I purchased a 510 battery the other day. The battery was double the cost that I normally pay and doesnt last - I have to continuously charge it. A good comparison would be a bic lighter as compared to a cheapo 25 cent lighter - except in this case the cheap product is double the cost - almost 25 dollars. The selection is also abysmal, there are lots of other stores in the immediate area with quadruple the selection so this plus the obviously poor quality control makes this a place that you should just skip.

Ryan is great. Very clean place. Highly knowledgeable staff, friendly service, great selection, reasonable prices.Update: Steven is there now and is doing an excellent job. This place has been my go to neighborhood vape stop for a year now.

I will start with the positive, the owner is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Their prices are a tad bit higher than some other places but I was ok with that because it is so close to my house. However, pretty much anything that I have ever purchased at this store broke or stopped working not long after I bought it. I paid over 100.00 for a mod and it stopped working within a month. I took it back to the shop and was told it could only be fixed by the manufacture. Then a while later I bought an e cig battery pen. It also stopped working not long after it was purchased. Then, my boyfriend went in there much to my dismay and bought some pods for my juul and at least 2 of the 4 of them leaked. I will never shop there again.

Went to buy a vape pen, had issues within the first week brought it back , they gave me the nova-2. Which didnt have a warranty like the one I originally paid for, and two weeks later having issues with that one went to Great vape 💯times better and had better prices. Feel like I got ripped off never going back!

This place may not always have everything you need, but they will help you the most they can with a very kind attitude and direct you to one of the relatively close shops with a bigger supply. Absolutely love the people at these stores

First off, let me say, this will Always be my go to shop. Awesome service, and Steven, the manager, is always ready and willing to help. As for Michelle, leaving the 2 star review, because of some faulty products, you seem to be an entitled child. You act as if these stores make the products themselves, and sell you faulty products on purpose. All it takes is a quick Google search to find a company, and make a warranty claim. Dont go bashing a business for your personal issues, and bad luck . As for Alexis Haradek with the 1 star review, Ive been a smok product user for years, and they have an amazing warranty program, actually. Maybe use Google, and that thing you think with, in your skull, and you could easily have a Novo replaced, under warranty. Sorry for the rant people, but got to defend my favorite vape shop.

Superior customer service. I vaped for years and learned so much! No rush no pressure family owned/ operated. The selection is not the biggest but it is quality and has the big names (voopoo, smok-teck, naked, gush, keep)They took the time to answer questions and ask questions to be sure I was satisfied, even responded to a question asked on Google. Due to aforementioned reasons this place is one of three best retail experiences I had in my life...I dont say that lightly look at my other posts. Like if it helped

This place is awesome... tons e-liquid to pick from, e-cig devices, coils, tanks and RDAs. Take your pick but please go take a look. The staff is also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Very comfortable and clean environment with a home like feel.👍👍

Extremely professional and the customer service is top notch, Steven the cashier has been extremely kind and helped me find everything I needed.10/10 I would recommend this shop to old and new smokers.
