I am a local, so I know the scene around West Bradenton.This shop has a large selection of pipes, incense, and even butane.The prices are low…My two favorites:1) These guys are no non-senseThey get you what you need, no snake oil sales men here.2) Most everything is marked for price so you can be confident about how much your purchase will cost.

Terrible customer service! This store does not stand behind their product.I had an issue with a pipe that was less than 3 weeks old and they would not do a thing about it. I was told I would have to contact the manufacturer directly. I have never EVER been told that I can’t return or exchange anything when there is a problem within 30 days. Shameful!!I come back to Florida every year and have been frequenting this shop for several years. This loyal customer will not be returning to this shop again.

Ive been getting supplied from them & the sister store, located at the Marathon gas station for several years. Felt compelled to leave a review because the have consistently gone out of their way to be helpful & never felt rushed. Always steering me to the right merch & always throwing in little extras to seal the deal! I see other bad reviews but Ive never witnessed it?

Don’t go here!!! ESPECIALLY if you’re a tourist on vacation m! Went in the get a vape. Accidentally left one of my personal belongings on the counter. When I realized and went back to the store the only guy there tried to lie to me and say “no I haven’t seen your stuff. I’ve had 4 customers here after you” it wasn’t until I requested to see the cameras he came clean and handed me my stuff back from behind the counter. Go here at your own risk and be very careful because clearly these people are thieves!!!

Huge array of kits, hardware, juices and so much more here. The gentleman who works here is very polite and pleasant. The prices are competitive with other brick and mortar store. Its definitely worth checking out!

Super friendly staff, they always help me when I come in. The establishment is super clean and they have a huge variety of items! The times I have had an issue, I come right in and they help. I don’t go to any other smoke shop, thanks for your awesome service!

Getting better about keeping what I use in stock. So I will keep going provided they keep my stuff in stock....

Dude wants to do you dirty. He takes 3 coils out of a package labeled $19.99 for 5, puts them in his dirty hands then I ask how much and he says $18. @ $20 for 5 3 ought to be $12. But whatever, its not the whole package so maybe thats a price only for 5 units and somehow buying 3 they jump up in value by 33%, but after handling them a bunch I have him a 20 and instead of $2 change Im handed .75c and of course no receipt cause this dudes changing the prices in an instant. That type of practice means lost business in my book, Ill go get coils and supplies juice, etc somewhere else.

Proprietor was extremely helpful and nice. He explained to me why he didnt carry my usual percentage. Very large and expansive selection, but didnt have many dessert like flavors.I would go again.

Ive been here a handful of times. THey have the widest selection of E-Juice and half decent prices. As soon as you walk in you get the death stare from the only employee that works there. He has a huge attitude and kept sniffling his nose like he just did a fat line before I walked in there. He didnt look sick, as I was walking around the store looking at all the E-liquid flavors he followed me in there and kept coughing like for me to hurry up. They dont have a single sample section like MOST heads hops. The only reason I even went there was for the juice but since I found out about other smoke shops that actually let you sample flavors before spending $27.99 on a bottle without tasting it. An item can be $49.99 on every website and they are in there selling it for $89.99 and when I ask if there is any wiggle room. They tell me to just buy it off line. YOU DONT GET ANY WELCOMING FEELING IN THIS PLACE AT All. Ive talked to my friends and they all feel the same way about it. I belive the guys name is John. Hes the reason why me and all my friends go to Vapor Depot or just buy it online than rather deal with a sniffling, attitude when I walk through the door.

This guy is really nice and helpful. This store is full of many different products, juices, coils, CBD, Delta, pipes, etc. There are even $1 small bottles of vape juice in a multitude of flavors for extra emergency refills.

I’ve been patronizing 941 for a few years now and have always had a great experience. I asked if he could get a flavor that I liked and he ordered it for me!! Thank you 941 Vapes for great customer service!!

BE AWARE YOU MUST CHECK THE BOTTLES OF E JUICE, OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT CAN EXPIRE! I GOT HOME OPENED MY BOTTLE, IT TASTED WEIRD, CHECKED THE DATE. JUNE 7TH 2019. THE MAN WOULDNT HONOR HIS EXPIRED LIQUID NICOTINE. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. THEY LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER!

Twice Ive bought a puff bar and after just a few hits it was empty. I went back to exchange it and they denied me even though Ive regularly gone there. I wont be going anymore. If they sell a faulty product you are on your own. They dont care about the customer..

I only go to this vape store and I live on the other side of the county. They have the best prices and variety. I also have received excellent customer services each visit. (Which is nearly three times a week). I definitely recommend it to my friends. Thanks for great service!

Almost overwhelming selection of vape and Mmj utensils !! Purchased several items staff was helpful in making my selections..no other store in manatee/sarasota has quite the selection/inventory as this one !

Within a minute of walking in the door, I was asked twice do you need anything to which I responded just looking right now. I was the only customer there and only 1 employee working. Hadnt been to a smoke shop in quite a while, so I wanted to look around at the selection and check the prices, quite possibly leaving with something. The whole 10 mins I was there the guy working had an attitude like he couldnt believe I was in there bothering him. He kept snorting like he had a runny nose, or was trying to clear the line he did right before I walked in, and he didnt appear to be sick. When I made my way to the area of the shop where all the glass pieces were (and where he was when I walked in) he went clear to the other side of the store. When I asked the price of one piece he told me either $44.99 or $49.99 and didnt even want to bother walking over to see which piece I was asking about. When he did finally come over, turns out the piece was $19.99. I wasnt happy with his attitude the entire time, but for the price, I really liked the piece and was going to buy it. Then when I asked prices on accessories to the piece (which should have come with it in the first place) he gave me different prices, going up each time, and with each price being more than the pipe itself. Between the attitude and the price that kept going up(like he was trying to pocket some extra) Id had enough and decided for the $80 it would have cost to get the $20 pipe with appropriate accessories, I was better off going to a friendlier establishment and getting a much nicer piece. All in all, I wouldnt suggest anyone go here. While they do have a wide variety, and some very nice pieces, you will get unwanted attitude and varying prices. Go somewhere else that will treat you like a customer rather than a hindrance, and knows the prices of what theyre selling(and doesnt go up twice in 30 seconds).

Walked in looking around the guy looked high as a kite followed us around like we were going to steal something and when asked to look at an acrylic tank for a smok baby prince he handed me a blue one I asked to see the pink one and said “bro I don’t have all day and was very rude”. So at first lived the place because they have a lot of stuff but to be brutally honest is way marked up 30 plus dollars on most mods and tank. I gave 1 star because I had to. Very angry leaving there do to the guys attitude forwards me.

Not great expectations.... I may seem Petty but fair is fair... I purchased a calipod and for $7.99 got home unwrapped and did not understand why I was getting no smoke... feeling dumb I returned to the store to inquire on the procedure to operate open an drag feeling belittled I explained in has never worked and Id like to exchange...all sales final no exchange or refunds I get that Im sure theres people who smoke them and try to return or exchange. But when I asked if I purchase another one and if it dont work would he refund my money for both products... He than refused and tried to upsell me to a more expensive one.... Upon further investigation I found that some of these vap shops were credited for faulty pens .... Not sure of thats the case here... I feel he had some knowledge of these pods being defective or he would have had no problem refunding both if the second didnt work... Be cautious and they should tell you upon purchase to open an try on site .

This place is the worst!! Wanna pay way to much for something that will break on you with in the first 30 minutes??! Then this is the shop for you! :( They sell super thin terrible glass. Their customer service is the worst, save your self two trips, and just avoid this place. :((

Since ownership, a so called adult will not take accountabilty the proper authorities in regards to all of these matters will be contacted. In case you were not aware to call me an anti gay slur is not only absurd but also illegal. I wish you the best and pray you can work through your giant issues. I will be steadfast in continuing my efforts. I do not understand how someone with these criminal intentions could further demean a former customer who still did nothing wrong. Kratom is legal and I use it for extreme pain in my knees as a safe alternative to opiate medications. Once again owner, now Im sure you will make fun of me for having physical challenges. Boycott 941. NOTE: this swindler still avoids answering to his heinous behavior. Theft, overcharging, inferior products, and homophobic rants. Other reviews coincide with many of my complaints. Lock him up and boycott him and his criminal behavior. The same behavior is carried out at his marathon gas station on the corner of Cortez and 59th. When an owner responds to a negative review with misinformation they look incredibly sociopathic. So, please respond it only helps the boycott.

I would not go to this vape store, they sold me 2 devices that didnt work and wouldnt give me my money back when I was unsatisfied that the equipment did not work properly. I wouldnt recommend this store to anybody. Horrible customer service and there devices and brands are FAKE ! PLEASE DONT GO HERE. ITS A BIG SCAM

Went there for liquid and the guy was just trying to sell me all this product. Will not go back. The only reason I went there was because my regular vape shop is closed on Sundays.To top it all off he didn’t even give me the right liquid. Very disappointed. Go to blue vapor they are the best!

Decent selection and prices for a shop. The one guy who works (owner?) there is very pushy and doesnt really know much about the products.

This place sells vape supplies AND glass pipes and hookahs and everything you can think of. I bought a G Pen Connect and he was very helpful in finding an adapter for my glass pipe.

Vape product made me sick. I should have known better when I asked the man to identify the product he sold me, he said it is what I say it is and when I asked him to identify the flavor on the home made bottle, he just stared at me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! BAD PEOPLE!

I like the place very clean they have almost everything you need but they dont like to reimburse you on vapor batteries we have the ore opponents that goes to your kit which they should replace it charge free just bought mine and they would not work with me had my receipt didnt have it for more than 24 hours had to buy the parts that I need the glass was cracked if its in a sealed box but I had to buy the part that I needed that was broken when I bought it but other than that the manager is great other than that one problem I like to place but they definitely need to work on that
