These guys are great. Extremely knowledgeable, intelligent, patient to a newbs many questions without even a hint of snobbery or rudeness. Very classy joint being run here. Also! Competitive prices with online stores it felt super affordable making the decision to invest in this new hobby of mine and the person behind the desk helping my wife and I made us feel like we were VIPs in a fun community. They were very knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to help me figure out what would work best for me. i was unsure about flavors, but they set me up with a juice that i’mabsolutely in love with! i live 2 hours away and will definitely be making a trip back down here soon

Everytime I come into the store I always have the most wonderful experiences! The staff is absolutely ahhhmazing and are always super friendly. I will always keep coming back to this location for all of my vaping needs and to have great conversation! Its super clean in here and every one is very knowledgeable about all of the products.

I was in there yesterday & had the best experience with the manager! She was so very helpful & polite! I drove off then decided to go back & but ANOTHER cigarette with them. She took much time to really explain it to me into detail. A very big thank you!

Never had a more perfect visit to a business.Have met every employee, and theyre all great people (with the exception of a few unfortunate former employees.)John is hilarious, helpful, but sadly rarely seen these days due to managing elsewhere.The young man whos been there a long time now in his place is just as helpful, super knowledgeable, and kind. Prompt when you need him to be, yet, more than happy to hang out for a pretty long time (and still attending customers all the while!)Theyre incentive program is insanely rewarding, and the guys all help with any info or builds.

My first time trying them out, the other night I needed a new RDA, everyone was super friendly and the prices were fair! Everyone seemed extremely knowledgeable about their products. So service wise they were 5 stars, however the juice I got from them is near unvapeable, its flavorless and extremely harsh so the juice only gets one star. Will definitely be back for my hardware and wire but I may look elsewhere for my juice.

This place is great! They only carry good items, and if you have a lemon theyll replace it store with in the allotted time. All is neatly displayed, and convenient to browse even for those new to the game. Always can try out any flavor without a problem. They even have a rewards system so you get benefits for what you spend such: free house juice, discounts, etc. Definitely worth stopping in, dont miss it!Btw: Love the hive and it never did leak on the way to Texas!

I love this location! The staff is really personable and even if its super busy I never feel rushed. Im a casual vaper and appreciate that the staff remembers me and takes time to answer questions and help me find new flavors or devices to try. Jesse has been patient helping me with my ecig settings and educating me. He is always pleasant and demonstrates high level of knowledge. The juice quality is very high and some of the best I have used. I would highly recommend.

Went in looking for a RPM40 pod, and some juice. Asked for fruity juice, was given menthol fruit juice. Then she didnt ask but just replaced the pod I had bought and the coil I brought in. Turns out its the wrong pod for the coil, all the juice leaked out in my car. Called ahead to let her know the mistake..was told that my vape was the issue and it couldnt be her mistake, until I brought it in to show her it was her mistake for not paying attention so all my juice leaked out of my pod. Then was told that I could not return the juice by the owner because I had asked for a fruity flavor. Terrible customer service. Cant even fix a mistake they made that probably would have not cost them that much in juice. Never going here again, do not recommend. They dont know anything about their products they have.

This place is awesome. Their prices are amazing and Mr.John is one of the nicest most helpful people i have ever met. He familiarizes himself with all the product and even mostly remembers peoples likes and dislikes.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Excellent selection of devices and juices at fair prices. Unfortunately did not have Cotton Candy flavored Salt Nic at the time of our visit. Above and beyond the best that I have visited in Biloxi.

Employee knows about all the mods tanks and juices . He was polite and helpful.Stayed well in my budget. You can build up points to use towards getting juice or mods or whatever.Have a tasting area where you can taste a flavor before you buy it. (Has desposable mouth pieces)Id give em a 10 star if it was an option.

Stopped in for my first time today, and I am very impressed. My regular store was out of my favorite juice and not only did they have it in stock, but their prices were much lower. Staff was super helpful and very friendly. I will be shopping here again.

I came here for my second vape (trying to quit smoking) theyre very informed and more than willing to share their knowledge with you and very patient with your tedious questions! Im super picky and dont like sweet flavors but I like fruity flavors at the same time and I was recommended a strawberry flavor to try out and its amazing! Tastes exactly like a strawberry fresh from the garden! It literally tastes great no matter what! Drink some coffee and take a hit? Phenomenal. Ive interacted with two men and they were both super sweet. Anywhere else I went I felt like a burden. This is the place to go for sure 👌👍❤

Absolutely love Vaporized. Started in Wiggins shopping with them. Then when I moved to Biloxi I was so excited to see their store right by my house so I didnt have to keep driving to Wiggins. They are always super friendly, informative, and fair. Even when I moved to Birmingham I had to send for care packs for their flavors.

Havent been in a year but they have great deals on their products. If youre going in to look for something specific on a certain budget, theyll help you out. This is the one store I can say is worth going to.

These guys hooked me up in a matter of minutes with a top of the line Caliburn for the transition off of cigarettes. Knowledgeable, kind, patient, good prices. You can transition to vaping cheaper than any carton of smokes. Make the switch to vaping!!!!! Go see these guys!!!! Delicious taste!!!!
