This is a good shop, they are friendly and help you out as soon as you walk in the door. They help one find the product that your looking for and are very knowledgeable, and the incense at the front door are a good deal and smell great, that is why I return to this shop that is in the next county from my house.

UPDATE: the manager contacted me, and we got it all sorted out! I was very happy with the customer service of most everybody in there. We even spent more money while we were there fixing the mishap 😅 i guess Ill be back, because they really are an exemplary store once you remove that one person who was being a bit much... Very happy with how it was handled!I bought a VERY expensive piece yesterday, and it broke same day. Couldnt call the store because they were closed so i called today to see if anything could be done and she said there wasnt anything she could do. Personally I think its bunk to sell an expensive product and not even offer something in return when it breaks the very same day. I personally will not be returning.

If you like getting ripped off, stop by this store. The have old vapes and stale products that they love to sell to their customers. If you buy a defective product you will be entitled to a 5% discount on your next purchase of old and stale product. That’s just awesome! I love getting ripped hard.

I noticed they sell Kratom, so I checked it out. Its a bit pricey compared to what I usually pay for it, but it is very good quality in comparison also. Like paying more for premium product. The guy I talked to was friendly and new his stuff. I will definately be back.

I was paying one price for a certain item and then come in couple months later to find out feom someone who has been there for 2 years supposedly that the item Ive been purchasing has been same price since she has been there. If thats the case then I will get an investigation going and pull up all my old receipts and this company will owe me all the extra money that Ive been paying. As a business owner, if you teach your employees all the same thing and they dont change prices on their own or give false information then you wouldnt lose valuable customers that spend lots of money

Heyyyy just letting yall know, this place is having a raffle where theyre giving away a high end piece once a week, as long as you purchase something. I think ANYTHING. I could be wrong, but go on and check it out though. I won a nice moderately sized water piece this past Monday basically due to the fact I buy my e cigs here.

I bought a fume vape & it went out the next day, I called to tell them about it & guy was like oh yeah we only can give you a discount of your next purchase. & he also acknowledged that this brand goes out quickly like why sell products that you know are no good! & This place is the only place I ever had this experience with! All others I spent money with that had this brand never an issue!

I wouldnt recommend this store. If you buy a vape device expensive or not even if youve only had it a few days and it doesnt work they will do nothing about it to help you. I was first told I needed a receipt, problem with that is they didnt give me one. Ive been going there for a long time and I have spent a lot of money there. You would think that theyd take care of a loyal customer but that didnt happen. If youre willing to gamble your money on something that might not work thats your choice but I dont have money to throw away like that.

This is the best vape shop in Bradenton. They have the best selection and carry the best brands that last. The new elf bar bc50000 ultra is really good and now has a mesh coil. Elf bar is the brand I recommend and have had the best luck with. You can recharge them and have had a few of them last up to 2 weeks and no less than a week for around 25 bucks. For me and my wife this is the best deal yet.

It’s ‘Naima here (نعيمة)! This is the best smoke shop in this town! Omar and Jazmin took care of me. Super helpful, kind-hearted, and knowledgeable individuals who provided me with the right information. Great shop with a lot of variety in good quality glass, the best glass brands that have good quality long-lasting glass. Aside from the glass they have all kinds of new and innovative electronic devices and can help you find what you need!! Aside from the quality, the customer service was superb! Omar greeted me and explained all the different kinds of pieces available, amazing sales person without being pushy or making you feel like you have to purchase what’s recommended. There is NO pressure and it’s a very chill environment. I just wanted to hang with them lol because they were so nice, fun, and helpful! Jazmin, one of the girls (idk if it’s Jazmine with an “e” at the end, my apologies), was also super helpful, sweet, and understanding in case of any issues. They took great care of me both times I’ve been and I have tried other smoke shops where it’s a whole bunch of middle-aged grumpy men who barely let you look around and just want you TO BUY STUFF🤦🏻‍♀️😒. Asked women at front counter for a delta 8 cart and a pen. I walk out front door to test it, walk back in tell her it doesn’t work and she refuses to exchange it because “they don’t take refunds”. I didn’t ask for a refund. She then offers me the same product for a 10-15% discount and said I had to give the other pen back. Obviously I questioned her saying, “I was in here 10 seconds ago and you recommended this to me.” She doesn’t get paid enough to care lol. Their prices are cheap because they are cheap. Just drive another half mile to somewhere where you won’t get scammed.

Time that I have bought a vape and brand new batteries spending over $150 each time both times now I’ve had the vapes less than a week this one in particular for two days and my batteries don’t work. I am told that I am not able to get any kind of an exchange or refund, that’s totally unacceptable. I will make sure that I let everybody know that this is not the place to go.

The only thing that’s keeping this place from getting five stars is an employee. The guy that runs the place is phenomenal but there’s another guy in there that is not very helpful and almost makes you feel like you’re a nuisance to him. I thought it was just maybe a bad day but the second time I went in there he practically gave up on helping me find the coil I needed and left the new girl to fend for herself with me so I just basically did the best I could to help her out it was very awkward. However all the other times I’ve been in there and the owners been there he’s helped me in every way possible so I’m not gonna take away more than one star I just hope that he lets this guy go before he has too much of an effect on the store.

I enjoy delta 8 edibles and vapes. I shop around alot in search of best deals ofcourseIve been to this shop twice now and will probably go again as the prices and selection are fantastic.I will say tho, I appreciate consistency and the first day I entered store I was directed to my interest and informed of pricing. I dropped a hundred dollars.The 2nd time I go its a different person so I ask about pricing. This time no deal so I inquired of it and was told that I could but didnt when cashed out?No real biggie but makes me hesitant to deal with the employee I encountered on my 2nd visit. I will return tho as 3rd times a charm.

I went there June 21st 2021 around 9:30pm before going to my job. I bought to disposable vapes and tried them in the shop. One was fine, the other however was not. I had told the long hair employee guy and a shoulder shrug, he couldve swap it for another one or something. I got screwed out of my money. All the while there were 2 customers reaching over/ behind the counter grabbing stuff. The employee didnt even acknowledge them. If I could give no stars I would. I was very upset with how the employee behaved.

All the employees offer Great friendly service and are very knowledgeable about all the products they carry. Their shop is very clean and has been redone on the inside which makes it a lot easier to find what you are looking for or to just see what all they have to offer. All around a good place to shop for all your smoking products and everything thing else they have for all your different needs.

Lia and andrea are super awesome and taught me a ton. I walked in and really didnt have to say anything and they knew what i wanted. And if that wasnt good enough, i got a discount. Its a discount heaven.

When it comes to race it hard to be the opposite and think you fit in I was the only black person working there then got fired after getting called a Pu**y and getting cussed out and yelled at by my own coworker and I didn’t do anything back to him but I got fired.

Cool shop, but I bought a disposable that’s supposed to work for 3 days like the guy said and I got 2 hours out of it. Hit horribly when I opened it and he said “it just takes a little” and now I can’t exchange it “because it’s the posted rule” Again, cool shop, but they will never get my business again.

This account is under my girlfriends name because I had numerous complications writing a review under my name (Gage) and still felt the need to share the experience I had with this business. Allow me to begin by saying this place has not only earned my business, but also my trust. When I arrived I was greeted by Malik. I had only switched to vaping shortly before this visit so I had many questions. Malik was not only knowledgeable, but also clearly interested in my best interest as a consumer given the fact that he thought one of the cheapest devices in the store would be best suitable for me. I took his advice and currently could not be happier. Then, I moved onto which liquid I would like to purchase. I picked fruity pebbles with the sole intent of taking it home and hoping for the best since I had never tried it before. Malik insisted on opening the new bottle and letting me try it before I left the store. So I accepted. Turned out it wasn’t my favorite. I told Malik I would be happy to buy it but I liked the previous one I had better. Malik insisted on me trying other liquids until I found one I absolutely loved, and his next recommendation was a success! I am confident so say that after this experience I will never spend another dollar with anyone else is regards to e cigarettes of anything vape related. I strongly encourage anyone who is a consumer in the realm to give them a shot, you will not be disappointed!
