Oxygen Ultra Lounge

Good environment. VIP is nice although the bottle team is a bit disorganized. Some VIP areas were served twice before we were even given a bottle menu. Customer service is highly important to me so when the ladies at the front desk apologized and asked for another chance to show their best, I was pleased. Five star is pending for a future visit.

The atmosphere is nice and the pricing for tables and drinks are very decent. Not outrageous some some spots. They have a ridiculous heel policy for women that is absolutely sexist and unfair. I had knee surgery 2 years ago that doesnt allow me to wear heels too long and my best friend sprained her ankle a while back. It is absolutely unrealistic for them to expect ALL women to wear heels. They charge $10 if you dont. The music was weak and the spot was empty almost the entire time. This place would be nice if they altered their policies. I wont be back tho

This place is/was unprofessional to work with. I mistakenly overpaid for my VIP section and still havent received my money and I was blocked. Everything was unorganized, I had to continuously go to the front entrance to request things that should have already been in place; for example asking for my bottles to be brought out. They gave my friends a hard time entering the place even though they were on my VIP list, which was embarrassing because most of my guests were from out of town. The VIP sections were unkempt and the dress code was definitely not enforced. I felt like I could have came in jeans and sneakers. Nothing like it was displayed online and not worth the money paid. I would not recommend this place at all. I tried to refrain from leaving a bad review, but it has been too much of a disappointment not to speak on it.

This is by far the worst experience. The hours posted are from 10 pm-2 am, when I arrived at 10:15 pm the security team informs us that they are not open yet because the manager is running late? Did you not know it is Saturday night. As I am sitting in line I notice that most of the staff is just arriving to show up for work it is now 10:30 pm. After being let in the place it is barley cleaned and they are very understaffed. It took almost an hour to get our on bottle served to up us in our VIP section if you want to call it that. We had called in a head of time to assure they had Hookah at there lounge; however the Hookah girl did not show up for work that night surprise surprise. I am not the manager but I would just like to inform him/her that there is something called redundancy...please cross train other workers in different areas of your place just in case a scenario like this happens. I mean its not like I am asking them to review my stock portfolio it is just packing a Hookah bowl. So with this assumption if the DJ calls out of work do you close for that night??? If you our going to advertise a upscale lounge and park a Bentley in the front of you establishment please come correct. Enforce your dress code policys, if you advertise something please have it available. This is nothing less then Hammer Jacks that is now a Lounge.

Some of the slowest bar service I have seen in the entire city. With a 3 deep bar, they would continually just stand and watch a few moments before going up to the next patron. One of the bartenders even would pull out all her tips from the jar and straighten, align, and order her bills to see what was there. I saw this at least 4 times throughout the evening. Would not reccomend this to anyone. Was an interesting experience to people watch those who were also in attendance, though.

It was my 1st time at a night club, and I gotta say I did enjoy myself. I had a great time. a few problems here and there but nothing major, they could improve on the birthday seating arrangements but other then that Great spot!

Music selection needs to be a lot better but it was fun doing the mannequin challenge. It is a fun place. Has hookah and a good selection of liquor. Has two levels and nice sections for VIP or Birthdays.

The event I went to was suppose to be an Black Event. I went inside with my fiance and we couldnt believe how ratchet the place was. There should be a age limit. I felt like I was around my 20 year old son and his friends. The D.J need sum NY flavor his playlist was horrible. I would never return to this establishment. Nothing compares to NY,Jersey and Philly and when you are promoting such a event STICK TO THE DRESS CODE

A mess, i would like to uplift my culture, (business ) they would not even allow me to go get my business cards from out the car to inform ones of a movie casting going on in the DMV. I have to say, this was very disappointing. If i had to add pictures you would be too. The bath rooms were despicable as well. You would not want me to add the pictures. Best thing was free water from nice bartender. Thank you bartender

Went there sat for my birthday from pa. Called and looked the place up before hand and was told ladies was free b4 11. Got there at 10:30 and was charged 10 dollars on top of that it was empty. Then they had signs up for ppl who paid for tables so we had no were to sit. After all that the police came and shut the place down a little after midnight because they over booked tables.

We got there@ 10:30Pm, Friday night. The cover fee is $20. They told us to go upstairs. The room was almost empty. No body in there except the people who work there. The place looks nice but almost empty even @ 12:00am. I dont recommend for any body, especially $20 cover fee.

The music selection in the VIP section was limited. They played reggae all night and a couple hip-hop songs. I might go again to check out the non VIP section.

It was free at 1am so that explained the small crowd and please tell me why theres a guy screaming on the mic to every song??? it killed my vibe but drinks were reasonable. overall place wasnt all that ...

My friend was robbed by a security guard, someone that’s supposed to watch over us and supervise. By far the worst experience in Baltimore, period. When seeking help from the owner I was told he’d look into it and get back to me, it’s been days and I️ have yet to hear a word back, they stopped returning calls. Criminal, that sums it up in one word. If possible I would’ve left less than one star

No reggae. Sounded like the same song was on a continuous loop. Granted, I am from out of town and Baltimore has its own unique flavor, i feel the dj could play more diverse music. Afrobeats, reggae, soca etc...there is a dress code and they pick and choose who has to follow it. No sneakers should mean no sneakers. Majority of the people in there had them on. Plus they checked to make sure everyone in may party didnt have them on. Smh will not return.

It was a regular night, no performers or special event and we had to pay $20 per person. We were also told if we leave we have to PAY AGAIN. Even if it was to make a call. #MONEYHUNGRY. All for what? trap music that sounds like the same song on repeat, which was misleading too because it was supposed to be a mix of different music.So $20, for the same song on loop, over priced drinks??? No thanks.

Small club, check out location prior to booking parties, DJ spins Rap and Hip Hop music (same music on FM 92.3 and 95.5) had a fun time with friends and family.. Definitely will try again.

Silent Party - Drinks were expensive & watered down. Bartenders were very slow. Music & Environment were great.

DO NOT BUY A TABLE FROM HERE. DO NOT GET A TABLE. THEY WILL GIVE UP YOUR TABLE FOR THE MONEY, INSTEAD OF CALLING TO MAKE SURE YOUR STILL COMING. THATS BOLD BAD BUSINESS EITHICS.

Drinks way to expensive $24 for a double shot of henney and a bottle of Jenny was $250 😒😒SMDH. Music is ok.
