4 stars because the last two vapes I bought broke within the first 2-3 days. But I always come back here specifically for a quick conversation with the dude that works behind the counter during the day. One of the most genuine and knowledgeable individuals I’ve ever met. Always recommends products I end up liking, and I’m extremely picky. Make sure you hold onto that employee. He’s a great conversationalist, but also knows how to prioritize customers that are in there to just grab something and go. That’s very rare.

Worst tobacco shop I have ever seen. I bought a device, paid for it, tried it broken, asked me to change it to a non-defective one on the spot. I was told that I have to pay again to find a non-defective one. changing another device and it turned out to be defective too. I was asked to pay again on the spot. in general, there are a bunch of shops nearby, avoid this one.

Been to alot of places in the valley and this little shop has big huge positive vibes. They are very reasonable and if they can they might be able to make a deal. I love this place, the owners feel like friends and I cant go miles out of the way knowing Im not going to be harassed and rushed out like many other stores.Hopefully when you get in there will be a manager so you might be able to work out a deas if youre paying cash:)

After 2 years buying my cigarette from here( I can buy mine ecxactly ctoss the stteet from 7/11. But I wad like give the business to individual smoke shops...)tonight would be the last time shopping from this store.Rude, unprofessional customer service from that big angry bird guy.Im asking a question completely friendly, he answers like machine and with atittude...Go and learn baby...I was this stotes customer for long time. The Armenian lady , I think she’s owner , she’s very rude always has attitude not nice at all , the store says it’s open at 8:30 so I waited until 9 she showed up right at 9 and wasn’t ready to serve anyone . When I saw she opened the door and pulled back the gate she went inside so I proceeded inside and she Yelled at me to get out several times , she was yelling that she wasn’t ready and yelled GET OUT GET OUT . If you’re the store owner you should be nice and considerate of your costumers and be there on time to open the doors for your costumers and be set up and ready by 9 .. and change the time on google . The guy who works there he’s very nice . I didn’t like getting yelled at to get out she could’ve politely said I’m not ready yet could you wait outside .. but nah she yelled get out

Pretty solid, they had what I needed and were transparent about new laws, taxes, and pricing that can sometimes be difficult to obtain.End result as a customer I felt like I was being treated fairly and getting a good value

Let’s start off with I live in the area, I used to come here all the time. Today I gave the lady behind the counter a $20 bill for 4 packs of woods which are 1.29 each (2 Russian cream, one honey berry and one sweet aroma), She gave me back $5.90 back. When I confront her about it she says I never did that you just misplaced it, Then proceeds to say I bilirve you but I can’t do anything about it, I’ll have to write a note to the boss... I honestly just wanted to resolve the situation not create cunfusion. I will never give my business here again. Also the sharp stone grinders and a couple of other items are clones. I’ve purchased one and the font is in the should have noticed it had a funny font to it for the label

They have recently regained my trust and business! I have comeback a few times since my horrible encounter and have had exceptional service, they must have fired/transferred that terrible employee proving that the saying it only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch is so very true.

Last night I made my first stop at the shop and I was amazed at the quality of the products. They also great beverage selections and candy bars. Thank you the wonderful service.

Well i was kinda broke.lol.and the guy let me slide.45 cents.nice place.very goodlooking employee.very kind.i come here all the time.they have an atm.cigs.oil burners.pipes for your.medical maryjane.plenty of parking next to 99 cent stores and restrunts.alot of nice people in the area.security in the parking lot.u will feel safe.

Will ID you multiple times per dayEmployees wont remember names or faces, Customers are just numbers for this place.If you want a relationship with your smoke shop , this isnt the place. 711 would be a better bet.

The lady looks mad all the time and every time I stop by she’s flirting with the security guard and it’s awkward to get her attention to get something the guy is cool
