BioSteam Vape in Boise is a top-notch spot. Kenna, in particular, is fantastic! Shes knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help customers find the perfect vape. You can tell she really loves her job and it makes the whole experience so much better. The shop itself is clean and has a great selection. All in all, BioSteam Vape is a must-visit!

Absolutely horrifying prices, the owner is charging more that double what any other vape shop is charging for the SAME EXACT ITEMS. I went to buy some GeekVape coils, they go for $12-$15 for a box of 5 at ANY other store, but they tried to charge almost $6 dollars for ONE COIL, then act like its a deal when you get 1 free for buying 4. The greed is crazy. The floor was nasty too, i hope that was just that day that it was for the cats sake.

Will not shop here again or ever refer anyone here. There are so many more better vape store options in the treasury valley. I was assisted by the manager. I asked her for a specific battery. We had a small conversation about the item. She never informed me there are no returns. The battery was purchased and same day, within 4 hours, it wouldn’t work. They are not willing to work with me or anything.

Jacob is fantastic! I’ve never had an issue with this shop other than their product just sells so damn fast! Def stop by if you need your fix.

Biosteam is the best vape store in Boise. They are definitely my go to store. They are all very kind and helpful. Definitely coming back and letting everyone I know to come here.

The young lady in the store yesterday was very rude and short with me. I went in to buy a disposable and when she saw me talking to my 23 year old boyfriend on the phone she rudely said you cant film in here. Ok, weird, so I told him Id call him back. She then said that she wouldnt be able to do a sale at all because she suspected me of buying one for my, again, 23 year old boyfriend. Then she told me to leave. And sat back down at her desk with a very smug look on her face. Very disrespectful and rude, will never be back here and will never recommend.

They charged me 38 dollars for a geek bar pulse which is crazy. I didn’t realize until afterwards because I ended up talking to someone I knew in there , but definitely a strange vibe won’t be back

Let me tell you about BIOSTEAM vape shop. Theyre like family, seriously! Kenna is rockstar manager!!! The customer service there is top-notch, and they really go above and beyond. Not to mention, they support local artists by showcasing their art on the walls. Its truly a one-of-a-kind shop! 🤍😄👍 10/10 recommend to all my friends.

Unfortunately the customer service was poor, came in around 10 tell 10.00am. Open sign was off, there was a young lady sitting behind the counter and a young man sitting by the front door. I walked up to the door but couldnt find any posted hours. Walked back to my vehicle and searched it. They had been open for almost an hour. I went in and the young ladys customer service was poor. She seemed annoyed I was there, I attempted to make small talk but she was not engaging at all. I bought an Ivape seems to ok so far. Definitely wont be back just do to the the feeling that I was unwelcomed

Unprofessional employee cashed me out today. Awful hygiene. I almost puked from the smell of body odor it was ridiculous. Not to mention the apparel that the employee was wearing. I get it’s a vape store but wow. Will never return here again.

I cant remember the managers name we met but she was honestly amazing. Super helpful, kind and patient. BioSteam was the only shop open later in the evening and it worked out great because we loved it and will make the couple extra minute drive now to go there every time!

Bought a vape from there took a couple of hits before I walked out. Then I get home and it completely stops working and they wont replace it. This is a manufacturing error and should be replaced. I get that they dont want people bring back their old vapes and scamming the place but... they need to have a policy in place for things like this.

I showed the gentleman at this store tonight what mod I wanted, I brought in a physical sample of the product I was replacing for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. Im not knowledgeable in this area so I went to a place I thought had people who could show me the way. He lazily looked at it, then recommended a $65 mod that wasnt what I showed him, but assured me it would do everything I needed it to. I purchased this product based on his recommendation, then discovered upon opening that it was not what I needed or asked for. I went back to the store tonight with my receipt in hand, and the store associates told me they wouldnt return it. I was only told to contact the manufacturer for defects, not that I couldnt return it after purchasing. I asked for the manager, and they refused to contact them about the issue. They fought me hard, but I got a refund. They made sure to make me feel bad for getting them in trouble for doing a return without manager approval. Be wary of Biosteam Vape on Milwaukee. The employees were just sitting around each time I came in, unhelpful, and unknowledgable.

The best vape in town for years running with a tasty line of house juices. Staff are always helpful and informative with their knowledge of devices and vape products. Not to mention their superb selection of glass and alternative products! Definitely an atmosphere that no other shop can match!

This is the only vape shop Ill go to. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about everything they have in stock. They have steered me into being hooked on Biffbar disposable vapes. I absolutely 💯 love them. Im from the tattoo shop next door and theyve helped all of us sooo much...we all love that store. Thanks BioSteam!

I absolutely love this Vape shop. They are extremely knowledgeable about the devices they sell. They have a large list of house flavored and a good sized section of premium liquids as well. They prices are un-beatable. And they have one of the best military discounts you could ask for. I highly recommend this store as I come here every time I pass through Boise.

I went in today, having started vaping again after 2 years, with a mod that wouldnt charge and a tank with coils I couldnt find anywhere except China. The fellow there was kind enough to determine the batteries were the issue, and he sold me (fully charged) batteries and a tank that, despite being 1/4 the cost of my old one, works just as well. He then assembled it and showed me how to fill it.After 2 years, I figured it would be a massive pain to get back into it, but he made it simple and affordable. Its excellent service and products that make this place a good place to shop.

The workers the are fun to talk with, cheerful and have a sense of humor all while helping you find and get what youre looking for, want and/or need. 10 percent military discount for those who qualify by showing their V.A and/or military ID card. If you are a first time vaper/ new to vaping they will help you find and get the ideal perfect starter mod kit best for you.

Bought a defective product and tried to return it and was told I couldnt because I waited more than 3 days. I understand that people try to return completely used items but mine was clearly full of liquid still. The woman working there examined it by putting her mouth on it and trying to use it. She could tell it didnt work but still refused to exchange it. I can think of better ways to throw $25 away

Went a a few times. At first they got me onto a juice that was good and kept my coils clean. They charge a lot for coils. I went another time, I always ask for clean juice that does well on coils, but they turned me onto a juice that burned through coils in a day. Maybe the RDA guys shouldnt be talking about how good a juice is on coils. Maybe not everyone in the store is honest. Too many stores in the area for this type of misleading stuff to go on. the stores in the area are either too lazy to charge to taste test like in other dates or they just dont care. Stop being in it to make money and start providing a real service.

Lackluster customer service. Went in for a coil replacement. Was sold the wrong one and had to come back. Thankfully it wasnt far. The thing that bothers me is that there was no attempt to keep me happy as a customer due to the mix up. It was only after I came back the next day for juice that they finally gave me half off. Still, not sure if I will coming back to this shop any more. Especially if they wont sell the right coils for products you buy from them! These days with a shop on pretty much every corner, it wont be hard to find someone who does sell the right stuff.

The owner is great to work with on a b2b level. Easy to speak to, cautious about new products. He has the customers safety in mind. Great to see a place like this with the care they have.

Terrible Honestly. Went here once I had boughten a Mod that wasnt charging right and the Tank was faulty and was leaking Horribly. Came back not even 3 Days later with proof of purchase (Receipt) and expected a refund or instore credit to get a new one. they basically turned me away because The Vape was still Firing always go to Vapor Loft in Meridian never here.

Always great help when I come in even if I dont know what Im looking for. Great atmosphere and customer service. I hope it never changes,, will continue to shop here until it does.

Came by the shop to have Christian look at my mod because it quit working. He couldnt fix it but was able to set me up in a new mod that works just as great at an amazing price. Thanks for help taking care of me guys. 5 star review and will only be going here from now on.

Sold me expired juice and their employee was extremely rude when contacted about it. Will not be going back. The guy literally argued that juice doesnt expire when the company who makes it clearly prints an expiration date. Everything expires at some point or another but its a $23 mistake I wont make again. Go to Matrix or Vaporloft where they have actual customer service skills.

Hands down the Best Premium Ejuice selection I have witnessed in the PNW. Price was spot on. Clean I mean Clean shop. Super chill staff. Even the guy Vaping in the corner of the shop. Only downfall is that there is no Vapor Affliction in Moscow Idaho, or Coeur d Alene Idaho, or even Spokane WA. Need too expand your brand. I was very impressed. Great work!!

Im in the military and currently out the country, i sent my boyfriend out to buy me a new glass tube for my tank, because I dropped my vape and broke the glass. We dont have any shop near me and frankly i thought it would be easier. He bought me 5 juices at VAPE using my account so obviously im 21 about to be 22. When he went in there explaining our situation the workers were rude and disrespectful wouldnt sell to him and didnt even know what he was talking about. Even though they were the ones that sold me the mod. I will never buy from them again, they are wayy to expensive anyway.

The prices they charge should be illegal...Most expensive vape shop I have seen. I understand you will pay more at a brick and mortar location but their prices are insanely high. Easily double to triple of what you would pay online.

Would give a zero star if I could. Was given a bottle of bad juice that fried a whole pack of coils. When I called and offered to bring the bottle back in I was told that its my problem and Im more than welcome to buy a different bottle instead of trying to replace the bottle.

Amazing selection of atomizers and vape juice! They have a variety of juices including their own. Their prices (in general) are more reasonable compared to some Vape/E-Cig shops around the Boise area. At one point, this was the only shop that had Suorin Drop Pods in stock! No other place around here cared to restock in a timely manner. Vape Affliction is my go to when it comes to resupplying.

I love going to vape affliction for their happy hour deals on there house E-Juices for my vape. Happy hour runs from 11 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon and for a 30ML bottle is $6 and their 60ML bottle is $10.

Dont go there ! There is another Vape store across the street with much better prices and way better customer service... I use to go there only until I got treated really bad, then I checked the store just across the street on Fairview and Milwaukee, on the same side as that one, and believe me, you want to go there....vape affiliction need to learn about customer service...

Excellent customer service and great products. They arent pushy and dont try to upsell. They take the time to learn what you want and direct you to the right products.
