaxation coma. I was sore all over. She applied the perfect amount of pressure. She didn’t talk me ear off, like I’ve experienced at other places. Highly recommend 🥰

I work at a computer all day so my arm and hand get pretty tense and sore, and she made me feel so much better. Had an okay massage. Not bad, nothing special really. Since they proclaim to have developed their own special DEEP massage technique, I really expected something more. The prices of massages in Austin are insane, and I just cannot get my head around $180 for a massage. I live right outside Boston, so it’s not like I’m expecting some rural America price, but I get a full 90 minutes there for that price, including tip, not 50-55 minutes.

Great experience! Worked on a shoulder that has been giving me lots of trouble. Feeling so much better. Going to make AustinDEEP part of my regular fitness routine.

Came in from out of town, walked in on a Monday and was able to be seen right away. My wife and I are greeted by friendly faces and with great explanations of what is to come. The pressure was awesome I tried to stay on that fine line of to much so I could actually get loosened up in the shoulders and back. 10/10 would recommend. Amazing place with great people.

I came for my first deep tissue massage a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. When I called to make the appointment Abi was so sweet over the phone, she explained the process very well and answered all the questions I had. When I got to the massage Syd was so accomodating and she did a phenomenal job, my partner and I both left feeling so relaxed.

Extremely therapeutic based especially for acute injuries such as mine. But obviously, chronic pain would be helped by these therapists as well. Im a picky pharmacist and my therapy was extremely beneficial.

Connor is a miracle-worker. My tension and soreness (due to stress and poor desk posture) completely vanished when he was done. I gave him a general idea of my problem areas and he found the exact spots (we had quite a few hurts so good moments). I frequently get massages from high-end spas and even they dont hold a candle to this one.

My massage (by Michelle C.) was amazing. The warm table was lovely and the use of tiger balm and fascia release combined to help my muscles get the TLC they needed. The bag of epsom salts to take home was a nice touch as well. Will be returning for sure and have already recommended this practice to friends.

This was the first time Ive ever had a massage that I felt like I was drunk after it was over. The only place Ill go for a massage ever again. Facilities were clean and organized. Bathrooms spotless. Therapist was informative and highly professional. Would recommend to anyone that carries stress in their shoulders and neck.

I had a fantastic postpartum massage from Halley! She took time to hear my concerns, checked in on the level of pressure periodically, and answered all of my questions throughout. It was an intense massage at times but I left feeling amazing!The facility at Lake Austin was clean and relaxing with a friendly staff. Would recommend to those needing deep tissue work done.

If you like deep tissue massages this is the place I have muscle knots in my back and the massage therapist did a great job on rubbing them out. Also I liked the no pressure approach for a return visit. They recommend for me to return every two weeks which made perfect sense. Since I had an account setup on my first visit they told me I can book online no pressure to book my next appointment. If you are looking for a spa experience with a lot of oil on your back with a soft relaxing touch this isn’t the place to go but if you want some one to dig in and really hit those sore spots this is the place to go.

Paul was fantastic!!! He listened to what I needed and provided! I loved that he asked for feedback during the 90 min massage. Not only did he ask, he listened and followed it with action. I deal with chronic pain and last night I felt relief for the first time in weeks. This massage also released a lot of stagnate energy for me that my body was holding onto. My body requires a massage that is DEEP to do anything beneficial for it. Being from out of state, I was skeptical about trying this place out. Absolutely amazing experience! I was greeted at the door by my massage therapist Paul who was super friendly and made me feel v welcomed and comfortable right away. He listened all my concerns, which were a lot, and had ACTUALLY READ my intake form and had some questions. I did the 90 minute massage and it was so good!! He really worked through some tough areas and I feel so much better. I would highly recommend him and will def be back. Plus the place has such a cool vibe. Love it!

Relaxing, informative, and effective. Asking if the pressure was fine multiple times during the massage made me feel like they cared about my comfort. Heated massage table! I almost fell asleep twice❤️ I have horrible lower back pain and can barely bend and stand from a seated position without a stabbing feeling in my middle/lower back. I left with full range of movement without pain. It is a truly DEEP tissue massage experience. I could feel the knots being eased away. I’m going to keep stretching with yoga and be back for a refresher.

Great, intense sports massage. I feel great afterward and the discomfort was key for the way I feel. They strike a great balance between some discomfort and the end result of feeling better.

It was freezing inside, and it was the weirdest most uncomfortable massage I’ve ever had. They do a friction method that feels like they’re going to rub your skin off, which I was told is “therapeutic.” It hurt! And the “deep tissue” part was lackluster. Way too expensive for what I got. I’m so disappointed as this place had great reviews! Won’t be going back.

Amazing experience! Tatiana was very knowledgeable and had read my paperwork before I showed up. I was able to be seen early and was sent home with Epsom salt. Will definitely be back.Additional note, if you have a car that sits low be careful if you park in the front due to steepness out front.

Parking is challenging and weird. The massage is amazing. As I was laying there feeling the pain, I thought “well, it was DEEP in all caps.” I went in specifically for elbow pain which was cured by the experience. Cost is high—but when I shopped around it was competitive. I highly recommend this place!

I had a full body, fascia focused massage from Rose, which really helped with the tension Ive been having in my neck and shoulders. Rose took the time to understand my body and stress levels before we got started and then melted them all away with her magical work. My whole body benefited!! I’ve gotten about half a dozen massages at AUSTINDEEP now. It’s a wonderful space, their therapists are very well-trained, the sign-up process is easy, and their policies are reasonable. Both locations are great. This is not a place you come to just fall asleep - the deep tissue work is WORK but it is so worth it. Personally, I’ve found a favorite in Mariah. I really appreciate that she starts with quite a bit of pressure and then asks for your input to adjust from there. I know the cost of a massage is significant (for me, at least!) but I’ve finally accepted that it’s an investment in my health. I get such bad shoulder and neck tension that I can’t sleep. After a session with Mariah, I rest better for weeks. In fact, during the massage, if she starts with my right side, by the time she switches to the left I can feel an incredible difference in the comfort/tension of either side - it makes me realize just how uncomfortable I was going about my day to day! I’ve tried quite a few other companies and nowhere else have I had such consistently wonderful, meaningful experiences. The finishing touch to every session - they give you a bottle of water and a small bag of Epsom salts to take home and use as a follow up to your massage. If you’re hesitating - go ahead and book it! You’ll be so glad.

Great massage! Got a quick 45 minute deep tissue from Naomi and she was really excellent. At the end I told her it was the best massage I have ever gotten and that was the truth. I wish I lived in Austin so I could go all the time. I highly recommend this place. Cheers.

What an experience! It was very much so what was requested with extra deep massage. My masseuse made sure to focus where asked and evened out the work needed in all the areas requested. The environment was relaxing and still alive and youthful. Loved the lofi music! I really appreciated the epson salts at the end too.

This place is truly amazing. If youre looking for a great massage with great people who are well trained, this is the place to go.Jason, my therapist, was so inquisitive about my pain areas, needs and medical history that he was able to give me what I needed to feel relief.I struggle with chronic pain issues and so a lot of times, my back, especially my lower back seems to seize up. Jason was able to get out most of the tension and give me some relief. When I tell you I walked in at an 8 and left at a 2, that is a huge accomplishment.I look forward to going back and seeing him again!

I have gone to see Jeran twice now and she is AMAZING! Probably the best massage I have had and I have had a lot. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I was fortunate enough to book a 60 minute session with London, who took care to tend to my specific needs. He was very professional, enthusiastic and competent, and I could tell he has made the most of his career as a therapist. He was able to get so deep into my areas of tension that I started to lose circulation in my hands, and I consider that a good thing!I have to imagine that Austindeep only hires the best of the best when it comes to holistic massage therapy. I cant recommend them enough.

Austin DEEP is deep muscle therapy. Every staff member is a trained to provide a deep tissue massage. Hayley, Cristina F, Rose, Erik, Katie, Irina, Sarah are all superb. The fact you can pick from a list and get an incredible massage is a testament to the training they receive. Any one of these people would be the best massage therapist at any other spa. Great environment, expert professionally trained staff, great communication, awesome massages. I won’t go anywhere else but Austin DEEP.

As a female client who works in a factory I have found it hard to find a therapist who can handle my bodies needs. I happen to fall upon Justin one of your male therapists and was blown away with his professionalism and his craft. His knowledge of the human body mixed with his massage techniques was the best experience I have ever had. My back feels amazing and my arms have better circulation. I did not wake up in pain and my words can not express my gratitude.

Ive now been to Kelsey twice and she is wonderful! She gives a super strong massage and she finds all of my points of tension. I plan to continue going to see her on a monthly basis to keep my chronic lower back pain minimal. Her healing hands are the best Ive found in Austin for deep tissue.

Today we had the pleasure of the best massages we have ever experienced!Rose and Laura took care of my wife and self and was incredibly deep and strong yet when done not sore at all. We were very tense and after a couple nights in a not so good bed at the hotel, this pulled us up and onto the dance floor!We live in wine country where massages ( good ones) are in spas everywhere (Napa and Sonoma) so extremely high bar to set and they knocked it out of the park!

My favorite place to go to! Honestly, the best massages I have ever had. Most recently I went to Abel (first time using him, and will definitely use again). He did a great job with pressure and making sure he worked on the areas I really wanted him to focus on. Everyone here is so sweet and professional, and great COVID protocols!

I really enjoyed my visit. My therapist (Nicole) provided the perfect amount of pressure and adjusted as needed; I felt well cared for throughout the massage The setting was great as well - pretty quiet with good instrumental music. I left feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated!

My massage therapist was very intuitive and communicative. We quickly reviewed what my needs were and then all I had to do was relax. The space was soothing and I felt wonderfully rejuvenated after my session. I also greatly appreciated the emphasis on how to care for myself after the deep session, and the complementary salts and instruction to soak that I took full advantage of. Made for a soothing day of self care.

Ive tried three different places now, and Austin Deep has been the best experience by far. Ive been experiencing some shoulder pain, and the other locations worked on the area a bit, but then moved on to other areas of the body that werent bothering me. My masseuse at AD listened to my concerns and spent the entire hour on my affected area which provided the best results. I will definitely be going back.

I have been to AustinDEEP since 2002 and they helped me through a couple of injuries (shoulders and arms). The staff is very courteous and well trained so I never have to worry if there is a new therapist, I know my massage will be effective. I recommend an hour for a specific area. For full body 90 minutes is good but 2h is the way to go.

Probably the best massage I have ever had. Normally after a massage,the knots in shoulders under my shoulder blades feel better, but they never really go away and I can still feel them. After this massage, they are barely there. It was the hardest massage I have ever, but man it HURT SO GOOOOD!!! I am still a little sore but I feel the best I have in years. I will 100% be back and have already raved about yall to several friends.

It was a highly personalized experience and I felt welcome. Their new client questionnaire is long but a strong part of why it was so personalized. I look forward to going back. I scheduled the appointment within an hour of coming so I deeply appreciate their flexibility. The only downside is the parking of the location but the massage experience itself was unmatched.

I cannot recommend enough. Please ask for Justin, he is not only extremely experienced and great at what he does, he is super personable and spends extra time fixing the problem areas so you can just go back out there and mess them up again for the next time. I have a lot of back tension from my workout routine and I am in front of a computer for hours for work, and I feel revived with better functional movement after each visit. Also, deep tissue has a bad stigma for being more painful but Justin does a perfect job of still making it relaxing/enjoyable while working out the tightness.

This place was amazing - so relaxing and my therapist was very knowledgeable. She took what I said about my problem areas and worked on the places I needed worked out. I left feeling very relaxed and my pain level had decreased significantly and my ROM in my neck had increased. I will definitely be going back!

Indian rug burn I’ve never had such a painful message after telling my message therapist I had very dry skin she insisted rubbing me so roughly was good for me. It was painful she added just enough for my skin to absorb the lotion to feel dried out again. I even said something about now I know why it’s called an Indian rug burn. I’ve been to lots of messages places in the Austin area and in Colorado and hands down totally not worth the $175 I spent to be roughly rubbed that my skin felt like it was burning. I had half a mind to walk out and ask for a refund.When the woman at the front asked about a tip at the end I’m sure my face said everything. Very disappointing oh and the music that you can hear from the lobby also very disappointing. I will not be returning or referring you guys to anyone.

Booked it, got my credit card charged, walked almost a mile from my hotel after a long day of travel. Was then told that while I may have been charged $210, that my appointment wasn’t valid. They refunded the money and offered a discount for a future service. Worthless to me, as I’m from out of town and this was the only time that worked for me.You see, the way goods and services works is that when you take someone’s money, you need to be prepared to deliver a service. If your system allows that basic human transaction system to fail, get a new system.

I have had massages all over the world- from the Ritz Carlton to back alleys in Thailand, and I can tell you that Austin Deep is THE BEST. I was a bit disappointed with the re-arrangement of the waiting area, but I told the staff: Id continue to come here even if I had to sit on cardboard boxes. The staff are all of exceptionally-high talent so you cant go wrong with any of them.

The massage was great. They are very professional and give bath salts when you leave.Their technique is more myofacial with intermittent deep massage. It was well worth the bucks. I highly recommend them.

Ive received massages from three different therapists and they have all been outstanding. At other places, I have often feel like I had to argue with therapists about applying sufficient pressure. That is not an issue at AustinDeep. From start to finish the massages here are relaxing and have the desired therapeutic effect. Aside from the massage there were several other things I liked a lot about AustinDeep:- The 75 minute massages I pay for actually last 75 minutes. Most places seem to shave off 10 minutes.- The intake form asked about talking during the massage. I really appreciate this since I dont care for conversation during my sessions.- The woman at the front desk is incredibly kind and welcoming.

Austin Deep is the best deep tissue massage I’ve experienced in Austin. Unfortunately they recently raised their prices quite a bit, making them much more expensive than other quality deep tissue massage options. The steep price increase is the reason I’m giving a four star rating instead of five.

Loved my deep tissue experience with Hayley. I have a lot of trouble with my rotator cuff and she was able to quickly isolate the problem and got right to work. I left feeling so relieved and with a lot more mobility in my arm and shoulder. I will definitely be booking with her again.The place was clean, COVID safety protocols were followed. I have worked with five different therapists and each have given a consistently excellent 90 minute massage. Its a bit pricey but worth it.

This deep tissue massage was worth the pain. being active in fitness and having a labor intense job has my body always tight from not enough stretching. Bryan was absolutely amazing. he hit all my tight areas and i left feeling like a million bucks. thanks for the relief !!!

I really liked how the full time was spent. The massage therapist I had, I wish I could remember her name, was very very skilled at what she did. I felt so much better the next day, and she really focused on where I felt like I had the most tension. I really appreciated the epsom salt that was given to me to use in the bath afterwards because i think that was sort of crucial as well as the hydration. I am considering coming back once a month, or more. I really also liked the use of the Tiger Balm with the oils. It just felt absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much, and i have told already many friends about it.

They do a really good job. I have been to many massage therapists over the last 25 years and employed several. This group has a very effective massage mission. Theyre at the top of the heap for sure. Better would be very hard to find.

I knew with the initial conversation via phone seeking appointment with Jessica that the experience was going to be pleasant. My partner and I had appointments at AUSTINDEEP, Lake Austin location. I with Abel and he with Allen. This was not our first time receiving a “deep tissue massage,” but this was the first time receiving a real deep tissue massage, done right. From the second we arrived, COVID prevention measures were in practice, and our comfort was ensured. Abel spoke with me throughout the session to inform me of why he was doing certain things, why they mattered, and why I was feeling certain ways. The hour went by far too fast. Once the session ended, he greeted me with cold water and epsom salt to soak in a bath to help relieve post stressors. I waited outside for my partner to finish his session with Allen, and we said in synchrony, “best massage ever.”When we make a visit back to Austin, we will without a doubt be returning to AUSTINDEEP.

Hayley did an amazing job stretching out my fascia, which no other massage parlor has focused on as intently as AustinDeep does.I got a massage last month at a different place, and afterwards did not feel any more loosened up for the tight muscles I have, from going to the gym 4 days a week and working out 7 days a week.Immediately after standing up, once the massage was through, I felt better. My muscles werent as sore, and I had a greater range of movement. Additionally, Hayley was friendly, endured my bad jokes and discussed fitness with me which was pleasant.The establishment itself is classy, more upscale than a standard massage parlor with great accoutrements. I took an epsom salt bath later that night as instructed to by Hayley, and the next day still felt great. I will be back for more amazing massages. 5 stars to AustinDeep!

Deep Tissue is an art, not a buzz word. Prompt, on time service. Best deep tissue massage Ive ever had. High cost but worth it. No wasted time during the massage warming up. Sarah got straight to it and really helped my back. I have had many massages in my life. Im a big muscular guy and I need deep tissue work when I start to hurt. I had treatment for 1.5 hours with Cheryl Gray and let me tell you, that lady is STRONG. She quickly got to work, found the issues I was having and made my knots submit to her efforts without hurting me or forcing me to ask her to lighten up. There were times she used her elbow to get to the tight places! Towards the end, I noticed she was working really hard on my shoulder muscles and I peek over and she had her leg on the wall using it for leverage! Cheryl was absolutely fantastic and if you desperately need some deep tissue work, Cheryl is your Massage Therapist!

Hard to believe how amazingly consistent this place is. Their Therapists can locate quickly the exact point to unwind the knots and melt the kinks, all while hitting every muscle group in the time allotted. Austin Deep is wonderful. The staff helped me recover from three back surgeries: two L4 / L5 discectomies and a fusion. I’ve had chronic lower back issues for the last two years. Not wanting to medicate, I’ve had countless massages, acupuncture and private pilates lessons and nothing worked until Christian went “deep” on my lower back last week. Therapuetic massage. The deep tissue massage is for the most part uncomfortable, in my experience, but therapuetic for muscle strains and adhesed fascia. I have had multiple ailments (upper back, glutes, shoulders, forearms) and theyve been able to address each and improve my condition. It is pricey but comparable to the rest of the market.If you arrive early there are massage warming beds that are a pleasant experience.

My Therapist was very knowledgeable and really made sure that she was performing the massage to my liking (i.e. amount of pressure and working in my areas that had tightness/pain)
