Went in and there was this adorable black man with cute little pig tails on his head, he was so cute, anyways I went in and said pick something out for me, I prefer silicone, so he said you look like the duckie person. He handed it to me, its absolutely adorable and suits me perfectly as he didnt know I collect ducks, so I bought it. Its the best pipe Ive ever owned and so easy to clean. I recommend them for all your needs.

They hate on single moms that have know one to watch there babies soo if ur a single mom with kids dont go here because they will make you leave

Employees are so suspicious of customers its a wonder they sell anything at all. Tried to purchase a vape from here today and had my sister with me. Suddenly, having someone with me was a problem and they needed to ID both me AND my sister. She didnt have hers on her because it was just a milk run basically and it was ME getting the vape. So, they refused ME business because someone that was literally just there for the ride didnt have their ID on them. This has never happened until today, and Im wondering since when is that required? Im seeing in the other reviews that this wouldnt be the first time this has happened. Its a vape shop, not a dispensary. All the paranoia and assumptions coming from your employees is not at all necessary.

Been here a few times I myself am not an expert at all on vape items, but my wife is. That being said I lost my vape pen and went in to replace it. It was 20 to close that’s my bad for always being last minute but I thought it would be a rather quick exchange seeing as I had an exact picture of one and price I wanted to spend. I show the employee he tells me they do not carry that one (even though It was bought there months ago) now I was completely lost at what I needed. So I told him I wanted something like that and around that price he pointed one out and then left after I said I needed a minute. I started texting my wife about the ones he showed me and told her that they don’t have the old one and so on, she then texted me the exact location on the shelf of the one and it was there! It’s getting closer to closing time and I’m still a bit confused on what I wanted but she assures me that’s the one she has and it’s good. Finally the employee comes back I tell him I wanted the one at the bottom and he then tells me that he might not feel comfortable selling me this because he doesn’t know who I am texting.. what?! I understand the caution of ppl buying things for minors and what not but clearly I have a little knowledge of what’s going on and I have the right to talk or text whoever I want. It also didn’t come across as very concerned he just sounded pompous maybe because it was so late? Idk definitely more rude then concerned. So I had to explain to him who and why I was texting who I was talking to even though really not his business. After that he just then now decided to give me a bunch of info on the products and bombard me with random info on different items even though I had mine picked out and they were about to close.. I do regret going so late maybe I wouldn’t be stuck with a vape pen that doesn’t work super great (not there fault, factory defect I believe) but still not really happy. The prices are very good though and selection is nice as well. Just customer service and product knowledge are lacking. I think I’ll just send the wife next time, definitely don’t want to go through that again!

Always enjoy coming into this shop for vapes. Super friendly staff and knowledgeable about the products they sell. If PJ or Jase is working theyll definitely take care of you.

They have tons of different flavors of nic salts and free liquid. Occasionally staff can get a bit smart when you try to tell them your experiences with products. Ive tried telling them that Ive filled my pods according to how many staff members have told me but 1-2 pods out of 4 are bad right out of the package in almost every package I get. They told me it was something I was doing because theres no way that happens and in their experience its been the users that are doing it wrong. Other that not carrying zero nicotine juice they seem to keep my 35mg juice in stock unlike the other Bay City store. Staff dont seem to stay at either store for long. I went to the Euclid road one for months because of 2 of their staff members and how awesome and helpful they were in helping me get the best throat hit possible as I wean my nicotine down to zero to prep for a surgery. Now going into Euclid Rd means new faces almost every time and the only few regular faces I see at the Wilder Rd store are the ones telling me it was my error that caused bad pods and the one guy that refused to take my device back after 2 weeks with a receipt because he said there was no way it was only two weeks old. It was embarrassing and frustrating he pretty much called me a liar despite the fact that if he knew the device he wouldve now when he tried it that he wouldnt know the charge when it had no pod in it. And when I told him it wouldnt hold a charge because the charger wouldnt stay plugged in, he told me that that couldnt be why. Honestly, at first I rated them more stars but thinking about it, Euclid never has my nicotine strength despite asking for over 6 weeks. So i drive further even though Euclid store is only a mile away. Then Wilder staff basically said I was an incompetent idiot. They are the only place to get my juice in Bay City and driving to Midland to get juice costs too much. If Im in Saginaw Ill go there because even with different staff, theyre always nice.

Dont shop here I used to like them then I noticed a lot of there suff is more then other place Twisted vape juice is 15.00 everywhere else for 120 mils two 60 mil bottles they want 20.00 for a single bottle if u dont mind over paying go here

Excellent customer service. Ive been here time and time again and the staff is always very friendly, very informed about any product I have questions on, whats going to be better for my money. They actually recommended me a better coil for my tank and I havent switched back since. And their weekly deals that come out each week are awesome. Really look forward to seeing whats going on each week.

Me and my dad went in and they scammed us with a whole box (not a carton) a whole cardboard box full of burnt and non-working vapes then refused to give us a refund. We didnt even leave the store, we opened them right there in his face. He smiled and said there was nothing he could do, knowing he could have. The other store worker was very nice and even said they were burnt himself and that what they were doing was wrong. They are still selling these vapes & they wont take them off the shelves so beware. Honestly its a shame because I got all my vape stuff from here all through covid and before so it is a loss buy I will not be ripped off by your store. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Been going here for years, first store opend in bay city in 2012 I think and has stayed successful from day one. By far if your looking for vape juice best place to go to. They got ok quality glass and some name brand companys. Always friendly staff and very spacious.

Went to buy coils for my spouse and I, a young man with long blond hair and an eyebrow ring told me our mods (that we bought at Bills) are out of date and they dont carry our supplies anymore. And directed me to a store across town. Thank you! We went to Vape Station on Tuscola and they sell 100 ml juice for $15. Thats $10 and some change cheaper than Bills! Your employee literally directed us to the competition. Good luck, you guys need it!

From my very first time walking in that store just to look around, to buying my first vape setup, to now.... I have had absolutely amazing service every single time I go in this store. I put service in quotes because I wouldnt consider what you get treated with to be a service....that store/staff treats you like family every time you step foot into their store. The manager gives you one on one attention and makes sure you leave with ALL your questions answered and if they arent he does his best to find out an answer for you. I have been a regular customer of Wild Bill’s Tobacco for several years. After my last experience I will no longer give them my business. I purchased an Aegis Legend Mod at the suggestion of one of the clerks who was working. He assured me that if there were any issues with the product I could bring it in within 14 days to have it replaced. I immediately noticed that this mod drains the batteries very quickly which I have since found is a commonly reported issue. 5 days after I purchased the mod it stopped working completely. I returned to Wild Bill’s and was initially told they would replace it after the clerk checked it over. As he was about to check me out another man, I assume it was the manager, came over and looked at the mod and told me I had saturated the charging port with juice, that it was not their problem, and I needed to contact the manufacturer. This particular mod is advertised as being waterproof and named “The Indestructible Beast”, and it seems ludicrous to me that if indeed any juice had made its way into the charging port it would be rendered useless. However, I don’t believe that is even the issue as the port does not look wet and I have since found many reviews online of the exact same issue with this mod that I have personally encountered. Therefore Wild Bill’s does NOT stand behind their products.

I come here twice a week and buy the mr glow disposables 4 at a time. My most recent purchase had 2 that were bad right off the bat I tried to exchange them and the guy would not let me even though I had reciept and packaging. Dont trust there exchange policy

Nice friendly service, they guys there are knowledgeable about pipe tobacco and cigars, which is why I go there and they seemed to know quite a bit about the vaping side as well. If you are in the area they are worth a stop Im. Their humidor seemed a little to humid but other than that it was a good experience. Their pipe tobacco blends are smooth and the flavors are good.

We started going there because they had a bigger selection then where we started out but i keep having guys who apperantly dont know much about what they are selling for the last 3weeks Ive had a less then good out come of going there.. So we wont return again. They dont care that they make customers waste money coming there. Juice sucks lately to.

Wish they had a no star option... This is the worst wild bills Ive ever been to... I went in to buy cartridges for a vaporizer and they preceeded to sell me on another set up. I bought it. They offered a 14 day return policy. The device quit working on the 14th day. So I called. They asked when I can come up and return it... And since it wouldnt be until the following Monday they said well theres nothing we can do sorry about your luck. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. DO NOT GO HERE... Trust me its worth the drive to another nearby store.

I was very unhappy I went into buy juice told the guy I wanted strawberry he said he would sell be a big one and give me the little strawberry one for free and he gave me a flavor he said I would love. He said it was a sweet berry mix it had very little flavor and it was sour. When I went back with my recite he said he could not do anything be cause of the nicotine but it did not have any I bought just juice. They will not work with you.

Ive been a regular customer of Wild Bills (Bay City) for several years. In those years, Ive moved a couple times and have had other shops closer to my home. I have gone out of my way to do business at Wild Bills instead because there is no other store that compares. The product availability and customer service are unrivaled in the tri-city area!!

Forgot my wallet today. I walked inside the store with my cousin not planning to buy anything. Before my cousin could ask for something the worker wanted our IDs. I told him I didnt have mine and he then told me get out of his store in a rude tone. Im 26 and my cousin is 23. I understand he needs IDs but feel like it could have been handled more professionally. This use to be my go to for juice but now will go elsewhere. Vaped Ape is just down the road buddy.

This place is the absolute BEST for vape or taaccoo products. They have an incredible selection, their prices are great (especially on Wednesdays), but its the customer service is why they are the only place ill go. The gentleman their took over 2 hours helping me choose the best products for me and taught me how to use and operate my new vape box... and they do not get a dime in commission and can not except tips regardless of how much they are deserved. I even was short a little over a dollar and with out the slightest of hesitation, the manager and another worker reached into their own wallets and said dont even worry about it! Any other business would give you a blank stare and tell you to come back when you have more money. It just speaks to how wonderful these guys are.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+++

Bought a V8 Baby not even a week ago. Got it home and it leaked. Took it in and manager said it was a bad coil. Switched it out and gave me a new one. Next day went back do to leaking still. Then it was my fault for over tightening it (even though he put it together) all i did was hit it acouple times. Said he fixed it just to get home and have it leaking again. Told them i just wanted a refund and they told me they cant. Do to it being my fault.

Everytime I come in here I know what I want but not how to find it. The staff is able to help me no problem and get me exactly what I need. I was looking for some cigars and noticed they had CBD lotion for pain there as well. I asked one of the guys working some questions about it and he was able to answer everything for me. Love coming in here

Wasnt too impressed.Their juices arent great, I have two 120ml bottles I cant vape. Their vape supplies werent as great as I expected. The guy that showed me a few mods couldnt really tell me what I wanted to know. When another guy answered my quesrions, he was short and acted like a know-it-all. Shocked to see Kratom and CBD oils available. Also didnt care for their policies .other vape supply stores want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase. They will even exchange juice or give credit. You also get free juice with any mod purchase.

I had purchased a Vape Pen from the establishment. I went home and charged it using a standard Samsung wall charger, as I was told using a wall charger with the supplied charging cable would be fine. The battery on the same day charged for a while, and stopped charging. It hasnt charged since. I went back, and they said the type of wall charger I used broke the chip inside, and they would not replace it. I wasnt told during purchase to avoid any certain wall chargers. Their excuse was you should have read the manual even though it doesnt state anywhere in the manual to use an exclusive wall charger. Instead of helping me, they offered to give me 25% off an external charger, basically asking for more money from me. In some ways I understand it was my fault, but if this is the quality of their products and they wont take ownership for it, I simply wont shop here again.

Wild Bills has been the place I been going to for all my vape needs for about 6 years almost, It is really nice to see the same faces in there as before one name that comes to mind is Bryan. He started there when I first became a customer and he helped me out by getting me up to the know how on Ecigs. Since then I have quit smoking cigs and been using a vape since. I have to say if it wasnt for people like Bryan I would still have a tough time catching my breath in the morning. Customer service is nonexistent. You ask for one thing in specific, they have said juice and refuse to sell it to you because its the wrong type of juice for you. They think they know everything about vaping, when in reality almost every word that comes out of their mouth is a far fetched lie! Not the type of company, or people for that matter, that I want to support in my community. If I could give negative stars, I would!

Dont ask too many questions. Always has new workers. Short female manager is not knowledgeable regarding vape or THC concentrates. She got flustered and rude over not knowing what a domeless titanium nail is also about how glass bangers are heated.
