Had a blast! The DJ was rocking! The waitresses had great attitudes and they were so pretty. The food was AMAZING!!!!! The best oxtails and grits I EVER had. It had slightly too much pepper and it overpowered the flavor just a little bit but definitely not anything to complain about. They fell right off the bone. The shrimp and grits were on the same caliber. Chicken was crunchy and seasoned like it was the last chicken to be ate. Definitely mouthwatering! Definitely had a great time! Definitely will be back again!
I attended a birthday party here and when I tell you I was not disappointed, it was LIVE! The best part for me was SAFETY and then the MUSIC!!! So much security and the music was non-stop on point! I enjoyed every moment and cant wait to return. We had a great time! To feel safe and have fun, what more could a 44 yr old woman ask for!
Very nice! 👌🏾 laid back n chill for a Tuesday. Issa vibe 😎 and the bartender is a cutie. 😉 We just wanted a few drinks & snacks while listening to some good music. I enjoyed it, and Im sure its even better on the weekends. Definitely recommend and will go again .
The food was delicious from the kitchen! We ordered (2) ‘333 Brunch Meal’s , Catfish & Grits , Regular Order Of Wings + Fries. The gravy for Catfish & Grits was savory, complimented the fish very well. Belgium waffles were good as well, could’ve had more powdered sugar, but that didn’t take away from the quality! The wings were fried very well, and cook perfect. Breakfast Potatoes was a good side too. Will be coming back!
The Address is the place to be! It was super easy to book a section through their website, and they answered every question I had timely throughout the booking process. Desirae was our host and Desirae was Great! Desirae was clear about bottle prices, made sure our section had plenty of water, and brought out all bottles at the time we requested!! Desirae made sure to check in with us timely to ensure we had everything we needed which was appreciated. My party had a Great time!! I look forward to visiting The Address and having Desirae as the host again in the future! The DJ was doing his thing too!!!
This restaurant is 😍You must go on a Tuesday for the under $5 taco specials and the frozen margaritas.I had the patron frozen margarita, with the barria, shrimp and chicken Taco and steak egg rolls Which were delicious. The music was good as they played upbeat hip hop. They have hookah service should you feel like blowing clouds.
Waited two hours to order food. Went to multiple waitress to ask for service, and they said that was not their section. I asked the bar why I couldnt I get service at my booth, and they said shift change. I was there three hours and not one waitress came to the booth. We were inside where it was busy to, prime area. Staff eats but patrons do not.
Attended The Address Friday evening 5/17/24 to hang out as it was my familys birthday. No one came to our table to take our orders. We decided to go to the bar area to attempt to order food and still waited and there were a couple of Hispanic men that pointed to a guy that could help us and we still patiently waited. I decided to move to the opposite side of the bar to get Tas attention, he was the bartender on Friday night 5/17/24. I ordered and there was a miscommunication as to what Ta Thought he heard me order. Ta repeated the order and when I shared it was I correct, Ta was super rude and condescending to myself and and several of my family. I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner simple because I inquired about why my total was where it was and my order was incorrect. There is room for a teaching moment, customer service, as Ta missed the mark. You do not treat paying customers rudely. Ta was super inappropriate. I rate The Address a 3 star simply because of service however my Lamb Chops where AWESOME. Ta, please seek training as I think you have potential to be great!
Food was definitely delicious service was pretty good as well as the atmosphere. I visited here in May on a Friday it was 4 of us. I recently text to plan another visit for a group, unfortunately I cant get a entry fee price per person and I would hate to come with my group and would be charged $50 plus just to come in. Im hoping someone can respond to this post so I can find out entry prices and times. Other than that nice place just need answers on prices.
This place is a nightclub that they also use as a restaurant. We went for Sunday brunch. The food was good and the DJ played great music. That was the best part of the experience. The service, on the other hand, was awful. We were seated, and no one came to greet us for more than 20 minutes. Ordinarily, I would have left by then, but we were very hungry and ended up flagging someone down for service. Each time we needed something, we had to find a server to help us. They automatically add gratuity, so she got a tip for doing almost nothing. Even though the food was good, I wont be back. It is not worth it for such terrible service.
Went on a Wednesday to see what the $2 lamb chops were talking about. The lamb chops were really good ! I would definitely get them again. I would not order the asparagus again because they literally only gave me 4. Also, the customer service needs improvement. I would only come back to the lamb chops. I was not impressed by anything else.
Awful service. We walked in and I can’t believe we waited over 45 min for a waiter. When we asked for a menu a waiter gave us an attitude and pointed to the table to scan the code. This was on Monday 27,2024 the place was not that crowded either. First and last time we will support this place. Establishments need to start comprehending basic consumer ways. Yeah we didn’t order a bottle but it doesn’t mean we don’t deserve proper service. Don’t spend your money for bad service!!!!!!
The food is amazing and the DJ is usually great! Beyond that, the service is HORRIBLE! I was so embarrassed after taking my out of town friends here after I hyped up the food. They didn’t even get a chance to experience anything but being blatantly ignored. This place is so mismanaged. I’m surprised it’s still in business but like I said the food is great. Maybe just become a food truck because the servers are terrible. They ignore you and then act surprised when you ask for something. And the audacity to automatically charge gratuity is a slap in the face. Worst bday experience hands down.
This place is nothing more than a scam. They charged to park and then tried to charge 60 dollars to get in the club. The drinks were overcharged also. It didnt take me long to realize this wasnt the place for me. I was told that I had to pay $300 to get a wristband just to get on the dance floor. Never again for me!
My friends and I stopped here for brunch during our visit to Houston. The environment is really nice, but you can tell that its setup more for nightlife entertainment. We had a group of 12, which required 2 sections. The booths seat 6 but all sections had relatively small tables. After ordering a mimosa tower and serving drinks to our party, there was literally NO ROOM for our entrees. The tables only comfortably accommodate meals for 2. The food was good and brunch vibes were lit! I feel like I would have enjoyed myself more if we didnt go with intentions to eat. Overall, its a cool spot and I would return.
The food was wonderful as usual. The vibe is always fun. Our server, Brianna, had the worst attitude. She was slow, inattentive, and ruined our good time. We left earlier than planned because of that. All the other servers seemed to be on top of everything with good attitudes. We werent that lucky.
I came here during the day for the first time to hear some good music and hookah, and walked out as soon as I walked in bc of the literal disaster of a place this is.The waitress tried to sit me and my friends at this booth that had literally 20+ burn marks from the hookah or lighters and idk what else on there. Everything was dirty and run down. When we asked to sit somewhere else she just looked at us with a blank stare just so surprised we wanted to sit somewhere clean.After that encounter we just walked out. Although I didn’t fully experience this establishment, that encounter was enough.Do not recommend
I’m no longer a fan of this establishment. I went to The Address Sunday night during Memorial Day weekend and there were three different lines outside and no guidance to which one was which. I was told that I would have to pay $100 to get in because I was wearing a long sleeve white t-shirt. There was a sign near the entrance displaying a few rules that didn’t make sense. Males cannot wear sleeveless shirts, beards must be neatly groomed, and no baseball caps. It baffles me because they allow females to enter half naked with their breast and rear ends being exposed. I left and decided to attend a club on Washington Avenue that accepts people for the attire they present themselves in and a club that lacks silly restrictions.
The Address is not for me. The servers are rude. The DJ is always on point. The food is pretty consistently average. Every time I use my card there it gets fraudulent activity within 48 hours. The hookah is over priced. The parking lot is over priced. Customer service is non-existent. The management doesnt care about the customers. I was told weve been here for close to 10 years and arent going anywhere. So, I asked if that meant they could be rude and slow and the manager laughed. Bye, bye forever.
Im still trying to figure out why I was charged $45 for valet parking when I had to park my own car. 🤷🏽♀️ how is parking more than the entry fee. And then this place is not friendly to those with disabilities. The only way to sit down is if you pay for bottle service that require you to pay 5 times the normal cost of a bottle. And the minimum bottle is 2 bottles. The lowest bottle was $283. 🤦🏽♀️ I also feel like they out cheaper liquor in the bottles and sell it as the original. There is no way I should be down almost 2 days from 3 shots of Belvedere. I feel so sorry for the people who want to have a good time and are getting taken advantage of. 😔
When we walked up to get checked in they turned us around because of our shoes. Dress codes are understandable but the security guard had a bad attitude. He got mad because my boyfriend laughed. Maybe he was having a bad day but he was just really rude. We came all the way from Tennessee.

This is definitely one of the hottest spots in Houston. The food is awesome and the service is great. The DJ is always lit. I definitely recommend checking this spot if you’re ever in the area looking for a good time.
I was visiting from Detroit and the service staff was rude as hell. No server ever came to our section. When I first got here around 6 I was able to order my drink, when I went back they said they don’t do that. After going back and forward I ask to speak with the manager. The manager was a little more nicer than the staff. They rude as hell and I would not be recommending or visit anytime too soon.
I have been coming to The Address for years but this is the 1st time Ive been compelled to write a review. The food is always great, the drinks are always deliciously potent, and the music is always top tier. However, my Fat Tuesday experience was amazing thanks to the great customer service we received from T-Milli. She was so accommodating, polite, and friendly. I will be requesting her going forward!
Come here every time I come to Houston.. it’s a nice lil vibe, chill place.. the food was good and the waitress kept checking on us to make sure we were straight.. the only downfall was that the parking attendants were not attentive at all. We paid to park then sat in the car for a min and by the time we got out they wanted us to pay again. Went inside and then went back to the car again cause I forgot something they wanted us to pay again when we were already there we just went to the car. Overall everything else was good

I ordered the Asian Hennessey Wings and they were fresh and good. However the service was horrible. They sat us at a table and never came back. We had to find a waitress. Vanessa waited on us and she was not friendly. The music was good but service was just horrible from the front of the building all the way to the back.

Went on a Saturday afternoon. They were decently busy. I shared a table with 5 other friends. Just know if you come here, dont expect to be serviced within 20 or so minutes. I recommend ordering food and drinks (if you plan on having such) right once your waitress first comes to your table, cause you will be waiting for at least 25/30 minutes just to order. We even waited that long for water. The drinks were good and potent. My wings were fresh and hot which I have to give them props for, but I do think the food is highly overpriced. Definitely recommend getting a table. It seems if you order at the bar you get your drinks faster(even though the bar is packed). The music selection was great for the 25-40ish crowd.
I purchased VIP tickets to the Rich Homie Quan event on 3/14/24. The tickets stated that there would be a VIP line to enter, which there was not, I was sent to General Admissions for entry. While ordering food, I asked a bartender if the area closer to the stage was for VIP. She responded that the area was only for people who purchased sections. The flyer said the event was beginning at 10pm, and Rich Homie Quan did not come out until 1am. I contacted a manager at the Address the next day because I wanted a refund, I did not experience the VIP experience I paid for. The manager basically gave me the run around, and only offered an apology. He also gave me a number to the “promoter” which was not an accurate number, and sent me to their reservations. Based off of other reviews, this seems to be a consistent issue with their events. They clearly do not fix the issues as stated in their responses to complaints above. I 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ATTEND EVENTS.
I went out to Houston for MochaFest wknd and this was the final destination on Sunday night before the sad plane return to NJ...It was a zoo in there lol.Great wings.Ribs should be banned it was so good lol.The atmosphere was just full of good vibes from folks from different cities enjoying good music.Even when packed, it wasnt tense...maybe because there were just so many women there, the fellas were just too distracted to fight each other...which is a good thing I guess lol.I saw one guy carried out because he couldnt hold his liquor but thats everywhere.Overall, it was great. Ill be back.
Despite the food being good I dont have to and probably wont come back. Being searched to go into a restaurant turned me off from the beginning and made my time here unpleasant. To me its setup like a club with the loud music which drowns you out from having a conversation. Waitress seemed like she didnt want to be at work and her demeanor came off as nonchalant. Overall its not a typical place I go to and if I cant protect myself I dont need to be there.

Well this past Monday her and her boyfriend dine and dash on a tab of $240 while being rude, fighting, and acting inhuman!!! The customer service was good when I moved to Houston in 2020 but it has drastically gone downhill. 9 times out of 10 the server doesnt want to help and super rude. The bartender will look in your face and ignore you. And one of the managers.. hes shorter and dark skinned is a completely obnoxious individual. And they let CHILDREN in. Also, you cant get in with ripped jeans but they let me in with super short shortsPositive is the lamb chops are super good! Theres a tall dark skinned manager that is very helpful. And theres a bartender with a tat and brand on his right arm that makes really good drinks.
We came for the Jagged Edge concert. The flyer said 4:00pm. Id never been to The Address so im thinking oh its just an early concert. We get there to be told Jagged Edge wont be there and perform till around 11-11:30 or right before they close. That shouldve been disclosed on the advertising. Around 8:00pm we ask the waitress can we go sit in the section where the concert will be. She explains even tho we purchased VIP tickets we will be standing since we didnt purchase a section. We left. The security guy in the front says as we walking out, they fd over yall too ugh. Very bad business.
We went ton. Sunday around 1:30? There was plenty of room to sit, no wait, the brunch was delicious, the waffles could use a little work, mimosa was great and larger than expected, music was on point for a chill grown and sexy vibe. I recommend.

I’ve been in Houston for years and finally gave The Address a try for the first time for my friends birthday…..it was definitely A VIBE. Our bottle girl was the nicest bottle girl I’ve ever met! Shoutout to Zee she was literally the sweetest she made our experience really great and made sure we had everything we ordered and everything came out so fast ! We were on the patio on a Saturday and even the patio side was turnt just as much as the inside was turnt so whether you’re on the patio or inside you’ll definitely have a great time! One of the hottest clubs in Houston for sureeeeeeee and even as far as booking a section it was really easy so Address is 10/10
The first place I wanted to try in Houston due to tic toc tried to go for brunch on a Sunday at 3 PM and was told if I don’t buy a bottle I have to sit on the patio and eat it was only about 35 degrees outside. Before we left we stepped on the patio just to see how it was none of the heaters were on and it was cold. I was very disappointed had to settle for something else. It was only me and my sister and we were 15hrs away from home that’s too far to be drunk somewhere I know nothing about. It seemed like it would have been a vibe just didn’t get a chance to see
I recommend the Address to my cousin coming in from Utah to celebrate his birthday and my experience was poor. The celebration took place on 1/19. The hookah was 50$ , which wasn’t a problem. The problem came when it took almost two hours for a coal refill. After waiting a bit over two hours for coal my shisha was burnt tasting. We had two sections right below the stage. After explaining the situation to the staff they insisted that we pay an additional 20$ per hookah change the shisha. A hookah shisha should last at least two hours before needing a refill. I am very disappointed! The bottle girls was semi present but definitely could have be more attentive.
1st time here & had a great time! Music was live & spot was huge! The biggest black establishment I ever been. Drinks was good along with good prices. The crowd was very cool & trendy! Beautiful sistas everywhere & had a portable phone charger. The service was good but that only from 1 bartender who took care of me so Im still deciding.
It’s ALWAYS a great time when I visit this establishment! I absolutely love the food, drinks and music! You have got to get there early in the event you’re day partying because it gets crowded. Other than that do plan to enjoy yourself.
Do not go here honestly!!! There are entirely to many Bar and grills in Houston to have to put up with the horrible service this place has!!! Also if you do not pay 40 plus dollars to valet your car will be broken into. My car along with 9 other had the windows broken and ransacked!!! Service ia horrible and we paid for 2 sections!!! We arrived at 10:45p its 11:53p and the waitress still hasnt brought us our bottles! Oh and it took about 30 minutes for her to initially show up (Lia)! We she finally did show up, she was on her phone! So were just sitting watching others...who arrived after us be serviced! Never again!

I was recently here celebrating a birthday and boyyyyy did we have a time! I’ve been to The Address a couple of times prior and the service is honestly a hit or a miss so I didn’t know what to expect. I got a club section and from the moment we were outside getting checked in to the moment we walked in the club everything was so organized and orderly.They were also super helpful and responsive to any questions I had prior to my reservation date (I had a lot) so I really appreciated that. I didn’t get her name but the waitress we had was super sweet and made sure to check on us frequently so we had no complaints when it came to service. Overall, I highly recommend getting a section here. Keep in mind that you definitelyyyyyy need to be prepared to spend a little but vibes are UNMATCHED! So in my opinion it’s worth the experience and you’ll get your moneys worth.

We went as a group of 8 over the weekend. I ordered the fish and grits. It was really really good. The chicken and waffles got rave reviews from the crew as well. 7 of 8 people loved their food. The one person who didn’t ordered the egg white omelette though the 1st time she went she really loved that dish (maybe an off day). I took off a star based on that and the waitress could have been a little more attentive but I’d definitely go back 😇😋.
I dont like how they changed up their wing Wednesday for lamb chops. Me and my guys would love getting off work going straight to the address and chop it up before we go home to our families. The only thing I enjoyed was the Dj. We were here for R&B night and the servers were rude, didn’t come back to the table, we even tried to catch another server to help and she snapped at us twice. Food was absolutely horrible, no flavor, actually the catfish nuggets were good but that’s it. Loaded fries, and boudin balls flavorless. Soda to go with the bottle we bought was like an off brand or something, flat. Not a good experience. If you’re going to just to listen to music you should be good but everything else is off af…
Let’s say you spend $400 on some $60 liquor. Then you say wait, let me go Check on my car. Within the time it take for you to park and walk inside this establishment after you paid for parking, someone has already just bust the window out your car and a burglary has already happened before you can even buy a drink. This was my experience on a Wednesday. And it wasn’t just my vehicle, there were 3 other cars as well. I believe the crime is orchestrated and there are people working together waiting until you leave to commit the crime. I was inside for 30 minutes and I left back out to go put my hoodie back in my car. When I got to my car the passenger side window was busted inwards. On top of that why when you call 911 that sh-t didn’t go through. They called back like it was a mom & pops dispatcher asking what am I calling for.. I thought I was being punked. 911 said that they will notify someone and said that they did not know how long it would be before a cop showed up. I waited 1 hours and 20 minutes, by myself. In the hood. I waited so long I started doing my own investigation like I was Perry Mason. I took pictures of the crime and started questioning people in the area hoping someone could confess so I could bring justice. I do not care if I won the lottery. I will not ever go to The Address again. So after driving to the police station 3.4 miles away. The police told me that break in’s happens all the times there and that it’s so common it’s not even a priority. And that if you call 911 between 9pm and 10 pm it’s shift change and the chances of you getting a cop to come out is slim to none. So ask yourself is it worth it? On a Wednesday? On any day of the week? Nah I’m good. Do I have to choose a star? Shoot!!! UPDATE:Oh and I’m glad I didn’t buy bottles because I came out lucky just being able to get my window fixed and replaced for $250 with tint included. And on top of the burglary they broke in and didn’t steal anything!!! I’m confused? Note to self and everyone. If it looks sketchy and you have a bad feeling don’t do it. And be aware of your surroundings.
My friends and I were in town for a girls trip & The Address was highly recommended to us. The music was good but the customer service left a lot to be desired. The crowd was also not our cup of tea. The tall, pretty, brownskin bartender was super friendly & had very good service. The rest of the employees here were trash. It was unsafely overcrowded, the food was decent but the service was the worst. We will definitely leave this place on the list for Gen Z but it was a hard no for us. I wouldnt return on my next trip.

I have never been more disrespected by an establishment in my life. After finding out I purchased a fraudulent ticket from EVENTBRITE and that they were aware of the replicated eventbrite, I was met with attitude and disrespect as if I was running game when I just discovered I was scammed. I spent $70 on transportation and a ticket just to find out I don’t actually get to see Ashanti. I asked multiple people who worked for the establishment if they were still selling tickets and no one could provide me with an answer. I go online to find the actual eventbrite and I paid $87 dollars on top of food and drinks to stand in a club and be pushed around, talked to disrespectfully and have flash lights waved in my face the entire night. The $87 ticket was supposed to be for access to the VIP concert area but then they kept telling people they needed to move out of the VIP concert area AS IF I haven’t spent my money. When I asked the rude man who was shoving WOMEN where was I supposed to stand with the tickets that I purchased so that I could stop being harassed and treated like I wasn’t human. The man looked at me dumbfounded and said he did not even know like are y’all serious?? Causing commotion for people to move from where they paid to be and you don’t even know where to redirect me. I stayed calm but eventually left because I got tired of being pushed around by grown men when I spent well over $200 to be at an establishment for a concert that did not happen until over an hour after it’s promoted time. I didn’t even get to see the concert I paid money to see. You all should be sued for the false advertisement.
Came to address for birthday, made reservations paid for them for a specific area and when we showed up they didnt have any of our information as though we didnt exist. Gave a phone number and they looked it up and found text history of confirmation of our reservation and realized they made an error. The lady at the door said they would fix wit with a free bottle we get to our table which was outside not the one we reserved and our server told us the lady athe door is a no body and all they could offer is food, we didnt want food and asked for a manager. 35 minutes later she came back and said she cant give us a bottle, I asked to have the bottles we paid for as we were loosing time and she said she needs to confirm with management. I asked for the manager to come talk to us but they refused. The server came back 33min later now almost 1hr we been waiting and its 1 hr left that the club is open and she offered us a minimum 2 bottle service instead of 3 but in my confirmation the minimum was 2 so that was no accommodation for the bad service and mishap. She leaves again for another 18 minutes and returns to say we can have a free bottle but we had to buy 2 so now we have 3 bottles and 40min to drink them. She returns with 2 bottlesonly and says she will bring the free bottleof tequila but she returns with moet...this is the worst service I ever experienced. Smh poor customer service. Very disappointing.Update, our server, T who switched up what was offered said management is ready for any dispute we will file they have us on camera which I am so glad they do so they can see what we received, what we didnt, how long we waited, and much more with one of their staff members who was ashamed and embarrassed we were treated the way we were. This same type of situation happened when we were here in September for another birthday and we had 9 bottles 40 people they changed my reservation for 3 tables down to 2. This is the worst service I have ever received and I am ready for the dispute. T the server told us it all comes down to who has more money so we were bumped from the lounge because someone bought more bottles and they forgot to update us. Dont come here! Its horrible service
Had a great time during the night life. Only issue we had was that the lady taking the money at the door charged us $60 for VIP but gave us a regular admission band. And it was frustrating trying to get it resolved.
I purchased tickets for me and my sister through eventbrite. As soon as I accidentally purchased the general admission, I text the number on event brite to see if there is a way for me to pay the difference to upgrade to vip.The promoter told me I will have the option to pay the difference at the door but not online. As soon as I arrived. The ladies upfront told me I would have to pay $80 additional and each for me and my sister. I reached out to the promoter (Victor) who stated that wasnt true and he would fix it. It took him about two hours to fix it after I finally found him outside of the venue. We paid the difference for the vip tickets and was standing in front of a section on the right side of the vip venue. We arrived early of course so most the parties had not arrived by the time we walked into the vip section. The party eventually arrived. The section wasnt popping bottles like all of the other sections and had about 15 people in their section. There was a guy who worked at the club who had his girl with a white blouse and red pants and all her friends standing directly in the middle. causing a lot of traffic between the workers trying to pass through with hookah or drinks. However, The guy who worked there threatened me and my sister telling us to move or he would man handle us into moving from standing in front of the section. He then pushed me and my sister. It was so bad that one of the other workers told us to approach some guy name Moe and share with him what occurred. We had no issue with moving but just did not understand why he came at us but did not correct the EVERYONE ELSE who ignored the man(including the woman hes obviously smashing) Me and my sister left the vip section because there was no room to see anything. The spot was overly packed . We paid to see Ashanti perform in concert and she came out for about 5minutes. She was originally suppose to come out at 10pm and did not show face until after 1:30am. The promotion was a scam. This was no concert, It was a club appearance. Worst experience ever. First and last time I will attend that spot. I have been to actual concerts and paid less money and had the time of my life. And to the guy that work there and man handled me and my sister, Thank you! I promise you we will never be caught up attending something like that alone again. Your time will come. God bless
Came here expecting a good time. Was kind of early. First issue they only accepting cash to get in. People who I was with said that was never a thing. Second issue only bottle service in the section. Then was told it was no section available but the hostess said it was. All this came out once we have paid to get in. Third issues the girl at the entrance didn’t want to give us our money back and we figured out why, she missed counted the money and the number of people with us. Poor customer service but the manager tried to make it right.
- Falsely advertise events (confirmed from prior reviews!!!!) my friends and I were visiting from NY/MD and we registered on event brite for an “Afrobeats” party ($0).However, there was no Afrobeats party whatsoever there was actually barely anyone else there 😭-My friend left her prescription shades behind at our table and someone from the venue more than likely took those shades! She literally walked back in the venue maybe five minutes after she left and they were miraculously gone and couldn’t be found. We confirmed from a video we took at the venue of us dancing and singing that the shades were INDEED left on the table!-Gave this place a two for the food. Shrimp and grits were great and oxtails were great too!!! This place was recommended by the Tik Tok family and we were disappointed in the service and false advertisement
Section was a good size for my group. Music was popping. Rep was professional and polite. However did disappear for awhile. Wings were great.
Coming here is always fun! DJ is always good… There are always a lot of people here from out of town so it’s very popular. I do recommend having a section if you’re coming here. Or knowing someone that has one. You really have no where to go if that’s not the case. Cons drinks are slightly watered down, parking is atrocious, $20 sometimes $40 covers.
Went to check out Steak night for our anniversary, and everything was absolutely amazing, Great music, excellent service, fun atmosphere, and the steak dinner OMG, The best Steak I have eaten in a long time, cooked to perfection in a matter of minutes literally and melted in your mouth . First time there and my husband and I loved everything about it and will definitely be back
I just went to this nightclub, and I was sorely let down by my experience. The moment I entered the space, I was met by wet, slick surfaces that reminded me of an ice rink. It wasnt simply a small annoyance; rather, it was a danger that put customers safety in danger.I saw numerous people slipping and sliding throughout the night, which led to falls and near-misses. The management of the nightclubs disregard for safety precautions was disturbing.What was meant to be a great night out was ruined by the continual worry about falling. The wet flooring not only destroyed the atmosphere, but they also wrecked my attire because my shoes were completely drenched, giving me chilly, unpleasant feet the whole night.Aside from the safety hazards, the overall cleanliness of the nightclub was subpar. The wet floors gave off a distinctly unpleasant odor, and the lack of proper drainage made some areas of the club feel like a wetland.To add insult to injury, the cover charge and drink prices were exorbitant, making it even more disappointing to have such a lackluster experience. It was clear that the nightclubs management had neglected basic maintenance and safety protocols, which left me deeply dissatisfied as a customer.In conclusion, the club’s wet floors were not only a safety hazard but also a major inconvenience that detracted from the overall enjoyment of the evening.The lack of attention to cleanliness, safety measures, and reasonable pricing left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I reserved two sections at The Address two weeks in advance for my birthday celebration in March. The reservation process was okay. However, the person in charge of reservations was not detailed enough about the reservation process and retrieval of wristbands. I had to ask a lot of questions about this process. This information should have been communicated to me in a detailed format. When I arrived to the establishment I had to stand in the section line for about 20 minutes. When I walked up to the security guy to inquire about the wait, he stated Where are you going? I informed him that I reserved a section and wanted to know if there is a reason why we are standing in line. In a very rude tone, he stated I had to stand in line. I told my brother what transpired and he went up to the security guy and inquire about the wait. The security guy informed my brother that he was waiting for the reservation hosts to arrive to provide the wrist bands. After about 20 minutes of standing in line, three ladies arrived to the front of the section line and could be seen organizing wrist bands and forms on a table. The group ahead of me was asked to step forward and was provided their wristbands. Then my group was next to receive wristbands. After being at my sections for about 15 minutes, male servers brought mixers, ice, napkins and cups. After waiting for about 30 minutes, no waitress appeared. Therefore, I had to find a waitress to inquire about the bottles I ordered during the reservation process. A waitress finally came to my sections and stated there was confusion about what sections she was supposed to service. The waitress asked what bottles I ordered. I was surprised the waitress didnt know this information because I provided it two weeks before my birthday celebration during the reservation process. I informed the waitress of the bottles I desired and they were brought out to my sections. The waitress was very nice and attentive. I enjoyed the DJ and vibe at The Address. However, their systems must be evaluated to ensure efficient service.
I am currently sitting at the address and have been here for 2 1/2 hours and not one waitress has come to a section that I paid for. I had to ask the guy to bring us a set up. Finally found someone that could help to find out we don’t even have anyone assigned to our section. We’re literally watching everyone get their bottle service while we sit here. This is ridiculous. When paying for a service it should be seamless. This is unbelievable!

Had a great time in V.I.P plus bottle service just the vide was to much that every table has bottle service. I am from the old school were you go too a club and only a few Tables with VIP now everyone has bottles or VIP treatment. Thats not bad in any way just now you have to out do the people next to your table on bottles 😉 haha from 1k to 3k per table area....

Went for the poetry show last Sunday although the lights and air being off was beyond the control of the company.. The staff was really inconsiderate.. The actual performers came and spoke to the crowd…. First impression is everything to me so I probably won’t be back because of that… wish I could’ve had a better experience…
I used to come here all the time and now it seems the concern is more about a dollar than continuing the GREAT service I’m used to receiving. The hookah has even gone down, there is a fee for everything. Granted I know the ultimate vision is to earn money, but not at the expense of customers not receiving quality customer service and product. If the quality was correct I don’t mind paying the price!!!! I hope the service and quality of service goes up, the mission is being lost!!!!
This establishment was recommended to me by locals and unfortunately I had an awful experience. After paying to park we were informed that entry was cash pay only. We left to get cash and returned where they attempted to charge us double the price to get in 15 minutes later. At the bar, the bartender got upset with me because I informed her that the soda in my drink was flat then when I attempted to leave the bar the man standing at the entry to outside doing nothing, got upset that I walked around the rope at the bar and started fussing as if I was his child. While I won’t be retuning, staff needs to be trained, all of your patrons are not 23 and value respect when spending their money.
The DJ was good. Nice vibe for 30+ year olds. I’m 55, I was bored so I left. Parking is $20 after 6 pm. Nice crowd, security at the door.
$20 for self parking is ridiculous! The host did not greet me. Both her & the security had a full side conversation ignoring me while I stood at the entrance. The food was good but I wouldn’t return.
Not a place I would go back. Went All-Star night which they hosted a watch party before the club. I think the dj was catering mostly to the men cause of the game so no playing music for dancing. $20 cover charge for women. They asked a couple times if we wanted to buy a section. Three of my friends called a ride back to the hotel while the rest stayed until close. At the end of the night the security used this high pitch sound machine or LRAD to get people out which is weird and gives very much war tactics so I dont appreciate that at all.
I usually have a good time at The Address, although I’ve never been without being in a section so I don’t know how it is as a regular patron. This most recent time the music was very loud, but our section was near the DJ booth. I’ll ask the birthday girl how her experience was with booking and bottle service and come back to update this review.
Security rude and disrespectful came to a party from traveling out of town and they tried to force me to pay for vip just to say hi and bye to my cousin that was having a party
I was booked for a section for my birthday coming on Saturday 7th of January and 7hrs away. Once I arrived on that Thursday I was informed that my section price had and increase to $6,ooo because they had booked the artist Future. This was not my problem and neither was it my issue. Now they attempted to place me in another section at a much higher rate than what was intended and away from the scenery that I had selected. Keep in mind that I had previously booked my section in December which was fully paid. Any business should have their events booked prior as well and not tell people days before their event and if they are traveling. Also, to mention that on that Monday they texted me asking if I wanted to change sections because someone else wanted the section that I had and I declined from the door. Then here comes Thursday with the they indicated that they would be booking the Artist. I was forced to make drastic arrangements which was fully planned out and forced to pay another deposit at another venue which was already out of my budgeted amount to spend for my birthday. I made contact with management who only texts and never calls. I made several attempts to get refunded the amount owed to me and kept getting the run around from the booking number. From a Law enforcement Agent this will not be tolerated and will not go unnoticed. This establishment and its affiliates will be held responsible If I have to drive 7hrs, fly or whatever to have my funds refunded, It doesnt take 3 weeks to issue refunds. I would say that you should be careful booking if you are not a resident, especially paying deposits, you really wont be sure if they are booking events over yours and force you to cancel last minute or find another venue. BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING..
Went here on-a Saturday around 5 and it was slow and was not greeted by our hostess for nearly an hour. Asked for a manger, he was very nonchalant and could care less about great customer service. Overall unpleasant experience
I wish I can give this place zero stars because this how Horrible the experience was. My group made it there about 10:30 & was advised the fee charge was $20, we waited in line & the line wasn’t moving. As soon 11:00 pm came the guy at the booth screamed out & stated the fee was $40. We went ahead and paid the rip off fee. We walked around and noticed no where to sit. We asked about seating and was advised we had to reserve a section. When it was time to use the restroom we saw a door so one of the employee was standing in front of the entrance and told us to keep it moving in a rude way so we had to tell him we we’re looking for the restroom. If a person has a disability or unable to stand for long periods of time then this isn’t the place for you. Couldn’t order any food due to no where to sit. My friends drove literally 3 1/2 hours away, poor music as well. Also The valet guy was so rude and kept rushing us out the car. Please don’t waste your money or time

Food was okay. I was tired of the super loud music, so I went to my car to wait. The waitress was taking forever with the check, and I didn’t finish my food, so I went to get a cheeseburger 5 minutes up the street. The valet guy told me that if I wanted to pick them up, I had to pay another 20 dollars. I have been to five-star restaurants that don’t even charge this much to park, and they had covered parking decks. They also had a dress code, so my plain white shirt was not allowed so glad I had just left from going shopping, but again, I didn’t understand the reasoning, and the host at the front didn’t have an answer. Basketball shorts are also not allowed, baggy clothes and many others. This should be labeled more of a club and less of a restaurant because you have to scream to hear what anyone at your table is saying. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Ive never been to the address but ive been in houston my whole life , in 2017 i had a one on one picnic in downtown houston with a singer named Mya on some fan vibe which concluded with mya demanding i show up at her next houston event Which i did at a club at which time she convinced the security guard to assault and drag me in front of her out the club The fact is mya set me up from that picnic in order to use a houston club to attack me Now we see the address trying to support her by booking her here But thats not the move The move is telling mya weve had to change up the plan because for the address to give her this houston money after setting up houstons 27 year community advocate is Foul and the address needs to close and the new location theyll try to open needs to close.
Their valet is horrible. I paid $25 to have my car parked right outside the club and when I came out they told me my car was parked in another parking lot. If I wanted my car to be parked in another parking lot, I would’ve parked it in another parking lot myself instead of paying for valet. The whole point of paying for valet is so my car can be outside when I leave the club. Then it took them 15 minutes just to bring me my car. Also, when I was speaking to them, they kept ignoring me. For this reason I won’t be coming back.
Thank goodness my friend and I found some quality food in Texas! The atmosphere was pleasant, spacious, service was attentive and music jamming. Frozen liquor drinks were on point. Food was season well. The salmon meal was delicious. The steak meal could have been season just a lil bit more and the house salad couldve been better. Other than that overall experience was nice

Stop by driving to Austin. The Saturday brunch day party was nice. DJ on point. The chicken and waffle was awesome. Sat on the patio. And the fans were doing what they could. It was a cool breeze. The crowd stated coming in about 4pm. The waitresses could use some help in serving. None never asked if I needed anything nor did anyone bother to pick up a damn glass. They just keep their nose up and their hair straight and narrow. Too bad the tip was a big one. It kinda sucks they charge $20 to park but I guess that’s why it’s free to get in. Well I enjoyed the short drive by.

The location is great, the deck is comfortable, there is a stage area inside and the decor is very classy (would be great for a private party). We went on a week day so as to avoid the 20-something crowd. The music was fine. Your experience will be based more on the people you are with than the wait staff and music. The waitresses were polite..... 20% polite..... not really. But the drink was pretty good. Ill only go back if invited.

The food was really good. My rating based on pricing on the menu and what I was charged. I ordered wings fries and a drink during happy hr time and was charged 28.00 bucks. We also purchased Bruch and gratuity was added to my bill. One the person at the bar I felt automatically added her a nice tip but I could be wrong. Next, dont automatically add anything on to my bill aside from.what I ordered. Im fully aware of how to tip and they wouldve probably got more but because of this I most likely wont be back . Everything else was excellent.
The most The Address has to offer is convenient location. The products and services are not worth what people spend here. I have been here on several occasions since they established business and my experiences keep getting worse and worse. Upon my latest visit (I only went to support a birthday event) during brunch hours, as I approached to enter, the doorman sized me up and told me “You can’t come in.” and pulled out a “Dress code” sign and stated that shorts can only be worn with heels. The approach was rather unprofessional, but with out wanting to give the young man a hard time (because I never want to disrupt anyones work day, I try to be as reasonable as possible), I simply recovered a pair of heels from my vehicle. As I entered and found the party that I was with, I look around and see numerous women with shorts & no heels. Go figure! I even watched someone arrive after me with shorts and no heels. After arriving to my section, I waited about 20 minutes for a host/server/ bottle girl to check on our table so that I could order food, but my expectations were too high. So I went to the bar to order a meal. When my buzzer vibrated and indicated my food was ready, the bar tender gave me a HOT PLATE! How do you expect someone to carry a piping hot plate across a club with out any types of caution warnings and huge liabilities? So I instructed him to give me something to be able to carry it with, which he provided a stack of napkins. As I arrived back to my seating area, I attempted to eat. I ordered the lamb slam, which comes with 4 lamb chops, eggs, & potatoes. The lamb chops had absolutely NO seasoning and cooked to a well done temperature, so I may as well have eaten lamb jerky! Also, my food was room temperature and tasted reheated. How did I receive a HOT PLATE with COLD FOOD? So, I immediately returned to the bar and explained to the bartender that I ordered from what my issue was. The overgrown man rolled his eyes, tried to snatch my plate from me, through it in the trash and gave me another buzzer. Yet again, another unprofessional experience within the same visit. When my food was ready AGAIN, it still was not worthy of the asking price. Quality of food was not top tier; eggs reminded me of public school kitchen eggs, potatoes were great value (Walmart brand) equivalent, and lamb chops were over cooked and under seasoned. My group spent at least $2K as a whole and attentiveness from staff was very scarce. We received more service from the hookah guys than anyone else. I do not look forward to spending another dime in this establishment after being completely disrespected by the Korean bartender who attempted to snatch my plate. The selective dress code enforcement is unnecessarily inconsistent. The customer service is poor and deserves to be addressed and improved before careless staff runs this place into the ground and profit gains become losses.
We arrived around 9:30 to The Address. Valet ranges from $20-$40. There was no cover when we arrived. Upon entry, you see several tables but theres no clear indication where you can or cannot sit and not a hostess or employee to greet you to explain anything if you have questions. Asked a server if tables were reserved, she acted clueless. Asked another server and she explained we could sit at this high top table for now but they would probably make us move at some point. Our server was very sweet. We ordered hookah and food which came out in a timely manner. The venue was not very busy at this point. As the night went on, it begin to get more crowded and you could tell the environment was about to change because security started putting up barricades and the servers started going around putting signs on the tables that said reserved. Someone walked by and left a sign on our table, but did not say anything as to what that meant. At that point would have been the appropriate time for someone to say the table is going to be reserved for another party at whatever time so you will need to make sure you relocate within the next half hour to an available table outside. Some sort of communication to explain, because no one seemed to be for certain if we would actually need to move. All of a sudden, some rude Latina server came up to our table and told us we had to move. She was very nasty about it. We had a hookah and so we asked her who was going to move the hookah and put us someplace else. She rudely replied, I dont know ask the hookah guys. The appropriate thing to do would have been to say, let me ask the hookah guy to move it for you. The whole situation was just extremely rude. Even the gentleman who was waiting to be seated at our table was trying to tell the server that it was cool and to give us a chance to find someplace else to sit. He was very understanding and you could tell the situation made him uncomfortable. We had ordered food, several drinks, and a hookah and so to be kicked out of our table and the way that it was handled was extremely distasteful and unprofessional. The hookah guy ended up coming and moving us outside. We were standing around for a few minutes waiting to locate someplace where he could set the hookah up. I saw several people in the same situation. Why would you let people pay for a hookah just to make them move and be walking around with a huge hookah and nowhere to set it. We did not stay much longer after this because we were just so disgusted by the service. Even when we were leaving, we asked one of the male staff workers if we could exit out of a particular area and he was so rude when he responded. Mind you, I had watched him the entire night playing around with some of the other attendees who looked like they had been there for a while. They were clearly drunk and unruly and even knocked over an entire hookah off of the table. He was having a great time partying with them and picking them up and playing around but when we asked him a simple question he had an attitude when he responded. If you dont have good customer service skills, you should not work in an environment that requires them. We are visiting from Miami. Miami has a crazy nightlife scene. Our clubs are open until 5 AM, so we know what a proper experience should be and this wasnt it. I have no complaints about the food and the DJ was good as well, however none of that substitutes for the subpar service we received. I left a more thorough review on yelp, but due to character limits on Google I had to condense this review.
The address was chill. Drinks and ambience was nice for a Thursday night. Only reason I will not give it 5 stars is the there were two waitresses that ignored me while I was there. The waitress that get my food was slightly better. Bartender tonight gave the best service. Honestly want to go back and tip her more because other places tonight have been a bust.
Came in tonight for happy hour , there was hardly anyone there . It’s self seating . Multiple employees passed us up multiple times without even checking to see if we had received service . We had to go up to the bar to request some service. The two stars are for the food(Aside from my fried pickles coming out soggy) & happy hour & after we got a server she was nice . Heard a lot about this place I may give it another chance but after tonight I wasn’t impressed...
It’s ducked off and the parking can be a problem so if you’re from out of town, map it out beforehand. The vibe is just right! My experiences there were pretty good! Drinks were okay but the no drama atmosphere is what I live for! I enjoyed my birthday weekend there and would definitely go back
The music here is always great. Atmosphere is great. Crowd is urban 25-35. Never caught any food here but the drinks are good, just make sure you bring a good amount of change. They range $9+ dress to impress. You can park on the street or pay $20+ to park. Love this place overall.
I went on a Sunday at around 6pm and it was live at five! There were a variety of people, although I would say it is a younger crowd overall (20s - 30s). They have music, hookah, food and drinks abound. The DJ was AMAZING! You could dance and vibe non-stop!!! My only grievance is that there was almost nowhere to sit for free! All of the available seating was bottle service/reserved only, so if I go again I will be sure to make reservations and have a section. It took away from the experience to not have a table or sit, because I wasnt able to enjoy the hookah or food component. Nevertheless, I plan to give it another chance as it seemed everyone was having a wonderful time.
Club review only. Came from out of town and planned to attend based on YouTube vlogs and Instagram. I was able to book a section right from my phone and choose where I wanted to be in the club. They even accommodated my birthday request I entered on the website. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. Dj played everything we wanted to hear and shouted out the birthday girl. Had an amazing night and if I ever visit Houston again I will be at the Address on Saturday night!
Dope atmosphere, lots of TVs, great music, and all around good time. Bartenders are super proficient and friendly. Eric was there when we went and my dude was SPOT ON! Super professional, very friendly, and an all around great personality. If you are ever there, ask for Eric, he wont let you down!
Came in around 8:30 and it wasnt busy at all. Waited for almost 40 minutes for someone to ask us if we were being helped. At least 5 people with staff shirts and 4 women with purple ( I guess they were waitresses, continuously walked by us, and didnt offer assistance. They stood around, hudled and conversing. I guess employees are for aestics and not productivity.
Went on a Sunday for brunch there was a bit of wait for the food but but not unreasonable. There is a fee of $20 to park which was unexpected but was willing to pay for the convenience of not having to park in the neighborhood behind the establishment. The waitress were beautiful as the people in there all dress up really nice. The music was fantastic and makes you just want to dance. The food was amazing we had lobster tails with eggs and Chicken with Waffles. We will be coming back to see how it is during the night time.
This club was everything! Lit music, good food, great drinks, beautiful workers, amazing crowd, everybody was dancing lol. my friends and I will most definitely come back whenever we’re in town. Thank you for a great experience.
This place was amazing! Open air, great music, reservations for group sections available. I highly advise not wearing flip flops because the bouncers will sometimes turn you away. Other then that this place is a definite good time for sure!
I hated it! It was way over crowded and no one was wearing any mask, there was also no where to sit. It you like that sort of thing then youll love it, if not stay away
First time here visiting out of town and very disappointed. We were seated and never got a server but the tables around us did. We asked not once but three different times for a waitress. Payed for a hookah and it was not pulling. Nice setting but business needs work
Since its my friend birthday we decided to go here for Happy hour. Parking on a Friday was free...There are hookahs set up inside and outside on the huge patio. TVs everywhere. Food was great but pricey and there wasnt any happy hour specials on the food, only on drinks. Happy hour from 4 - 8pm, 50% off on Special drinks. We had a blast and will definitely go back.
Good luck trying to reserve bottle service. I’ve never had to work this hard to get a company to take my money. The number listed to make reservation is slow to reply (if they reply at all) I had to call and text from 4 different numbers until they finally replied back to one of them. When they do reply they told me that they are sold out (I hadn’t even given a date yet) when I ask for bottle menu they stop replying.It definitely Shouldn’t be this hard to spend $1500+ on overpriced bottles...contacted another club and was able to book section and pay deposit without the hassle.
My friends and I came here on our visit to Houston and enjoyed our experience here. Good music. Good food (oxtails and grits). Attentive waitress (Nisana), she did a really good job taking care of us while there. I will say however, the mimosa carafe was overpriced ($25) for a quart of OJ and a spritz of champagne.
Great Experience at the Addrress. As a nightclub DJ myself it was great to be able to come and have a really good night without critiquing away the whole night. The DJ was on point and the service was superb! Definitely gonna try and lock in some gigs and bring my folk from outta town every time I come back to Houston!
Ill keep my post about facts and leave out my opinion as best I can. I visited this place for brunch with a group of out of town friends and mistakenly assumed it would be a standard brunch spot. This was more of a day party vibe. The music was loud to the point you couldnt hear the person next to you. The place wasnt crowded when we entered around 1245PM but got our food going on 330PM. The brunch menu only had 3 items to choose from. Both mimosas and juice were warm (not chilled) and the food was average.The atmosphere was cool but for a younger crowd. though and at least Im able to smoke a cigar while Im there.
Came here for brunch today and it took 25 min before anyone came and greeted us. Finally when we got someone’s attention we were told that the person that was over the table was not suppose to come in until later that evening. Of course we didn’t know that and regardless we should have been helped. On top of that we were told we could no longer order brunch because it ended at one, even though we were there way before then. When we addressed the manager about the situation he told us he couldn’t serve the brunch anymore but he would take off half of the meal and try to accommodate us as quickly as possible since a lot of our time was already wasted by waiting to be greeted. When we finally got to order, we only ordered wings, the food never came out. After a good 45 min we did not get a heads up or anything about what was taking the food so long to come out. On top of that the server never came by to refill our water or even ask us whether or not we wanted to get some thing else to drink other than water. After waiting for so long and finally getting the manager back over to the table to address him again about our food, we were informed that he had to cancel our order due to the kitchen being backed up from brunch orders. And also, he told us that he couldn’t do anything to accommodate us for what happened. As a manager he should have told us that he had to cancel the order instead of avoiding us and having us wait for so long, especially since we told him that we were running low on time. Overall this has to be the WORSE service that I have ever gotten from the waiter not doing a good job with taking care of us to the manager not handling this situation correctly. Very upset.
Im visiting from out of town and the service here was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I waited OVER AN HOUR just to get water. The waitress Veonna L.came to my table twice in the first 3 hours I was there. I had to ask another waitress for the manager. When he came over after sitting there from 3:25 to 4:56 is when I recieved water. Mind you we asked her the first time she finally came over and she said that we only give water to people who order food. Overall the service was very unprofessional.P.S. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.P.S.2 I NEVER LEAVE NEGATIVE REVEIWS.
Friday October5,2018This evening I was very disappointed. Your bar tender over charged me. I come every other Friday and I’m aware of the menu prices. He over charged me on drinks and wings. I asked the female bar tender who was aware of the prices. The guy still insisted on lying to me about pricing. It’s really sad that your bar tenders would over charge just for the heck of it. Just to be sure that I wasn’t tripping I got up from the side bar and went to the other side and they let me know that they were on happy hour. I don’t want him fired but I would like for him to be educated. I Love driving from HUMBLE just to attend The Address. With a little educating he would be an excellent at tender.
I havent been here for 15 minutes and I feel like the rating is appropriate, the parking at this establishment turned me off instantly! How in the heck do you charge people $20 to park on a Sunday? And if you want to self park your car its $10. I said forget that and I park 3 blocks away. Its not fair to have your patrons parking that far all in front of peoples residence just to get here its very inconvenient not only for us but the residence in this area if I lived over here I wouldnt want bar patrons parking in front of my home. But thats me. Then I have turn around and patronize your business and spend more money!? I understand you have a business to run but it turns people off having to pay to park then turn around and spend money just to drink. I wouldnt bring anyone here because the stress of parking and I wouldnt want to come back. Half of the place Is tables and because the place is so packed theyre usually none available then the other half is VIP/RESERVED which guess what that means you have to pay more money. If this whole venue was tables on the inside this place would have way more people. This establishment is way too money hungry. I will not return.
This place is okay it has a nice atmosphere but the waitresses are kind of rude. I brought people in from out of town and got absolutely no service after I constantly asked them to check on the table. It was to the point where I had to go to the bar and bring drinks back for everyone. We didnt get menus, water and was tossed to the side like we didnt matter. When people are spending their hard earned money to support your restaurant make sure they have a great experience. This could be a nice establishment but the waitstaff needs better training or you will continue getting complaints and ppl going elsewhere.
No free parking but it was free to get in Sunday afternoon....Parking near entrance was $20.00 any other parking in the area is scarce and distant. Waitresses can be difficult to get and may take your order and bring nothing back which happened to me until I got an awesome waitress, $200 plus later and she still was attentive. Waits at the bar were long (45 minutes) the outside area has mist fans but is also the hookah area....tables and booths are reserved so if you havent reserved it will be impossible to find somewhere to sit. The food was edible not bad but not great...$10 to12 for about 8 wing sections. The DJ was awesome. Hookahs were around 30 dollars or so and they are attentive as well. Bottle service comes with a presentation and can be pricey -if compared -are double a store like Specs prices even triple (in case you were unaware)...So bring your wallet and enjoy the view of beautiful people. Mixed Urban crowd atmosphere....but not Unsavory.
First time in Houston. We were recommended to come here from people everywhere. (1st things first- NO COVID CHECK! They dont check temperature and masks werent required to come inside!) We prepaid for a booth inside which detailed a deposit of $200 towards the tab but was given a booth on the patio. We asked to be moved inside several times but they refused to do so. The hostess claimed they were sold out. However a table next to us was moved inside later on even though they came in later than us. Our waitress Morgan took 30 minutes to greet us. We asked several people to notify her and she still didnt come. Also I would recommend having a bottle list with prices. I asked for one but Morgan didn’t provide us with one. Not sure if a bottle of Don Julio is actually $320 but it seemed pretty high compared to other places we purchased bottle service from. After we bought a bottle and food we paid and our server never came back. I’m sure she would rather spend her time inside than outside on the patio. Trust me- I get it. We wanted to be inside too. We planned on spending a lot of money here but overall the service here just isnt worth it.
Great environment however got booted from a section we paid for at 1am… for a group of like 20 people who was late to their reservation and needed to share our section, definitely not professional also advised not to talk to the managerDefinitely jipped an hour of our section this should be deducted ..don’t recommend for the VIP
They have healthy options for food not just wings and fries! Drinks were good and brought quick. Took a long time to get coals replaced for our hookah. It was my first time there but I had a blast. You do have to pay to park.
I went and met some friends for her birthday at their brunch service. The ambiance was cool, music good, food could have been flavored better. My problem is my ticked came to $102 and that was including a 20% gratuity but when I got my statement it said $112. I’ll be disputing this charge with my credit card company. I’ll bring cash next time like the other reviews advised.
If I could give zero stars I would!! Went for a great time parking they wanted to charge $40 with no cars in the parking lot purchased bottle service because we were told by Christian L. that it would guarantee our table for the night to basically be told we would have go outside because someone wanted to purchase the table. Horrible service please teach your cocktail waitress to communicate better so there is no misunderstanding!
If you’re looking to get out and have a great time, this is the place to be. One of Houston hottest spots!! I think it’s been the only place I’ve hung out for the past couple of months. (Literally all year) 🤷🏾♀️ What can I say, I like what I like. The food is good, the waitress are nice & pretty! The crowd and vibe is right, but most importantly the drinks will have you lit!!
Although the atmosphere as well as music were amazing. Only bad thing is the waitresses if you do not have a table early they will pay no attention to you. We asked several different waitresses for help and were just ignored or they said OKAY and kept walking. A table was open my wife quickly jumped to sit there. The Original parties food was left for 30 even after my wife asked a waitress still nothing. We ended up leaving. We were told they were not serving food at 2. When it was suppose to be until 3. So if you do not have a table do not expect any service quickly.
The gentleman at the door refused to allow our party in because one of the guys were wearing shirts that stopped mid thigh. There is nothing indicated on the “dress code policy” that mentions short length as against policy. I asked what length suffices for the policy and a direct answer was never received. I asked for a manager and the gentleman brought over another gentleman who simply said “this just what it is”. This seems severely discriminatory and I can’t believe that this venue practices such things. Won’t be returning but would appreciate more defined rules, equal for all.
I always have a good time, the place is clean and the food is great. Paul Wall and Z-Ro had a show last night the guys did superb. The Davis fight was also on, plenty of security and the crowd is nice. Lots of beautiful women........lots of beautiful women.
Taco Tuesday… good for the price ..got there at 6 pm waitresses were attentive, but didn’t last long! took over 40 minutes to get one margarita once the remaining of the party got there because they tend to disappear or in the male customers face giggling… had to flag down what I assume to be a manager to check on the drink… a lot of them walk around attached to their phones/ holding personal convos on the clock… got to stick with my 35 and up establishments
My cousin got a section, it was cool, great staff, food was good. Lady in the restroom tried to charge me 1.00 for a stick of gum, not a pack, but a stick. 2 male workers walked right in the female restroom and got gum. Then as I was leaving my brother showed up for my cousin party, I tried to give him the band since I was leaving, and the man at the door refused to let him in, saying he had to pay 20, this place closes at 2 am, it was 1:15. Why are you charging full price knowing y’all about to close. So, my cousin came out and was trying to ask if he could come since I was leaving, they basically ignored him. The place is also over crowded. Other than that, the music was good, and inside staff was cool
This place is not how it use to be especially after my experience there for R&b night with Ashanti…The staff was rude and they all lacked customer service all the way down to the security it was way over crowded and was not a comfortable environment I did not enjoy myself at all and I spent to much money for me not to be able to enjoy myself
The vibe here was vibrant and fun during my Saturday night visit. I immediately noticed the numerous tv screens in all directions, which means you can party with friends and still keep an eye on that game you dont wanna miss. Sound quality was great, and music selection was awesome. There was a large crowd, but it didnt take much time to get drinks after I made my way through to the bar. There were about three bartenders, and one of them immediately asked what I needed. Drinks were great, and obviously made from good liquor. We had other rounds of drinks and enjoyed an overall exciting time here.
I long coming here, it’s filled with beautiful people and everyone is so chill. I feel safe and it’s great place to go out. This is the hottest spot in Houston rn, celebs turn up here randomly so you never know who’s gonna be here.

The address is always a vibe when I come, I’m giving y’all three stars because on Sunday 6/7/2020 all the waitresses had a bad attitude and once we called them for service they tell us one minute and don’t come back. They rather be the bottle girls holding up signs. We’ve waited over an hour for a waitress and that’s because I had to go to the front and ask for a manager which they didn’t even want to get for me, and never came. There’s four waitress that didn’t want to serve us, a girl with burgundy hair, the two girls with the black and copper hair mixed, and the girl with the black passion twist. Btw after waiting over an hour and thirty minutes plus at least the egg rolls was good 😋.
I came to Houston as a visitor. My group and I received the WORST service ever, and I am not exaggerating. Our server was Brianna. We were not greeted for about 30 mins. When we were finally greeted, we ordered a margarita tower, which we never received. We were told they were not frozen, after waiting ANOTHER hour we eventually said we were okay with it not being frozen, we still did not receive it. Meanwhile all of the tables surrounding us, including patrons that arrived after us, received their margarita towers. The server literally was avoided eye contact to avoid giving us service. I would never come back here again.The music is good, the food was decent.
Went on a Friday night place was packed and over crowded. Had one bouncer come up to me a couple of times to tell me to move because I was blocking the past. Then he saidListen, youre a big N****, and youre blocking the past, you cant stand in the middle of the way I need you to move over there or go that way. I gave him a look because literally there was nowhere for me to stand since it was packed. So I see a booth and there some people sitting down dancing and I walk over and stand in the entrance of the booth and there are people sitting down and didnt seem to mind my present. About 5 minutes pass by and one of those female workers or dancer whatever you call them come over and shoved me out the way to get in the booth. She then leaves and a few more minutes pass and she comes back and yet again shoved me out the way. Then she comes back a third time and hit me on the side and told me to get out the booth and I told her I cant move theres no room. She shrug her shoulders like too bad and demanded me to get out the booth. Now I understand that you may reserve a booth and they are for those who paid for the them but the only reason why I was in the booth was because I had no where to stand and the people in the booth didnt mind or tell mehey man this is taken or something like that which I understand. But to be forced and pushed out the way by one the worker is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service. Other than that I enjoyed my stay but please dont let this happen again I am really disappointed.
The atmosphere is lovely. I really enjoyed the karaoke. But they did not have ingredients to make three of the drinks that I wanted. My food was brought out cold. I had to send my drink back three times. And they overcharge my bank card four timesx. I will never go back

I wasn’t able to enjoy it because by the time I got my food I was full from the over price light drinks!!! The servers were nice but very confused. The food was alright not seasoned well.. the grits were hard and lumpy!!! But I had fun with my peoples!!!!
They charged for summer walker listening party and said it would start at 9, but it’s now 12 am and she’s not here. She even said it on her ig. I’m 33, I don’t need to be out past 12 am. Then we paid VIP to skip the line but we didn’t. STILL HAD TO WALK IN LINE AFTER PAYING EXTRA FOR VIP TO SKIP Over it💁🏽♀️. This place is cool IN your 20s but not pass that. Would never come back with a celebrity. To think they paid her 10-30k only to have people show up early to boost sales. 😢 sad. Then they only played 2of her songs.
I booked a section for my birthday on 1/23 and paid the deposit. Once we got to the bar we were advised that they are not serving alcohol ( although the money that was paid was for bottles). After speaking with someone that work there she stated that they don’t do refunds but we could reschedule. I told her we weren’t from Texas and wouldn’t be back any time soon. She gave me a number to call the reservation line. I spoke with another lady who asked me to send her a copy of my receipt and the explanation I had just given her. I haven’t heard from her since and the number isn’t working any more. By far the worst experience ever!!!
This is a large sports bar. I went there on a Sunday for brunch. My server was a little slow but she was very nice. I ordered the blackened catfish and grits with extra creole sauce. The dish was delicious. The fish wad cooked perfectly and the creole sauce is everything. Only complaint I had was I never got my toast. The mimosas are yummy and refills are only $2, Thats awesome. My friends ordered the Asian Hennessy wings. These were amazing too. When in Houston I would definitely come back I want to try the pancakes next time around.
Never again. After an hour of waiting to be served and being promised someone would be over to assist us 4 times by 4 different people, my friend and I FINALLY got a cup of water lol! Ordered drinks and they made an announcement that the bar was about to close in 30 min. and was advised to order a bottle 🥴 The music was out for like 30 min in the back.. The food was good when we finally got it .. hence the 1 star. Our first time visiting Houston and this was disappointing. The customer service is lacking sooo bad at so many places. If you don’t have a “section” you might as well stay home.
Its not a bad place at all. A little rough around the edges at times but its a fun spot. The best way to describe it is a sports bar mixed with a club. The front is like a typical sports bar with a huge patio etc and the back has another bar area and club like sections. They have clean bathrooms so thats a major plus for me. If you want a table that doesnt require bottle service get there early. Like really early.
Great happy hour, drinks and atmosphere. Get there early for their happy hour drink specials. The crowd starts to pick up around 7 PM and the atmosphere turns from a lounge to club. Hookah is available on the patio. Several screens to watch games.
This place used to be horrible but I see them making strides to improve and become better. Like any place this size it can be a struggle to get things in order but over the last several months Im impressed with the improvements with service and the food. We went Sunday had a great brunch mimosas are definitely watered down but for 25 bucks a pitcher (as of 01/13/2019) who cares. great place to catch up with friends watch the game and listen to music. 20% gratuity was included in our tab which I have always found tacky but I get it.
First time coming here and it was on a Sunday (got there at around 2:30 and didn’t leave till 7) but had a great time,DJ was great and played a lot of good music. Vibe was great had a few football games on & beautiful bottle girls! Only downside is parking is hella expensive ($20) :(! So be prepared to walk and try to find street parking if you don’t like to pay (like me) other than that I would visit again.
Food was good! Loved the music and we had a really good time. The lines were too bad but you had ppl getting off the line to go to the side of the line while our line did not move. We came from out of town and had a good time. No seats unless you pay for a table.
Went for a party last night. Music was catered to younger crowd, and most of the patrons were younger. It was like an upscale sports bar. Definitely not the atmosphere I expected! Parking was bad so I paid the $20 for valet and still ended up blocked in for almost an hour. Security, the manager(who was very unprofessional) nor the valet was able to resolve the parking issue and was rather non-chalant about it. They just lost my business!
Booked TWO booths with this clubs weeks & weeks before this coming Memorial Day weekend. First the booths were free with 200 dollars going toward purchasing bottles & hookahs stated on website.(ok cool) then it became an up charge of 200 per booth(due to the holiday weekend) not including anything but 10 wrist bands & you have to purchase a min of 3 bottles which are no lower than 200 per bottle. Then they text a week before asking for 2,000 for the same booth(which is outside) because they now have an artist who hasn’t put out a song since 2012. This holiday weekend falls on the same weekend every year. Instead of them not being prepared they decide to change the prices not once but twice!! BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Soooo the infamous Address, after reading and hearing is many mix reviews about this place I had to go check it out. I went for Sunday brunch and it was a nice crowd. I sat at the bar because I was alone and sitting at table would have made me seem lonely. Everyone was watching the game and the DJ was playing some good selections. I decided to order a mimosa which was $10.. it was OKAY , I felt like it had more orange juice than champagne in it. Since I wanted to try some of their food I decided to play it safe and go with wings. I ordered the Asian Hennessy wings with fries. It took a long time for my food to come out. I believe it was about 20 minutes by the time it came out I wasnt thrilled on eating them anymore but I did. I dont think I will order this again. The wings were really sticky and it was just blah to me. There were no wet naps so the bartender improvise and got a napkin and put a napkin in a cup for me. The fries werent good at all I didnt even eat them all.The bartenders were very cool and I met some really great people here. Parking in the back is $10 and to park in the front its $20. Around 6pm the brunch turned into a party. I really enjoyed myself because the music was good and I loved the crowd. Not too old.. not too young. I will definitely be back again. I will order something differently the next time I return.
Its lit asf there. The dress for me looks casual/club chic. Me and my companions got in the place free and we were there before 10 pm. They have 3 different areas: outside bar area, inside bar area, and then the club area where you can book a section and where they have celebrity parties. It was Slim Thug birthday on the Friday that I went on and the place was loud , the hookahs was going, and the people was dancing. I didnt personally drink, but I on the menu the drinks are pretty pricey and the food is as well, but they do have a wide variety of liqueurs and menu items. They do have a doorman that cards you at the door, but I dont what age they are looking for you to be 18 or 20. They also have a restroom attendant on shift which was different, but useful I guest. Oh and they arent prejudice against pregnant women.
Me & my girls loved the look of the place. Very sexy. My waitress was beautiful and had great customer service. The manger was awesome also. We loved the 5.00 frozen drinks. We suggest that when you advertise half off menu please dont false advertise, be more specific please. Oh! The wings was all that ;-) PLEASE DONT MAKE EVERTHING VIP SEATING 😬
The space is awesome. The vibe is great. The service, however, is terrible. They definitely need a better set up. You cant allow parties to stay indefinitely during very busy brunch days. Come up with a system that moves people who have finished eating off the tables.
My review today is to talk about my experience at the address for my Birthday celebration on June 5th. To begin, there was no availability inside, so I settled for outside where I was able to reserved a high top table because all the sections on the outskirts was booked as well. As we walked outside to the reserved table there were people sitting at our RESERVED table eating. It was very awkward having to watch the host tell them to move which ended up us arriving to a empty undressed dirty table. This table was reserved for a certain time so I expected to arrive to my table dressed with ice, water, glasses and chasers just how they do the inside but that was not the case. Maybe If they did dressed the table no one would of been sitting there eating as we arrive.This was an awful first impression.After waiting for a while, we went and call a server because we was sitting at a empty table for about 20 mins and wanted atleast water because it was hot outside. It took our actual server about 25-30 mins before she checked in with us. So the awesome server Dani apologize and told us that the other girl is our server. After serving us and paying the balance. They quickly brought the bottles out without dressing the table with chasers and champagne glasses which was very backwards to me because we had drinks but couldnt drink them because we had to wait a while until they brought the chasers and glasses 😫In addition to that, they also brought the food we order without utensils to eat 🥴 Both examples was so frustrating and unorganized because it messed up the whole vibe and flow of everything because after receiving the bottles and food we was just sitting there waiting. Additionally, the server was about to open my champagne bottle on the opposite side of the table from where I was 😑. I quickly walked over to her then she asked me if I wanted her to pop it or if I wanted to do it. I said I would like to do it and did it but still had no glasses to drink out of 😓. This whole experience was a little disappointing as I was expecting better service. Lastly, although I would say its none of the servers or business fault at hand, whiles the girls was bringing out the bottles, one of the sparklers did a mini explosion where the worker start ducking and all the attention was on her. That messed up the WHOLE vibe and made me feel as thou it was a waste of money & was not worth it at all because I didnt even get to enjoy the moment because one of the sparklers decided to explode! 🙄I sincerely wanted to ask/say REDO but came there for a good time not a long time. I know that probably just would of bin a lot of up and down and possibly just ruin my whole birthday celebration. I normally dont write reviews but I had time today!
It has improved and expanded a lot since I was there last!! the opened section to the right that has the bar, dance floor, TVs, and VIP sections used to be just a wall. I used to hate going to the address --and although its not a place I want to frequent, I can say that the vibe has matured --- its less riffraff. I went for a birthday, sat in VIP and had a nice time with friends, on a Sunday. It was high energy, packed, crazy. Im happy for the addy.
This place is nice however, its definitely over rated. The Valet is over priced and the music is ALL hip hop... Not everyone wants to listen to hip hop ALL NIGHT LONG. You also have a very divided crowd. You have people dressed liked a strip club, people dressed in sneakers like theyre going to the mall, and then you have people dressed classy. Its definitely a mixed crowd. So if youre grown and sexy Id cross this off the list.
Rip off rip off!!! Money hungry! Demanded my brother pay an extra $40 because he had on jean shorts. When addressed with the manger he was allowed in for free. The man at the door was trying to make an extra hustle. In addition too I paid a $200 deposit to reserve a section for 25 people 10 people got in free and I brought 4 bottles for a total of $1210.75 l. They requested any additional guest over 10 had to pay $100 to come to the section which I was unaware of during the booking. Claim it was due to COVID-19 and they didn’t want more than 10 guest in a section but it allow it if they paid $100. Talked to 3 different managers and everyone blame it on the next manager. Will NEVER spend my money here again.
The whole section was lit! The dj played a lot of old songs, I just wish he wouldve played some newer song. The drinks that were delivered to our section (the chasers. Pineapple, cranberry, and something else) was hot like its been sitting out for hours and their was some thick substance floating on top of the pineapple juice 🤢. I paid $26 for a shot of ciroc.... A SHOT!! Overall, we had fun but the drinks couldve been reasonably priced and fresher
Difficult to get here 1st off.. valet is 20 and to park yourself is 40! With that said.. music is live, and the drinks are stiff! Its a Hookah bar, with a patio and dance floor.. great concept but gotta do something with that parking situation
It’s an acquired taste. But definitely if you come bring cash!!! We’ve always had an issue of overcharging when using a card so to prevent that always bring cash. This is a bar/club/lounge depending on what day or time you go. It has three different rooms which can have three entirely different vibes. But if you like to “turn up” this is definitely your scene. There is a mixture of old and younger folks partying all together.
Went for Brunch on a Sunday to watch game: Nice environment. why are they charging to park$20? Waitress put order on another tab therefore we had to wait an additional hour(that order was free)Hookah prices increase on Sunday $35, WHY? Wings and waffles delicious $15. Mimosa was not up to par and NOT ENDLESS for $30 (or was it $25) anyways... You add it up
Huge inside. More than adequate parking in back. Courteous staff. Flood was average but not bad. Didnt arrive timely so food was a little cold for my taste. Maybe because it was busy. Drinks were a little pricey with no happy hour when I arrived at 5:30pm. I would go back with friends.

Overcrowded,no crowd control so its a fight waiting to happen which I seen 2 .* need more structure and organization in crowd controlb and sections when a celebrity is showcasing to allow all a great experienceI left before the artist even performed... I told a gentleman and ticket lady we were leaving because of all the Cons above especially the fighting. Newly moved here and probably wont ever come back.
