Love this place! Everyone is super knowledgeable and friendly! The point system they have is amazing but you receive extra deals on already great prices!

Great customer service and amazing at getting what you want, never fails to make my day a little better, 10/10 would recommend.

I started smoking weed about a year ago. My boyfriend at the time introduced to the benefits of 420. I was 58 years old. Now Im 59. I moved to Bixby, Ok and have had a terrible time trying to get a OMMA card. I still dont have one. I met Chris at the Vaape Shop. He was very friendly and introduced me to the STNR product. It worked perfectly in giving my mind a relaxing head high. However I have had serious problems with the product not being in stock most of the time. I even called Chris (who does the ordering) about this issue. He said he had ordered plenty. Then I get an email from the Vaape Shop with a promotion for the STNR that I buy. I called before I went to pick up 4 jars and my STNR product was not in stock....... again. Sadly, I have decided that this situation is too stressful for me and have given up the STNR product, as well as visiting this shop. So I am going sober. Maybe old people shouldnt be partaking in the wonderful world of 420. A shout out to Cody. Thank you for serving 4 tours. The people that work there are very nice, except they had no direction on how I could successfully get an OMMA card. 🌹 Rose Wilson.I wanted to write a follow up review. Evidently there was an issue with the invoice which resulted in my product not being available. Chris then ordered several jars of my favorite STNR flavor. They are now more than fully stocked so it is always available. Thank you so much Chris! In my opinion Chris, Cody and Dillon are knowledgeable about any item in the store. They are friendly and nice. I enjoy my shopping experience there because, frankly, they have a lot of cool stuff. It isnt easy running a small business where the laws are constantly changing regarding vaping. But they are great about letting their customers know these changes. I am going stop in on 4/20 and hang out a little bit with them.This is my honest review Rose Wilson 🌹💐🎉

Chris is the one that helped me out choosing my vape. Very friendly and honest.He was also wearing a Christmas hoodie that I wanted and was sold out of. He had one made and gave me a call the next day for quick and easy pick up. Thank you again, and your customer service is above and beyond. I will continue to come here above others.

Great store with nice customer service

Nice people. Nice selection. If you’re nice too you can probably have a decent conversation as their customer service is pretty good. Don’t rush you out the door or make you feel like a burden for stopping in to be a customer. Makes for a good local business in my opinion.

Such good juice flavors! Very helpful and friendly staff! Really liked the fact that I could custom order my juices. I guess theyre doing weekly deals now too. Which is great. I can more easily enfluence my family members to quit smoking while saving some cash right off the bat.

Fantastic customer service! I’ve been to this shop several times over the past month. I have had 3 different associates/managers assist me and every time I am blown away at the quality of customer service and the great communication! Keep up the good work! Good selections for parts and juice. They are always getting in new products: New juice flavors, juices from different companies, tanks and mods. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.My roommate and I enjoy stopping by to pickup juice and atomizers to give us a chance to try new juices or flavors they got in, and looking for the next tank or mod we may get, and chat with whoever is there about what best fits our needs.Prices are equal or better than you can find searching the internet, and they even have specials that can make your savings even better. They even have some good juice, for when we need to stretch that dollar until the next paycheck.Dont expect a lot of obsolete tanks, mods and juices here. Even though they have stopped getting some I have liked, they always get some in I like even more!5 Stars - Definitely Recommend, even if it may be a little out of the way for some. Keep up the good work!

Always have a great experience coming in and chit chatting with the staff here. They are always going above and beyond. They are knowledgeable and very keen on what customer service means. Bravo my dear friends here’s to another day lads! Chris and Dylan are hands down the nicest bros you will ever meet. They are always kind and this store is veteran friendly. As well as they’re clean and take the proactive step to cleanliness. Which in turn keeps the coronavirus away from the customers like wiping surfaces down, using masks, hand sanitizer, plexiglass between the customer and the cashier, and adhere to the six feet apart requirement of Tulsa. They have military discounts for serving and those who have served. They have giveaways and special events especially those days that end or are near holidays. The to go to store in Tulsa and surrounding areas. Keep it up chaps! They also have a variety of glass pipes and assortment of other goods. Their prices are anywhere from a couple of bucks to hundreds of dollars. It they can’t find what you’re looking for then they can try in their beat interests and yours to find it. They price match to the manager’s discretion. It’s never a bad day at the Vaape shop and no I don’t work here. I just appreciate the kind workers during this troublesome time.Sincerely, slick billy

Ive been coming here for a long time to get items for my tanks. They always have a good selection and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Ill keep going back for sure. If you are in the area this is the place to go.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I do not believe the one negative reviewer and his claims of what the owner has said. I have had plenty of conversations with the owner and I have never once thought he was remotely close to a bigot.

My wife and I paid a visit to Bixby Vapor. We had never vaped before and had no idea what we were looking for. Alexis and Jake were very patient with us...showing us what we needed and how to actually do it properly.Also letting us sample different flavors and we sampled many...lolOur experience here was awesome and we Thank Alexis for being so helpful. After being there for probably an hour, we left feeling very comfortable with what we bought so much that I made 3 more trips the next day to stock up on accessories. They didnt try to sell us anything that we didnt need or didnt want. Thanks for the experience

Update from a year ago.. lol.. We always try to shop here unless they are closed. We have had some bad experience at another shop and I honestly hate going in and dealing with the other place. However, all the employees here at bixby vape are amazing. They are super helpful and always have a smile on their face. They are always there to help and will not let us buy something that they think we wouldnt like or benefit us. I just had my vape stop working and Dillon set me up with can new one. I am very picky when it comes to having great flavor from my tank so I really dont like change. Also got a new mod for my hunny and Dillon went over each one he liked that fit his needs. Love this place!!!Never bad experience. Always very helpful

Went there tonight. First time buying a vape/oil. The guy there, wish I caught his name, was extremely helpful. Their oil tastes better than the other oils I’ve tried. Will definitely be coming back!

I went into this Shop about 10 minutes before they closed and Dylan was super friendly and helped me out a ton. I was able to get a new vape setup and a great tank and it works great! This shop is very close to our home and I love going in and talking with the workers! This will be the only vape shop I come too until we move

Places like this are the reason Google should allow negative star reviews. Upon entering the store I was punched in the face by the smell of Ivermectin, which I was notified was a horse dewormer and could help curb the symptoms of Covid-19. I thought this was very odd, but I chalked it up to each their own. It wasnt until I was about to check out when things took a turn. I saw a copy of Mein Kampf on display by the register. The manager, Chris and owner James was at the register and saw the applauded look on my face. It was at this time they both looked at me and slapped their chest and rose 4 fingers in the sky and said “Sieg Heil!” I couldnt get out of there fast enough. F this place.

These guys and gals at Bixby vapor are awesome, they went out of there way to help me even though I didn’t buy this specific mod at their shop. I honestly wouldn’t go to any other vape shop in Tulsa or the surrounding area. Great Job!!!

I have been to almost every Vape shop in Tulsa and I am so pleased with my experience here. They have a great selection of everything vape related and its all very reasonably priced. The customer service was top notch! Chris and Liz were just so kind and healpful to me and everyone else that walked in. There willingness to help me and great attitude maid my day. Quality preamum juices, fair pricing, good quality MODS and tanks being offered, clean and pleaseant atmosphere. The staff is mostly a family that welcomes one as one of their own from the moment you are greaterd upon entering. Reasonable rewards system that truly works. If there were a lounge area, water, coffee and/or soft drinks available would deffinately be 5 stars from me.

I really like this vape store over all of the others Ive been to. The staff is super cool and recommends flavors that blend well with others! My fave? Cinnamon and Green Apple mixed!

Way over priced 40 bucks for juice and a coil???? Then they justify it by spamming your phone with coupons as soon as you sign up for then rewards. Before the previouse owners were jipped out of thier buisness this place was great. Then they brag that they were the first vape shop in bixby. Your gna be first to go if you keep that up
