Qitopia Massage Spa

Tried this place out while waiting for an oil change. I have never seen it before. I got a very good and enthusiastic massage from Lily. She used her feet on my lower back and it was incredible. Never had that done before.I also tried cupping, but I can say this is not for me. It left me with very large bruise looking marks that I find embarrassing, and are taking several days to fade.I did find that the massage table/linens smelled a bit of old perfumes/body oils.All in all, would try this spa again, because Lily gave me the most enthusiastic and excellent massage I have ever had for an extremely reasonable price. Way better than massage envy, where I once had a membership.

I have had two, 90-minute, full-body, deep tissue massages from Lily over the past six months. Both were excellent, providing very effective muscle relaxation by her specific attention to trigger points all over my body, including key pressure points and noted areas of tightness. Her trained, experienced and knowledgeable hands and overall technique resulted in a most satisfying massage providing the much needed muscle tension relief that I needed and desired. I can and do highly recommend Lily for this type of massage.

Wonderful , personalized experience. Great customer service as well as top notch professional massage. Lilly was amazing and my back feels brand new! Her technique is exceptional! I had the deep tissue massage and she also walked on my back while holding on to the beams , it was a new thing for me. I wood recommend this to anyone with stress or back problems.

Terrible experience. I scheduled a massage, once I arrived they told me they were busy and that I should come back in 2 hours. I went back there and they told me they were busy again, that I had to wait for 1 hour. Unbelievable. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service.

I have been going to a major chain for my massages and got tired of the constant turnover of masseuses and having to book 1 month in advance for the good ones. I can make an appointment at Muse Jennifer Spa in less than 1 day and Sunny is excellent for a deep tissue massage. The place is clean and Sunny is very professional. I highly recommend this spa for massages. I am canceling my subscription with the major chain.

I really liked the services of this massage place but felt disappointed with an encounter I had. I always tip 20% or more wherever I go, today I was forced to tip above 20% and I found that very unprofessional. Tipping is discretionary and I feel this was not right practice or fair. I asked for my change back and was told no.

Love this place! already had a massage and facial two times already. Waiting to come back for my third! Easy to book appointments, my massage and facial were very thorough and I felt rejuvenated after each session !

This spa new to berkeley heights. It was a good experience. Very good therapeutic massage and enthusiastic. got an one hour body massage and 30 min foot reflexology. The environment is elegant and very clean. Never had such a good massage. Highly recommend this place.

I called to schedule a massage as I purchased a groupon. When I arrived, I was told that I had purchased a massage and a facial; however, because I hadnt mentioned the facial, they didnt have anyone to do my facial. Understandable.I asked if I could do my massage and come back at a later date for the facial. I was told that I could pay $45 for a massage, then schedule a time to come back to redeem my groupon for the facial and massage together; however, they would not grant me a credit for the facial.I only paid $40 for the facial and massage together, but she wanted me to pay $45 for a massage, to see if I liked it, then come back at a later date to redeem my groupon. UhhhhhhThe massage was mediocre at best. I had to ask her to slow down because the speed of her hands was more stressful than it was relaxing.I asked her to not spend too much time on my legs, rather, focus more on my hands, feet, and scalp. Imagine my surprise when she told me I was done, but hadnt even acted like she was going to massage my feet. Unbelievable.Finally, before leaving, I asked one final time if she would consider granting me a credit for the facial. She reiterated that she already told me that she was not going to do that. I had the option of coming back another time. Then she proceeded to offer me a membership. Ha!!Laughable!!!

Not great - Not bad - I’m annoyed they asked me if I wanted cupping - I declined - she told me it would not cost any money , then when I went to check out , she used one of my 10 purchased massages and another for the cupping - very deceiving- I won’t renew as I feel I was taken advantage of

The overall experience wasnt bad but I was expecting a totally different service. There was a lot of facial and neck massage but not much cleanse/pore extraction. 5 minutes steaming and 5 minutes extraction with metal tool. The location is small, not fancy but ok.

Had a one hour massage from Mary this afternoon. I have never had such a thorough experience. It’s a simple place, but the prices are excellent. Highly highly recommend.

Looked for close to home regular massage place. Rude staff with little English comprehension, immediately asked for 4$ tax. Guess due Groupon? Deep tissue was all elbows and knees, no quad work and as a cyclist what I need. Forgot hot stone and made vague effort with it, then at check out told min tip due to Covid is $10? Will never go back.

I had an amazing time at Muse Jennifer spa. I was treated with quality care and received with respect. They followed the Covid care guidelines very well from the moment I came in, I truly appreciated that. I also had a facial, so I was explained step by step what was happening what was being put on my face, as well as recommendations to improve my skin and what other methods I could get done to improve its quality. My skin felt relaxed, CLEAN, SOFT, and rejuvenated afterwards. You will have quality spa experience coming here as well.

My boyfriend gifted me a Groupon for a 60 min Swedish massage and 60 min Signature facial.my massage & facial was done by Sunny, who is is very friendly and gentle. I usually get deep tissue massages but this was very relaxing and just what I needed. the facial was also amazing— I upgraded to the microdermabrasion treatment and my dry winter skin was glowing and well-hydrated afterwards.i appreciated the warm table and extra blanket I was offered, because it was a cold day.

The most Horrible staff. Never ever go to them. Very unprofessional.I purchased a Groupon and after calling multiple times for booking appointments they don’t call back.When I went personally to book an appointment the lady says please cancel the groupon.

Sunny was kind, professional and an excellent masseuse. The establishment was clean and she gave a temperature check and gave me hand sanitizer upon entering. I would definitely recommend.

Called to reserve and made an appointment. When I showed up, she indicated she didn’t realize it was through GROUPON and said they are only taking full price right now. I therefore had to leave or pay full price. Scam??

This place is dirty, very rude staff and unprofessional.They charge you lots of money for the facials, where they use the cheapests cosmetics and tools.Never come back there! and Never recommend this place to anyone!
