Just got my first massage here and felt so comfortable and relaxed. Crystal has a wonderful energy and she made me feel right at home, listened to, and respected. The whole vibe of the spa was calming and slow paced (in a good way). I had a great experience and will absolutely be back!

The experience was amazing. Crystal is very kind and warm, and she made sure to ask every now and then to see if I was feeling good. Great professionalism and communication. The environment is cozy and everything’s hygienic. I felt so relaxed and comfortable both during and after the massage :)

I’ve visited Crystal multiple times now over the past few months and she is truly one of the best! She is so knowledgeable and what sets her apart from others is how much she cares for her clients and the way she can customize your service based on your particular needs. It’s a very clean and hygienic space and you feel so well cared for. I have been so impressed with the lypossage and myofascial release treatments I’ve received so far and will definitely keep coming back!

I have been coming to see Crystal for over a year, and it has completely changed my skin! I get clinical and acne facials. My acne is under control and my face looks years younger. She is like a doctor diagnosing my skin every time that I come in, and customizing the experience just for me. She also is extremely professional and her work space is very clean, like a doctors office.

Went to see Crystal for the first time today and it definitely won’t be the last time. I managed to secure a very last minute appointment with her and she was extremely kind and welcoming. I had developed a skin concern three days prior and she looked at it in much detail. She made sure the whole treatment was tailored to my needs and always checked in with me to see how I was feeling. In addition, the spa overall was very clean and also her way of working during the treatment was very hygienic (e.g, using different towels and gloves). I felt she really knows what she was doing and has lots of experience. I will definitely visit again.Thank you Crystal! ☺️🙏

I had a great experience with Crystal at C.Spa for a facial. She was warm and welcoming from the beginning and provided insight into all of the decisions that she was making to best support my experience that day. I happened to be pregnant when I had scheduled my appointment and she went above and beyond to accommodate me both in my comfort and by making sure that all of the ingredients that she was applying were safe for use. I left with my skin feeling so clean, plump, and fresh! Highly recommend!

Best facial ever! Crystal did an amazing job, was so knowledgeable and gentle with my skin. It was a night and day difference from when I came in to when I walked out. Between chatting and cackling, she gave me a lot of insight into what areas and concerns she was targeting, what products she was using, and being that I have sensitive skin and allergies, would also pause to monitor even the tiniest change in my skin. Crystal gets 5 stars from me every time. I walk in tight and its hard to move, and i leave loose and able to move again. I have a pinched nerve right now, and despite 6 weeks of PT theres zero improvement and it felt like it was worsening. Once Crystal worked on the area, I felt the first improvement in weeks, and it made me much more hopeful and positive.

Crystal is amazing! Very knowledgeable and thorough! Ive had a few facials with her, and all were great experiences. The spa is super clean and relaxing. The measures Crystal is taking to ensure safety are above and beyond. She explains all safety implementations prior to starting treatment. The care is very personalized to your needs, and the suggestions on a good, personalized skin care routine to follow have been spot on. My skin has never looked and felt better! Highly recommend!

My face has made a complete 360 in just 2 sessions, I’m excited about my upcoming sessions. I went to Crystal because I had bad hyperpigmentation, I had black patches on the sides of my face with underneath my eyes being my normal tone. She explained everything thoroughly and after my session there was a significant amount of change in my face. I WAS SHOCKED to say the least. Crystal is knowledgeable, patient( she will take time with your skin). She uses top- notch products. My friends have started noticing and asking me what I’m using on my face😊. I just wish I had met her a tad earlier.

Crystal is pure magic! I just had my first massage with her and it was absolutely incredible! Ive had many massages but Crystals is the best by far. She is incredibly patient assessing your posture, areas of tension, and any health concerns when you arrive. Her massage was wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable telling you what she is doing and why at certain times and gave me some great tips to relieve muscle tension from home as Im a runner. I left feeling so much lighter! Ive had many massages in my life, but NONE better than Crystals. She is absolutely incredible and very kind and accommodating; I once called for an appointment and after hearing the stress in my voice over my neck/back pain, she stayed open an hour later the next day to fit me in. For women of color skincare in the Boston area, there is no better expert than Crystal. She understands the complexities of all skin types and goes above and beyond to align you on the path to clear & healthy skin. She gets an understanding of your regular skincare regime and gives you beneficial advice regardless of the skincare line youre using. The CDC needs to take its cues from Crystal! Everything was sanitized, cleaned and prepped for me...from head to toe. My facial was glorious, my skin looks amazing and I cant wait until my next appointment.

I visited C-Spa a month ago and I was extremely impressed. Crystal is fantastic. She guided me through what she was doing during my treatment and was very knowledgeable about the skin metabolism, aging process and different ways to care for it. I am a medical professional, and I appreciated her understanding of the science behind the aging process and skin sensitivity/reactivity concerns. I will be back in a few days for a more extended treatment, I am really looking forward to it.

I was recommended to C. Spa for a big skin urgency. I break out in acne after waxing and threading my perfect skin. I had ingrown hairs and follicle problems for over a year and Crystal healed most of it after just one session.The spa is very well located, clean and private but the best of all is Crystal knowledge about the skin and how she performs her job. She will even go extra time of her schedule to give you extra treatment.I REALLY recommend her. Professional, knowledgeable and well priced.

I had my first appointment with Crystal a few months ago after a lengthly illness and years of medication left my skin dry and aged.After my first Age-Management Facial, my face felt supple, smooth and hydrated. My youth appearance had returned. Imagine my excitement!I am continuing an Age-Management plan that Crystal modifies to meet the needs of my skin during each appointment. I can’t say enough good things about Crystal and her work. I have never had a massage before and she has me as a regular now. I have been a regular runner for 10 years...always with accompanied knee pain that I haven’t been able to shake no matter what I try. ONE session with her and I ran for the first time without knee pain in years. I got a gift card to Spa Finder for the holidays and found C Spa on Yelp. Couldnt have had a better experience! Crystal is a magician! Just by looking at how I stand she knew I carried my work bag on my left shoulder. I got a 60 min massage and it was by far the best massage Ive ever had. The Spa is super clean and in a great location right on Boylston Street. Crystal informed me that her clients are 50% male and I can see why because the Spa has no fru fru. I would HIGHLY recommend going here. You wont regret it!

CSpa is my favorite place for a threading. Crystal is meticulous when shaping/sculpting brows, I’ve never found anyone who matches her skill. She is very informed in regards to skin care and is particularly clean across the entire business. Highly recommend CSpa.

She was friendly and super kind and funny. My experience with her was calming and soothing. I received a facial from her and she was informative in teaching me what are the triggers to my acne and possible treatments I could use. Overall I would go again if you want a calming spa treatment. I wasnt able to make it to my usual spa prior to going on vacation so found C. Spa as it was close to my work. It was easy to make an appt online and she was able to take me the next day.
