Elements Massage - Boise

Today I can honestly say I had the most amazing massage of my life. My therapist was amazing and didnt waste time on areas I didnt need. They were focused on where I was having pain and 90 min later I truly felt relaxed and recovered. I didnt expect this from a large chain, but am so glad they are hiring therapists that are open to my specific needs. Already booked for next month!

Madison at the reception desk is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I had a Couples massage. We both enjoyed our massages. Heather and Shandrea were our massage therapists. We were so happy we signed up for a monthly membership!

This was my first appointment at Elements, and I have nothing but praise for my massage therapist, Bre. She was extremely professional, warm, and very understanding of what my body needed. I loved experiencing her cupping technique (intentional movement across the body with silicone cups) which was different than the stationary, glass cups I had experienced at previous studios. I will definitely be back!

I had the displeasure of visiting Elements Massage in Boise, and it was a truly dreadful experience. The massage therapist exuded an aura of disinterest and reluctance, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It was evident that he didnt want to be there or touch me, resulting in the worst massage I have ever endured. To add insult to injury, despite their purported Elements satisfaction guarantee policy, they still charged me the full price for this abysmal service. Its disappointing that a place claiming to prioritize customer satisfaction would fail so miserably in meeting even the most basic standards of professionalism and care.

Oh my goodness! I saw James today. He was fantastic. The pressure was perfect. He was so professional and I felt so relaxed. The 2 hrs flew by. I could have stayed another 2.Elements has a great vibe and is so clean. Other massage places should be envious!! Thank you.

I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now and consistently come every month. It’s clean and calming. I highly recommend crystal but I haven’t really tried anyone else because I love her so much! I’m sure the others are great as well!

Meesha is the Absolute Best. Her deep tissue work is perfect for my chronically knotted muscles. I Highly Recommend the Salt Stone as an add on too.

Very qualified and capable therapists; they listen to what areas I need worked on and follow through. The atmosphere is very professional and relaxing.

I had James as my therapist. He’s on the smaller size physically but once on the table, his presence and strength made him feel like a giant. He knew the spots to release tension so well it was as if I was working on myself. Great hands, good personality - can’t recommend him enough. Would repeat.

An Elements Massage Bown Crossing membership is well worth it! It’s a great location. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. They have several very talented massage therapists. Sanda is amazing! She is incredibly skilled and does excellent deep tissue sports massage. Massage helps both my physical and mental health significantly. The bi-annual gift card sales are a great deal!

My first massage was so good I got a membership! Ive seen a few therapists here and they are all really good - maybe because they do it all the time. It is interesting to me to learn that Elements schedules based on what masseuse can provide what Im looking for whether its firm pressure, cupping, Swedish, shiatsu, aromatherapy...so many things to like about coming here. James became a favorite because he worked areas on my upper leg that Ive had issues on and off and without my telling him, he worked it out saying. And it hasnt been a problem since! So strange but awesome! Ill keep coming as long as I can!

I love how knowledgeable the therapists and receptionists are. When I called the book an appointment for my husband, they made sure to pair him with the right therapist for his specific back pain issues.After he went (he saw Jenna) he said he couldn’t wait another month for his next scheduled appointment - he wanted me to book him again in a week because he was able to walk without pain and it was wonderful. So I’ll making him weekly appointments for a while.It’s been a wonderful experience for him. And now I will be booking for myself as well.

Elements has a great atmosphere and really great staff. They truly mean it when they say they strive to provide personalized service to fit your specific needs and concerns, and to make sure you are paired with just the right therapist. I know firsthand that they take that very seriously. My first experience was less than what I had hoped for, but when I said something about it, they were extremely prompt in responding back to me and in seeking to correct my concerns. I would say customer service is amazing at Elements! I just had my second visit and I was so pleased with everything about it. The therapist, Jerald was very responsive to my unique problems and he provided a fantastic massage.

It was very relaxing experience. The therapist Leslie was happy to answer my questions regarding massage. She even told me things I can do to keep my body relaxed.

I went for my first massage at Elements this weekend and Leslie was my masseuse. She was very conscientious, her pressure was perfect for my needs, and she talked a lot about ways to improve some pain that I was having. I feel 100% better than I did before going to the massage and Ill be returning--regularly. Highly recommended.

When I walked in there I could barely walk. My massage therapist was able to tell right away that I had sciatica and he knew exactly what to do. He even gave me lots of pointers afterwards of things I can do at home to help. After 3 sessions with him I was pain free.

It was very friendly and inviting! The massage was very nice, and even though it was my first session it felt like my therapist really was able to become familiar with the areas of my body that needed work and work on my in a way that left me feeling so much better and relaxed! It was an all around lovely experience and both my spouse and I became members.

Kelsey listened to what I needed.She has great energy and I could have spend a couple hours. She knew what was tight in my legs and gave some releaf to the pain in my knees. I am vising in town and will definatly be back. I hope she will be there the next time I visit.

I was nervous to get a massage due to recent events, but was happy to see the facility was taking it very seriously. Masks were worn the whole time by myself and the therapist. Pens were sorted by clean and dirty, and there was lots of hand sanitizer and they were doing temperature checks for all incoming people.The massage itself was fantastic and really helped me. I left feeling so much better physically and emotionally. I had needed to get some work done for a while but didnt feel safe going anywhere. Id recommend them for anyone. Thanks you guys!

This Studio is the best hands down! There are so many therapist to choose from so the variety is great to find the right fit! Alyssa and Holly are excellent therapist they provide a great experience for me every time and I always walk out feeling 100%! It has been over 10 years since receiving a massage. The massage therapist was professional and guided me through the entire massage. Plus was welcoming and validated my feelings of anxiety about receiving a massage. If you have been avoiding massages for fear - stop now! Elements Massage is the place to go!

I used to have massages before but this was my first prenatal massage. I didnt feel comfortable at all. I am in my third trimester and I refused to face down even with the hole for my belly cause it is uncomfortable and potentially dangerous in this stage. So then the therapist didnt know what to do.. So I was on my side cause I did my research that its the best. However then she let me lay down on my back way too long (now I found out I should not do that at all). I didnt feel relaxed at first cause I just didnt trust her. Then the massage itself.. She kept asking me what I want and jumped from one part to another really quick, not good flow at all. I am happy it took less time than it should... I always enjoyed massages, maybe the pregnancy makes it different,maybe the therapist... She said she is licenced but... I have one more gift card I am not sure if I am gonna even use it :( The place itself is nice.

My hour long massage was $70 and that included the $30 off discount. Anything extra (even aroma in the room while getting the massage) is an added extra fee, but dont specify the fee. I paid for an hour but barely received a 45 minute massage. She did not work on the specific places I asked her to, was rough in transitions (moving arms and legs), and I could feel her fingernails. It felt more like I was getting massaged by a friend than by someone who actually knew what they were doing. I was very disappointed and will not be going back.

Ive had consistently good massages with the elements team. Clean, professional, relaxing facilities. This has been and will continue to be the place in Boise for quality massage services. Their monthly service is priced well and makes it easy to schedule frequent massage therapy.

Jenna was amazing. She listened to me, then she applied excellent technique to my stiff sore muscles. The atmosphere was quiet and calming. The room was dimly lit and a soft new age music played in the background. Jenna was thorough and made thoughtful suggestions for me to reduce my muscle tension. The front desk was excellent as well, explaining everything to me. I loved this experience and the professionalism so much, I signed up for a membership.

I had a 90 minute massage with Gretchen a few days ago and she was terrific. Just the right amount of pressure, and she kept making sure it wasn’t too much. She used massage techniques I’d never seen before that worked really well to relieve tension in my back and legs. At the end she gave me a few stretches to do at home to keep my hamstrings and hips loose.

Ive only had a few massages in my life but with a marriage, job change and cross country move I set out to get one as soon as I landed in Boise. Elements was near the house so I tried it after going to another place and not feeling comfortable. Elements has been my favorite experience! They were extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I will most definitely go back!

I truly wish this company had their billing department together because their massage therapists are so amazing. I have been trying to figure out my monthly billing system with them since I signed up for the massage program. They have drafted me multiple times in a month, and I have given them a new card and they have drafted my old account multiple times. When I called to say I wanted to cancel they told me I needed to do one more draft and wait 30 days even though they drafted the wrong account. When I called and asked to speak with a manager about this, they couldn’t even do me the courtesy of calling, they had their receiptionist deliver the news. Horrible customer service.

Im not sure what happened here, but I enjoyed my massage while I got it, but afterwards, I was extremely dizzy for the rest of the day, and thats never happened to me before. I dont really know if thats a good thing or a bad thing. I just didnt feel right afterward.

My therapist, Shannon, seemed to have magic in her hands.The atmosphere at Elements puts you at ease, so the Therapist can concentrate on perfection. Im a cancer survivor and I have been pretty busted up from several motorcycle mishaps. I can say that I leave Elements feeling almost normal. And that is really good for me. I’ve been going to Elements since Bown Crossing was born, and still love it. Carly and team rock, Keri is always great (highly experienced), and recently had a massage from Kylie Jo, it was amazing as well. Highly recommended!

My masseuse, Kelsey, asked me my goals for the massage, checked in a couple times during it to make sure everything was feeling good, and made sure she addressed my issues. At the conclusion, she also gave me tips for a couple of stretches I could do to loosen up a couple of tight spots. She very very knowledgable and communicative.

This is a great place to get a massage as it is peaceful and pleasant. It is more expensive than some places, but they have specials which help. The staff is always pleasant and the location is great since we live in Bown Crossing. I like the fact that you can choose from different massage therapists.

Great massages no complaints there! But if you sign up for their monthly program pay attention to the details. If you dont use the massages they fall off with no reimbursement and they dont tell you while on the program! When I questioned it the response was sorry it policy. So when I closed out I changed what leftovers I had to gift certificates, with them saying no expiration, miss placed them, I found them and all are expired should have looked. Couldnt use any of them do to health complications while on the program or after thats why they built up. With the many lost while on the program and the 11- 80 minute gift certificates no good lot of money gone. Pay attention as those little details as money in their pocket, your loss. You payed them the money for their services so it shouldnt just go away!

Very nice place and courteous people. I purchased a 60 minute massage but only received 41 minutes. Not sure if this was an over sight by the masseuse.In any case, a few days later I received a feedback email which I filled out and submitted. The owner ended up emailing me and went above and beyond to get this corrected. 5 stars for awesome customer service!

I scheduled and hour long massage appointment at 1:45. Got there promptly and didnt get on the massaging table till 1:55. The hour long massage was then over at 2:38-ish.. so my hour long massage was technically 43 minutes.. at a rate of $79 an hour I could only hope to get the actual full hour.. the staff was nice and the massage was a little less than decent. Not worth the $79.

We have been Wellness members for two, almost three years. As part of the last few months of 2017 and into 2018, it has become increasingly difficult to book a massage and use our benefits. If you are looking for a massage from a therapist that has a level 4 rating, it is almost impossible to book one and they work limited hours (making it even harder to arrange in a busy life). Further, when you can book an appointment, they have gotten very bad about rescheduling with little notice. To illustrate this my wife had an appointment, booked 2 weeks ago, for 8:00 this evening. They just called (2 hours prior) and rescheduled. Their policy would require a client to pay for that time had they not given 24 hours notice, so they clearly understand the social requirements of keeping appointments... Im not entirely sure what is going on, but this WAS a great place, but has declined recently making it unreliable. We have actually recently cancelled our wellness memberships due to their lack of therapists and poor scheduling practices.

I cant give any details as to the quality of the massages, but to hopefully save someone some time: their website is incorrect; they do NOT take walk-ins. And appointments (as I write this in early June) are apparently booked through July. So just FYI as youre exploring your options.

Chrys was beyond exceptional! I have had extreme pain and tension in my lower back from power lifting, but after a deep tissue massage with Chrys the pain was virtually gone! She made sure to hit the area that was causing me the most pain and was very attentive to my needs as far as pressure goes! I will definitely recommend Chrys to my friends and family! Will be returning soon!

The massage therapists at Elements are exceptionally knowledgable about body work and really helped me rehab my strained rhomboid. If you want to break up impingements and go up a level in strength and recovery, I highly recommend getting a monthly massage subscription.

Holly was amazingly life changing. Not joking. I can now move my arm and neck without being in pain. A bonus also the pain has not came back either I will definitely be going back.

Therapist was competent and informative and explained the benefits of massage. Due to arthritis is my left knee I was experiencing significant tightness in compensating muscles. I plan to return soon and regularly.

Had a few appointments here with different masseuses. They listen to your needs and target the needed areas. Each time has been wonderful, but Cortni is my go-to from now on.

I didnt realize this was a chain massage business. They push for you to buy a membership pretty hard. I did the hot stone massage, it was average.

My massage therapist helped me relax deeply and responded to my body in expert ways. She also gave me great advice to help with a balky hamstring so I can continue playing soccer. I will return.
