BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Terrible smoke shop. Spent really good money on glass 2 days later the design is chipping away. I went to the shop to try to talk to someone, the associate was inside with the door locked on the phone... so I tried calling two days in a row and no one answered the phone I had to call a different location just for them to tell me tough luck we cant do anything. Dont support such a terrible business

Would not recommend anybody shop here.Bought a disposable vape. Packaging looked rough, but was re-assured by the store clerk that if the unit is faulty or leaks then it can be exchanged without a problem. I came back 3 hours later, explaining that the vape is faulty. Was told “sorry nothing we can do” and shown the door.

Would not recommend this place. Kratom prices are criminally high, even the employee agreed and said vapes are the same way. I bought 4 different packs of cigarillos and they were all bone dry and unusable. There are too many other smoke shops in the area that have fair pricing for anyone to go here.

I went in not knowing what I was looking for and before I could finish telling her what I needed she knew just the thing! She was so knowledgeable and kind! The shop was clean and neat. I was very impressed and although Im visiting, Ill be back next time Im here for sure!

Definitely recommend! Everyone that works here is amazing and very polite. I’ve never had any issues at all. If I’ve ever gotten a faulty product, they never had issues exchanging and etc. if you’re thinking about it I say go for it ! You wont be disappointed

I went here for a year and a half, only smoke shop I would go. Ive spent 1000s of dollars here. I vape regularly, buy the 30$ a piece expensive ones, plus other various smoking accessories. A few days ago I had one doa, it didnt work out of the package. I hit it and hit it and eventually it worked for a half day, then dead. So next time Im in there, a few days, I show the employee the vape. I hit it in front of her, it lights up, no smoke. I didnt expect much, would have been happy with a 5$ discount or something. Nope, employee was not rude, but would not do anything for me. Ive had flavors I didnt like, never returned anything. But this wasnt my fault, the product was faulty. You lost what would have been a long time customer over something so small. I would recommend anyone else to try one of the many other smoke shops around. Its well known that some are duds, never had any place just refuse to do absolutely anything for me. Also, its a smoke shop with no smokes, only vapes and that fake weed stuff.

This place greatly overcharges people, its a massive rip off & the owner has mental problems. If you call they will not discuss prices (saying its due to age restricting NONSENSE WHICH IS NOT TRUE) & try to trick you through the door to rip you off with a nasty owner. Please go anywhere else but this place.

Used to be much better, stock is low on many items and prices have skyrocketed.. The owners are rarely there , just the wife of the owner who is nasty to clients unless she deems them to be “big spenders”. As long as this rude young lady is allowed to treat people any way she wants , I will avoid this shop at all costs. Prices aren’t good enough to deal with arrogant people who don’t understand what customer service is!

Came from out of town and needed a quick new vape to smoke! Came into best budz and the owner Lou was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had! He even recommend awesome new products and educated me more on what I was smoking and the effects of the products! Best shop for your “ needs” .I was totally unfamiliar w using any types of concentrates ( dabs, rosins, but wanted to use those , the woman who works there every time I go in took the time out to see what type of glass water pipes I had and attachments so she didn’t sell me what I already had, just to sell me exactly what I needed in order to start using concentrates properly .Great prices, great attitudes from the employees, and very convenient since I get my concentrates in the same shopping center.This part is 3 days later. The tips I was given by the female employee were so on point that I’m now convinced to make a purchase of an item that costs a few hundred bucks but will conserve my medicine. And at 49 , this is my pain meds.

Perfect, I was always in pipe dreams but after it closed down bestbudz its the #1 stop I got my P.C peak just ask I expected myself to walk out with. The owner is super rude. The card machine doesn’t swipe cards because they have a cheap iPad register. I came here a lot because it was convenient and close to my house. I’ll drive a couple miles to get the same thing for cheaper from now on. The lost my business. Also they say their glass is made in America. But really it’s made in china. It’s junk just like their attitudes

This was my first time in bonita springs and I went to multiple smoke shops and most were very rude and not helpful whatsoever until I found this gem of a store best budz is the place to be they have very amazing selections and are very plus they have a great variety plus the staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products sold in store I came at night and was welcomed with friendly smiles by the staff I would really recommend this place over and over and I will be here again in the future for all my smoking needs

Theyre always friendly and the prices are far less than their competition in Bonita. In addition to that they just had a raffle for X-Mas 2020- the prize being a brand new XBOX X. that I was lucky enough to win.I cant guarantee youll win an XBOX but I will guarantee that you will have a good experience here.

Very knowledgeable about the products they are selling and will be expanding the selection soon. Answered questions I had about products and good prices. A very laid back environment made for easy shopping as they werent trying to push certain products like other shops do. Will be coming back again and highly recommend this shop.
