Very professional place that runs a tight ship. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, gave great suggestions and had a cool, calm and collected attitude about themselves, I think this Tokyo Valentino has such an ambience about it, especially at night. Attracting all couples to the luminous red lights and beautiful spacious displays, the machines, theatrics…as a employee at an adult store, I was thoroughly impressed and was like Alice in Wonderland as I browsed the main areas of the store which was kept very clean. It’s an absolute atrocity that the city is giving this place trouble, instead of fixing the real problems in this city/state you want to attack this beloved boutique? I want off this planet sometimes. Thank you guys, I’ll make sure to visit the other locations when I can and hope the one at Marietta opens back up. I bid you all Vale.

I went in a bit shy not knowing what to expect. I was walking around trying to not be seen and Ms. Leighton walked up to me and asked if I had any questions. I asked her about the stretchiness of the… never mind the particulars but she was so cool and funny and I felt totally comfortable. I got what I was looking at and a couple more items. She actually talked him into putting me on FaceTime so I could shop with her and actually probably get more of what I like versus what he wanted. What a wonderful idea. You can buy the same at Walmart for a quarter of the price. This here is a deluxe scam. Tried to return a few minutes after leaving once I looked online but they wouldnt take it back. Bought a 75$ item that was 25$ at Walmart...

Came here with a few women. Within 20 minutes they had all been touched multiple times without consent and when an employee heard us discussing it, he laughed. Astounding, never coming here again.

Service was great! If you are under 18, do not come in because you will get ID checked. Many selections of toys and lingeries for your partner. I had great customer service and they were speedy on checkout and made sure I had a good experience throughout the store. I will definitely come back again

I’ve been to this place several times. Back in 2019-2021 things were going great. Recently, they’ve been changing the prices when they want and changing the times when the prices go up. One agent told me it changes at 12 midnight, then when I came back they said it changes at 11, then after that I was told it changes before 10. The price is normally $30 before the price increase but while explaining that to the rude guy working the front, he act like he didn’t care what I had to say so that ties into this negative review. this company needs to find out when they wanna do the price changes and stop altering it and telling customers different things and getting mad when addressed about it.

Place seems to have gone down hill since my last visit. The girl behind the upstairs counter was very rude and unwelcoming. Said we could not bring any drinks into the building (non-alcoholic or otherwise) as she ironically spoke to us with a mouth full of chips she was eating over her chemistry homework laid out across the counter. Albeit clearly in my late 20s and with a very full beard, she refused to let me shop because I could not present a physical copy of my ID (which I accidentally had left at home and had a digital copy which a liquor store would accept unbegrudingly later that evening). It makes me wonder how a place like this is supposed to stay relevant when I can get whatever I need from Amazon in two days with no hassle.

I originally wrote a review about this place, which was great, however things have changed drastically over the past year. This place has gone down hill. They’ve switched up a lot of their events and staff, which has led to a different type of crowd and environment. As a result, this lead to a drastic altercation involving me and a Security Guard at this establishment. The Security Guard, Sidearius Williams, viciously attacked me over a parking spot, while his fellow coworkers (other security) sat back and watched. The parking spot I was attacked over (multiple attached photos after the incident to prove that it’s a parking spot that’s allowed) has been a spot of mines and multiple other visitors over the past years I’ve visited Tokyo Valentino. The attack was so brutal that it sent me to the hospital with life changing injuries that I still haven’t recovered from. No one from Tokyo Valentino has reached out to me, and although Sidearius Williams was arrested for the crime he committed, Tokyo Valentino still allowed him to come back to work. BEWARE!!! Don’t visit this establishment and think you’ll be safe. The staff doesn’t care about you, they only care about your money.

I wish I could put 10 stars because Ginger is the best! I’m so shy but want to spice it up in the bed. She helped me out so much and suggested several different items and products Ginger took her time with me I felt like a VIP and everything. The ISSUE is when I got home and opened the packaging of the Purchased toy to examine, I found a very hard/stiff ROD running down the shaft of the Toy...this has a very high potential of hurting the insides of recipient and I felt the need to let them know about th8s.I went back to the store where I talked with a Tatted, Latino looking Young man. Mind you, this toy was Just $55...This Young Boy started telling me how he didnt know who this was in...and what I did with it...never asking what my intent was...but ASSUMED that I was there for a refund.Final Sales as their process is understandable, given the nature of the business. But PLEASE LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE, young fella! Because this is an Adult entertainment business does Not give you the right to represent in a SLEAZY fashion. Do Not INSULT FOLKS...GROWN FOLKS...who are looking to spend money.I was going in to Purchase another toy, however, because of the way I was handled I Must take my money to another one of the Hundreds of stores, similar to this one.LOST CUSTOMER!

I use to like going to this place. One bad thing about it now is that the two of the employees who take money (guy with dreads) always try to keep your change. Not good! The price was $27 and I gave him $40. He did not return my money.

I enjoy coming here because it feels so inclusive. I love how organized the merchandise is, how the staff will leave you to shop in peace but will quickly be there to assist you with friendly service if you need it. Yesterday was my 1st time in the club on the lower level and I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, smelled nice, no one was pushy and it wasnt as dark as people make it out to be. Mr. Guy at the front desk was welcoming and informative- for as nervous as I was he alleviated that with his demeanor. Ill definitely be back, maybe even alone and Ill feel empowered to explore more.

First floor was closed last time i was there due to renovations so I couldn’t get the full effect but Nae explained to me everything and offered to take down my Twitter so she can give me an update on the 1st floor opening. Let me say the club renovations are unbelievable. I love the new aesthetic of the place. I love the new decor it definitely look like a place to be in now. I won’t spoil it for others but it’s beautiful. I must give this review a 5 star rating. Nae made me feel comfortable being back in Tokyo. We talk on social media from time to time. If you’re going to get something out the store ask for Nae she made me feel 100% comfortable, she’s honest and sold me a really good blue California Dream toy.

My boyfriend and I visited the club downstairs on a sunday around 4. The club was majority guys, i don’t think i even saw another female. Multiple guys would stare us down as we walked by and watch us all the way down the hallway. One even followed us to the restroom and stood by the sinks the whole time and only walked off once we both came out. The club itself and the master suite was fine but the guys in there that just stand around and watch you and follow you are creepy. Definitely not somewhere i would go without a trusted male, even if i was single i wouldn’t even go with other females alone.

Really cool space that is open 24 hours. You can find anything for any lifestyle in the well stocked store. If cruising and grooving is your thing, then the downstairs club area is for you ! Complete wiith a dancefloor and private rooms, it has a very afterhours feel with great music and sexy people. Definitely a one of a kind experience that shouldnt be missed !

Decided to stop in while visiting my friend in Atlanta. I didnt think I was going to buy anything, I was really just going in to look but chatted a bit with Kai, and we got to talking about this and that... eventually we started talking about tarot and they introduced me to a BEAUTIFUL deck (Erotic Tarot, illustrations by Sofie Birkin) and I HAD to have it.This deck as quickly become my favorite and I had no idea Id find such a gem!! Next time Im in town Im probably stopping back in, I wish I had picked up another deck for a friend! I was in the middle of asking the girl with the afro about a product and she literally walked away mid sentence to do something else and never returned to assist me. I had one of the best experiences at Tokyo Valentino!!! It’s all thanks to Ginger. I was having trouble lookin for something and she came and helped me out with the most amazing and bubbly energy. I highly recommend and will definitely be back .

The worst place ive literally seen in my life i came 2 days ago and i’m just traumatized how this business can still be open, it was just disgusting how bad it was, everything was cheap, the lights , the sofa, the music , the people was so dirty i’m still shocked of that place LITERAALY NO JOKE

First time coming back and a while guess they doing construction paid $30 for nothing really. The guys at the door didn’t say nothing about the bottom level being closed no privacy since the third floor is so small and they was still charging $20 to get into the party room which was dumb. I was in there 8 mins and next left. I would’ve paid if I knew it was like that.Update: Contact Chris he insured that the guys at the door would make everyone aware of the situation and offer to make it right. Much respect.

Wife and I went last year to the shop upstairs, it was really nice. Had a nice visit and purchased some stuff. We actually got to go downstairs to walk around and see what all they had going on . We were being followed to close for comfort couldn’t really enjoy it.. we walked out . It probably would’ve been nice but it wasn’t that night .

Been there four times already and really enjoyed. Staff is amazing and friendly. Bad experience Thursday night. Ended up dozing off upstairs for roughly 5mins figured I was okay because everyone around me was nice and polite ended up waking up to 80$ in ones I had brought for the dancers was gone outta my pocket. Really didn’t like that all. But overall besides that it’s an amazing place too meet new ppl and have a lot of fun. Just don’t doze off

The new upgrades are incredible! We have a great time there and wife calls this place her Play ground. Very clean and have had no issues at all there.

This is a good place to go alone or with your lover. They have all types of toys for couples and solo play. They offer a good variety of lingerie and heels to play dress up in. They also have flavored massage oils. Even if you are not looking for something specific I’m sure you will find something that catches your eye.

I like the place, the only problem seems to be some of the employees. I have had certain employees try to overcharge me for entry and over charge for use of private rooms. Im not dumb I go online to check for the rates for use and sometimes depending on whos there, what should be 20 dollars for use on the weekdays, suddenly is 60 or on weekends 80. 40 or 50 dollars for entry depending on the day. Once again I know the prices and still they come at you like that. But its not everytime. Those are the good times when youre charged what you are suppose to.

Tokyo Valentino is an important staple of Atlanta. Its a little pricy but you pay a premium to be able to try on and see things in person. Its worth supporting in a political environment where there is so much negativity. The staff is always nice and helpful. They have shoes for my size 11 feet. Peter was really helpful today especially.

I decided to go here with my partner. The retail area is very nice! They have many different toys and things to choose from. Our first experience was so good in the store we decided to go back. We also decided to check out the club/ play areas. It was definitely not a good experience at all. Just people lurking around in dark corners. Really makes you feel uncomfortable. It was also a lot of people just sitting cars outside and walking around the parking lot. I’m not impressed with the social area. It’s just seems shady. Would not recommend and would not go back. It was actually almost scary in a haunted house type of way.

This is my favorite store for adult merchandise. I love that its 24 hours. The parking situation is not ideal, especially on the weekends. Store employee PAT was super friendly and knowledgeable. Shes the most friendly employee Ive run into at this location. Thank you! -Ken

I liked this location a lot when I first visited over a year ago. Went back a few weeks ago and don’t plan to go back. I rather go to the Marietta or Sandy Spring location, their staff is far more helpful and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. Went to this store and was asked to give them my bag in the retail store (I did not go to the club or video room, just the store), something they’ve never asked me at any of the other locations. It felt weird especially since another woman in the store had a bag the same size as my own except it was a name brand and much nicer. I don’t know, the whole experience had me feeling embarrassed and like I was being treated some sort of way. Had no other interaction with the staff, no one helped me or my partner or gave a glance our way aside from the bag thing. Their selection is great (hence the 2 star review) and they have more items at this location in comparison to the other locations I’ve been too but I won’t be coming back regardless.

My lady friend and I been coming to club and the store for about three years. The staff has been friend but the past Sunday night she felt uncomfortable. We like Sundays because its typically less people and more couple friendly. We make it to the third floor and the dudgeon room was off limits for photo shoot or something so we are like ok cool so we head to the vip lounge. They have free drinks so that was nice . We sit observe the atmosphere . There were only trans dancers no female no Male like typically . We get comfortable and start playing . About three minutes into the action we were asked to leave my girl was embarrassed and upset . This to my knowledge a lifestyle club and we typically enjoy it. Sunday have been lifestyle event and third floor especially where you could be free or nune. We like this because its a fraction of the cost clubs like it in the city . It was just a bad experience this night I hope it changes .

This place was highly recommended to us when we recently visited Atlanta. First, keep in mind its a lifestyle space for those who have similar tastes, activities and preferences among adults.We showed up on early Sunday evening and were surprised plenty of cars were parked outside. We didnt go to the store, I know I have seen familiar & similar stores here in NYC where we are from. I wasnt fancying any store visit. Plus I like the name of this place, having been to Tokyo myself years ago. So, I wasnt keen on checking out retail offers for sure.I made sure I had fun after spending at least 2 hours exploring the place and trying to connect with some interesting folks inside. That visit, those inside were pretty much representative of regular folks. I wish there were drinks, even beer or some basic cocktails, of which I asked from the front desk. They said the tickets allow us to join a party later in the night when drinks would be available. But we couldnt stay late or more hours during this visit.Overall, not bad. I will be back the next chance I visit Atlanta.

The new layout in the lower half of the shop is very nice. All sorts of black lighten and cool spacious rooms. Definitely the pleasure zone. They keep a environmental worker there 24/7 to come around and clean just about every 2 hrs. Mostly men which everyone is welcome and most tend to be friendly if youre looking for a good time and want to enjoy the fun this is the place I recommend its around $25 bucks which is not bad for a 6 hour unlimited entry so you can go out and take a break smoke a cigarette or mingle with others guest in the parking lot taking a break as well. Great for visitors from out of town. Which on the holidays and weekends you are lucky to find a parking space because it is PACKED and inside is packed with sexy men for a good time. Dress down or sporty look decent and smell good most importantly be fresh. Ive seen a lot of guys leave happy or not leave at all lol. New faces are like fresh fish take the bait its fun and worthy 😉

I have been toyko a plethora of times( different locations in atlanta) and by far i got the worst/beat customer service. The little chinese chick was rude and felt attacked when i came at her, asking her why is she coming at me like that. But the dude i think his name was keem. He was very helpful when it came to me picking a lingerie. Will only come back for him!!

This place seems like a vibe downstairs, but the girls who work in there are trained obviously to pickpocket. I notice my wallet was gone immediately after having a close conversation with one of the dancers I confronted her about it and security checked her purse and reacted strangly but said no she doesnt have your wallet. Theywere obviously in on it too because they had my wallet at the front desk when I went back and it was like 5 wallets there as well. My wallet was rambled through and the next day my cards had been charged for hundreds of dollars that I didnt authorize. I strongly suggest not going to this place...

I love this place but alot of us regulars are not feeling the recent renovations that were made to the first floor. Theres literally no privacy anymore and they fuss at people who want to be intimate with someone in one of the bathrooms. I hear alot of people are going to southern nights instead because of this.

It is a dead place.. more staff members than customers visit this. I was there last Sunday for almost 3 hrs. and the place was very empty except for few in the dark room. The place has several amenities but none visits nowadays. Not worth spending the entry fee

UPON MY LAST VISIT IN 2023, I NOTICED THAT THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF UPGRADES TO THE CLUB. THE MAJORITY OF THE BOOTHS HAVE BEEN TAKEN OUT AND THE OTHER REMODELED BOOTHS HAVE CAMERAS IN THEM WHICH IS AN INVASION OF PRIVACY. IM QUITE SURE THAT THE CLUB WILL LOOSE A LOT OF BUSINESS. I’ve been to both the sandy springs location as well as this one. Let me tell you I was not disappointed. This is more of an experience than just a store. The staff is so nice. They know that they’re talking about (LOL). The store is clean and organized and they have one of the best lingerie sections ever (plus size too). Overall this place has anything you think you need to put some spice in your bedroom. You won’t be disappointed.

I really enjoy the smell that all the stores have. I don’t know why. But I’ve been to almost all locations and the staff is all friendly. It’s always clean. They let you do your shopping in peace and don’t make things awkward. Also the rewards is super nice especially if that’s where you go all the time😂😂 it’s always organized and the stores all seem to cater different things. Different products or more of certain products in each stores so variety is really nice.

My girl and I went and had a great time. Some people werent to clear on personal space. I dont have the phobias that people tried to give me about the place. She and I were respected even out of s private room. Had a great video booth experience

It was the first place of its kind Ive ever been to. It was definitely fun and interesting and i would give this place 5 starsIf youre looking to go to the downstairs area of the place and you havent been here i would Recommend going during a weekday evening. Going here on a Friday or Saturday night can be a bit overwhelming and intimidating and could ruin your whole experience and outlook of places like this If youre a first timer.

This place is nothing much more than a rip off. You all repeatedly demonstrate that your concern is ONLY for the $$$. No appreciation for the customer!!!You charge full price admission but restrict access (no 3rd floor in whole or part, no dance floor access, and inflated prices for private room rentals) to the facility on nights they have private events. On said nights there’s an additional cost to access the same areas that are normally included in the price at the door.Understandably, such a practice means more revenue for you all, but it’s INSULTING and says F$&K YOU to your rapidly decreasing loyal customer base.

This was my second time, and from the door I felt welcomed. Javier was amazing, he greated me ,and joked with me..loved his charisma. Then to top off rob, on register was just amazing! I enjoyed myself as well as my partner. I joined the rewards program and got my 10 off next purchase. Loved it..thanks for a clean, welcoming environment. See you soon. You really gotta give this place a chance, if you just want to enjoy some adult videos in the video booth by yourself or with someone, you can. Most of the people here arent to pushy and if youre not interested in, getting to know a person better, most take the hint with no offense. Just know that if you roam into the dark areas, you may feel a touch or two, if that bothers you simply say, no thanks and keep walking. In the past I prejudged this place and didnt give it a chance, apparently they had a special event upstairs that has nothing to do with the way this place usually is.

I showed the price that shows for the corresponding time at tokyovalentinodanceclub and the cashier downstairs disregarded and told me it was more due to alcohol... i believe this particular cashier is trying to hustle customers into paying more. im bringing this to be aware that you will be paying more than what is indicated or even if you call to that store

Went in today, very clean, very exciting! Been to sex boutiques on three continents, this one is the best. The two associates who helped (Bella and Brandon maybe?) were great listeners and helped with the perfect amount of enthusiasm. My purchase was complicated and I had loads of questions, they did great. Never did I feel uncomfortable. Prices are pretty darn good.Bonus: they stock dental dams and know what they are!

Visited this establishment yesterday, which was a Saturday August 20th 2022 to be exact! with the hopes of showing a friend a good time, what a complete waste of time and $40, there is usually a guy there that has vip parties on the 3rd floor that really made the experience enjoyable.. free drinks n snacks, exotic dancers male and female! Very inclusive and a real cool dude💯 always great vibes.. I dont know what kind of changes you guys are making to this place but its not a good idea you really put a damper on the weekends for me and my homies. Please bring the VIP parties back so the weekends can be lit again

Never made it past the front desk of the video viewing floor (1st I guess). Went upstairs to the actual store and they were all as nice as they could be. I went inquiring about reserving a night for a friends party. The store staff nicely told me that I could be helped better with that downstairs. When I get downstairs the first thing I hear is, “21 dollars”. Red headed front desk guy has a pony tail with heavy build. I explained to him that I had been reading good reviews and wanted to have a party here with my friends. He basically told me if I wasn’t spending money he’s not interested. Of course I know it’s not free. When I explained to him that I know it’s not free....he gave me a card and said to contact the owner. At this point if I’m contacting the owner it’s to let him no that the desk guy on Saturday October 26th has an attitude like he trying to get a nap and customers are really getting on his nerves. At this point I don’t even want to communicate with him anymore. I literally asked him if he was ok. I told him to cheer up as well. Doesn’t matter how bad your day is, as a business owner myself...the customer should never know that. My visit was more exciting going in than leaving. I hope when or if I do decide to come back and actually make it past front desk,I can give this place more stars. Personnel can really make a good business have the worst reputation.

Ive been coming here for years. But today will be the last day I ever come here. I have a registered service animal. I suppose they are under New Management, or something, because when I walked in the man that was running the place was extremely rude and ushered me out the door as fast as he could. He said it was a private establishment, and that my registered service dog was not welcome in the building. Ive been coming here since it was Insurrection.. I was friends with a general manager at that time. I guess Im just trying to tell you a little bit of History. Im appalled by the way I was treated this evening. I will not be coming back here. Ocean blatant disrespect for the law, and for my medical condition.

Not impressed at all. Stopped by on Wednesday morning (May 20, 2020) and looked around. Seemed like workers were more concerned about down stairs and up stairs being closed. So why NOT close the whole store. I had money but your attitude made me want to visit another brand or store. Even go online. You NEVER want to judge someone by how they look. I knew what I was looking for but rather spend my money somewhere besides here. Poor customer service. Wont be back. I would have spent lots of money but you will never know because of your nasty attitude and how you talk to people.

This place is very nice. It is definitely not one of those sleazy adult stores like most are used to. It is more of an upscale place. We only visited the store, and did not visit the playhouse. The store staff was super friendly and helpful. They had a very wide variety of items for both men and women, and for all sexualities. The prices were definitely higher than online, but I expect that for some items. However there were some items like the Fleshlights that were marked up well over $35. The only issue that I had is that one of the products that I purchased was damaged when I opened the box. Unfortunately it was somewhat expensive, and they have a no return/no exchanges policy due to the type of products that they sell.

One of the nicest adult stores I have ever patronized. All displays were neat and orderly. They seemed to carry every product you could imagine. I must say it also smelled fresh, but this could be because it is fairly new. It doesnt have that normal adult store smell I am accustomed to, but I am not complaining. Overall, very nice establishment and I would recommend anyone in the mood for adult items of a discreet or public nature should venture here. Prices are pretty fair for most items.

Worst customer service ever! Whoever that girl is upfront needs to learn how to be professional! She was helping us look for shoes then a customer said he needed help then just walked away and never came back for 15 min then had the audacity to tell us to put the shoes back in the boxes then back on the shelf where we had to step on a stepping stool. She then took her sweet time as we were waiting in line, my friend was irritated and said something to me then she chimes in argumentative so we ended up not buying the $500 worth of stuff we were about to spend.

Visited for the first time last weekend, Ive never bought a toy before and I was kinda nervous, but the girls working were very patient and helpful. I even bought something for my partner! If youre nervous like me I suggest going before it gets dark, theres always a lot of cars at night.

I have been to adult shops all over the world.My gf and I went in to check it out while we were on vacation at about 6pm on a weekday.The music inside was pretty load. I could not talk to my gf. I asked an employee to please turn it down and was immediately dismissed without any explanation. Also, the smell was very strong, kind of like incense and anti bacterial cleaners.We shopped around a bit anyway. There were about 4 customers and 4 people working there. Nobody helped us at all.

I left the store with an alarm tag that was neglected to be removed from my item.As I called to let them know about the error that was made by them ; I also noticed that I have a 4XL merchandise. I asked that since I have to come back to have the alarm tag removed mayI also get the correct size clearly understanding that I was not able to try on merchandise.The clerk not only could translate professionally; she hung up on me.Then was asked the name of the owner and was told she didn’t know his full name.. hmmm pretty odd you work for an establishment and you are a manager, and don’t know your boss’s name.. unethical worker being able to tell a lie so nonchalantly.. I wouldn’t hire you.This whole situation has put a negative outlook on the way this business is run and why should I spend money at an establishment that has no regards to customer service.

Drove to this location bc I was referred by a friend. Upon arriving I was met with no greeting or kind response, still continued to seek for help but was met with attitude by one of the employees in the lingerie section. To say the least I did not feel comfortable on moving forward with a purchase and most likely will not be returning.

The store was so amazing, my husband and I were so excited to go into the club only to be sorely disappointed. We were promised 3 floors of mayhem but all we got was 3 floors of awful. We saw no other couples only a bunch of single creepers lurking around the hallways. We were there this past friday ready to have a great time with each other only to be followed by a group of 6 or 7 men. Any time we tried to go somewhere private we were followed all throughout the club. The worst was when we went into one of the dark rooms behind a curtain, we were trying to have a moment and there were 6 men behind my husbands shoulder watching us like starving dogs, I was terrified and we immediately left. The place is so nice from the retail side but the club made us feel like we just walked into a sex trafficking ring. Absolutely terrifying, nothing sexy about it.

SCAM ALERT: Folks, youre paying full price at the door for the club entrance (in the rear, not the retail section) but getting access to only 1/3 (1 of 3 floors) of the club.Once you get inside, access to the 2nd and 3rd floors requires you to pay an extra fee, oftentimes $20 extra, which Im guessing whoever organizes the so-called parties on those floors gets to pocket off the books.If it was legit why not charge the full price at the front door to access all 3 floors???Its a ruse theyve become all too comfortable with the past few years.In actuality theres really nothing more going on on the 2nd and 3rd floors except access to make-shift alcoholic beverages and lap dances from a few females.Know before you go.

I came in the other day and the people that were running the front were extremely rude they demanded my ID without telling me why they needed it and then proceeded to tell me that it was state law so then when my friend didnt have his ID they wouldnt let me buy what i needed out of there because he had came in and didnt have his ID I didnt think it was right and the customer service sucks

Literally this store is open 24hrs! I loved the environment. This store has everything you could ever need, whether you’re interested in exploring your cherry, stimulating it’s broken pieces, or whether it’s already been eaten. Nice store with a great variety. The only problem was the customer service. When we were checking out with the Male cashier had an altercation with another customer that had nothing to do with us. When I was checking out my items the cashier was short with me, and rolled his eyes at me multiple times when I tried to point out an item on the shelf behind the register that I wanted to buy. It would have been a five star review if it hadnt been for that.

You might as well just pay to get in to trapeze they trying to rob you every way they can... ill tell you why. one second women get in with a male for free next second they dont. so thats 80 bucks to get in with my man. one minute you have full access to the building next second you dont third floor access is 20 per person . so now ive paid 120 just get in this club. Trapeze has a full bar and a restaurant in it .... a really great vibe .....

First time shopper and I was greeted by Ginger. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products and made my purchase very easy.

The staff member present was very rude and condescending. This was my first time ever visiting a store like this and the stuff were not up to my expectations. To be honest I have received better customer service at Mc Donald’s. I shared with staff it was my first time and I needed some help with products and he completely brushed me off and made me feel stupid. It’s defintley not what I expected as my first sex store experience. He told me since I didn’t know what exactly I wanted he could not help me and told me to look around. The least he could’ve did was recommend some popular products. I was the only person in the store so them being busy cannot be used as an excuse. The male staff then continued to stare me down the whole time until I felt so uncomfortable I decided to leave. Also, I called a friend to see if she could help me since the staff member refused to and the male staff basically yelled at me for talking on my phone. I normally do not write reviews but this is honestly the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I will be reporting the staff to the store manager and coperate. I do not want anyone to have the same experience as me! Bottom line don’t waste your time, staff is not helpful but will stare you down the whole time while you shop. Luckily it was another shop less than 5 minutes away where they were happy to help me.

Not only was I accused of stealing, I was made to be searched at the front of the store IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. There were other customers that made the alarm go off and they were not searched. I cannot help but think this happened to me because Im Black. The staff gave me some lame excuse about their store owner getting on their case about not addressing the store alarm going off and he watches the cameras. Of course, I didnt steal anything and on to add to the situation an undercover cop came inside at the same time with his hand on his waist as if he was preparing to draw his weapon. Instead of asking the customer to go to the office or an area out of the way, they searched me and went through my purse in front of everyone. They also threatened to call the police if I didnt comply to being searched. Never have I EVER been disrespected in such a way by ANY establishment. They have me a gift card for my hard time. I will not be using it, I threw it away. I will not EVER patronize this establishment again and Im contacting their owner and district manager about this.

I went tonight and the worker was rude she had long hair. Acted as if she didnt want to touch my hand or even put bag in my hand let alone the money . I got no hey welcome ... in fact it was my first time and I spent 45 min looking by myself because no one asked and it was only 5 people in the store customer wise . I even asked for help asked a few questions I received an half ass answer and no help. Laid back after hours spot but once the DJ leaves, the music is a hit and miss. We are regulars and at times are VERY disappointed in the after hours music. Smooth R&B and hip hop would be a better flow rather than 80s pop, 80S Old School,Stevie Wonder & anything else that kills the vibe. If late night music was better we would come more often and bring others with us.

The store upstairs is ok...typical, normal, shop. However, since theyve lost competition the downstairs booths have become ridiculous. The admission price fluctuates wildly..sometimes its $23, $27, and last night it was $35!! On top of that with the $35 admission last night there was a private party on the third floor that required a checkto gain admission. This was not mentioned by any employee at the time of entrance. Basically, at a MINIMUM you had to have the right body type to gain admission, I suspect there were other characteristics required too. It ended up being the party rejects on the first two floors and then the chosen ones on the private third floor. I got the wrist band to gain entrance to the third floor, but the employees (who spout inappropriate sexual innuendos to the patrons entering) at the front wouldnt give someone else i spoke with a wrist band to gain entrance...i guess he didnt fit the look. Everyone paid the same $35, so everyone should have been able to go throughout the establishment as they pleased! I wont be returning anytime soon and encourage others to look elsewhere for adult fun.

My family didnt feel warm or welcome the staff seam aggressive about asking for our private personal items. We had bad experiences. We usually shop in buckhead but this place seem to treat us like little people and they were not warm and caring. They asked for our personal belongings befor we could even see the sign saying leave all bags at the desk. We are disable felt nervous to be there as if we were looked down on. My family and I noticed another women who still had her personal belongings and they did not ask her for her property. We felt discrimination Im not sure if it was because we were just coming from the gym and had our fitness outfits on but this was a bad first impression.What about privacy laws idk what type of thing was happening but we felt our privacy infringed upon. They asked for our purses which is not a shopping bag its personal private property .All people dont still I dont know if it was the tone of our skin Im mixed heritage women.The manager was unprofessional and non caring to us once we stated how uncomfortable we felt as customers we did state our concerns and asked to get information on the owner she stated she couldnt give out the owners name but only email. This felt so bad I felt so sad and I am a big money spender I also am a artist recording artist and blogger . My opinion and point of view is extremely large with my community. My first experience coming from LasVegas to this place was horrible embarrassing.I feel they could step up there customer care and care about individuals and think if you look a certain way may still. We felt horrible in Buckhead we never experienced any low treatment like this place. I have celebrity friends that trust my word of mouth and Im a content creator so Im extremely disappointed that this was my first impression of this stor. I am a heiress who spend big big cash on what I want and on gifts and events do to lose me as a potential customer may not have been great because before I could spend anything I did have this degrading experience. Me and my girlfriend LOVE Tokyo! Although we haven’t ventured downstairs yet, mainly due to the mixed reviews. The rewards program is awesome, seems like every time I go I get a discount. We are there at least twice a month for lingerie. Great variety, but due to our frequent shopping sprees it’s getting harder to find new outfits. This store is one of the best Adult stores I have been too. The selection is amazing and the store is just huge. So many ideas for fun when you go in. I went with my girl and we left with a weekend of Erotica. Costumes, toys and every type of lubrication you can think of.. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The music was a bit loud, but it did add ease to shopping without feeling everyone was listening to us.. Maybe next time we go we will check out the remodeled Video Arcade for a little extra fun ;)

Let me start by saying I LOVE TOKYO VALENTINO! My fiance and I are some what regulars but this particular night in a Tuesday down in the basement was very uncomfortable.There were 5 men following us around the entire time on all 3 floors. Every room we went into , they followed or waited for us to leave which was very creepy! This is not trapeze! Common decency would be to ASK if you could watch but no.They followed us to the video booths and when we walked out, there were all there. They even turned the door knob a few times after we locked it.The place is very clean and they have a fetish room (A+) . Next time we visit, we will purchase a private room to avoid being followed around.

I was told on the phone it was $23 for the club after 10 p.m. and didnt tell me it was cash only.. lucky I had cash.. but.... the guy said and charged me $27....Place was very clean, and employees were very polite, so I called at 7 p.m. and I knew it went up in price after 8 p.m. but I got there at 11.30 p.m. honesty on price is a must.. otherwise it comes off like the clerk is skimming on cover.. that... is disappointing !

I wish they make it so people can’t stand on sit where the booths are It’s so weird when people just stare at you. Or if you wanted to do a sneaky link it be so uncomfortable when they just looking. And not blocking the stairs on hallway talking. They should make the second a lounge for talking since nobody really be up there. And make the lights dimmer down stairs.

Best store on the east coast. I was in Atlanta for a convention. Went to the downstairs area. Very clean, very inviting, not a lot of rude patrons. Busy on both nights I went. Single ladies and couples were there. You are lucky to have a place like this Atlanta. The only complaint is that some of the regulars were a little agressive to the females. Need to figure out a way to control this or it will ruin you. It has at other places like this. Cant wait to be in Atlanta next year.

One of the best experiences in shopping Ive had. Staff knows their jobs, are always very helpful. Make sure you stop by for whatever your private delight might be. I found mine. I visited the club (video booth) around two weeks ago with my boyfriend and was told that ladies have to pay a entrance fee. After speaking to the owner mike he told me that women shouldn’t be charged a entrance fee. The staff are trying to deter women from entering in the video booth club by charging them a entrance fee without the owner’s knowledge.

Good selection, but they need to reconsider their return policy if items are faulty. The vibrator had a short and would randomly and constantly shut off. Well we went on couples night at 1030p and stayed until 11:30 ish and we also did not see any other couple. It was wall to wall single dudes AND we were followed by a guy just like the other commenter stated. He followed us through the whole place, up 3 flights of stairs and then back down. Down every nook, cranny, hallway, and door. He even followed us out of the door until I stopped my wife and said no let him go in front of us. Making him leave in first. I felt like I needed a gun.But I did recognize that there were staff with radios positioned through out the entire space for safety. Its a great space, very spacious and inviting, but the people in the space, i.e. the over whelming number of men eyeing you as you walk through killed it for us.Id say control the ratio or dont allow single men on couples night. We didnt even see any coupled gay men. Just single dudes and far as the eye could see.TL/ DR:Great space, love the store upstairs, always a great experience there. Club downstairs doesnt seem to be a place to meet other couples per our experience and others whove commented.

ALL TGIRLS/ SISSIES BEWARE. This staff has to be the worse staff in customer service history. I drove 30 minutes in the rain to make it to the Trans Dancer Night event to have them turn me away because im trans (for all reasons). The same brass tone man at the counter, Guy tells me they dont allow trans guest on this night. Apparently, these are the rules of the promoters. Waited 30 minutes for him, but even then he never shows up to speak to me. I end up pulling security aside posing as the promoter. This man winds up hitting on me while Im already so frustrated!!!! As I explain to him why it wouldnt work, Im also telling him how unprofessional all this is. I bring up how the sign is misleading several times because it never gave me a disclaimer saying transgirls arent allowed only the trans girl workers. All he said was sorry and continued to talk about how he could get at me. I never hated a place more than I do right now. Not the actual place but the employees running it. I hate it because of them. I spoke with the general manager over the entire Atlanta area and he says hes working on getting a night for transgirls. I asked if the rules are going to stand, the least they can do is card the women that come in so nobody is singled out because picking and choosing who must be transgender is ridiculously insulting. So, its no need to say he couldnt help either. I wasted my gas, my time, my energy DRIVING IN THE RAIN to this place where I thought my kind was welcome. This was unacceptable. I would never run my business like this and if youre transgender visiting, please tread lightly at this place. I work in customer service also and I know for a fact this isnt it.

Great selection and the staff was friendly. I thought they were knowledgeable as well, however, after asking all of my questions and finally deciding on what I was told was a 100% silicone toy, I came home to find out that I had been sold a toy made from 100% PVC, a material that is porous, harbors bacteria, and contains carcinogenic chemicals. I will not be returning to this store despite the welcoming atmosphere and wide selection, because I just wasted my money based on misinformation.

I have been to adult stores in several states and this is definitely the best I have ever been in. Nice open, clean atmosphere, friendly staff, and an excellent selection. They had far more BDSM-related items than toy stores typically have, and they even had some packers as commonly used by ftm or genderqueer individuals, which Ive never seen before except online. Also 24-hours, which is a plus. Highly recommended.

I just left this place (first time going) and I can honestly say the customer service and staff is fantastic. I bought a pair of heels from them that was priced wrong, but they were super nice enough to let me purchase them anyway. I will definitely be coming back to shop with them.

I hate they cancelled all the parties thats the only reason I wont give 5 stars because my wife was planning on hosting there again, I understand the extra $20 charge is a problem so you shouldnt rent out the entire 3rd floor just only that lounge area on the 3rd floor should be available for private parties and should include only the master suite and a smaller suite with it just a suggestion

I was a little nervous going in and not knowing much but Navan made me feel so welcomed! He was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. Navan is amazing! I definitely recommend this location!

Navan helped me pick out an outfit for the Kandi Burruss dungeon party. He was nice and gave his opinion. I like this particular location because they always have great people with great personalities that work there. Theyre always helpful no matter what you need help with.

Don’t go here the security will harass you out of your car. Also there are usual a lot of crackheads and homeless people staying days at a time, inside this location. I would recommend The Den or Southern. knights over this dirty place.

My partner has very sensitive skin and Tokyo Valentino is the only place we can find Sliquid. Store is always clean when we go and the staff is super friendly.

After a few failed attempts of finding the toy I wanted, I finally tried Tokyo Valentino. Im so glad I did! Not only was it stocked but the staff actually showed me how to use and care for it! They were very knowledgeable and super friendly, even though I asked a lot of dumb questions. My prior experience with adult stores was limited to Starship because it was close by, but they were always rude and usually sold me toys that didnt work properly. From now on Ill be making the drive back to Tokyo for my naughty business.

Hunny and I decided to visit tonight and we really enjoy our experience. The top levels and the bottom levels were 10/10. The customer service was amazing and it was everything you could ask for.

The dread headed dude was rude at the front. Charged me more than another person when I confronted him he was very disrespectful. I didn’t do anything to deserve the horrible and embarrassing moment. I didn’t get a chance to enter and he never retrieved my refund. Horrible service and I don’t recommend it

Tokyo Valentino is the beat! Cleanliness, merchandising, organization the store layout is awesome I know almost exactly where to go in the store to get what I came for each time, they have a WIDE variety of Ill sum it up pretty much everything, yea they may be slightly higher in price on some things but hey if rather pay more and shop in an establishment like Toyko Valentino than say a dollar and shop in a dump, rundown smells dirty organization sucks products mixed up everywhere, I will say employees it really shows howsI think deserves aknowlegement. Regardless I will continue to shop here as thats how impressed i am.

The club was nice loved the video but down side was there were only guys there would have been nice to just see a woman also since it was my first time there I was walking around the 3 floors checking it out and had a couple of guys following me and watching me like I was a thef in a bank or something was really creped out about that

Its a cool place with a big inventory. You should definitely be able to find what youre looking for here, but they do not have a return policy and the dumbasses do not give customers the receipt/prof of purchase in order for us to get use our products warranty. Stupid.
