Extremely disappointing. Make sure you pay attention to what they put in the bag, as they obviously aren’t themselves. Then they’ll blame being busy for their poor customer service. Don’t bother going here. 3 people can’t handle the job of 1 person. Absolutely shocked. If you go to pick a bowl up, and they tell you to not, “we have them pre wrapped in the back” just ignore them and bring the bowl to the counter. Otherwise you may just leave without one and then get brushed off like it’s not a big deal.Rebuttal to owner’s response: you did not in any way make it right. You told me to just come get one. And the tone you used was as if it wasn’t a big deal to have me drive back to your store. I’ve been to ALOT of different shops. You are the first to not include a bowl piece with your piece. That’s crazy, they’re cheap af. I stand by my review, and even more so after your atrocious response. No accountability. YOU have a WONDERFUL day :)

The Mill is great! Went in looking for help with sleep and was amazed by not only the results but the staff as well. Daniel was extremely helpful and even sent me home with free samples to make sure I got the results I expected. Needless to say I was back three days later to make a purchase and my sleep is better than ever.

I went into The Mill for the first time today and I wish I would’ve made the trip sooner. The man I spoke with, Daniel, did a fantastic job of educating me and explaining things in an easy-to-get manner. Great products, greater variety, and a wonderful location.

I cannot rate this establishment highly enough, and their knowledge/very patient staff is even better-excellently helpful and insightful.I’ll pass many other vape shops to visit, and I have utilized the assistance of at least three different employees there.

I frequently visit Higher Grade in Carmel, I live close and their prices are the best in town that I’ve found. From my nicotine like Mr Fogs and EscoBars, to my new favorite Delta-8, they’ve got it all covered. Not to mention the staff is super kind and helpful. Make sure you actually sign up for their rewards program too! It will save you a ton if you visit frequently. 5-stars!

The shop is very well stocked and clean. Dan was incredibly helpful to myself and every customer that came in while I was there. Hes very knowlegable and made sure I understood what I was buying and found the most cost effective ways to get what I needed out of CBD. Left in a far better mood than I came in. Will most definitely be a returning customer in the near future.

I had an awesome experience at The Mill CBD recently. The staff is knowledgable and very willing to help meet any customers needs. The location seems brand new and they offer a wide variety of products! The prices were also reasonable and they offer sales periodically. I wouldnt trust anyone else but The Mill for my CBD needs!

Since the first time i’ve went to higher grade at the carmel location i have not went any where else since. the staff that work there are always so welcoming and very helpful everytime reguardless if i need their opinions on flavors or anything. i always feel welcomed and appreciated every time and recommend anyone to come to this location you will not leave unhappy.

Bc of my awesome anxiety, I was hesitant to go in person, but decided to bite the bullet and I was not disappointed. Definitely the friendliest, knowledgeable, and least intimidating sales experience Ive ever encountered. Even my husband was impressed that I did the talking bc I usually make him take over! But thats how welcoming this place was. Im really glad I decided to stop in and will be back.

Decent selection of products, but the HIGHEST prices I’ve ever seen at a smoke shop in the Midwest, it’s really just unnecessary. great place if you like feeling like a big baller and paying double the price for your items like you’re in a legit dispensary. if you don’t like buying average products at double the price than what they can be found at literally anywhere else, then shop elsewhere and save yourself money, if you’re into that

Went in a week ago to a different location from my favorite Logan street V&P. This is closer to my work so I would give it a shot. Purchased a Aegis Max mod and Freemax M pro tank. Was informed it was a lower power mod but would run the single coil and dual coil that comes with the tank. Excited to see what options my new tank has so I decide to try the triple coil. However the mod is not enough power to run the coils I purchased. Went in today to see if I could exchange the mod since it does not power all the options my tank has available. Apparently the employees and manager were warned that I may be back because they knew the mod didn’t have enough power. Key words here are the employees knew, so today after knowing I would be back I was offered a small discount in purchasing a new mod to replace it (it has been a week). I was not informed of the return policy and apparently after warning the store employees that I would be back and that I was supposedly told it would not be enough power it was going to be a “change of heart” return and I was stuck with the device. Basically a $60 paperweight if I want to use the tank I purchased also non refundable. I didn’t want a refund here just some store credit if even slightly discounted to make it right. Usually place is amazing but this leaves a very sour taste in my mouth. However the employees are great and the products top notch. I’ll be back because it is still the best around.

I have tried many CBD shops around the state of Indiana in search of the perfect one, and today I believe I found something truly wonderful and one of a kind! The Mill has a great selection of anything from CBD infused lip balm, to PREMIUM CBD hemp flower (and yes its actually premium.) lab reports are included with most, if not, all of their products, and they are as friendly and helpful as any strangers could possibly be. This shop has quickly become my go to. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Ummm, yeah. I only went to this place because of the extended hours. Im a big fan of owsley. Dont appreciate being sold a product that literally gushes out of the opening, then taking it back to be told sorry thats just not really our problem. Also just bought a disposable pen and it wasnt even charged. Its been sitting on my charger for 3 hours now so obviously its a boof cart. Im sure if I try to return it Ill get a bunch of static so there goes $55 down the drain. Not cool.

Everyone working there has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Their brand of full spectrum tincture has been very beneficial for my general aches and pains and anxiety. Highly recommend this place!

The Mill employees know that the first rule of business is to create a positive relationship with the customer and that’s what you can expect each and every time you visit. They are very knowledgeable, good variety of products and of the 7 or 8 times I have visited usually have some kind of sale going on, which is pretty nice.

Upon entering The Mill, I was greeted by a charming British lass. The atmosphere was pleasent, and clean. Both the left and right sides of the establishment are lined with a wide veriety of various CBD products.Being my first time it was quite overwhelming, but Alex (the Brit) was incredibly helpful when it came to helping me make my first CBD purchase.The other lady behind the desk was equally kind and friendly. Together they form a duo that made my experience very pleasent. The establishment was quite professional and has my vote. 10/10

Daniel spent lots of time helping me understand CBD. If you want to learn how CBD might help you then this is the place to go. Daniel did not try and sell CBD as the magic cure for everything but focused on what CBD is known to be good for. I will definitely go back.

Went here to try to find some delta 8 and vapes, yet they over price each item by at least $20. I found the same products I’ve purchased there at other shops and online for much cheaper. Example ghost hemp delta 11 2g goes for $25 online and at other shops, yet it is atleast $65 here. Very confused also the one purchased does not look like other ghost dispos, no label and looks fake. Don’t waste your money here.

When I first heard about a CBD shop going into Carmel,I was excited to see what they had to offer. They had more then I could even imagine. We got some bath bombs from there that worked out very well and was looking forward to going back to get more sometime soon.If your looking to get into cbd look no further.
