I have been here a few times and have really enjoyed my time. I’m not sure who the new red headed girl is, but she was rather rude and honestly I probably won’t be coming back. It’s unfortunate because they have so many other great associates.

Probably the most chill people Ive met. First time buying and they helped out, definitely see myself coming back.

Prices went up. Comparable stuff is cheaper online. If youre spending $50, order online because of free delivery. I got jellies. They were good but seemed less potent. I hear some manufacturers measure their ingredients dry so the 3% legal level doesnt include water weight. It could be my imagination tho.Clerks are great.

Unfortunately for us, we forgot to get the names of the guys that helped us today because they were amazing. So friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The slaughter location boys today were rocked it!!!

So, I come here all the time… It’s one of only smoke shops I use in the whole city. I am surprised I’ve never given them a 5 star rating, so I just wanted to jump on here and give them a good review. They are consistently on point, the delta 8 & 9 products are some of the best brands on the market and actually work. I use a lot of cannabis, and having lived in places where it is legal, I get sketched out by some of these delta 8 and 9 products I know less about. The employees at ATX smoke are very knowledgeable, and can help you with pretty much anything. All the guys are super cool and chill. The guy that’s there in the mornings is one of the coolest people I’ve ever dealt with in any establishment. I feel like it’s my smoke shop/home when I’m there ya know? Like, I want to tell people about this place. If you are in south Austin def hit them up. I know they have another location, but I can’t imagine it being any better than this spot especially bc of the guys that work here and the quality products they keep in stock.

Very friendly employees, but the past several months they havent had a lot of product like they used to. The past four visits theyve havent had the stuff they usually do. Only been having issues the past few months. Its frustrating and will go some place else from now on.

Ok so I’m new to the ATX something broke in my move went to smoke atx and both employees were with other customers they both looked up and said at the same time I’ll be right with u RAY finishes up and looks at me and starts talking to me like he’s known me his whole life LMAO I tell him what I need he spends the next 15min looking for it and never stopped talking to me while looking answered all my other stupid question 100% engaged the whole time went above and beyond this dude needs a raise lol it’s goin to be my second home

At Smoke ATX they are always extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable about their inventory, and strive for customer satisfaction. They have a decent selection of flavors and brands, they have a wide variety of other things as well. Its a cool little shop. Their prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and they are open late. This has been my singular smoke shop for several months and I recommend them HIGHLY.

My new favorite south Austin smoke shop. First of all everyone I’ve met working at this shop has been incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, Ray and Cody you guys rock!The shop has an excellent and diverse selection of wraps, papers, vapes, accessories and glass. So many beautiful kinds of glass ranging from inexpensive mass produced to high end art pieces. This is definitely a smoke shop you don’t want to miss!

Pretty cool shop I stopped at on my way to San Antonio. Very well stocked and the guys behind the counter knew their stuff, especially when it came to kratom which is rare. Even got me to try something new which is even more rare. I also left my wallet there and they held on to it till I returned later that evening. Definitely recommend if youre in the area.

Was super excited to see a location open up closer to me! Love the open feel of it, they have a great selection of quality local glass. Eddie was super awesome and knew a lot about the pieces and answered all the questions I had. Will definitely be coming back here more!

The shop is right by my house where Ive lived for 6 years. Ray is almost always there when I come by. Extremely upbeat, informative, and helpful every time. If there ever is an issue with the products (not their fault) then he helps to resolve it efficiently and immediately. Cosmic cowboy has edged slightly ahead due to more affordable/personally favored glass work but this shop is still great bc of the people that work there and their attitude, which is always appreciated!

Super helpful, super informative and you’d be hard-pressed to find a better collection of products! I couldn’t find any gimmicks or cash grabbing products in the store, nothing but high quality, tried and tested products. The selection of glass they have is unmatched! Such beautiful pieces! I will definitely make it a point to stop in whenever I’m back in Austin.

Highly recommend. This place is great. I vaped to stop smoking and headed to get a vape again. I was helped by Ray and he really knows his products which is rare in the smoke shop industry. Every employee acknowledged us and were helpful. I quickly narrowed my search to 2 vapes and Ray asked some questions and pointed out features making my decision easy. I’m very pleased with my purchase. What a great experience. I won’t go anywhere else and neither should you!

Smoke ATX is my go to place for everything glass in Austin. Whether it be the Slaughter or the S. Lamar location, I always get great service. They do get busy at times, so patience can be key. BUT, you will always walk away feeling happy with your glass purchase! Highly recommend this place.

Such a nice clean shop. Recently purchased a puffco peak pro from here and have been very satisfied.Today- I had a memorable experience with my girlfriend as we came in to purchase a new Quartz Banger. The gentleman working alone was extremely professional, and greatly knowledgeable about not only the products I was looking for but also much more. I went in to get a CBD cart and couldnt be happier! Eddie was super helpful and friendly. Cant wait to go back and explore his glass inventory when I have more time. One of the best shops in Austin I have been too.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Ray. Such a friendly and chill dude. He took care of me and helped me out. He told me all the flavors they had in air bar lux about 3 times 😂 he never once got annoyed or stressed. Love the place never been too. Defiantly coming back!

Just bought my very first battery so naturally I had a lot of questions. James and Dave were beyond helpful and showed me everything they had in stock while addressing my concerns and I wound up leaving completely happy with my purchase! Shop was clean with a lot of space to walk around even though it was slightly busy. A big plus for me personally is that the product placement is easy on the eyes to scan through and there’s not any degrading images of women all over the walls. Definitely one of my favorite smoke shops!

This place is ridiculously priced! You can buy the Same products at 3D smoke shop for half the price! See 3D is my normal smoke shop but when the ice storm hit Smoke ATX was the only shop open anywhere near me and I thought Wow theyre closer to me and theyre open maybe Ill just start going here, Ha!🤣 Yeah I dont think so! I got charged three times what I normally pay for the same item at 3D and that included my military discount too! Unreal Man!

Smoke ATX is a legit shop! They sell many locally made goods. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The glass and knick knacks Ive purchased have always been of the highest quality. The owner Eddie was behind the counter my last go about. He was very friendly and humble. Glad they opened a shop a bit closer 👍.

This establishment in south Austin is very easy to find. Also the employees working behind the counter are super friendly and are always ready to assist you with any questions you have about any of their products.

The guys there are really helpful. Super laid back but knowledgeable. And no judgement if you dont know everything about the industry. Will forever be my place to shop even though I live in Kyle. I will travel for them without hesitation. Way better than planet (take all your money) k.

Been a local in the austin area my whole life best shops in the city. They did a sovereignty raffle drop at the shop and since I work all day I was so bummed because I’ve had my eye on sov for a while, they released the extras online and my heart started racing and got myself something I’ve always wanted. If you have the time check out the shop they have some beautiful art in the case.

Ask for Ray and he’ll help you the rest of the way on getting you or whoever you’re shopping for what they need. Multiple Austin locations to suit wherever in the city you end up.
