From the moment you step inside, the ambiance immediately transports you to a calm and peaceful place. The attention to detail is impeccable—everything from the soothing lighting to the cozy treatment rooms is perfectly curated to enhance your experience. Even the bathroom is a cool, stylish retreat!I’ve seen it all in the world of facials, but this was the first time in a very long time that I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised. The use of a water suction gun was a unique and refreshing touch that left my skin feeling revitalized. The addition of spa music headphones was genius, allowing me to completely lose myself in the moment.But the real highlight was the massage—it was unbelievably good! They even included my hands, which so many places often neglect. And as if all that wasn’t enough, the cold air gun at the end was the perfect, invigorating finish.I am beyond thrilled to have discovered this new spot on Newbury Street. This is a great spot. The ambiance was unique and totally felt like you were on vacation! Joe really customized my facial to meet my skins needs and used high-quality products that left my skin glowing. The facial massage was incredibly soothing and relaxing I wish I could have him to that every day. I appreciated the personalized skincare advice without any pressure to buy products. Today was my second time, but first time with Brandon and what I love about him other than his knowledge on skin, is his authentic and genuine soul! He is very understanding and strives the best for his clients! I don’t see this with other companies/shops so I really appreciate that very much! I have been struggling with acne for about 4 years, and I have tried everything and spent a lot of money, but I am so happy I was able to find Skin Kind! Mia was great! You can so much bang for your buck here, especially with that student rate. It was a very comprehensive skincare service, and a very relaxing neck, arms, & face massage. The entire experience was amazing. I came in after a very long work day, and automatically my mood changed as I walked in the building. Olivia, the receptionist, greeted me with great energy, and the vibe was very boho-relaxing. I booked the dermaplane facial with Brandon, and he did a wonderful job of answering my many questions, making me feel comfortable, and being very personable. My face feels so smooth and is very glowy which I love. This was the perfect way to bring in my birthday weekend, and I’ll definitely be booking again!

I have had 3 facials with Avery and had an amazing experience each time. As soon as you enter the spa, you feel a sense of calmness and serenity. It is my monthly treat to myself and Avery makes me feel so relaxed at each session, I almost always fall asleep. She also recommends products to improve my skin and advice to take care of my skin better. I leave each session feeling rejuvenated and with glowy skin.

So, coming from NYC, I had high expectations. This easily met or surpassed my experience in the city. The studio is small, but they make use of their space well. Super SOCAL vibes. And everyone is right - it smells amazing. They do not try to upsell you, Avery did my facial and I booked a trio, but because the collagen light was too intense for me she downgraded me to a duo. There aren’t private rooms (beds are divided by curtains) but they give you headphones to block out most of the noise. Extremely soothing. The 50 min session also included a shoulder and arm massage and the price is fantastic. I’ll be back!

If you’re looking for a basic facial with nice treatment options for a reasonable price, give this place a try. I opted for the 3 elevation membership and started with the acne facial but hope to try other menu offerings in the future. Joseph was very efficient and friendly.

I went in for a solo facial yesterday with Brendan and had an amazing facial! I was eyeing the hydradermabrasian elevation which he also recommended. I have pretty clear skin though am prone to blackheads and this was the most painless extraction experience I have ever had! He is very mindful and talks you through each process (though keeps conversation minimal for an extremely relaxing experience). I would definitely recommend!

I heard about this place on Instagram, so I was interested in trying it out. The workers at the front desk were extremely welcoming, and there was zero wait time for me to get into my appointment. I did their duo facial treatment, and I had an AMAZING experience. The whole spa has a pleasant fragrant smell, and theres calming music in the background. I booked an appointment with Sandy, and she made the experience so special. Nothing felt rushed, and she made sure that I felt completely relaxed the entire time. Definitely would visit again!

I came into Skinkind, curious and not sure what to except (as this was my first facial). Let me just say, that when walking in the door I was greeted with smiles and positive energy. The whole spa had such a beautiful positivity behind it. I knew at this moment that I was going to love my experience. When Brandon took me, he informed me of everything that would happen for today. I got the Galvanic treatment done (my redness was less noticeable, and my pores look amazing). The facial was just simply amazing, my facial concluded with a 20 min massage. I could not have asked for more! I left having such an amazing experience. My skin has never looked better, and my confidence is boosted as well. My partner and I got a facial while visiting Boston. Loved the products and all of the sensory stuff going on during the facial. The massage was amazing. I’m only taking one star because my service provider was running late and we had dinner plans, but from what I overhear, it was because the person before me was late, other than that, it was the perfect experience.

I’ve gone to Skinkind three times now, and each time has been such a pleasant experience. I love the Tulum inspired decor because it gives you that island relaxation vibe. I’ve had both Avery and Brandon as estheticians who were both so kind and welcoming. The facial itself has been the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had, which is why I signed up to become a member! The estheticians do a great job of personalizing your skin care. I look forward to each facial!

The decor is aesthetically pleasing and the auditory sensory of ocean waves playing in the background was soo therapeutic to listen to while I was getting a facial.My facial was serviced by Brandon who was very down to earth. Let me tell you, if you want to have a relaxing, heavenly experience, Brandon is your Aesthetician! He was absolutely gentle with my acne prone sensitive skin and he explained everything thoroughly during the facial process. My skin was glowing and looked very rejuvenated after the service. Brandon was super thorough and patient with all of my questions, and was gracious enough to recommend an appropriate treatment for my skin type. I booked a facial for me and my fiancé here and I was blown away. I’m not into skincare, but it was so relaxing and a beautiful environment. We both joined the membership. Had an amazing and relaxing experience. The vibe of the salon is very Tulum like and my esthetician Joseph was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I got a hydropurge and radiofrequency which ended with the most relaxing and soothing massage. My skin was glowing and my pores looked smaller. I had come in with a large under the skin pimple that shrunk by 50% just after the treatment. My melasma looked better too after the hydropurge. This facial Spa is Top Tier! If you are looking to really take care of your skin this is the place to be. Super cute set up, very clean, and Im in love with their services. I did a peel, and hydropurge, then finished up with a LED light treatment and hydra fusion. Im telling you this took my skin from 0-100. Not only did it feel amazing, but my skin is honestly glowing. Wow! Is all I can say. I stopped by while visiting with my grand daughter. This place looks like a resort straight out Tulum Mexico. The owner was so nice. We talked for a bit, offered a tour and allowed me to get a facial. I have been all over the world and I am blown away not only by the beauty of the spa but it was probably the best facial I’ve ever had. I hate light massage pressure and I definitely didn’t get that. She knows what she’s doing. I got dermaplaning and a skin tightening deal and I must say my skin is glowing. They only had one opening so my granddaughter is going next week. So happy we stumbled in. This place is a gem.
