I’ve contemplated how i want to write this review. i visited this location on friday, june 14th through a classpass deal. as someone that works out regularly, a sports message was right up my alley. when i arrived (after circling the building twice), i was greeted by a male masseuse. i’ve only had one massage by a male and it was in a foreign country so i was skeptical but i decided to keep an open mind, given that it was a sports message and i needed my all the strength. the sports massage was fine (to a degree), ivan did do a good job on that part but it was what happened after that made me give the star rating that i did. honestly, if i could give a zero star rating, i would. for context, i left my bra on and my biker shorts on for comfortability. i did unhook my own bra for the back message portion of the sports message but when i did flip over to my back side, the massage was navigated to me chest area. my biker shorts were also removed and a full body massage was administered. the masseuse noticed i was uncomfortable after a few minutes and stopped but i did not appreciate that fact that i was undressed past my message time and out my own comfort zone (if i wanted to be fully naked, i would’ve undressed myself but i clearly kept certain items on for comfort). he later informed me that he was a sex therapist/sex masseuse and that i should verbalize to the massage therapist if i do or don’t want a sexual massage but when i booked my initial appointment, i booked it for a SPORTS MASSAGE. i googled what a traditional sports massage is and there isn’t anything sexual about it. also, based on the classpass description, the massage didn’t seem sensual or sexual by any means. i had also kept items of my clothing on so that should’ve indicated that i was not ok with anything further being removed. if this is the kind of service that is provided to clients then maybe that should be disclosed to your clientele beforehand. also, if that was the intent of the massage, 1. it, again, should’ve been disclosed and 2. it shouldn’t have been AFTER the end time. i didn’t leave that establishment until about 9:45. my appointment should’ve been until 9:30. the whole experience was extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional and very eerie. i won’t ever return and i want women to be cautious. if you are looking for a sensual/sexual massage then this is right up your alley but if not, you may want to tread lightly. i don’t get massages regularly but when i have, this was nothing like it. i am so disappointed and after thinking it over, i felt violated. the room was also dirty and had a smell. the carpet was shag and it needed a huge deep cleaning. many things were wrong here.

I got the deep tissue massage while in town visiting family. I could tell the therapist was very experienced because i have been getting massages for a long time. My only complaint is the duration of the service, I will get the 90 minutes session next time.

I was twenty minutes late to my swedish massage appointment and the front desk lady was very understanding. Although their policy states running late would affect your massage duration, she ensured I got the full 60 minutes. Thank you! I will be back

I enjoyed the sports massage. My therapist did a great job. Top three best massage for sure, but I would prefer having some type of oil used during the massage instead of lotion alone

Rubin did a great job! He took the time to release my tight muscles, leaving my body feeling very relaxed. I enjoyed that he uses a variety of techniques
