My One Nail Spa

Just had a great experience here! The place itself is very neat. When I arrived I was greeted. When I was waiting I was reassured I’d be seen soon… I work in an office setting and so I always go for clean neutral nails no matter the length. I’ve been liking my nails short lately and just wanted a neat and smooth look. My nail tech’s name was Lily. She was very detail oriented, really took her time cleaning up the cuticles. Her work is neat, not lumpy, no bubbles, as you can see from the photos. When I come back I’m going to her for sure!

She did an amazing job with this Gel X set.Everything from the vibes, conversation, music an even temp of the store was perfect. Everyone was kind. They make you feel at home, and willing to listen to requests, suggest fitting options and is well within budget.Definitely the best set Ive gotten on the east coast.10/10. Ill be back everytime I visit

This is my new nail salon and I’m in love!! The nail spa is so nice and clean, and the staff are super sweet and inviting. I was a walk-in and got a fill-in and pedicure. The nail techs took such good care of me and the owner is such a nice guy. I can’t get over how good my nails look. Not to mention, their list of services is outstanding!! I’m planning to get eyebrow micro-threading in the near future. Can’t wait to go back!

One of the best nail salons I have been too in a min. Clean, nice, fast and has what ever you need. My husband got a facial and pedicure and I had a fill in, pedi and eyebrows!!! Awesome job!Cindy is my girl but they all do great work!!!

My first visit was today, and I think I’ve found nail heaven.I was greeted with a hello and smile at the door. I did not have an appt and was seated immediately. Cindy was my nail tech. She was kind, quick and efficient. My nails were so nice in the end I ditched my opaque color for a pinky clear polish. The shape and application was just top tier. Flawless! I’ll be returning for a fill and pedicure in two weeks!

This was my 1st experience and the best decision I could have made. I felt so welcome and just happy being there. Everyone is so friendly. Oanh did a wonderful job on my nails. Dennis, the Owner, is awesome. He is so welcoming and makes you feel so at home. I am definitely coming back.

Customer service was great this was my first time coming here normally I go to another place but this was closer to my house and it’s my birthday so I wanted my nails and feet done quick.. I love my nails and feet..OMG I got the spa service and it was so relaxing,refreshing and comfortable. I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly. The atmosphere is awesome. My nails, pedicure and eyebrows is on 🔥. I live in Delmar, Md and I intend to take the drive again to visit this salon. This nail spot is a rare gem! 💎 Was greeted immediately by friendly and welcoming staff. I was booked for a walk in service right away. I received exceptional service at a great price. At no point did I feel like I was being rushed through the service as a walk in, which has happened at many others places. At other nail places I have been, cut, burned by drills, knuckles cracked by unnecessary handling… you name it. My One Nails provided fantastic and gentle nail care and my technician Joey even helped me to pick a lovely color to flatter my skin tone. 10/10!!!

This was a random stop at the last minute and turned out to be an awesome experience. It was 7:38PM and I walked in and they serviced me and gave me my overlay and boy was it beautiful! It wasn’t rushed even though I was the last person in the shop. Leon was awesome and I will be returning! Thank you for the awesome job!

I was getting my nails done every two week at this place and had no problems but whenever the manager is not in the customer service is horrible. Nobody wants to do nails they just sit in the foot spa chairs on their phone. The last time I went I was cursed out by an employee because he could not do my French tip to match the other nails because my nail broke one day after getting them done. He kept asking how I want the nails and rushing, when I clearly told him it was just a repair make it match the other nails especially when I payed $75 for white overlay French tip nails.

My nails were a mess because of anxiety and I wasnt sure anyone would be able to make them look neat and tidy, but this place did! Joey was super patient and kind. My nails looked so good when I left, I couldnt tell how much damage Id done anymore. Ive been back 2x since then and had an equally excellent experience both times. Def give them a try.

First things first, this nail salon is named perfectly because this is now MY One Nail Spa!! As a Washingtonian, it was hard for me to find a place I really liked in MD so I would often travel back to the city just for familiar places. Full disclosure, I’m the type of woman who would literally follow technicians when they would move shops in DC!! I’m SO ecstatic to find this salon because it isn’t far from me and the service is amazing!!I went here for the first time a few months ago to get a pedicure and eyebrows (ladies we know how we feel about eyebrows so I felt I was taking a risk but the brows needed the attention so I went with it). When I tell you I was not disappointed in the slightest, I MEAN IT!! I went in with my baby and the employees there were so welcoming to both of us. The pedicure was wonderful and the eyebrows were slayed (I was SO thankful).If you are looking for a new nail salon or just one overall COME TO THIS ONE!! They also do lashes for those who love lashes. You won’t regret it, trust me!!

I’ve been coming to this place for the past few months to do my nails , feet , eyebrows , lip and chin and I’ve always had good service. I came in today to my lip, chin and brows. The new African American lady that serviced me was so rude and unprofessional. She did not do my eyebrows how I wanted them and I told her she started rolling her eyes and giving me attitude. I asked her politely if I could do the plucking myself and although she let me but she said “look I’m not gonna let you sit here and pluck your eyebrows I have things to do. Whoever did your eyebrows before ain’t did them right or give them shape” when I literally did my eyebrows here. I had to get up. Bad service with the attitude and bad cigarette smoke smell on her hands and mouth. UNPROFESSIONAL! !

You get the royal treatment and service 👌🏽So let me tell you I went to this nail salon yesterday on the fourth of July and when I tell you they did want needed to be done ok babbbbby they understood the assignmentPERIODT!!! 💯I usually go to somewhere else downtown but they were closed today and Im glad they were because I discovered this hidden 💎 so I got a fill in gel acrylic full set with chrome and a volcano gel pedicure also with chrome this service is one of the best Ive had my whole life😭🥹🤯... and i would know Im a licensed nail tech and i get my feet and nails done every 2 weeks so I know good work😌... Not only is their customer service outstanding but the service they provide is extraordinary they take so much care in the work they do for you and do great work and are very friendly Im sooooo glad I went and best believe I will be returning to get another royal treatment like the one I got yesterday🎉👏🏽 .... All I asked for was a black French tip. He used scissors to cut the nail tip so my nails are not even. He filed my nail down so much it burned really bad. When I told him I was in pain he said that it was because I had no nails… when he put on the acrylic it was a little lumpy and when I told him all he did was file the sides not the top where it was lumpy. Then when it came to painting my nails with gel nail polish and curing, all the nails that he had filed and burned felt like they were on fire when being cured. When I told him it hurt he just kept saying it was because I had no nail again. None of French tips have a smooth line. If the tech expressed he was unable to do the French tip I would’ve been fine with just the base pink. There was nail polish and top coat on my skin. I also brought my niece here (her nails done by a different nail tech turned out good) when the nail tech that did my nieces nails saw my nails and even he was making faces at them and showing one of his coworkers the horrible work. I paid $70 for these nails to look horrible. Worst experience at a nail salon ever.

My sister recommended this nail salon to me since I had just moved back to the area and my old salon had closed. I can’t say enough good things about this business. I wouldn’t say I’m picky but I’ve had a hard time finding a good nail place and this is it! My full set turned out amazing and my pedicure was even better! I loved it so much that I even got my mom a gift card to get her mani and pedi. 10/10!

First time going to My One Nail Spa & it was an amazing experience. I got to meet the owner Dennis who is very generous and understanding. His employees did an amazing job on our pedicures. My Feet feel like a million bucks! I can’t wait to go back and get help with my hands, which tend to dry up quick. Dennis said he has something that would help me solve that problem.

OMG!!!!! My feet were terrible. I mean JURASSIC RAPTOR TERRIBLE!!!! I went in. The people were so courteous and attentive and I was a walk in!!! This place gets 5 stars alone for friendliness. The service and the way my feet looked afterwards I almost didnt recognize them and it felt so good to walk on them. If you want the BEST. This is the only place to go. Period!!!!!

Got a spa pedi here while visiting from out of town and loved it. The owner did my pedi himself and took excellent care of my nails and skin, and gave me advice on strengthening my nails and keeping them as healthy as possible. He cleaned up my cuticles without ripping or hurting them like so many places do. Awesome experience, will definitely return!

I was visiting from out of town and stopped by this beautiful nail spa and had the Volcano Blast pedicure. It’s was the best! It was so relaxing, therapeutic and felt amazing. They did such a great job! The new massage pedicure chairs were great too. The shop is clean, beautiful and the owner and technicians are really nice. I called on a Sunday for an appt and they got me in even though it was during the holidays. Everyone was super nice and very efficient, and I got a super cute powder dip manicure!!

The lady didnt understand me couldnt speak English well they over charge me my service was originally 65 for a pedicure I ended.up paying 80 service fee of 3.00 plus til I will never return ever again ripe off

I went to My One Nail Spa to get a brow waxing because my usual place was closed. I always dreaded going to this place because the workers were always so mean and cold towards the customers but I really needed the waxing. So I got myself together to go in. As soon as I open the door, I noticed that the whole place had been updated and I was pleasantly greeted. This was new! The owner and the workers were great and the atmosphere was good. I will definitely back. 4 stars until my next encounter, maybe it will change to a 5 if this is a consistent event and not because it was the first few weeks of reopening.

Went to My One Nail Spa for the first time with my mother. My mother got a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows and I got a full set, pedicure and eyebrows waxed. EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! They did an excellent job on our nails and our eyebrows were on point! Nina and Won (spelled totally different😊) were awesome. The lady that did my moms pedicure was amazing as well. The owner, Dennis was amazing. Checked in to see how we were doing. This is the type of atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. My mom and I will definitely be back! Decided to give a new salon a try and it was not worth it. Im not impressed with the service. The services I received were a fill in and pedicure. I had to instruct the guy several times how to file my nails for my pedicure and he still didnt get it, so I just gave up. My nails are just okay. Some nail techs do a superb job and Ive experienced that elsewhere but not here. The guy that sits on the very end, the last station in front of the wax station, did my nails. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. Ill just be returning back to my salon. I needed a quick service today and it was not worth it.

I had a fabulous experience here for my deluxe pedicure! Oanh helped me to relax and unwind at every step of the pedicure. All of the lotions, scrubs and oils smelled fabulously of my selected scent, jasmine, and left my skin moisturized and smelling like a flower. Oanh helped me pick out some cute rhinestones to top off the look 😍 I am so happy with my trip to this nail spa and give it a 10/10

Mommy and me day took my 6 yo to get a manicure and paint . Mr. Dennis was very patient with her and took the time to explain and teach . He did sort of a scavenger hunt for nail polish with the number which allowed my child to demonstrate using number coding. I was very impressed will be coming back the environment is also clean and inviting you can ask questions they dont mind
