Called and they honored the Groupon price. Ladies were great during the massage. Definitely was worth the price, nice clean service. You pay before the service which felt a little odd but the ladies did make a comment about our tip not being enough. So be prepared to either tip more then 15% or you will get some type of attitude.

The Ashiatsu massage was too heavy/hard due to her body weight (and I like deep massage). I handed the massage therapist a $20 tip despite a lack luster massage. Her comment to me was, This not enough. I hope the extra $5 I gave her ($25 total) was worth this review. That will be my first and last visit.

One of the best massage Ive ever had. Right when I walked in the lady at front was very nice and asked how much pressure I wanted and if there were any specific areas Id like to focus on.

Oh heck yes. Havent had a massage since March, so I was desperate for strong hands. Found this spa, booked an appointment for 60 minutes. The therapist has strong hands with the pressure I like.

Walked in with my friend and the ladies at the desk told us to pay upfront, which is different that im used to with reflexology places. They told us they dont take card (even though they do), so we gave the lady cash and then she tried to keep the change and just laughed when we kept asking for our change. Massage was a solid deep tissue massage. They dont really know how to give a massage, they just walk on your back and elbow you without technique. At the end, as we were leaving, I asked for change so I could tip them, and then the ladies tried refusing to give us change... again... Ultimately we had to negoitiate for a settlement to get some of my change. Ultimately tiped more then intended following the negotiation. I feel bad giving 3 stars but thats even generous.

We bought a couple massage on Groupon and that same day we scheduled our appointment. It was fast and easy. The place is clean. Massages were nice, my husband loved it, mine was ok, not wow but good for that price.

Just got my second body massage from Lily. She is fantastic! Ive had lots of massage all over Austin and I swear these were the best. As others have said, dont expect a spa experience - no chilled cucumber water, etc. - but if what you want is really good, skilled massage, this place cant be beat. Good prices and walk-in or same-day appointments have been easy for me. The language thing is a thing, but communication isnt really a problem. Except for something really complex, its pretty easy to get your point across. (And someone did use Google translate when I was trying to change a foot massage gift certificate to a back massage.) My only problem is that the foot massages are done with you lying on a low table. Which is fine, but my back issues wont allow me to soak my feet in the tub on the floor from that position, which is how they do it. Would be better if foot massages could be done from a recliner or reclining position.

They tried to charge us upon leaving even tho I redeemed a Groupon when we arrived. My main issue is that the massage was painful. I wanted a relaxing massage, not a deep-tissue. I told the masseuse twice and the other woman seemed to translate for me however the pressure never let up. It takes a lot for me to speak up but it honestly hurt. It’s been 3 days and I have several bruises. Honestly they seemed friendly but I wouldn’t go back.

The woman is quite talented. She was incredibly gracious and welcoming, made the entire process look fantastic, and went over each step with clarity.

Not a clean place. Everything is very cheap, mattresses looks like they have bed bugs and they won’t accept a Groupon offer on the weekends. Massage is okay and didn’t do the hot stone or aroma therapy as advertised.

Im glad I took a chance on this place before my flight. I did a foot and chair massage, 1 hour for $60. Michael was awesome and gave strong pressure. I tipped him handsomely for making my stress go away at that moment. Exactly what I needed. This will be my new massage place before and after my flights. Thank you for making me feel good, guys.

Been here a few times already with my husband for their couples massage and we always leave so relaxed. It’s a bit of a drive for us but we always make the drive! Here we are 10 minutes after our massage saying how limber we feel. 😆😍👌💯 Very clean, respectful, and nice!

I have gotten over a hundred massages from many different places and this was by far the best. They put so much effort into it and had amazing techniques; I left feeling brand new. The hot stone massage was so relaxing and Lily was very kind and welcoming. Thank you!!!

Massage itself was fine. My massage was interrupted 4 times by my masseuse’s phone ringing, which I would have left grace for if only once. (But 4 times was a bit excessive. A heads up would have been nice.)My husband and I reserved a couples massage - which was $116. It included hot stones and aromatherapy. The tipping situation was a little weird, given that staff will not let you leave until you leave at least $10 cash behind.

Take note - this is not a luxury spa experience. Place was clean, if a bit dingy. I went with my boyfriend for a couple’s massage - we mostly enjoyed our massages but both our masseuses applied painful pressure to our shoulder blades and we are much more sore than usual. Bit of a language/communication barrier but the employees are nice and we figured it out. I’m not sure sure I would go again simply because the ambiance & experience wasn’t what I usually prefer, but I don’t discourage anyone from trying it out at least once, especially if you’re looking for something simple.

Amazing massage! Came here for a couples massage with my girlfriend, and they gave us a private room. The masseuses applied really good pressure and covered the whole body. The oil and hot stone treatment was great. They kept making sure we were feeling good throughout the massage. The prices are very fair as well. Highly recommend!!

Amy is a talented, responsive, and intuitive massage therapist and will definitely be back as often as I can afford when shes available. Ive left most massage places feeling robbed & harrased. Though not in the best area of ATX, its definitely worth it & conveniently located. Mike was also exceptional per the Mrs. Thank you Amy & Mike.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! BUT STOP PRESSURING PEOPLE TO LEAVE A TIP! Look At the reviews and see how many people complain about it. You pressure as well to pay in cash but have a Card machine. The rules change each time to pay first or pay when you leave. Remember tips are optional and when given, not to rudely ask for more. Rude!! I’ve gone many times and take other people and they are always shocked at how rude about the tip. Especially asking for a tip when paying first.

I went in for a couples massage with my friend. I had Sophie as my masseuse. It was superb and amazing! They put in so much effort and there were so many techniques I haven’t experienced before. Amy gave me the best massage I have ever had! She asked me throughout the massage if the pressure was ok and also if the stones were too hot. I enjoyed the deep tissue experience I was needing to sort out my numerous back issues. She did more for me in one massage than I have experienced in getting chiro adjustments. The massage was great but I left with quite a bit of bug bites. The place looks a little sketch but the price is great. Felt like the ladies were talking about us and laughing at us in their language. My boyfriend enjoyed the intensity and the hot stones. So did I. The essential oils needed to be replaced. The oils smelled very old and I felt like it lowered the potency and the tingling effect I was looking for. Overall, I left feeling good and itchy at the same time.

I have travelled all around the world snd this is by far the best massage I’ve had. My boyfriend and I were talking about our experiences for days. They are experts and they have the perfect touch. If they had any availability later that day or later in the weekend we would have 1000% had another! They have chair massages, open bed massages (you keep your clothes on), or the traditional deep tissue massage and hot stone massage. $60 for 60 min? Yes, please! It was the most painful massage Ive ever had. I informed the masseuse at least 5 times that she was hurting me and then shed stop with the intense pressure for a minute or two and go right back to doing it. Ive never had a more absent minded massage and I try to always give the benefit of the doubt. At the end, I decided to tip $10 even with the service being horrible and the masseuse ask me if thats all I was going to give! Absolutely infuriating the lack of professionalism. Im finding a new spot bc my last 2 experiences have been bad.

If you dont have any pain ans only want to be rubbed in a smelly silent room this is your spot. If you actually have pain or tension and want to relax I wouldnt recommend this place. I told my masseuse multiple times I specifically came in for a neck knot. I pointed at my neck 3 times during the massage. The masseuse was more focused on doing her routine and mimicking the other masseuse in the room (couples massage) than the spot I begged her to focus on. I left with the same knot I came in with. The lady got upset that I didnt tip but I left in the same pain I came in for...Who is going to tip that?

It was okay Im sore from my massage. They were nice. Didnt speak englished and the masseuse talked to eachother more than I would have liked during our couple massage so it was just okay.

Loved the massages, massage tables, and linen appeared, smelled clean. But walking in the place smelled old. The price was excellent, the staff was so nice and patient.

Used to really like this place but its really gone down. Couples massage was ok. They focused too long on some areas. Tried to get her to spend more time on problem areas like my lower back but the language barrier made communication extremely difficult. The constant chatting was annoying and a third person kept coming into the room which was an even greater interruption. No ambiance at all. I had to ask for some music about 20 min in...if nothing else I needed to drown out the chatter. Paid for aromatherapy but it was useless. Smelled absolutely nothing (husband had same complaint). Also asked for 2 females but the guy came in to get started. We had to stop him. Same issue last time. Booked for 2 females and then were told no other female was available. Last time we left. They used to have a great manager who really got to know us as repeat customers. Not sure what happened to her but she needs to come back! Definitely not a spa experience.

It is a quiet environment for relaxation (despite the looped song playing over and over and over again) and the massage was okay.The reason why i am giving 3 stars is because the massage therapist seemed to be chatting with some people in the public room or someone kept coming in the room, opening the door and chatting with the massage therapist, and for a couple of times it felt like the door was kept open.As ti the massage, at some point she would hit the spots i mentioned as focus spots, but most times, she would just not focus on them and also she would spend more time on specific sides (not ones of the focus spots) for more than 3 minutes.Most of the time, her strokes were very fast and not deep enough.I booked this massage to get full body massage and be able to fully relax my muscles, but i only got like a third of what i thought i was gonna get.I shouldnt have probably tipped her as much as i get her, i just felt bad and i couldnt just walk out without tipping her.People can still go there but, make sure you clearly communicate what you want and make sure someone who understands English can translate and Explain to the Massage Therapists, what needs done, because these massage therapists dont seem to quiet understand English well.

The masseuses show good energy but they have not been adequately trained. It was an uncomfortable experience - they applied too much pressure to single areas especially with their elbows and heels, then placed hot rocks with no warning, and a steamed towel with no warning, could not smell the aroma we chose, and they kept talking. My back still hurts from where they stepped on it wrong. They rudely asked us for more tip than what we had given already in the end.

Don’t go here. You can do better. Trust me.Why would you expect tip before the job is done? And because I didn’t tip her out the gate she let me wait In the room and then refused to even do the massage 🤦🏽‍♂️.

They took me and my boyfriend in last minute and late (a massage before bed at 9pm). If you’re looking for ambiance, then this may not be for you. But if you want some stress and tension relief throughout your body, then their services will do the job without hurting your bank. I’ll be back for routine relief but my boyfriend may have to seek out someone who offers specialized services for his constant forearm tightness.

I went into a private room for a massage.Literally did not speak one word of English so I couldn’t communicate what so ever. I tried to speak to them with no avail because they spoke zero English. I wanted to tell them my shoulder is injured and the basic things you communicate to someone who is about to give you a massage.They put so much oil on me it was like a slip and slide and then proceeded to continue running his forearm bone across the vertebrae of my back it was so so painful. In fact, the whole experience was horrible and painful.The place was dirty and had a smell, and at one point a fly landed on my face.When I checked out I left the guy a $5 tip to be nice because I don’t like leaving no tip even if the experience is awful. He laughed in my face and pointed at a sign basically saying the minimum tip you can leave is $10.DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been a customer of iMassage in Cedar Park since they opened. I have never had a bad experience. I am pleased that this location is so close to work. I am not easy to work on as I have had 2 spinal fusions. I have terrible muscle spasms daily. I walk about 7 miles daily. The staff is well trained and believe me, they can feel your trouble spots. Where else can you go to get a 90 minute massage for their rate and walk away feeling so much better?I highly recommend I Foot Spa to anyone desiring relaxation and a sense of relief for your aching body.

Pretty rough massage, no music, all I heard was the guy breathing the whole time, didn’t feel relaxed at all when I left, pretty bummed. I tipped 15% on an unsatisfied service, the guy laughed and pointed at his tip sheet. I called and spoke to the manager afterwards and he said he’d talk to him, for all I know the manager was the same guy. I noticed 6 months ago another lady had the same experience. Clearly there is no talking and correcting the employees. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want something relaxing and eases tension, not gives you more. 👎🏽

WARNING! PLEASE READ. I rarely give things 1-star!Oh, where do I begin?I took extensive notes immediately after my “massage”, so as to not forget.My wife and I went in for a couples massage.A third person came in and out of the room several times and chatting, during the massage.My massage therapist had fingernails and kept scratching me, despite me letting her know.Applied way too much oil. Like a slip and slide.Left the room for about five minutes at one point.I asked her 10 times to slow down, and she would just go back to her normal speed after about five seconds. Imagine a massage stroke going from hips to neck in half a second then back down in half a second. It was that fast.She would rub, skin deep, the same spot over and over again for about two minutes, to the point where my skin would get aggravated and hypersensitive. It’s like having rug burn.There was one terrible elevator music song playing on loop for 90 minutes straight!!!I kept asking her to go deeper and focus on the areas that I came in to have addressed, and she would work on them for about 10 seconds and go back to shoving me around. I asked her to focus more on a sore shoulder, she worked on it for five seconds and moved on.They cut the massage 10 minutes short.They billed us double, and didn’t flinch. Good thing we looked before we signed the credit card receipt!Their English vocabulary consisted of about a dozen words between the three of them, so it took them 20 minutes to correct the problem by calling someone on FaceTime to walk them through how to cancel the transaction and fix it.Then I called the bank to make sure it went through properly, and they only had a record of the double charged transaction, and not the corrected charge.I left the place, aggravated, and with a headache, not relaxed at all. I’m writing this review a week later, from my notes, and my neck has been painfully out of alignment ever since.Oh, and is that a hidden camera in room 3? Why would there be a “motion sensor” on the ceiling, 2 feet from the wall, aimed directly at one of the beds?

Made an appointment for 12pm on 12/6... no one was at the front desk for over 20 minutes so I left. 3 other people were waiting for an appointment too, all for 12pm. One lady called the place and someone answered and she said she would call someone else to come... what? Why would you make 4 appointments for the same time and not have any staff to handle it?

Got massage every week for sure!In Austin, the majority Asian spas are spread out in Northern Austin.and this one, is really the most beneficial one to those people live or worknear downtown. Plus, this place is huge. I can see there are about 10 sofa for foot massage, 4 for chair massage and about 10 private rooms. What a fantastic place for massage lovers!The reason I love Asian massage compare western ones is, the therapistsare really professional and work their best to serve you! They know your knots, they know the points and they are tireless!Definitely I gonna recommend to all people I know!

I have probably been here four or five times and have loved every single visit. I went in for their great deal on Groupon (30 minutes foot + 30 minutes back) but their regular prices are really affordable without it too. I requested Sophie and Wu Ko Tian and both of them did an AMAZING job. We had just finished a camping trip and it was the perfect way to get all the knots out from sleeping on the ground. Since its a traditional acupressure massage, they REALLY dig into those pressure points to relieve stress. I cant stop recommending this place to my friends! Thanks Sophie and Ko Tian!!

I called ahead to see if I could get a massage and the woman I spoke with said that was fine. I arrived a few minutes after I called and... well I’m not really sure what they told me. I couldn’t really understand the gentleman who was talking to me. Another person arrived at the same time I did saying the same thing, that it was fine to come in. I waited a few minutes but then left because no one was any help.

Got a couples massage recently. It was supposed to be full body but they just did the back and the back of the legs. Didnt do the front shoulder area, front of legs or the foot. Also was not expecting to be walked on and that really hurt both of us.

I like their massage but they can not speak English to communicate, also don’t like their minimum tip which was $20 $30 and $45 for 90 min massage, it should be optional and if you deserve you will get tip.

Very poor experience and customer service. Our request for 2 female masseuse for a couples massage was not respected. Upon saying we were uncomfortable and did not want the massage, we were not granted a refund or a voucher.

I don’t understand reviews complaining about “too much pressure”. They keep checking in with you about the pressure (or you can just speak up?). It is just Amazing, just go for it.
