Best day spa by far. Nikki, in the med spa is fantastic! Incredibly knowledgeable! Takes the time to really understand what results you are looking for! Had 2 consult appointments today for permanent make-up. Gloria was professional & explained her art process well. Anastasia is also very professional, detailed & explained everything. They both took their time & answered various questions. While waiting, I enjoyed the massage chairs & sipped on a cup of tea. Everyone I encountered was polite.I look forward to visiting them again soon!

I was very impressed with the knowledge andAbility my massage therapist Shelley provided. I am recovering from surgery and have scar tissue that causes me pain. She helped relieve the pain and issues in my muscles . So thankful and grateful for her years of expertise and dedication to seeing improvement for her clients.

I had permanent eyeliner done by Gloria today at the UTC location and she was amazing talked me through the whole process told me what to expect answered all of my questions and did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend her to anybody that wants this done or needs a retouch.

July 8, 2024You know that neck ache you get from looking down at your iPhone too long? I finally decided to get rid of it and booked a massage with Karly at Sirius Day Spa. I am so glad I did! No more neck pain, I feel like I’m floating. Thank you, Sirius Day Spa for finding Karly.April 23, 2024I just had the best facial of my life today at Sirius Day Spa. Karly is amazing at knowing exactly what my skin needs. Karly gave me a wonderful hydrating facial that left my skin feeling smooth and plumped. The Image skin products (chock full of antioxidants) felt cool on my skin and smelled like fresh fruit. I wanted to buy them all but I’ll settle for the super light sunscreen. Who needs makeup?! Thank you, Karly! You are the best.2023My nails have never been healthier since meeting Kim at Sirius Day Spa for mani pedis. She uses only vegan friendly, toxin free products. My nails are beautiful WITHOUT polish now but I can’t resist the amazing colors she has available. I feel so pampered when I see Kim; the best treat I can think of for visitors from snow country is a mani pedi. My brother and sister rave about Kim too and are trying to find someone in Chicago area like her but Kim is one in a billion.

BUYER BEWARE: Due to serious family emergencies over the course of a few months, I had to cancel appts. Most cancellations were done with days notice. However my last scheduled appointment was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice because I had a highly contagious stomach virus. They then proceeded to charge me FULL PAYMENT-$800!!!!!! for services Not Rendered. Once I had recovered I spoke with employees to explain the circumstances and they stated they would speak with the owner. After the owner was told I had to cancel due to being the caretaker of parents having serious health issues and having a contagious sickness, she still refused to refund me my money. It is two weeks before Christmas. I find this deplorable. I hope this post sheds clarity on what this “business” prioritizes. Certainly not health and wellness.UPDATE: Business stated they will give me full refund after, and only after, I take my review down.

Had a massage and facial recently with Karly and it was simply the best!! She pays attention to detail and I told her my problem areas with my massage and she helped my back soooo much and with my facial!!! Omgggg my face feels baby soft!! She’s thheeee best!! Highly highly recommend requesting Karly for all your services!!

Kimberly is a fantastic nail tech-personable and very knowledgeable-with excellent ideas! Allison, who works with me on med treatments, is excellent and very caring-she always goes the extra mile! The receptionists are so friendly and work hard to accommodate scheduling. I highly recommend Sirius!

I found Sirius Day Spa via google search. Staff was very friendly and helpful during my appointment. Pricing seemed within the market. I look for the professionalism and accountability. Both exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend to others.

Tommy is the most amazing massage therapist I’ve have ever had. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and super sweet. Being a young female, I usually don’t prefer a male massage therapist. My own mother sent me to him. He is incredibly kind, and I felt more than comfortable with him. I work out regularly and had a lot of knots and tightness. He is the only person who has ever been able to give me exactly what I asked for. Please.. if you have bad knots and tightness, ESPECIALLY from sports or any type of strength training… trust me and go see him.

Shelly B is an Amazing Masseuse! I have a sciatic nerve problem which has dramatically impacted my quality of life. My wife suggested I go to Sirius and see if a Massage would help. Shelly made me feel super comfortable on my first visit and said that she could help. How true she was! After the first visit I felt like the pain was nearly gone. I held off on working on my old truck for months because of all the pain I had in my leg. This past week, thanks to Shelly’s massages, I was finally able to work on my truck again. My quality of life has significantly improved, and I am super grateful to Shelly. My advice for those dealing with a Sciatic issue, see Shelly B. She is a life saver!

I moved to FL 6 months ago and have been searching for someone who would take the time to listen to what I want, understand and be able to cut and color my hair like I want. After visiting a few salons only to be disappointed, I finally found a salon I am comfortable with. From the minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed. The waiting area is spectacular. So much so, you dont mind if you have to wait. I did not have to wait very long at all. I had my lashes and eyebrows treated and my hair colored and cut. It was all very professional.Dawn cut my hair and I asked for a different kind of color treatment. She understood what I was asking for and was able to do it. She also offered alternatives which I appreciated. I love my color and the cut. I will definitely be returning.

Tiyanne was amazing! Best massage I’ve had in a very long time! It was very relaxing but also worked out a lot of my sore spots. The location is very clean and staff is very friendly! I was also pleased with the 15% off discount I received for being a first time guest. I will definitely be back to see her!

What a wonderful experience! It was my first visit and I found the spa to be tastefully decorated. I started with an amazing facial with Arline. She is very thorough and uses only the best products. My skin is so smooth and feels completely rejuvenated. My wife joined me as a new member. Im not a massage expert having had only a handful in my lifetime but after this experience I want to find a way to fit it into my routine. They helped loosen knots I didnt think were possible to move. She applied just the right amount of pressure and I left feeling like a new woman. I highly recommend Sirius Day Spa

Amazing experience! Carly was my massage therapist and loved that she listened to my needs and gave me the most serene wrap, massage, and facial. The products she used all smelled so incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I actually fell asleep a few times. I dont ever do that. Make sure to get there early to use the serenity room that has massage chairs and self guided meditation. Definitely will be back.

Wow! I had a massage with Shelly today and it was by far the best massage Ive ever had. She truly focused on my issues and knew precisely how to address them. Ive finally found someone I want to make regular appointments with. Shes also sweet as can be!

Paula is a master colorist and a true artist when styling hair.

Hassle to get a simple gift card via the on-line portal, should have taken notice then. However, the manager apologized for the NO CALL BACK after numerous attempts, as some of the staff was new. Here we are in February 2023, two calls made for facials with again NO CALL BACK. I have demanded a refund and plan to go elsewhere. If you are ill equipped to handle the business, then post a disclaimer or notice that you are unable to take on new clients. Not returning calls is the worst kind of business and I know we are all fighting for good help, but 3 months, COME ON!REVISED: As you can see by their response, they dont even pay attention to content. Needless to say, I received a call, which means they do have me on record and they are giving me a credit back on my credit card. Happy that they did the right thing, but I would not recommend them to anyone.

Satisfying all my spa needs . Hair, nails, lashes, massage, product, plus. Everyone I have met who works here is pleasant, helpful and good at what they do. I have a monthly membership, so when I cant come in for a while the amount is banked. I find it easier on my pocket to pay monthly.

Truly the best spa experience I’ve ever had. Definitely make time for the serenity lounge either before or after. I had 2 services. The mud wrap with Arline and a massage with Tommy. I walked out of their completely relaxed. Merle at the front desk was super friendly and made sure I knew how to take advantage of the Serenity room and what I could expect during my visit. Definitely 2 thumbs up!

UPDATE - 06 29 20 - The owner contacted me and scheduled appointments. The spa is very nice. All employees went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. My massage therapist was great and I really really enjoyed the lady who did my mani-pedi. I definitely recommend Sirius Day Spa.Trying to schedule new customer appointments for me and my sister was a disaster. After being placed on hold we were asked if the girl could call us back. We got a call back and were told scheduling two people for two services is too complicated and someone would call us to schedule. We got a call from another employee who was also not much help. We decided to give up on Sirius. TOO MUCH TROUBLE!

I received a gel mani from Kimberly and a pedi with dazzle dry. Both turned out beautifully. It has been a longggg time since I have received such a nice gel manicure. She is meticulous and took her time. She also recommended a new product for dry skin that I have been using for the last three days and really like! Friendly and easy to talk to! I will definitely be going back to her.

If a deep tissue massage is what you really do want then I suggest going to see Tommy!!! I am a petite build, middle aged woman going through spinal issues and I needed a good massage to break down my knots and inflammation build ups. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Tommy said he has 25 years of experience and simply did not disappoint.

I’m beyond impressed with this spa. I love the massage chairs in the waiting area. I have to say, this was my first time getting dysport as a man and I was concerned I would look frozen or feminine, but Alison took time to answer all of my questions. I am happy to report that my face still moves, lol, but my forehead lines look a lot better.

The experience I had at Sirius Day spa was fantastic. The front desk people made you feel so welcome. The new location at UTC is so beautiful and you feel at peace the minute you walk in the door. This spa is so beautiful! This truly is a one stop shop. From hair to nails to massages to non surgical face lifts. No need to run all over town for all your services. Had an amazing massage from Ty and oh the Serenity Lounge you can use before and after your treatments. Cant wait to go back.

Tommy is the BEST deep tissue massage that I have ever had. If you have a trouble area, he’ll find it. He finds places on your body you didnt even realize were contributing to your problem areas. Get ready to hold those ‘oh shit’ handles because he will hurt so good. And also you can tell him how tough or gentle you want him to be. He’ll ease up if its too much, but for those of us who like a good beating to break up those deep knots, Tommy is your guy. Super professional and just a fanatic massage therapist for the all around massage. I fall asleep every time.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have never had such a negative, upsetting experience in my life. Somehow, Karrie D believes that MY health and mental comfort zone about COVID is a political issue. May I remind her that she is a service provider? I scheduled three services at Sirius and was assured that all protocols would be followed at client request, although most service providers wore masks on their own. I asked TWICE (once upon scheduling and once upon arrival) for my service providers to wear a mask, yet Karrie D walked in the treatment room without one. I was scheduled for a facial, a process by which the esthetician leans over your face, and you basically breathe her exhaled air for one hour. I offered Karrie D two different types of masks that I brought with me, and she declined them. She went to her car with an attitude to see if she had one of her own, probably previously used, and came back with a loose one barely covering her nose, saying she was vaccinated anyway. When I tried to explain why a mask was important to me, she cut me off rudely after five words and said sharply, Im not going to get political with you. Do you want a facial or not? No, I do not want a facial or any other service from such a rude person. And MY health is not a political issue. It is a PERSONAL preference that should be accommodated since I am paying for a service. I was not preaching or asking her to change her beliefs. I was courteous and respectful. I was simply asking her to accommodate my personal needs. My needs, not hers. I would expect that any establishment claiming to promote peace, serenity, physical and mental well being as their goal would realize that in order to collect a fee they need to accommodate the stress we are all feeling in this pandemic, and understand that some of us are feeling vulnerable for varying reasons. Instead of being treated with the same respect and courtesy I offered her, I was still hearing Karrie Ds disrespectful comments as I went out the door. It should be noted that I did not see a single other patron in the spa at the time, and the receptionist had told me that Karrie D had no other appointments after mine. I wonder why?

I came in with a HORRIBLE migraine. Sirius got me in right away with William and I’m so glad they did! He is AMAZING he focused on my neck shoulders and back, he also did pressure points and stretched my neck! After the massage was over he explained stretches i need to do at home and got rid of my migraine! I’m beyond thankful and William is my go to man here on out!!!!

Mike D. is the best. As a dentist my neck, back, wrists, hands (everything!) can take a on a lot of stress. Mike D is super amazing, I don’t think I could do my job without him! His background treating athletes really shows through in his massage. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very good at identifying areas of concern.

Not only were the services excellent and relaxing but the staff was amazing as well. The serenity lounge is a great bonus perk while waiting for services. The facial and mani/pedi my daughter and her friend received were beyond their expectations! We loved it so much - we booked a return trip!

Very seldom do I post a bad review, I’m adding another star just cause the front desk was kind and ran back in forth between rooms to speak to us on behalf of the owner, which was silly of the owner but admirable for the front desk.We got there with a voucher from a third party, and fair enough to say that Sirius does not book through third parties, my membership with Marriot Bonovoy is sorting that out as it listed the spa for third party booking. What I am reviewing though is the lack of care about the issue owner seemed to give.I’m from out of town with my newlywed wife on our Honeymoon. We want to relax, have a stress free time, and Sirius owner did not even seem to have cared. We would have paid the extra fee to get the massages but the owner didn’t even show hospitality or initiative to want to care for our issue or any desire to want to help us come to a happy medium.This could have been a one time event and the owner not feeling well today, but it’s our honeymoon; if no sense of care was given to an issue for us. I worry how an everyday issue would have been dealt with.

Siriusly......I love Sirius! :) I have been to BOTH Sirius locations (LWR and UTC). I have been blown away by the services! I have had massages and teeth whitening. From check-in to check-out, the staff is kind, attentive and they truly care about your experience. You cannot beat the member pricing either. The serenity lounge is my jam! I love being able to pop in when I need a quick break.

I’m posting for my husband. He got his teeth whitened when he got home he felt that they were no wider than before he went in. I told him to Contact the spa and let them know. When he contacted the spa they said he had to come in within 48 hours to complain and it was four days later. Normally when you get your teeth whitened they compare the color or your teeth to a sample and show you how much they were whitened. I guess they do not do that there.I’m very surprised that a new spa would not stand behind their product or their services.

The of all spas! I love waking up and seeing a Sirius Day Spa appointment on my calendar. Tatiana keeps my hair fabulous. Keelie gives a perfectly relaxing mani-pedi. Karen - the owner - is one of the sweetest ladies that I know - always with a smile and a kind word. This is my favorite “pamper me” place EVER!

Andrea is a wonderful masseuse. Her deep tissue massage feels awesome, and the next day I feel so much better and lighter.

Let me tell you I have lived here for three years and have not found a day spa yet that is to my liking but when I came to this one I was blown away with the service and beautiful immaculate facility. Thank you so much to all of the ladies especially Arline for the best facial ever had. I look forward to coming back to do my teeth whitening With her next week
