Wonderful experience! I didnt catch the name of who helped us, but he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions, explained all the options we had, and made sure we knew how to use our new vapes. Great selection and decent prices, Ill definitely be back.

Very well informed and courteous staff. Came in on their anniversary day even though I ride by this place all the time. Jen helped me out and I ended up purchasing a bottle of Green Wave CBD. Been very intrigued and curious out CBD and learned a ton of information from them. Very helpful and passionate about the field. They also have a very large high quality supply of vape products and juice. Definitely recommend you checking this place out.

I highly recommend this location. Theyre all always ready to help out in ANY way. Need advice on a device or just suggestions and theyre always ready to help you with either. The owners are amazing people as well! The entire staff is knowledgeable on their product and really do care about whether you are happy with you decisions! Once again I highly recommend!

The products here are great and their service is above and beyond amazing. Staff is super knowledgeable. Theyre also an Amazon Hub and this morning the manager met me at 8am so I could get my package before leaving for vacation. I am so appreciative of her for coming in 3 hours before the ship opens!! Highly recommend this spot for their great people!!

Fantastically well-designed store, much brighter and more welcoming than your average vape shop. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely friendly, even reaching out to me by phone to confirm details on an order. The house mixed flavors were excellent, and they encouraged you to try multiple flavors and combinations. Will absolutely be coming back given their level of service exceeded my expectations for a vape shop.

When the for the first time got amazing customer service and really got knowledge about what i was getting and there was very friends working there like Josh and Troy make the experience wonderful and helped me with everything i needed took very good care of me as a veteran. It was really nice clean shop good Selection of juices and he took my vaping experience to a new level and josh always work sunday pay him a visit he will make sure you leave with a smile on your face and i cant wait to go back.

Very bright and clean. You can actually see what you are looking for and doing. Staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all and seemed to listen to what I needed instead of trying to push selected products. I will be going back for any of my vape needs in the future and highly recommend this shop.

Matthew was a great help, helping me find just the right vape for me, and offer other options for me for the future, which I will be back and take advantage of those options.

Me and my sweetheart visted this vwry clean and stocked store Aug 14th @ 11 the sales rep a male went over the top even above and beyond to welcome us he knows his atuff He is very educated regarding vaping juices coils mods etc she lost her previous new vape and needed a replacment asap after getting her reeducated and comfy on the ropes of vaping etc we purchased a new smok vape and tried a hidip vape juice calked dew berry it was awesome we are both hooked on the flavor shes is now loving her vape and we both will definatly be staying a custumor here thank you because no other in baltimore city vape store from charles st to balto st that i visited carries hidrip vape juice period but your storeAgain thank you for your generious and friendly family atmosphere and service to us

Went to this vape shop and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and sleek design as well as the very knowledgeable sales reps behind the counters, they were very helpful and I left very satisfied. Gotta say, its a nice place to go relax and have a fun conversation with the employees. Chris is a great asset to your team and knows a good amount about different vape models and the inshop tech (I forgot his name but he has longer blond hair) can fix just about anything, or tell you exactly whats wrong.Definitely worth checking out if your trying to quit smoking, they have a method thats pretty good to help you quit.

My Blu Liquidpod wouldnt work & I went to multiple 7-11s to find a replacement with no luck. Swung by VaporFi and met Chris. He kindly explained that Blu was scarce because the laws were changing in February and offered me a solution that would save me $ and last longer. He showed me how to fill the pod and gave pointers on use. Very friendly & informative. Excellent customer service! Will come again

I came by earlier today and bought a novo I showed my wife and she right away told me she wants one when I came back that night to get one for my wife I saw they had the smaller version of the novo that doesnt require charging the coil ( like the juul) that I smoked before I was kicking myself that it wasnt available when I came earlier. Cheri was there and she noticed how disappointed I was and offered to exchange it for me and so she did thank you so much and I will definitely be back again

I was given a time warning for staying here. I’ll definitely be going to another shop. And the staff had no idea what a damn RDA was. I cant believe that I was kicked out. Do not go to this store. I will be contacting corporate. They humiliated me and threatened me.

Great experience for someone thats new to vaping. The guy with long blond and the girl with the purplish hair where both vary friendly and halp full. They didnt have my coils but they helped me purchase a newer better tank with coils i could find at any vape location. They even took the time show me how to refill and change my new coils, which i didnt get when i puchased my vape at a diffrent vape store. Would recommend them the next time someones looking for a good vape store.

I have been in the store twice so far in one week every question I had was answered honestly and the whole staff was very professional and super helpful the store is squeaky clean and very easy to see what you are looking for Im new to vaping so all the tips that was giving was so helpful the number one most helpful was Chris helped me with every question I had and they never once tried to get me to buy there most expensive pieces they give you the choice of what you want to buy and give you there personal opinion about them .I would recommend anyone who has questions about vaping to just give them a call I will most definitely buy more from them in the up coming weeks thanks vaporfi for all your help

I stopped by this shop on a whim; desperately needed coils for my Valyrian II tank. Came in around 1pm and was met by Chris. His knowledge of everything vape related was phenomenal. The selection of nicotine juices, cbd oils, tanks and mods was perfect! Most vape shops are flooded floor to ceiling, wall to wall with juices and for me personally, it gets overwhelming. VaporFi didnt have that. Instead, Chris asked me what flavor profile I typically go for and gave me a selection of about seven different juices. And lets talk about prices! The normal place I go to for coils charges $23 for a pack of two. VaporFi? $15. Great prices, great selection, awesome staff, and its right down the street from my job! Ive found my new vape shop!!!

My husband has been trying to quit smoking for years, we went into vaporfi just to check it out and we walked with a vale set and some juice to go with it. Its a great alternative to cigarettes!! The guy that assisted us, I believe he name is Josh he is great very knowledgable about the products and he doesnt just sells you things he tries to get what works for you and what you like not whats hot right now. Very personable guy we have a blast chatting with him everytime we go!

Best vape shop in town! Everytime I shop here Im always satisfied. Chris is always very helpful and informative. I never have any products pushed on me and they always have what I need! Never going anywhere else!

The customer service was good from a guy named Chris on Sunday. But I was charged $15.99 for 30ml of a coffee flavored house juice ( I tried four flavors of the house juice and nothing was nearly as good as FRYD juice). Up the street at Bmorevapes (which isnt open on Sundays) I can get a 60ml bottle of brand named FRYD oreo flavor for $9.99 with the same nicotine content at 6mg. This is a massive price difference. Bmorevapes has a competitive price which keeps me coming back but if I feel ripped off or am ripped off I will never set foot in a shop again. Im sticking with the very good FRYD as my everyday brand because VaporFi (stupid name) has the most disgusting house juices in the history of house juices, Id rather vape festering skunk poo.

I was visiting Baltimore looking for a vape shop that would satisfy my needs. After going to other vape stores, this shop is very well designed and is way more than your average vape shop. This store has one of the most customer friendly and knowledgable staff Ive came across. They have great house juices and excellent mixed flavors. I look forward to coming back soon!!!
