My recent visit to Golden Finger Spa was truly a peaceful retreat. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the serene atmosphere and friendly staff. The massage experience was exceptional, tailored perfectly to my preferences without any fuss. The therapist skillfully relieved my tension and knots, leaving me feeling relaxed and refreshed. BTW noticed the facilities were very clean and well-maintained. Definitely will go back.
Very unprofessional, I’m more comfortable with a male as I’m a guy and online gives you the option great. But it’s not actually an option and only one women and after waiting an hour and walking I felt very uncomfortable and then just kicked out like oh well. And the whole vibe is off. Don’t go.
Great job! Very detailed massage by Sofia! Would recommend. Made sure I was comfortable and payed attention to detail.
Unfortunately, you get what you pay for (and even a little less, since they demand more tips). I didn’t make an appointment and just walked in, which was great. There was no wait. The deep tissue massage itself was kind of hard. It hurt a bit. It was $50 for 30 min, which is fine, until the end when they demand more tip. They wouldn’t take my card, and only let me venmo or zelle or use their sketchy ATM in the lobby. When I refused to pay cash, she said venmo or zelle only, then demanded more money than I venmoed. It was unprofessional of them to demand more tip and beyond rude. I will not be returning.
Staff here is friendly until it comes time to pay… I paid for three 1 hour massages for family members on Mother’s Day and gave almost 50% tip for each and the lady up front said it was not enough and that I should give $10 more . I found it strange and not appropriate but I did without questioning. I remembered I had one $5 off card coupon they gave me last time so I gave it to them and they accepted it with hesitation. I said it’s fine if i cant use it. It was only $5, no problem. Then minutes later while I waited for them to finish. Supervisor comes out to question the fact that I used one $5 coupon to which I said ok here’s the $5 and just know that I gave 50% tip and extra $10 because the lady up front asked. Once the supervisor realized what happened he came back out and offered three $5 off cards for next time. At this point I realized this would be my last time there so I refused them. I thought they were different here because it wasn’t my first time and previous times had positive experiences. Idk if there was miscommunication issues butI let it be known it was the last time I bring my business here. It seems to be a reoccurring theme at similar establishment to ask for more and more tip but questioning the one $5 off card that THEY gave me to use is ridiculous. There are many other establishments on Newbury st to check out, hopefully they treat customers better than here.
I had an hour massage which is $70 today, the massage was comfortable but when it came to pay, they asked to tip $20, which is not written on the price list or elsewhere. I feel a bit uncomfortable forcing customers to pay a certain amount of tip, please ask first before coming next time.
They stood at the door and we must pay them tips… I found it to be rude, our massages were very ruff and it was my husbands first massage and it didn’t leave a good impression on massages for him
I visited the spa in April because it was close to the office It was just so relaxing after 10 hours office work. Staffs were nice and pleasant and there was no communication issue. I will go back in my next business trip to Boston.
My friend and I booked a massage through Groupon. When we arrived we were told we had to have a shared room or wait 20 minutes for private rooms. We decided to use the shared room. 30 minutes into our 90-minute massage, the manager walked in and asked us to move to private rooms as a couple had arrived, which was so unprofessional. I said we didnt want to move but they insisted. They told us to wrap ourselves in the towel and go to the other rooms. They categorically told us that no one else was outside. Yet, as we went to the other rooms, there was a customer in the lobby who saw us. This was not only unprofessional but unsafe, embarrassing, and messed up. I couldnt stop tensing up after that, I was fuming. After the massage, I insisted on a refund because I was so upset about what happened. They apologized but also refused to admit that they did anything wrong because the customer who was in the lobby was a woman - which is not the point, they told us no one would be there. In the end, they said they couldnt refund us as we purchased through groupon. Instead, they gave us two 30-minute massages for free in the future. Which is useless, since we never want to go back there. I want a refund.
This was one of the best massages in Boston for a very fair price! I was able to relax and feel rejuvenated right after. The massage therapist used excellent pressure to work on all knots in my back. I am grateful 🙏. This is a rising business that deserves more attention!
Wife and I went for an hour massage and we loved it.We had the deep tissue massage, and we left very satisfied and more refreshed. The people who treated us were very professional and kind. You can always ask them to change the pressure to your liking. For us it was already perfect.
I work in a warehouse at night and do a lot of bending and lifting. I was able to easily make an appointment the same day and I dont regret it. I felt better immediately. I believe the masseuses name was Nina and she did a great job and was very friendly. I am so happy to be back!
Best massage!! I had a couple massage with my mom and we both loved it!! I had it from Linda and she was so good at it
I didn’t read through the comments prior to coming here. The place does not look like the review pictures at all. It seems like it’s a bunch of automatic bots. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Super unprofessional and sketchy place. The worst massage I’ve ever had. My body hurts even more after the massage. It was swollen after the massage. Don’t come here.
Really nice massage, I and my wife we enjoyed so much
My fiancé and I did a couples massage. The staff were extremely friendly, and it was very much worth the price!
The staff here was really rude/unprofessional to me. The actual massage was very uncomfortable and communicating was hard. They didn’t seem knowledgeable of any techniques at all. Not a comforting place. Go elsewhere.
Michael was great!! Fantastic service and massage
A wonderful salon to get massage by the golden fingers from Therapists and friendly receptionist.
This place is amazing!!! Excellent service…the atmosphere and decor had me very relaxed…
Amazing work!
The best
👍🏼
Very professional.
Very very good! Amazing. People are very friendly and lovely. Clean space and excellent experience
Aunties are super friendly and so so comfy!
Its a very good massage place. The techniques are professional, the service is very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The location is also very good. If you are tired from shopping, going to this store for a massage is a good choice👍
Relaxing massage but be careful it smells a bit like a scam and not necessarily very friendly. The rooms are tiny. Attractive prices
Very good! Who knows? He massaged me for an hour and made me feel so comfortable! 🥰I found a very comfortable place in Boston. I’m so touched. Wow!
Auntie is very patient and takes good care of my needs. The massage is very comfortable!
