Stopped in on a last minute. Told Bob (New Owner) that I was looking for a new Mod, tired of the disposable vapes and he was extremely helpful, Picking out products, and professional. I will most definitely be back for more juice. Come check his shop out.

Ive stopped in a few times and every time its a pleasant experience. Staff is very friendly and informative. A lot of times when I stop into a vape shop o feel rushed and I dont get that here with these guys. Great selection of juice tanks mods whatever you desire and everything is very reasonably priced and every time Ive been there (maybe 3) they always have a sale or deal! All around awesome I highly recommend them.

They wont make it right if they sell you a defective product, even if they are already aware the product is defective, they wont even warn you that the product is defective. I called Chris back less than 24 hours of him selling me a dud, in his words. He refused to return or at least credit me back for the coil he THINKS may be the problem do I can purchase at another store. Didnt budge to compromise at all. Highly disappointed. Ive been here a few times but wont be going back. Ill be disputing the charge bank since thats the only other solution to get my money back.

Horrible place I spent 52.00 dollars on vape juice there one was good but the other which was recommended by an employee turned out to be awful. So my wife called to let them know and ask if she could get a refund or exchange for another they said we would have to talk to manager. The great thing about that is manager only works 2 days a week must be nice by the way. So she finally went into the store to talk to manager and have them call her. So manager says no exchange but they could give us 15 % off next purchase. So she asked them to taste it some douchbag that works there put it on his hand and licked it and says taste fine to me. Will never go back and I know a lot of people that won’t be spending money there anymore because of this so you not giving me my 25.00 dollars back just cost you thousands have a great day.

Awful service, the employer didnt know which coils I needed and sold ne the wrong coils. Then followed up that statement with he could not do a return. I was given the number for the manager and contacted her and now have to wait over 2 days to get a return due to a uneducated employee. I dont recommend this store and will not be returning aside to aquire my refund. Do yourself a favor and go to Altsmoke.

To the big guy with the tattoos that works there. You gave me the worst customer service ive ever experienced in my life. First thing to come out of his mouth was can I see your ID not a hi hello or welcome. I even heard him say to another customer YouTube is your best friend. I basically bought my product blind. I dont know anything about it or how it works. I spent over $150 and had to go somewhere else to ask questions about it. Ive never wrote a review about any company but this one needed it because of him

Staff is extremely knowledgeable. Puts the customer first over the sale every time. Listens to what youre saying and makes sure you leave with something that best fits your needs.

Says they’re open until 8 but closed when I went there at 7.

This store is awesome. Chad has answered all my questions. I have been shopping there since they have opened,and been smoke free ever since. You want to start vaping but unsure so stop, IN and they will answer all your questions. Good place to hang out. Keep up the great work.

This place has really gone downhill. It has very quickly become a head shop. Glass bongs everywhere, rolling papers, and very little vape liquid available. I’d bypass unless weed is your thing and you needed supplies. Sad.

Ive been coming to this shop for some time now, I must say that the staff is always very friendly and helpful! The prices are nice as well, they usually have deals going on, I would say this is the best vape shop on the east side when it comes to juice its deff worth the visit if your in the area!

The staff was very attentive to the Covid restrictions and they made me feel safe. They even picked out juice that was on sale for me. Will definitely be back!

This is my absolute favorite vape shop. They have a very wide variety of mods ejuice tanks and any other accesory you can think of. Their prices are great and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help you to the best of their knowledge

This was by far the worst customer service and experience I have ever had. My 41 year old girlfriend got kicked out and told to leave by the red headed beard man because she didnt have an ID and couldnt even walk into the shop. She had no intention of purchasing or sampling. When did you have to be 18 to ENTER a vape shop? Never. Ive been to 100s of shops and this is by far the worst. Then an older woman (Tammy) came out and was SO rude it was disgusting. She was using a brash, rude tone and that was it. I left. I intended to make a substantial purchase and with customer service like that, I will NEVER return OR recommend this store.

They cut the juice with alcohol, wich burn really harsh when you smoke. When I took it back the manager argued with me that it was cut with alcohol even tho I says on the side of the bottle. After I proved her wrong she said no refund, no exchanges. Awful juice awful service dont go

I just tried to walk in the store, I checked the hours prior to going and they said the open at 9am, it’s now 10:23am and the close sign is up and the store is dark and empty. Please update your hours, this is very misleading.
