Poor selection on items in general. Dont buy any cigars here as they are all old and crusty! And the young woman seemed irritated i was trying to shop and wasnt very helpful. Felt rushed . Poor service

Love all the staff here super helpful and knowledgeable!! They have a lot of glass to choose from and sooo many papers, handpipes and hookahs. They also carry disposable vapes, refillable mods & juice. They sell HQDs for way less than some of the gas stations around here which is awesome!! Its a pretty convenient location next to Starbucks and Five Guys. Definitely would recommend stopping by if you have a chance!

It says they open at 8, and theres a sign on the door that says 8 on weekdays.But whenever I go there on my way to work in the mornings it seems like they randomly decide to open the doors whenever. People have places to be and if it says you open at 8. Open at 8.

Sierra is one of the sweetest most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Shes very knowledgeable and shes fun to talk to about anything. She is an excellent manager. Shes always so helpful every time I go there. I wouldnt even think of shopping at any other smoke shop. Im so glad this place is super close to home. For all the smokers out there I DEFINITELY recommend this place.

What kind of retail store dose not have change? You cant break a 100 dollar bill for a 30.00 purchase. If you dont have 70.00 in your store then maybe you shouldnt be open.

This is a great store if youre looking for good disposables at a lower cost than most other places in the Naples/Bonita springs area. Last place I tried charged me almost twice as much as OG does. Very affordable.

A week ago I would’ve given this place a 5 star review. The selection and Prices are great and I regularly go here. I bought two vapes. Neither worked. I understand their policy of trying them in the store but I was gone for less then 5 mins and they wouldn’t do anything for me and I wasted money. Will no longer be returning when there’s a million other places

I did not know this place existed until I was in Bonita, and had to Google vape stores. Im grateful I found it! Super sweet and knowledgeable young woman at the counter. Great prices too. Awesome products.

Spend at least $50 a week here. Was sold some terrible menthol flavor. Asked to switch it out and because it was opened they can’t do anything. Was offered like $5 bucks off my next purchase lol. You help your customers out to keep the business you have. I won’t be back plenty of other vape shops willing to go above and beyond 👎🏼

Huge selection. Cuvies at the best price. Water pipes are cool with a huge selection. D8 D10 THCO CBD KRATOM they have it all. Plus they open from 9am!!! Cant mention how many times I appreciated that.

Sell vape mods but no batteries. So you can buy your mod but have to go online or to a competitor to power the thing they just sold you. At least thats what the employee told me when I went in there. Doesnt make much sense.Otherwise looked like a decent store.

Was not open for me at 9:45pm when I came by last week after work. Hours say they are open til 10? Don’t waste your time stopping by if they can’t honor the hours posted.
