The staff is always super friendly and helpful every time I go! The new location is very nice as well. My only qualm would be that the POS now prompts for a tip when you check out. Not only is it off putting and discourages future patronage, but it’s also a glaring neon sign that instead of paying your employees more you’d rather place the burden and therefore the responsibility on the customer.Not very demure. Not very mindful.

Ive been a customer for a long time and cant think of any time that I havent been pleased with my experience here. I seem to always be greeted with a smile and made to feel like Im the most important person at that time. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable which can only enhance the time here. If you arent sure of your exact needs, they talk to you and help you figure it out. Keep up the great work, youre all awesome in my book!

Ive been coming here for a few years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. They have their own vape juices. Oliver is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help.

Love this store! Everybody knows me by name and they couldnt be nicer! I have been coming here for 3 or 4 years now and have never had a problem! Landon knows all about the products and will answer anything you need to know. Landon runs the store well and its clean and in good order. They have specials all the time and I take advantage of the rewards system they have. They have a great team of employees at this store and thats why I come back all the time!

There are plenty of options around this area for me to frequent, but this store keeps drawing me back. Every time I go in Landon is not only ready with a big friendly greeting, but he is such a great resource as well. He is like an encyclopedia of knowledge, whenever I have a question not only does he have the answer, he almost always manages to toss in some new info. He oozes passion for his craft, and makes me feel valued as a customer. He is always so happy and proud to show me their new products and is incredible at understanding what I am looking for and guiding me in the correct direction. I love this place so much 💘 the other day, i only had $21 until i got paid the next day and my vape died.. worst ever. the manager said he would cover the .65 i owed because my partner and i regularly go there and he wouldn’t turn me away. yesterday, i went in and i was having a tough day until oliver made a point to make my visit the BEST!! he always makes sure to provide stellar customer service along with conversation, but a great addition to yesterdays visit was when i got a mystery bag with my purchase and it had so much cool stuff in there and he was excited to give it to me!! they will take really good care of you here 😁

I love the guys that work here. There very knowledgeable about the different vapes fluids and they have my 12mg which I was so happy. It is so hard to find 12mg in Austin. I highly recommend this vape shop for a honest great experience with knowledgeable guys working there.

This place has great deals on their custom made juices. The owner and employees are also extremely helpful. I highly recommend this spot! Katie made my juices and they are by far the best flavors I’ve ever tried. (Silly rabbit, cheesecake, strawberry vanilla)

I rated this store after my first visit as a 4/5 which is good. Seeing as its the only store I will visit I should update.No matter the industry you are in there is a basic truth that customer service will make or break you. This store whether through amazing hiring practices, trainings or both has nailed customer service. Ive yet to have a bad experience in 6 months. They are all knowlegable, helpful and have great attitudes. The selection, deals etc are all great too but the staff makes this place deserving of total loyalty. Also in the Easter Egg hunt I won a NH Vape (pic inc). Bonus points there but again I emphasize the people make this place.I am glad I found yall early into my move to Austin. Went to buy a new pod and coil for my vape, was given the wrong one, went back in to see if they had the right one and the guy was extremely unhelpful and rude when I was just asking what else would workDude refused to make any eye contact and was short and aggressive about it.. didn’t ask for a refund just asked if the coil would work in what I had already. Disappointed because I even left the dude a 10 dollar tip

Went in for an issue with a vap that Id bought the night before and the associate were quick to help out. Although they werent able to fix the problem, they did help with an exchange. The whole experience was great and they were cool, knowledgeable, and respectful the whole time, helped me with the set-up on the new vap as well. I was treated with respect and it is a very friendly atmosphere, its set up with stools where you can sample different type of flavors of juices. I happened to of gotten a defective coil vape and their return policy was very fair and I didnt feel a bit uncomfortable about approaching the staff on any issue I had. Manager Byron was super kind and helpful and assist my situation and took care of it with out any hassle. Love this place its my new vape shop to go to. Very hip and retro vibe.

Tex was very disrespectful and rude. I’ve been coming to this location since opening day. I have seen tons of employees and managers come and go. I have never received such terrible service and never had such a bad experience here. It’s to the point where I will go to the William Cannon location if I see him here.Ned has always greeted me with a kind hello and what I can only guess is a smile. (Masks) He makes me feel welcome and is always willing to help out.

Honestly, I am a loyal customer and have only been to this store for any and all of my vaping needs. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They have treated me so well here and I have difficulty imagining having to find another place if I ever move from my current residence. My preference is just plain, unflavored juice so they have no problem topping off my tank for free. These guys are just Fn great!

Use to like this place, but recently has gone down hill. A couple of days ago some lady was working saying she didnt feel good. She looked like she was on something blanking out a lot. And today I came to the store 15 mins before they closed and there was a sign up front that said Be Right Back and the door was locked and nobody ever came back. Buyer beware! They are all about sales, not about service. The employees absolutely do not care if you are happy with your purchase. My best advice is window shop here, but buy online. The cost is half, and you get bad service either way.I disagree fully. Ive never felt pressured into buying stuff, however, I learned very quickly that what they suggest (even if its outside of your comfort zone) is always a top notch product. As for not being helpful; I disagree as well. They have, on numerous occasions, helped me out with not only loading my new tanks but showing me HOW to do it.They are my shop. Period.

Ive been going here for a long while and it has always had helpful, well informed and friendly employees. I have never felt pushed into buying anything and the atmosphere is welcoming enough that I enjoy spending time socializing with like minded people. I definitely suggest this store for new vapers up to veterans.

So, my first purchases were with a knowledgeable young woman that always knew the products. She was a rockstar.I recently (2 months ago) returned for coils and purchased a new vape unit. Not from my trusted young woman. A dude sold me a unit (Smok nord 4), a pack coils (that don’t fit) and this store doesn’t accept returns. I was sold the wrong coils, but, it’s now my fault. I accepted the non return policy, bought new coils. Now, two months in, the vape unit I was sold has been firing up randomly, burning on my nightstand, in my purse… It’s dangerous. But, that’s not their problem, it’s mine, because they don’t take returns. Hmmm, time for this biz to go out of biz…

This is by far one of the best shops in Austin. I am very very picky about my juice and they excell every time. Mirandaa, biren, Katie and many others are always so helpfull as well as the rest of the crew. Prices are very reasonable come and check it out.

Ive been to several other vape stores, and theyre all pretty similar. I started frequenting this store a few months ago and it has become my favorite. The staff is great, and Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes. They also have a cool rewards program for free juices.

REVIEW WORTH READING: Prior to visiting this store, as many times as I have, I wouldve said that I absolutely prefer to make purchases online just because of the price difference. But after all of my visits, especially today, these wonderful people almost make me want to give them all of my money (when I have it). The gentlemen in the store today were very, very helpful, they literally saved my life and my Aspire Breeze.Mario was very helpful, and I appreciated the fact that he wrote down a new device that I was suggesting that the store should carry (iJoy Mercury). I didnt even know that they would take different products into consideration. If ONLY I had gone to the store a few days sooner (because I had choose to just smoke cigarettes), and I can honestly say, I cant see me just being satisfied with that. Plus, now, its almost difficult to smoke cigarettes after these people suggested the perfect product (Aspire Breeze), and the perfect salt nic e-juice (Bomb Sauce Classic Peppermint).I have found several times that the points actually add up pretty quickly (to my surprise). They also suggested that I should rinse out my coil to make it last longer, and even after I had a slightly burnt taste from one of my coils it literally has some life left after simply rinsing it out thoroughly (I wasnt sure if Id use it, so its been drying for over a week now as it needs about a day or so to fully dry).Last thing I need to mention is that I had given up hope on vaping, but after one of the employees suggested the Aspire Breeze, it hasnt failed me yet (he made this same claim to me). This is a simple, yet EXTREMELY reliable product. Just make sure youre careful not to remove the o-rings too much, as well as a warm to cooler temperature when rinsing the stem and drip tip off.Thank yall!

The staff is knowledgeable and usually very friendly. Prices are a little high but no worse than anywhere else in town. It seems the whole vape market has a very high mark up at any brick and mortar store. I try to buy at least some of my stuff here and some online. They mix any flavors to any nicotine level and they have a pretty good points system where you basically get a free bottle of juice with any tank or mod or RDA.

I visited Create a Cig on oltorf today and the lovely Miranda and Katy helped me out. I always have great customer service but today was exceptional. Katy is new and was so sweet and Miranda is extremely personable and really knows her stuff! This will forever be my favorite vape store!

After my first time in Create A Cig, I was hooked. All of the employees are very friendly, though the wait to be served can be kind of daunting. Ive had a few issues with a battery that I bought from there, and they replaced it for me, no hassle! They also do a good job at mixing flavors for your E-cig, and Ive been impressed every time I go.

My GEEKVAPE aegis quit and it was my 1st time there. I was impressed with the variety of quality choices and the sale price was close to online prices so I bought 2 devices, and 2 cbd flowers and my husband a gift and a new cbd pipe. My niece was with me, she nearly outspent my $160. The staff never rushed us and it was closing time. Will be back.

They used to employ stereotypical *NO* IT ALL, VAPORs that felt it was their job to tell you how much they knew even when your 1 question had nothing to do with the knowledge they were eagerly laying down for you.No today is a new day at the oltorf Create a cig. They will give a call when a product Comes in that you wanted, they only answer questions that they were asked, they kind and polite. Way to go Create a Cig of oltorf. You now rock!

If you do not want to order online, then this is the best bet for the south side. I think their markup is a little high on some products such as their house brand items, but this isnt to say it is higher than some other brick and mortar stores.There is a huge flavor selection for juice. I recommend The Doctor, if you like the taste of Waffle Crisp cereal. Thankfully they are open on the weekends. Receipts are emailed, which is always nice. They seem to be quite adaptive and are growing.

I shop at Create a Cig Religiously. I dont come to this location unless I am on this side of town. I was in this location on Friday possibly Thursday at the end of May. I purchased e-liquid and a coil for my Freemax Pro. And let me tell you. I was treated as if I didnt know what I was talking about by a girl who works here. If youre that miserable then go work at a Library. Customer Service is definitely not your strongest character. I wont be coming back. I will stick to the other locations

I recently moved from further down south, where I was a regular at the William Cannon location. I just want to say that I get WAY more daily emails with good sales on house juice than I do at the Oltorf location.When I walk into this location and ask if they have similar deals, I get looked at like Im some kind of freak! Thats not okay with me at all. Ive spent over $1,000 in the last year with this company, no exaggeration, so I would at least hope that I get some type of deal more than once a month at the location on Oltorf.Other than that, the customer service at this location, when I DONT ask about sales mind you, is great.I will keep coming back, because Create-A-Cig makes a mean Jack Sparrow House Juice. Just wanted to post this review to let everyone know that there are definitely better deals at their other locations, Parmer as well as William Cannon.

Create a Cig was my favorite vape store In Austin and is the only one I went to when I lived up north. They have the best selection, prices and usually customer service.Unfortunately I cant say the same for the south location and their finest employee named Cam.Last week my friend bought his first vape setup and was pumped about it, sadly the tank was defected and cracked when he was tightening it. So today we went back in to see what we could do about it, and had the joy of experiencing Cams awfully rude, pompous, and smug customer service. He seemed to find our lack of vape knowledge and confusion over some of the products entertaining. He argued with us over what we payed. He was anything but helpful and just flat out DID NOT want to help us one bit. This was the worst customer service experience Ive had in a long time, bad enough to make me write a review which I NEVER do and honestly turned me off from ever wanting to go back to that location.

These guys always take care of things when I swing by. Its also the last place in town you can find tank glass and other odd parts. Good on yall for being champs about that, most anywhere else would try to upsell a new tank and BS on finding the glass (Ive seen other shops do it).

After years of vaping on the same equipment, the mod that I loved for so long had seen its last days. It was also getting harder and harder to find coils for a mouth-to-lung tank that was going the way of the milkman. So I needed a whole new mod setup. Byron spent probably 30 minutes answering all my questions in a novice-friendly way, and explaining the options available specifically for the kind of vaping I do (I dont drip and I dont do clouds). Although I had been told previously at multiple vape stores that what I was looking for simply wasnt out there, Byron proved them wrong. I walked out with a mod that was just perfect for me! Ive had it more than a month now and I love it! Also, I went back recently looking to replace the tank on my old mod to keep as a backup. Ned and Katie once again spent some time with me and helped me find my next-favorite tank! I am a satisfied customer and I have been since the first store opened on Parmer last year. Im so happy that I found an electronic cigarette that can actually satisfy me. I have wasted so much money in the past on disposable and rechargable e cigs like Blus and many other brands. Recently I moved to San Marcos so this new store in South Austin is very convenient for me now! They are all very friendly as soon as I walk in and they are definitely patient with me when I try a lot of different flavors because I am very picky. I quit smoking and I havent picked up a cigarette since Ive gotten an e cig! I hope this helps when looking for a place for yourself or friends.

Dont waste your time. Youll call specifically to see if they have something waste your whole lunch break and when you get there they will look at you stupid like they didnt tell you 15 minutes before that they had what you wanted.

Very uneducated about their selection and Cam argued that we didnt get something for a price when we did. On top of that he was very rude after he figured out he was wrong... Extremely poor customer service!
