Me and my father stoped by this place and didnt know what tha hell we wanted! Pearla was extremely helpful, and had an awesome attitude the entire time. Very professional she was! Definitely stopping at this place again soon!!!Very soon!..

The Bay City location needs to train its employees better. Apparently three separate employees all told me the same wrong information. They never give me my receipts and now they can’t locate my purchase in their system. Yet, I can produce bank transactions proving I was there. Now I’m out nearly $60.00 dollars and they refuse to fix any of this. I’ll never shop here again. I’m sticking with Smokeyland.

Stumbled upon this store. Remembered I needed a charger for a my Ooze pen. Albert was very helpful. They even sell them separate without the whole pen and it was only $5.40. This is my new store for all my smoking accessories.

Between all the vape shops in Bay City I go to different ones for different things. Some have a better selection of coils for my mod, some have better selections and mods. Some have better selections of the juices for the mods and better selections of disposables. I hadnt gone into this place until one night I needed something and it was 1:00 in the morning and theyre the only one thats open 24/7 so I went in and I now bought a vape there and several bottles of juice and sent other people there as well. While theyre still specialty things that other stores have that I go to, Because its easier than special ordering something, Vape City always has a friendly staff member ready and eager to help with a smile on their face, and their knowledgeable in pretty much all facets of what they sell.

Went in Monday night to purchase a replacement battery. They had one that I was looking for so I asked how much a the girl (she refused to provide her name because it is private information as well as the manager’s name) how much and she checked the tag and it was 14.99 and it rang up 24.99. She prattled off a bunch of excuses and said she had to sell it for what it rang up. I decided to to purchase a different one. Today is Wednesday, 7:00 pm same girl at the counter and I am back to exchange the battery that hasn’t been opened. Sorry sir no receipt no exchange even though I recognize you and remember the transaction. Last of my money I ware on ungrateful disrespectful crooks. Plenty of shops in town with helpful and courteous people. Remember spending your money is the real vote. No one I know will ever spend money at another 1 star Vape City

Well. Received better service this time when I went into the place. It was the same person as last time that was extremely rude but he either didnt remember me or chose to do his job this time around. Was very helpful and courteous. And answered my questions without issues. Service with a smile with no hiccups. 😄 Pleased this time around

So excited to have a shop with a HUGE selection! Very nice store, easy to see everything without having to hunt around! The lovely ladies working when I went in today were super friendly as soon as I walked in and very helpful! Will absolutely continue giving them my business ♥️

Dm and u sails person did nothing while I was where waited ten minutes before being serviced while a worker was sitting behind the desk took the manager realizing I was there before I got helped.

DONT BUY HERE! Poor service! Equipment you buy here doesn’t work and if it does work when you first buy it it won’t last long. I bought a product from here and it didn’t work so I brought it back not even 4 hours later and couldn’t exchange it or get a refund. If you want good Quality equipment you should go by Ex Hale Smoke Shop in Bay City.

The worst experience ever at vape city...think they resale vape cartilages..thats when they tell if it doesnt work bring it back the woman was smoking behind counter, and I was short change of $14.99 she sold me $7.99 gummies and said she had 3 children to support....

Alyssa and Itxallely were just the absolute best!! Their knowledge was astonishingly clever! And their hospitality did wonders to my self-esteem as well!

Went into the store on Sunday and the guy at the time didnt know what we were asking for which was Hemp Cream for pain. So i decided to buy some Bake delta 8 Strawberry Banana 500 mg gummies instead. The price was more $$$ compare to Smokeyland and the container did not have a sealed on it until I got home. Most of all the product was no good.

Albert was really helpful. The hookahs are pretty. The shisha is varied and reasonably priced. Sphere and aura washed grinders. Friendly staff.

High prices and employees don’t know their products. They don’t know about mods or the difference between salt nic and freebase.

Bought the honey dew cream chargers, it was already open and 15 were missing, no refund and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, they need to check their products before selling to customers
