This place has the best bud ever. Sasquatch sap or nothing if you ask me. But I am excited to try their new lemon-cherry strand. Looks yummy 😋 Also, Quintin is always a ray of sunshine. No matter how I’m feeling , Quintin’s good nature makes me smile. He is empathetic, patient and naturally grounded in a loving light. He’s an asset to the Coast 2 Coast bud tender staff, for sure! Where others may fall flat when recommending products, Sienna has no gaps in her knowledge and often times will introduce a product that I had not known about prior! One thing about Sienna that sets her apart is her kindness and empathy in this practice; she seems to treat every client as if she really considers what it would be like to be in their shoes. Not only does Sienna have excellent recommendations and attitude- she is also so wonderful to talk to and never rushes you through your experience. 10/10 will continue to come here, even as I’ve cut back on my indulging, specifically to see Sienna and support this excellent dispensary. I have never been inside a cannabis dispensary before today. I must say I loved it! Sienna helped us by explaining many different types of products available. Such a lovely young lady. I was really nervous to enter the store but it was clean, inviting, and I felt immediately comfortable especially thanks to Sienna and her sweet personality ❤️. Guys !!! I’m have never found a more consistently friendly, inviting, and informative staff. The budtenders here are always so kind and it never feels to me like they’re trying to push sales, more that they want you get something you’ll actually love! And OMGGGG the house weed is so underrated. Truly a hidden gem in the valley, the only one worth visiting if you’re looking for good smoke and great service !

I liked this spot a lot until I bought my first cartridge from them. Jeeter cart stopped working after 3 days at 50% usage. So I called and spoke to a guy who said bring it in we can replace it (I told him it stopped at 50%) I come in on day 5 because I’m swamped with medical work, the budtender Dominic says he can’t do anything and was like that sucks I can’t help you, so I leave and call them, the manager Nick answers and said come back in I’ll try to help- he was nice but said he can’t do anything but give me a J and 10% for next time. So okay whatever, I bought a new cart and when I go out and open it in my car I see it’s not even filled to the top, it looks used and it’s brand new!! LOLI didn’t expect to get the original cart fully replaced coming back in but at least a decent discount for the defect would have been great, BUT to see my brand new cart isn’t even filled up and they refused replacement on the jeeter because I smoked 25-30% sucks. They eyeballed my defect cartridge but sold me one that isn’t even filled to begin with brand new, absurd.I’ll attach photos.Just stick to the flower there.

April is well knowledgeable of the medicine SHE suggests.. when asked “how your doing?… SHE means it… it tells HER how you would like to feel.. whether it’s relief from pain or to develop an appetite or to just simply relax and rest, she explains each medicine very well and she is overall good person

If I could give 0 stars I would. Resting B face workers have no people skills and think everyone is beneath them. Prices keep rising and zero traffic inside says all you need to know. It was at one point a good place to go but they lost their way and dont care about the customers. I recommend going elsewhere and being ripped off but getting better service. It could be management making employees be aggressive or hostile asking questions about products and promos. Dont know and wont find out. Never again

Everytime I come in They are very kind and helpful. Also when the disposable I bought didnt work properly they swapped it out no problem. Lots of discounts depending on day of the week and a wheel you can spin for more free stuff.

Came in after struggling to get a stiizy working that I bought from these guys. Took me a week for a new battery via stiizy website, then found out it was the cartridge they sold me. Brought it in to see if I can exchange for a new one and they shut it down completely due to a 2 week limit.Frustrating I’ll probably look for other shops around.Edit: went down the street and got two live resin pods for about the same price as one of C2C’s.

I have been to many other dispensaries, but honestly, nothing compares to 3C flowers! Sasquatch Sap is my all-time favorite flower of all time because its genuinely one of a kind. If you like an all-day strain with a substantial body high, I recommend 3C Farms products and going to Coast to Coast Canoga.

Edit: spoke to to manager and these people aren’t bad people but just don’t kno how to adapt and no one can help them learn, therefore I won’t return ever, because life is too short to waste dealing with miserable people in 2024.rude and aggressive service. I came and was yelled at by a angry person behind the register. I had no idea what I did wrong but there was no manager to talk and address this. I will never return to this place and I’ve going here since 2015.

CHECK YOUR SUBSCRIPTION DATES!!! ERROR THAT COULD COST YOU $$ FOR NO REASON. Been going to the shop for over 10 years. Always had a good experience until the subscription service came out. Ive bought it since it came out and the system is totally wrong with the dates that they give you and try to double charge you twice in the same month. This problem has been going on for 6+ months. It mistakes youre dates on your membership and ends it two to three weeks early and sends you an email telling you to renew!! I had to manually go into the store to have it corrected only for them to tell me they fixed it and money would be refunded but it never was. Love the flower but the subscription system is a scam! They blame the website but its been a problem for over 6 months! FIX IT! Manager barely offered anything but one month and blaming it on the 3rd party website that THEY hired.

They need more cashiers. If 3 people are in line another cashier should come along.

This place is pretty dope. The prices are nice and the flowers are very good at pollinating your brain. They have everything from T Shirts to Trichromes. Location is clean and you get to spin the wheels if you spend 100. No phones allowed in your hand while your in the store.

Came in due to a weedmaps promo for a particular brand I enjoy. Called to make sure the promo correct and was told yes. Promo for 40% off. Drove 3 cities over and the staff at coast to coast were intent on only honoring 15% off. Purchased one 1/8th and they advised that a call today to speak with a manager for resolution as I wanted to buy a half oz at the correct price. Called in as requested by their staff and they flat out said they would NOT honor the deal unless I bring in ANOTHER ftp for them. Wont be shopping their store again and taking their products of my dispensarys shelves asap.

I always wait in the car, and my lady goes in. Theres always parking, and the product is top-notch. I cant understand why its not the number 1 brand in the state. If youre in the West Valley, its a must. The membership is the way to go.

Great when you’re able to get to the store. Crew is always helpful and nice but their delivery system is a disaster. I have spent over 5 grand here since moving down here in December and have never had a more rude experience throughout multiple delivery orders. Their drivers are so high they can barely keep their eyes open as you try to pay for it. The first three times my order was messed up. The fourth they simply forgot 2 items. Great in person but if you’re going to offer delivery - make it simple and not a giant headache. Especially for your, well once loyal customer.

Im only in the area on rare occasions, but when I am, this is my go-to retailer. Friendly, knowledgeable, and some of the freshest flower around.

Charges flat credit card fee no matter what the price is, a good retailer absorbs the price for the business, I for this reason I have found another store that has no credit card fee...Visa and MC do not approve of this charge but CA has strange rules to block it.

Shout out to the whole crew!! The view of the plants was by far the coolest display in a shop that Ive ever seen! And the product was awesome. Michael gave us his top picks and we were super happy with our decisions! See ya next time 🤘😬

I drive around 2 hours away to get my medicine and this has been by far the nicest looking, greatest options, pleasant and knowledgeable staff shop that Ive been to. With that my only complaint is that if they sell you a product that they say is 31% and you get home only to find out is all 21% except one jar, that kinda sucks. Next visit Ill be sure to check every jar.

Their online system is never up to date with current inventory. You can order items and literally not set your phone down because you know theyre going to call to say theyre out and suggest alternatives.I finally stopped going here once I learned that they overcharge by a good $5 on cartridges. With more dispensaries, my loyalty to this one faded once I saw what other places outside of LA and SFV charge.Customer service is always great though. The window being open late is nice too.

Theyre a clean and safe Dispensary I love coming here anytime I have had an issue 99% of the time they have done everything to help me and make the situation right! So customer service is great and the women also on point like the Tree Dank!

Easy location with good budtenders. Pay attention when parking because there are spots on the street but also in front of the shop next door. These spots are marked for use by customers of Coast 2 Coast. Save yourself from parking 2 blocks away. They also had parking in the back but I havent been there since the remodel and I cant say for sure that you can still park back there.

Pretty cool. Came here when i had a med card. Now i believe you dont need one. Almost all strains are grown in house. They have good deals every day and also for first timers. Recommended!

Ive picked up 4 - 5 times from 3C and would recommend it to the average smoker. Good parking, easy entrance and the dispensary itself is very well put together. At night though you may be required to not enter the full dispensary and just purchase your products through the security glass, which is not my cup of tea. I see what theyre trying to do but also find it way sketchier feeling and reminiscent of illegal dispos which I try and steer clear of. They offer a large selection of flower theyve personally grown along with a few other decent brands. Concentrates are well priced and youll find everything short of 710 Labs. Two things that make this place special are the Clockwork Elves and the grow window. Definitely check those out.

I have been visiting this place for over a year. Everyone always has been great but I noticed that there was always one particular girl who didnt seem to like me much but I never thought nothing of it. Today, she was the one working. Ive spent thousands of dollars at this place and today I was turned away because my unamericanized first name was not on the credit card. I offered to enter my pin number and I was denied. Nevermind it is the same card Ive used in over 100 transactions with them. Ok, no problem I said, Ill just shoot to an ATM and be right back. I returned in SEVEN MINUTES and waited in line all over again. Two customers later it was my turn. I had the cash in hand for the purchase and politly pointed out that Ive used that credit card for 10 years and that she was the first person anywhere that refused to take it. She replied with some pent up aggression Well, now Ill put it in yoiur notes to make sure that no one here takes it What? What did I do to her? I replied that I would not be able to shop there anymore if that was the case and she just smiled. WOW. I just walked out upset talking to myself in my native tongue but said nothing to her. Merry ChristmasIn reply to your reply. You kind of proved my point. Only if my American name Michael was on the card. My name is Nicolie. Your reply in itself is prejudice. Lol

Avoid at all cost. Poor customer service had an extremely poor visit and will not come back. Awful feeling when I have been going to coast to coast for my medical needs and earn rewards but staff will belittle you and tell you otherwise.

Coast to Coast Canoga is a really good cannabis dispensary. All of their cannabis products are lab tested, their premises is highly accessible from the main street, and they accept credit/debit card transactions. Im not a huge fan of the tipping function on the payment terminal, but its not a big deal. People can also return their 3C Farms glass jars to this dispensary for a discount on their purchase, so thats great for customers who are trying to save money.

They dont keep menus up to order I cant tell you how many times Ive ordered something and have them call me to tell me its not in the last draw Halloween they cut the hours short on my area without notice to anybody So they wont deliver to me!!

I saw a particular strain available on leafly for pickup in the store and went there. The staff showed me their own strains and made me buy a different strain, saying that they dont sell that strain. I went home and ordered it on leafly and picked it up from this store. They clearly have the stuff but they want to sell their own strains deceiving their customers. This is not the first time it happened.

Im usually leaving disappointed. The tenders dont seem to know their product. I ask for something by name, sometimes I get a look like theyve never heard of it. I ask whats good for uplifting and happiness, and they go this is most popular. Other smaller places theyll get on the web and let you see how its worked for others on Leafly etc.Theyre always out of Sativa in cartridge. I call to check ahead of time, and you get off the wall responses to your questions. In example, Hey do you guys have a vape that I can refill, instead of using cartridges. The response is I have halfs and wholes.Super 🙄 helpful. Thanks.
