My experience at Vape King with my personal Vape guy, Dr. Kyle….Is the best place to shop for your Vape needs, not to mention Kyle‘s Above and beyond attitude to making sure my needs are met every time I walk in the store he is prompt, Knowledgeable, Very informative about his products. Absolutely fantastic service. Was immediately greeted, assisted, and guided to what I was looking for. The staff recommendations were top notch and well-informed, as the one he recommended was the best Ive ever tried by a landslide! I was in and out with what I needed in probably five minutes. The prices were higher than what Im used to as an out-of-towner, but typical for the area. Ill definitely be back again

I’ve been a customer since shortly after the store opened, the service is always great and people are very friendly. I’ve dealt with the owner a couple times as well and once upon mentioning of a specific e-juice I found online she immediately ordered it and was available within a couple days. Few stores offer that kind of service, today I stopped by and Erica helped me and as always top notch service with helping with new coils and installing it properly. “Owner found a good one there” If anyone is looking for a custom house blend or looking for a name brand juice as well as a new mod or accessories few stores are as well equipped as this, plus the prices are good.

Used this Vape shop all the time when I worked in Bonita Springs. They had great prices, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere. My last visit was after taking a break from vaping so it had been a few months. I live in Fort Myers and no longer work in Bonita so I drove out of my way just to see them. When I got there and realized they had raised the price on the item I always used then for I said to the gentleman, Well that sucks, I drove from Fort Myers just because you guys were always cheaper. That being said I had the full intention of still buying the item, I understand the cost it takes to operate a brick and mortar and that prices change. I was rudely interrupted by a lady who said shes the owner and the item was never the price I stated. Having bought the item at least ten times from them, I was a little insulted. Im a loyal paying customer. I explained that I know for a fact it was that price, not because I was trying to get it for that price this time, but simply because I didnt like being inadvertently told Im lying and that I havent consistently given them my business for that exact reason. Needless to say, I wont be returning to this shop. Its really a shame to own such a nice business and not know the first thing about customer service. Ill give her the benefit of the doubt and say maybe she was just in a bad mood. I rated three stars rather than one because Im not trying to harm the business but rather just share an honest disappointing experience for others.

Very excited to help find a juice that fits your taste and also recommend similar ones that fit the flavor profile. I came in her last week and received excellent customer service and was able to choose from a fantastic selection. I bought a bottle of Jade e-Juice by crown while I was there and its very quickly become my favorite juice flavor. If youre looking for variety, good prices and a very laid back but professional atmosphere this is the place for you.

Me and my fiance are new to vaping. The manager here, Jager, has been extremely helpful and kind in helping us find what works for us and educating us too. I bought my fiance a device today, didnt know what I was doing for setup, burnt the device and it wouldnt work but the manager was happy to fix the device for us, though we were the ones who messed it up and now everyone is happy. This will be our vape store 😊

I have been to many Vape stores over the past four years that I have been Vape King. When I found Vape King, I knew that I had found my place. Their prices are excellent and the customer service is above and beyond anything that I have ever experienced. I go to the store in Bonita Springs. I love it that they actually know me, not just by name but the flavors that I like. They also inform me when a new flavor that I might like is available. I moved to Tampa about 18 months ago, but I am still loyal to Vape King. I checked out some stores around Tampa, but still nothing compares to Vape King. So now, I just do orders over the phone and I always get my product the very next day! Vape King makes me feel like family. And their flavors are better than any others that I have tried at any other place. I cannot say anything negative about Vape King. They have my 100% loyalty even if I cant be nearby to just stop in. Trust me, go to Vape King! You will ill not be disappointed! Even if you are a beginner, they will walk you through how to get started and they really care about their customers. I have never experienced this type of customer service not just at other Vape stores but in any businesses that I have been at. I love Vape King!

Just got into Vaoing and looked for some good stores in Lee County, couldnt have gotten luckier. Great and knowledgeable staff. Been to two of their locations( Bonita springs and Ft. Myers Beach). They are amazing! Great prices, staff is super friendly and helpful. They will work with you on price and, walk you through everything and try and make the experience better for you. Unlike some other places that try and up sell you and push brands and things that may not be right for you, they will take an interest in what you like and guide you onto the best vaping experience for you. 5 stars all day long! Ive been going to Vape King exclusively since the year it opened. These guys got me off smoking years ago and Ive had nothing but good experiences with the store, staff, products, and prices. My review has been long overdue, but trust me when I say they know their stuff and will always take care of you. Their house flavors all taste great with little stress on your coils, they have a massive selection of mods, premium liquids, and other devices, and even cater to CBD needs, and their staff knows their stuff and is always willing to hangout and talk. All in all, Vape King is my ONLY shop!

Explain to me very thorough on the device that I bought last week. I brought the device by not being aware on how to use it which I am very rough on things. Mr. Jager took the time to explain to me how everything worked and no I am very well informed on how to use my device. My fault for last time being in a hurry. Mr. Jagger is definitely management material if that’s the way he wants to go I don’t know the man but well informed on products that you sell I wish them a gentleman to help me before went through like he did. The sales people either are too aggressive or they dont seem to care at all. Its never busy here so not sure how this place even received this many reviews. Dont buy the cbd on sale, its either expired or poor quality. Just been my experience.

More than 5 stars! This shop is like the doctor offices of vaping.Since my first visit here, every employee has went above and beyond. From remembering my name at my second visit to calling me to let me know an item I was looking for was in stock again, so above and beyond. Everyone has always been so incredibly nice, in a sincere way, and the product prices are just as amazing!!Ive been to vape shops from Pa to TX to FL and many in between and this (and one other shop near me that is just as amazing) will always be my go-to shop when giving my suggestion!!

I really like the staff here. I dont have any issues with the pricing structure here either. You cannot be the best at what you do, and the cheapest. Those two things just do not correlate. However, with the high quality juices and e-cigs, absolutely superior customer service, and several very clean establishments, Vape King definitely gives you some serious value in every dollar spent there. This is not only the only e-cig store that I frequent, its the only one I trust!

I bought a vape from Vape King and literally the next day I had a problem with it. I took it in and they replaced it for me with no problems! Great customer service! I highly recommend them and will keep giving them my business!

Overall a great place for vaping and to get all the supplies and stuff that you need. The staff is usually friendly but on my last visit I had the help of a young man who wouldnt believe my coil was burning unless he took my vape apart after 15 minutes of explaining to him what was wrong. Eventually his manager had to get involved and everything worked out fine, but it really bothered me the way my word and explanation wasnt good enough for him. Ive been vaping for 6 years, I do understand how resistance and wattage works, no need to patronize me.

Pretty fancy place! They didnt have a huge selection of disposable cigarette vape but they had a huge selection of reusable and it seemed as if those cats know what they are talking about and can definitely help you find the best one for you! Ill definitely be going back for my reusable vape soon!

If there is anything not regularly sold anywhere, Ben has searched the store to accommodate me, right down to a missing 0 ring, and the list goes on.Absolutely no pressure here! I went in today to get a new coil for my vape today and I was met by what seemed to be a senior employee. He immediately greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I showed him my vape and he responded with oh thats an old one without even listening to what I had to say. Ive been in competitive sales for a long time and I could tell right away he was going to be pushy. So I told him what I needed and he tried to sell me this and that, to which I told him sternly I was only looking for a coil. He then got another rep named Daniel to get me a coil and left. Daniel was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He did not try to hard sell me and was very pleasant to deal with. I can tell right now hes going to make it in sales and the other rep is not.- So I decided to edit my review to one star after reading the response from the OWNER. First of all insinuating that I was offended for having an inferior product was not the case. I think you were just upset that I mentioned the sales tactics of your employees that were taught by you. Secondly if your employees are so concerned about matters of health, why arent they wearing masks? If you are so knowledgeable about cardiovascular health, I guess you havent heard of COVID-19. If you walk into walmart youll notice all the employees are wearing masks. I am very annoyed that you wrote so much for a 5 star review, and I did not like your condescending remarks. You mentioned that your sales staff will try to be more sensitive to customers like me? What does even mean? I just wanted a coil. I think that after looking at the cameras you judged me and decided to talk down to me. You also lied about your employees making commission when they told me in store that they in fact did. I think that you need to work on your customer service skills a little bit more and focus less on being dishonest and rude. I think you owe me an apology LAURA!

I bought the eGo ONE Mega. 6 days after having the tank started to leak. The owner gave me a brand new tank even know the tank shouldnt be covered under warranty. There was no damage from any drops. If you drop it its on you to replace it.Other stores would tell you to kick rocks! Great store thank you again.

Awesome shop, very cool layout and a ton of options. Only reason this place is not receiving a full 5 stars is because of the prices. I do my best to support local shops, but they just cant compete with the online market. 25 to 35 bucks for a 60ml bottle of juice is a joke. I use many vape sites all of which have great credibility. For example I recently purchased a pack of 4 60ml bottles all for 36 bucks including shipping. May take a little longer to get. But at least Im not getting robbed. Sorry vape kings, adjust your prices accordingly, and just maybe Ill start going more. Overall Id reccomend a few websites before this shop.Side note if the owner or employees see this. Your pricing on coils is a rip off. 1 pack of valaryian coils is pre packaged and shipped with 2 coils. 10.99 for a pack of 2. Last time I purchased I was told they are charged per coil in each pack. So what? 20 bucks for 2 coils. Rip off.

It is first class from the moment you walk in. The staff knows everything about vaping, very patient, and no pressure. Very nice to be able to sample the juice before you buy it. This place gets a 10+ from me. I will be a customer for a long time.

I have not ever before reviewed a place of business. I felt a need to share my experience at vape king. First Laura the owner has been there every time Ive been there . Her staff is amazing!! She has been there offered her opinion on my questions and has an amazing knowledge of all products and doses . I was looking for advice on CBD products for pain relief for my wife and I. personally I recommend USA HEMP CBD BLUEBERRY INFUSED simple drops under the tongue. Amazing relief from knee pain for me. My wife has fibro and works to hard and is amazed by the relief as well. The staff was more then knowledgeable on my vaping questions for medical prescription purposes .I have and will tell everyone I know of this place. In my quest for some face to face knowledge other vape shops and online purchases left me with less then desirable results. Some of the products are not what they say and i lost out on months of relief Buy from some one who cares. No better place to go for all your vaping needs! Used to work in Bonita and found this place next to work and boy am I glad I did! Even though I live in Lehigh, still make the drive because no where else can I go to get great service, a staff that is knowledgable and knows their products, cares about you and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Recently was introduced to a product that is literally a life saver to me called Kratom. The owner Laura knew how bad I suffer from pain with an injury that cost me my left arm, she took the time to reach out to me, showing me how much she cares and to try the Kratom. I no longer feel any pain and first time saying that in 30 years. They carry everything you need to feel better, offer a huge variety of liquids, CBD, your one stop shop for all your vaping needs and wellness care.

The kids that work at this place did not know anything about half the mods they sell here. My husband and I have been in the industry for awhile and know more than the average person. We felt like we were teaching them.

Candice was wonderful, and was very respectful and patient. She took the time to discuss the different vape liquids with me. While I was there I also saw her deal with other customers, and she treated everyone the same.
