I love this place, it’s the only place around i have found that carries the vape juice I love. They are always open and always have it in stock. Great customer service with reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place. Their selections of juices and vapes are the best I’ve seen they have plenty to choose from.

They’re selling messed up disposable Vapes. Worker told me I had to pull hard on them. I bought in a disposable I got from another store today which hits way easier. Worker then said “Vapes have their own mind I can’t control that.” This is the second time I’ve gotten the “grape Energy” and it didn’t want to hit. Swapped two out and the light stayed on after hitting them both. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!

Been using the shop for a while now and Gary is amazing! He’s always been super helpful and always has an answer for any issues I may have had; whether it be with juice, coils, or mods! Great shop and great service!

There is an employee named Austin who refused service to me because another person in the store was under age. I told him i would like to make a complaint and he called his manager and completely twisted my words around right in front of me. This guy is going to run off a lot of business. I have been a loyal costumer to this store and just because another costumer was under age and walked in at the same time as me he refused my service. I will bring my money else where and i will make sure everyone I have recommended to this store goes else where as well. Austin wanted pity for his accident wreck, maybe your store should have never brought him back because he is a complete jerk.

Wouldn’t even let me in the store cuz I didn’t have my ID. Walked in with a friend that is of age to help him find a salt nic flavor that he would like and the cashier(caiman) told me I couldn’t be in there if I didn’t have an ID with me.

I just wanted to to let yall know that I came in to your store the other day and had the best experience. I need my mod repaired and I spoke with a young man named Michael Moore. He was great. He fixed my mod and had me out of there in no time. This young man is a great asset to your company and I will definitely be back in to see him and will be sending all my friends there to help them as well. Anyway thank you again.

First time going in. Store clerk was friendly and helpful but the lack of product (vape juice) in a smaller size was disappointing. I just needed a 10ml or less bottle to get me threw a couple hours, BC I left mine at home. And they didnt have anything like that. So I had to decide on a disposable to keep from spending more money than necessary. Store was clean. Lots of other products. Just not what I needed unfortunately.

I visited your store a day or two ago. My mod was not working and I talked to a guy named Michael Moore. He was great. He cleaned and fix my mod. It works great. He is awesome. His guy definitely deserve a raise.

Very knowledgeable and friendly people. They have both a great selection and great prices.

This is the best vape shop on the coast. They have the best selection of juice and hardware I have found. Every time I have shopped there Mike G has always pointed me in the right direction of what I am looking for. He has great knowledge of the products he is selling and great customer service. There are vape shops close to where I live but I drive further to shop here.

Slow. I know more things about vapes then shes very short with me lady. Only works part time apparently. Expensive I a 100% convinced she charged me $6.00 then any other vape shop including others from thus same establishment. Do stand for them ripping u off!

I wanted to get off cigarettes so I looked up vape stores near me and it showed this being the closest store.I went in not knowing what I wanted for sure. I thought they would be able to provide me with information about what would work best for me. Right after providing them with all the information on how I wanted to quite they tried to sell me on one of those huge box-shaped devices that cost way to much and are way to big in my opinion. After that, they showed me the smok novo. I thought this would be great for me. There were no buttons and didnt I have to change out the filters.They took me through liquids and asked what nicotine strength I wanted and being so new to this I had no idea so I asked the person for their recommendation on what would feel the most similar to what I was smoking. They said based on the amount I smoked and what kind of cigarette I smoked a 50MG would be best. I can tell you now that this was far from the truth.I set it all up on my own at home because they didnt offer to show me how when I was there. The instructions in the box were easy enough to understand. So after waiting a few minutes for the filter to suck up the liquid, I take a drag off of it. I swear to god I felt like I was dying, I felt like I was going to pass out. It was sooooo strong.I ended up going somewhere else to get set up with a better liquid for me. they provided me with better information and customer service. Because of the other place, Im going to now I have been off cigarette for three weeks now.So the conclusion I have come to about this place is that they 1. They are just trying to sell the most expensive thing they can to you, 2. their customer service needs some solid work and most importantly 3. they dont know how to match the best product based on what your need are.I would not recommend going here, there are much better places!!!

Time for something other than an elfbar..I need something that actually tastes like the cigarette Im trying to quit. Got my elf bar 2 weeks ago...didnt smoke for 4 maybe 5 days...but sadly...😥. Only bonus is Im not going thru a whole pack a day ..

This morning was the THIRD time I’ve gotten there right past nine and the store being locked. Why post times if you aren’t going to follow them?

I come here often. My go to product is the salt nic liquid but today i wanted to try the disposable brand Puff Plus. This brand has a website to verify the product authenticity. I put the scratch code from the box and it shows up invalid product and not to use it. I called the business to express my concern that they may have purchased counterfeit products; they said that they purchased it from the company but online stated that this company has been suspended from all sales. They wont issue a credit but i didnt ask for refund. I asked for exchange to a different product that i usually buy and they said they cant do so. This is bad for business to buy from them they do not hold themselves accountable for their own product authenticity. I will not be giving them my business and i highly recommend you dont either. They dont care about their customers. If in fact i get sick from their product which they suggested legitimate product, i will sue this business. A problem that could be easily be resolved but they prefer not to!

Gary is an absolute ripper legend. Talk to him everytime I come in and its always a great conversation

I went there to buy some things for a friend. I know nothing about vapes since I dont smoke but Michael Gallagher was very very helpful.
