Best in the Business! Austin owned and operated. Prices are very competitive and equal to online purchases, without waiting for shipping, in my case. Came here with no knowledge of Vaping and was completely taken care of by Danny and Bryan. They were extremely patient and answered all of my questions, not feeling rushed @ all and they made sure I got a premium setup with what I could afford. I also received a 15% discount on the coils and juice. At the time they were having a sale on Lost Vape products, which is pretty much unheard of for a local retailer. Big shout out to Daniel! Super friendly and knowledgeable guy, made the transition from a small pen to a sub-ohm rig super easy. A friend and I spent over an hour in this store looking at the liquids and vape selection. I really really like the fact that you can try each one of the flavors before you buy -- so hard to find this. Its also down the street from my friends place, which is almost too convenient. Definitely going to be doing my business with them when Im in Austin.

Shattered my tank and these were the only ones in South Austin who actually had a replacement in stock. Walked out with an upgrade NOT because they pushed it on me, but because they were knowledgeable AND shared their personal experiences with all the choices available and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Ill definitely be back.

One of the best vape shops in Austin. Service is outstanding. Not a huge selection of products but they’re obviously choosing quality over quantity and it pays off. For a local vape shop I couldn’t ask for more. Seem to be doing a good job with Covid precautions too. Hand sanitizer at the entrance and masked employees. Guy behind the counter recommended a particular brand of cbd gummies they have, I told him I’ve tried similar ones before and haven’t felt like they helped with some anxiety issues I have The dude suggested I give these a try, and although he’s upselling I could tell he genuinely believed in the product. Sure enough he was right and we just bought a huge bottle of them. The guy improved my day and every day since.

The staff is friendly and informative. They helped me troubleshoot a box mod I had purchased else where and they were able to help me out with my problem! If you live in far south Austin I would highly recommend stopping by here. Great selection on devices and juices.

This is mostly informative, but I also gave a good review because I had a good experience. I usually shop here to get my coils and juice. The selection is really nice if youre using something low voltage like a caliburn. I called them this week to see where I could resupply, considering the physical store is closed due to caronavirus lockdown. I was informed that theyre doing free one day shipping through their website. I ordered some new coils and juice late two days ago, and as expected, I got them today.TL;DR: you can still buy coils and juice from the their website, and it has free one day shipping.

I have been to at least one vape shop in every semi major to major city in the country, at some point, in the last five years, and just about every vape shop between Georgetown, and San Antonio. Cloud Counter Vapors consistently has an amazing selection in stock, and exceptionally knowledgeable staff. To find a store comparable to this, I’d have to drive to and Las Vegas NV, or Memphis TN. Thank you whoever owns this place, you are awesome, and so is your staff.

Staff is awesome and super helpful.they even have a flavor bar! for a super small fee (i think its like .50 cents or a buck) you can try out ALL of their hundred or so flavors to see which ypu like the most. then theyll hand mix everything so you get the right ratio of vape and flavor thats right for you!everything is so custom tailored. its awesome!!!

I have stopped here to purchase coils a few times now. I have had nothing but the friendliest customer service. Tonight I bought a new set of coils I had not tried before but when I got home I took one out of the pack to install in my smok g priv baby luxe but it would not recognize the coil. I went back and it turned out to be a defective coil. Mitchel was extremely friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience and installed a new one on the house. Thats the type of customer service that is awesome to see. Will be coming here for all my vaping needs :)

As soon as you step in everyone is friendly and so ready to help you. They know what they are talking about and will help you with problems or questions. They wont sell you something youre not qualified to use safely, and always promote responsible and respectful vaping. LPT: try the Hays Vapor Co line. All of it. Their in-house eJuice is absolutely top-notch, and has been getting notice all over the western hemisphere. Youre doing yourself injustice if you miss it.
