Beautiful place for who want to get out of the traffic in the city and relax have a drink and play pool. The management and staff is very friendly and I am glad I come by to check that out.First was okay ops just kidding hahaha, very good turkey melt you need to try for sure.Really the quesadilla need be good too, I thought my fajitas was better… but not the quesadilla is delicious. The joe the bartender is amazing, I will be back.
Stupidest place ever! They did not accept my European ID card and asked for a passport. Who carries their passport at the age of 30? Ridiculous!!!P.s i tried other bars in Boston and all of them laughed at me when I said about the passport thing. They accepted my EU id without a problem. Maybe, this establishment should accept the fact that they are racists and hostile against tourists. Such a shame!
Fun gay sports bar. Food is ok as far as pub food and basic brunch go. I do love summers on the patio with their strong drinks!
I am surprised about the bad reviews. I have been there several times and I always had a great experience. The place is spacious and has its own charms, staff are friendly, good food and very laidback atmosphere. It’s perfect for LGBTQ people who are looking for places to hangout engage with local LGBTQ community while it’s not too loud and overly crowded.
The man at the door was super nice. Told him we were there to eat but the kitchen was closed. He told us to go down the street and feel free to bring food we bought back inside. I’ve never experienced that before. We did as he said and he brought us napkins and picked up our mess when we were done. So kind. We had a great time.
Extremely unfriendly staff and very poor manners. Boston cannot afford a gay bar to represent itself this way. Think twice before going here.
We always stop in for a drink. The bartenders are awesome! Tonight we thought we would get a table and have something to eat. What a difference experience. It was not busy at all. 20 min before the server noticed we where even there after being seated by the hostess. Ok we gave him a pass but then after it felt like we were a bother. No eye contact no interaction. The food came out fast from the runner. We will not eat in the dining area again. But will certainly go back to the bar!
Outdoor patio is pretty and staff are very friendly
This place ran my friend’s credit card for another party’s tab after she had closed out and gone home. The bill was over $1100 and when contacted, the owner refused to admit any fault. This is despicable behavior. Shame on them. How did they still have access to her credit card information??
Went for karaoke night on a Tuesday and had so much fun! The bartenders were great! The place is pretty big, has lots of tables, a patio, and a pool table.
The servers consistently are HORRIBLE; slow and inattentive and some type of attitude m. The food is nothing more than something from a toaster oven. Pizza is Tombstone brand at best along with everything else is frozen and warmed up. The bartenders snd drinks are amazing, personality, experience and all. Cut the food & wait staff.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. As a member of Boston’s queer community it makes me sad to do this but I would never patronize this place again. My wife went there after a work event and had drink with a coworker. A couple days later she noticed there was a charge of OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS on her card in addition to her actual very small bill. Somehow they charged someone else’s massive order to her card and refuse to make it right. The signature for the 1000 dollar charge is for when she was already home in bed (with the Lyft receipt to prove it) but they still refuse to correct their error. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Management was nice about it and wanted to remedy it but owner would not. Take your business elsewhere.
We went there last night to celebrate a friends birthday. As we soon learned, we should have gone somewhere else. Both the drink and food service were very slow. Took more than forty minutes to receive our food and it was not all that crowded. The waiter was very good and there was little he could do. When we complained to the host, who we learned was owner, he could have cared less. Told us we could leave if we didn’t like things. When, after one half hour of waiting we went to him again he told us to get out, we were causing trouble. He then called over his bouncer and told us, in an expletive rant, to get the F out. And not to ever come back. Other diners were also complaining about service. No one seemed to care. Owner has a very bad attitude. Will never go back
I had the slowest service in my life at this place. I dont know what they are doing in the kitchen but its certainly not preparing peoples food promptly.Maybe they are watching TV and cooking during the ads? Either way, dont come to this place if you are hungry or thirsty, or if you want waiters to come to your table.
My first night back from traveling across Africa and Europe. Rob made my night by actually interacting with me. If you want a bar with a homey feeling, definitely check this place out. I highly recommend it, especially if youre new to Boston.
UnbelievableWas my first time with my brother and brother in law to get a brunch but I never ever lived a situation similar, we ordered a omelets with a differents additions and any came on the way how we ordered. You imagine if somebody have any allergy? And I heard from them all the time happen the same either with cocktails they get the correctly order.I recommend if you go overthere let them to server what ever they want because they never give you the one you order.
Came in for Sunday brunch, and sat for over 10 minutes on the patio, while servers looked at us, but no one came over to take our order or give us water or anything. Then another couple was sat on the patio. We continued to be ignored while we watched the other couple having their order taken. Since we were pretty hungry and thirsty, we left to go to an establishment where we would be served.
The bartenders are not friendly, I went there on a Thursday, then again Saturday evening and I have felt ignored and not welcomed. It was almost like I had to beg to get a drink. I would highly suggest that they switch out some of those “sour” bartenders, and bring in customer service driven people with energy. BTW, the rest of the staff was friendly.
I love this place and always recommend it to those who are visiting Boston. Honestly the best lobster roll ever! I like the version with just butter....who wouldnt!? The sandwich literally melts in your mouth. One of my favorite spots.
This is NOT Turkish its a sports bar. Many of the reviews here are old. This place is fun and rather laid back plus it has bollards and darts. The game(s) are always playing and the drinks and food are good. no food served on Sundays but they will let you bring food in. I personally love this spot.
Great gay friendly bar and restaurant. We had fish tacos and the fish & chips, both were delicious. Good selection of beers on tap.
Intimate dining option in Providence. The food was good, service started out strong but got really slow after we ordered dinner - we were enjoying nice leisurely meal and drinks but got impatient quickly after food took forever! Fun specials, corn dogs - why not! Decent cocktails and yummy food.
Best gay oriented sports bar in the area serves variety of cocktails and beer. Its a very spacious bar. Service is excellent. Food is great. Spare time to visit this place. Yummy food. Great place to be in.Staff goes out of the way to make your visit comfortable
The first time my husband and I went here a year ago, it were okay. The second time was so awful, I am still sick thinking about our dinner there two days ago. We got 6 different dishes and they were all way below average. Two of the dishes definitely had something rotten in it. When i told the waiter that it tastes bad, he started arguing with me and said it was the usual recipe. I know when something is spoiled in my food!! Waste of money. Plenty of other places to go in the south end before this place.
Casual sports bar loosely aimed at the gay community, but fortunately minimally camp which is quite rare in Boston. Liked the flatbreads and their spring rolls but would probably come back for their big burgers with the thickest steak fries Ive ever seen. Nice patio for outdoor dining to escape the overly loud disco music.
Please please... do not support this bar I filed a complaint, against them with the NAACP they are not colored people friendly. Let it be known, I have never rated a company nor have I given a company a bad rating. This company has cause me to do so. Ive never felt this way in my life. The manager and door man are disrespectful and inhumane.
Fell in love with this place from the 1st taste. The service was very sociable and kind. The bill was average for the menu. Similar to a place in Denver I loved.
The food is delicious and the drinks are amazing! The atmosphere is great and the staff are top notch fun!
I was visiting Boston and happy I found this place! The burgers are great - I actually went twice to each in a four day span - The servers were very nice and I will be back every time I visit family in the area.
Had brunch there; decent cocktails but the food was very lousy - everything was clearly frozen and tasted dull. The service was OK though, and the prices were moderate.
Rob is an amazing human! I just met him and can tell his heart is so big... The word is a better, gayer, awesomer place because of him!
This is a great place for a good meal and a drink. Cant wait for it to fully open again. The outside dining is great and lots of parking.
HORRIBLE food service. The wait staff couldn’t have been any more disrespectful! Will avoid in the future.
Very fun and chill vive. Yazul and Sean were very friendly and made our time there greatWill definitely come back
Bartender Rob is sooooooooo dreamy.😍😍😍😍😍😍
Cant wait to go there outside seating and have night out with the new restrictions on restaurant have great food, staff goes out of way the make your experience great.
If you got rid of the very unfriendly old servers and kept the friendly young servers (FOH) YOU would have a good pruned hedge... but otherwise, um , no thanks
Jay is an amazing bartender and is always welcoming to people. The place is laid back kind of a throw back place to just relax and have a drink
Nice bar with a great outdoor patio. Staff is extremely friendly and drinks are delicious!
Wednesday night trivia rocks. Drinks are pretty cheap and food is very tasty. Great spot
This place was nice! The drinks and food came super fast.Love it
Great atmosphere and service! The bar tenders were attentive and the drinks cold!
This place is suppose to be a hold over from the Chandler Inn crowd. This place sucks & blows just as the last bar. Just another pretentious wanna be hip gay establishment but it blows.
A DELIGHTFUL NEW ADDITION TO WASHINGTON STREET. THE BAR AREA IS SLEEK, AND THE WOOD FLOORS AND EXPOSED BRICK OF THE DINING ROOM GIVE IT A WAM, COZY ATMOSPHERE. BE SURE TO GET A TABLE ON THE PATIO IN THE SUMMER.
Very limited vegetarian options. Good luck if you are vegan.
Good place to go for brunch on Sundays. Haven’t been at night since b.c.
Great outdoor area for Sunday brunch. Mostly an older crowd
Wonderful place with the friendliest staff and great atmosphere
I heard it was closing soon? I say good riddance!
This place was great when it was Fritz. The food is not good.
Its so gay and that is not a bad thing. Younger and older group and that works with me.
Staff are greatFood goodI go back there again and again
Terrible service. Skip it. There’s better options in town.
A good place to kick back and relax. Naw mean dog?
The best spot gay bar in town!
Great Brunch Spot! Great service!
Worst service Ive ever had. Never again
Nice outdoors, mixed crowds.
Friendly bar. Good people.
Great spot 👏🔥💯👍
Fun place!
