Woodhouse Spa - Carmel

From my first call, Marianne answered all my questions and was very professional with getting me scheduled to include the Vichy shower with my treatment. She then called and confirmed my appt. She really made it a great experience from my first call. Alie did a superb job with my full body detox. It was unlike anything Ive ever done at a spa & I will be back again. Great, wonderful, professional staff beginning to end. Highly recommend.

I regularly go to the Woodhouse spa in Nashville and have always loved it and have had amazing experiences. However, I went to the Woodhouse in Indianapolis with my sister for a girls day and it was the worst massage I’ve ever received. Unfortunately, the masseuse was extremely noisy, not gentle at all, and seemed to be out of breath/exhausted during the massage. I was ready for it to be over. I complained to the front desk and they apologized but did not offer any other form of compensation.

Best facial I’ve had! Jessica is amazing and made my experience great. She was very soothing and conscientious of my skin care needs. She has a great touch and a good combination of conversation/calming explanation and peaceful quiet. Woodhouse is beautiful and an experience in itself.

Marvelous evening at the spa. I treated myself to a sports massage after a ski trip and booked with Constance. After walking in, you can tell right away it’s a really nice place and not one of those weird buildings turned spa. The vibe was set right away. A hostess directed me to their changing room and taught me how to use their lock system+ When I was done changing into my robe she directed me to their quiet room. Fire place going, tea, water, mints, stress relief coloring books made this a great start. Then my massage with Constance, she was really pleasant and started/ended the massage with essential oil sniffs. The massage was pretty good, but I wish there would have been more pressure. In retrospect, i think that’s my fault for not asking. Anyway I left the room super relaxed and was directed to stay in the quiet room for as long as I’d like. It was a real treat to be able to access that room to rest my eyes, drink some water, and really soak in the relaxation in peace. Afterwards I headed back to the changing room where I decided to take a shower and lather on some lotion, and furthermore take my time soaking in the relaxation. They have an essential oil shower spray that was amazing! It was super nice to take my time in there and have access to combs, hair ties, all the little extra things. After departing they gave me a little gift bag of goodies since it was my first time visiting. I told them right then I was very impressed with the whole experience and they do a very good job. I don’t frequent the spa often and they were awesome at directing me around and helping me feel empowered. Very clean, very quiet, very nice experience. I would recommend and go back.

Most amazing spa in Indy. Everything about the experience is luxurious and relaxing. Would come here every week if I was able. Staff seems to truly care about every patron.

Had a wonderful birthday spa day! Relaxing, courteous staff, loved the quiet room. They offer beverages while in the quiet room, water or tea. I felt pampered the entire time. I got a dermaplane facial with Sam. And a body balance massage by Junior.Indulge and visit. You wont be disappointed.

This review is overdue and as Im typing this I realize Im also over -due for a massage too! I cant say enough good things about this Woodhouse day spa location. The staff are very friendly and helpful; you can tell that they really enjoy what they do. The masseuses are very professional and helpful as well with providing tips to help with areas of concern. The spa has a pleasant, soothing ambience and is a perfect remedy for self care. Weve attempted several times to book appointments at the Zionsville location as it is closer to where we live, but havent received the best customer service as weve had with the Carmel location and because of that, well continue to frequent this location.

Emily was amazing! Enjoyed every minute of the Soothe & Hydrate Facial! She explained each step, was sweet enough to answer all of my questions and was so thorough! The spa was simply beautiful and so relaxing!

This location does not have sufficient maternity pillows. They schedule excessmaternity massage appointments and do not communicate that they do not have appropriate materials to support. I was shocked to have arrived, checked in, changed, and waited with no communication that there was not a maternity pillow available for me. It was only when I walked into the massage room that they tried to shame into staying and paying for the standard rate with no pillow to support me during the massage. The staff was oblivious. So disappointing considering other experiences I’ve had with maternity massages.

The most relaxing afternoon, I highly recommend this location!The robe and slippers were a fantastic addition to the experience - I felt extra pampered! Although, the robes were a bit warm in the quiet room - I was quite overheated. The refreshments and overall feel of the quiet room was exceptional - it was a great way to wind down before and after my massage. I received a Sports Massage by Junior and couldnt have been more pleased. He was very kind, personable, and explanatory, as this was my first massage (and definitely not my last!!). I lift weights so this was the perfect massage to address all of my tight areas. I appreciated that after my massage, Junior reviewed with me each muscle group that had the most tension, and gave suggestions on how I can better maintain those areas. 12/10 experience, I cant wait to schedule my next appointment!

I have experienced several massages in the area and nothing beats Woodhouse. Everything from the calming waiting room, the experience and skill of the staff and the genuine thought and care they have put into this spa is amazing. I can never go anywhere else!

This place is amazing! I made a reservation for my birthday today and I was truly satisfied. Swedish massage with Virgie, facial with Heather and pedicure with Rebecca. As soon as you enter, the pleasing aromas start to relax you. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. While waiting in the quiet room between treatments, a staff member asked if I wanted a warm neck pillow. Omg most definitely! The cinnamon tea was amazing. I found this place searching online so I didnt know what to expect. I was pampered like a queen and look forward to making a future appointment.

Calm, relaxing and quiet. If you need to slip away from the hectic day youve had. Here is where you need to go. I have had only nail services done here and those were so nice! Wear the robes they offer, wear the slippers! My ONLY issue is with the crunchy snacks offered. When your in the quiet room and feeling it, then someone comes in crunching....it ruins it. So maybe offer quieter foods. Lol. Otherwise come here, be wowed and if you need nail services, as for Marqueta. Shes so nice and fun!

This was my first facial, and Rebecca did not disappoint! It was relaxing, Rebecca is delightful, and this was another great experience at Woodhouse!

Wanted a nice, relaxing experience after running a marathon. It was my first time at Woodhouse and it was the worst massage of my life. I checked out and left feeling uncomfortable, dissatisfied, and disappointed I spent so much money since I booked their signature calming massage. The women checking out my appointment made me feel further off point with a bit of a snooty attitude. After reaching out ot management to discuss what occured,not out of being a Karen or just to complain, but truly Iwas cofused due to how well a reputationwood house carries. Asecond appointment was set to give them another shot on them. It turned out to be a wonderful massage. Management took my feedback seriously and the second time around was a night and day difference. Excellent management. poor masseuse the first time and poor reception staff. Bri was great the second day time around!

I’ve been coming here for years. Brea is great. She did my prenatal massages years ago - they have the cushion where there’s a spot for your belly. And I’ve been getting body balance massages otherwise. They have a locker room, soft robes, tea or lemon water in a cozy waiting room, and a shower available as well.

I had a deep tissue massage and it was wonderful. this was my second massage with them and I would rate them as excellent

All the service providers really make you feel so cared for and pampered! Wonderful experience and cant wait for my next visit.

I am done with Woodhouse Day Spa. Their arbitrary policy on accutane use makes me feel like they are discriminating against me for a medical concern that I voluntarily shared with them.When I first went to Woodhouse (years ago), I signed a form releasing them of any liability for adverse outcomes related to treatments received. At the time, I had awful skin that was irritated, discolored, and often broken open or oozing. They had no concerns then about waxing my eyebrows or doing facials. But now - when my skin is clear, healthy, intact, and no longer irritated or inflamed - and I’m no longer even taking accutane - the esthetician says I need to wait 6 months before getting my brows waxed or any other skin care services at Woodhouse.I have many questions. Is this an actual spa policy? Or is it the opinion of one esthetician who works there? If it’s a policy, where can I read the policy? What is the evidence basis? And why is the medical release form that Woodhouse already has on file insufficient in this case? Moreover, why was Woodhouse willing to treat my skin when it had sores, but not now? And why can a person with skin cancer get services with a doctor’s note, but a person taking (or previously taking) a accutane cannot? This simply does not make sense.I would expect an “institution” like Woodhouse to have clearly articulated policies that are evidence-based and non-discriminatory. This policy is unsound and unfair to customers with acne who take accutane, especially given that customers with other skin frailty concerns and health issues are welcome.Of note, the estheticians at my hair salon have said that hard wax is safe to use in clients who take accutane because hard wax does not stick to the skin like soft wax. Those estheticians are happy to welcome and support me in my extremely challenging skin care journey. Using LOGIC, they can see for themselves how much healthier my skin is and how much safer waxing would be now than before I took accutane. Moreover, they trust my judgement as a client and my ability to evaluate risk vs benefit in seeking care for my own skin.Shame on Woodhouse for treating me like an ill-informed child and disregarding my actual skin health in deference to the unsubstantiated opinion of one esthetician employee and/or an arbitrary policy that may or may not even exist. I would say they lost me as a customer, but it’s more accurate to say they refused to accept me and I must now seek services elsewhere.

My favorite spa! I had my first experience here on my anniversary with a couples massage. We both fell asleep, if that tells you anything! I’ve had so many different services here since my first nap, I mean, appointment… and all of them have been beyond lovely. The plush robe they allow you to wear while waiting to be called for service is just the warm hug my sore muscles needs. I look forward to my next appointment!

After having an awful experience at another spa, this was beyond my expectations and incredibly amazing.My business partner gifted me the body balance 50 minute massage after hearing about my traumtic experience at a local spa and Brianna was amazing.I upgraded to the deep tissue and she did so great with the knots and added the hot stones which was so relaxing and so well done.The whole asthetic and vibe is peaceful and zen with white robes, a changing area, water, and relaxing music and lights. Two thumbs up and will be returning. Exactly what I needed.

Brea did a wonderful job on a prenatal massage and they have the belly wedge that really helps.They have spa like vibes that nicer resorts have like a waiting room that you wait in a robe. Their locker area was small and there was only one shower but it worked because most people where in and out within a few minutes.

Today was my 1st appointment at Woodhouse in about 10 years and it was just as amazing as I remembered! I had a Mellow Mama prenatal massage with Virge and it was fantastic. Virge is very professional and seemed to be very experienced. I felt totally relaxed the entire time. I felt very valued during my appointment. I was not rushed through my appointment like I have at other spas. The front staff is very friendly and helpful as well. It was all around a great experience abd I can’t wait to go back!

I had a wonderful experience here for my birthday ! The massage, facial and pedicure I got was wonderful. Coming in, I didn’t know what to expect but the staff was very warm and welcoming. This spa is located in a shopping strip but when you step in, you are in a totally different world! I highly recommend booking any service. Their lobby had so many of their great products for sale. The details that go into their services make this worth the price and more. I cannot wait to come back for couples treatment.

I have brought my wife here on multiple occasions for a single or couples massage. The service has always been great, relaxing, and welcoming, and we never had a complaint - until today.My wife has been having serious muscle issues in her shoulder which has been causing sleep loss, so we booked an appointment for her preferred massage therapist, Teanna, whom she had twice before. Her closest appointment was two weeks out, but we decided we would rather wait for her preferred therapist, as she was comfortable with her and she already knew her pain points from previous sessions.However, I receive a voicemail today, 4 days before the appointment, that she is out on a leave of absence and they have to reschedule my wife with another therapist.I informed him that If we wanted another therapist, we would have gotten the first one available over 2 weeks ago. We opted to wait and go with Teanna at Woodhouse as opposed to a competitor, because it was worth the wait, but more importantly thats who my wife was comfortable with.He continued to repeat himself and try and push me onto another male therapist, instead of showing any sort of sincerity regarding the situation. I understand that things happen that are out of your control, but ignoring what a customer is flat out telling you over and over again is not the way to solve it. I requested to speak to a manager, to which he informed me that he was one, which tells me that even management follow the practice of ignoring customer requests and repeating themselves over and over again. We received no meaningful apology due to the situation, just a sarcastic Yeah... we are sorry...but Richard is still available if you want to keep that appointment... completely disregarding my wifes comfort and preference in an attempt to keep the appointment to make the sale. They didnt even attempt to make any offer for a discounted visit for our troubles if we give them another shot, due to the unplanned circumstances. Absolutely despicable customer service.

Right as you walk in you feel like your in a spa environment! Staff is very informative and friendly! Me and my fiancée both got a massage and well worth it!

My boyfriend booked me a 4 hour spa day for my birthday and this was the best gift ever! The ladies at this location were amazing & made sure to make me feel special while I was there. Once I told one of the staff members that this was booked for my birthday, suddenly all of the staff knew and said happy birthday to me! I accidentally chipped my fresh paint on my pedicure and they made sure to fix it before I left so it looked perfect! I am moving out of state at the end of this month, but if I weren’t I would definitely come here again! They did a great job & did not disappoint!

Briana did a PHENOMENAL job on my deep tissue massage and made me a lifelong lover of The Woodhouse during my first experience ever at this spa. She was kind, thoughtful, communicative when needed, and masterfully addressed my problem areas. The customer service was wonderful with all details eloquently thought through (even having hot tea waiting for me once I had changed into the incredibly luscious robe). The quiet room was an excellent place to wind down prior to my service. I would highly recommend The Woodhouse and Briana for a massage!

I had a 50 minute Swedish massage with Jordan and it was amazing! The massage was the best I have ever had and so relaxing! I will definitely be back to see Jordan; she is a miracle worker! The location is nice and relaxing; the cinnamon tea and lemon water was refreshing. The staff I encountered were all very friendly and welcoming

No where on the website while booking was it mentioned that they will not give facials to those on accutane or in the six month period afterwards. I have gotten facials before while being on accutane and off so it has never been a problem nor has my doctor ever said that facials were not allowed, only tattoos, piercings and sunburn. I wasn’t offered a different service, even when offering to still pay the full price of the facial just for getting a partial massage. I then had to sit in the “quiet room” while the person I came with got their facial without being checked on by my original lady. I am highly disappointed by the “service” I got. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

This is a lovely day spa. It has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are professional and it is fairly easy to book.I almost gave them 4 instead of 5 stars because it is very expensive compared to other locations in the area. Also, the traditional massage is 50 minutes, which is really not enough time. Most spas do 56-60 minute massages.Nonetheless, the massage therapists there are really very good. I had Mike as my masseuse most recently. He was FANTASTIC. I highly recommend going to him.Overall, if you want to get a great massage and don’t mind spending the extra money, Woodhouse is your place to go.

My wife and I had a pedicure, lunch and massage.They did accommodate her pregnant belly.Very nice setting.Catered lunch was good.Pedicure was very good.Massage therapists were below average quality and personally awkward.Overall a good experience for a pricey splurge.For the individual components, Id rather get better quality for a lower price and forego the fancy atmosphere.

Im a spa junkie who likes to work them into vacations, trips home, whatever possible. Its so worth it. Destination spas are so beautiful and they set the mood for relaxation. So my expectations were in check when I first visited Woodhouse. It was in a strip mall. Do not let that fool you!!!This is honestly one of my all-time favorite spa experiences. They get everything right. It smells so good the moment you open the door. Its quiet and serene but never snobby. Everyone is very welcoming. I want to move into the relaxation room! The halls are beautiful and dimly lit, same with the rooms, relaxing music, its comfortable and Tara is one of the best masseuses Ive ever had.Pedicures are great, too.Make an appointment. Itll make your whole day.

Jen is a miracle worker, hands down! I have never had such a wonderful and relaxing massage. The pain in my back and neck are gone and my chiropractor couldn’t even do that. She was professional, personable and the whole experience was top notch. I highly recommend!

The staff here is super friendly. I love that not only is it a spa, but you can also walk in and purchase several different high quality gift items that many women would love like lotions, body scrubs, etc. The staff greets everyone in a very friendly and warm manner and I have only had pleasant experiences with them. If you happen to buy a gift card, they package it in these cute little gift bags! I cant find enough good things to say about this place. If you want to be pampered, this is the place.

Sydney is absolutely amazing! The spa has the most relaxing vibe all on its own, but she makes it the best experience. I always leave the spa with my skin healthy and glowing. If youre thinking about making an investment in your skin, I highly recommend Sydney with Woodhouse.

Worst massage I have ever had in my life. Do not get Brianna! Had a deep tissue massage with my husband Friday and the right side of my neck hurts so bad still (Sunday night). I have never had someone force my head in the opposite direction of my shoulder the way that she did it. I feel like it is injured! She was also very timid, I could barely hear her talking and she was lazy! She kept pausing and just staying in one place without moving for long periods of time and used her elbows a lot (which I hate). Also, we booked a duet massage for what we thought was $150 as stated online and was charge $265 (including the $10 per person tip). The place is nice but ridiculously overpriced and I might have to go to the doctor if my neck doesn’t get better! We will stick with our usual massage place, we only went here bc we had a $50 gift card which didn’t get us much at all.

I treat myself on my birthday to a swedish massage and a pedicure at Woodhouse Spa. I love the atmosphere and the staff is great. They are very pleasant and patient.It is so relaxing and I feel like a new person when I leave the building. I have never felt rushed during my time at Woodhouse Spa and I really look forward to setting my appointment every year for my next birthday. Thank You Woodhouse Spa for all that you do. Thanks for making my birthday special time and time again.

If you have to travel far for this spa, don’t bother. After a month and a half booking, we got a call 10 minutes before to say they had to cancel one of our 1hr massages and this was for a bachelorette party and we drove an hour and half away. I called them later to speak to the director and didn’t get a call back for 2 weeks and their only solution was giving us 25% off for future appointments 🤣

My husband and I recently had a couple massage here. They create a very calming atmosphere and the perfect environment to help you relax. All of the staff were very friendly and the therapists were accommodating. I would like to return in the future to try some other spa services they offer.

I was really looking forward relaxing during my visit to the Woodhouse. My experience here was underwhelming. The inside is very pretty and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The quiet room was very nice and beautiful, but there was constantly staff coming in and out with dishes making it a bit noisy and hard to zone out. I had the signature 80 minute facial. Anna was super nice and did a good job, but the room I was in for my service was HOT. The temperature was less than comfortable and made it hard to relax and enjoy my service. Even Anna commented on the temperature of the room and said that she hoped my service was “at least somewhat enjoyable.” The facial itself was overall ok, but there was too much downtime for me while waiting on the masks to finish. I’d say at least 10-15 of the facial time wAs spent just waiting. This time I feel, could have been used for more scalp or neck massage. Lastly, I feel like the facial ended about 10 min early. I’m not sure, maybe I started early or the clock was fast. In the end, I did leave feeling a bit disappointed- hot and bites were not hot I expected to feel during a facial! While there were enjoyable parts of this visit, I would be hesitant to return and spend the money for just an ok experience. I would definitely not return for the signature facial.

The Woodhouse Day Spa in Carmel met and exceeded my expectations as far as service, treatment, and overall experience. I came in seeking treatment (massage therapy) for my back after a long weekend of difficult work. I received an 80 minute massage from Peter. Peter was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He consistently checked in with my current condition during the whole experience and gave 100% effort the whole time. Although a back massage may cost more money than other places, such as massage envy. The quality of massage and experience is worth the money. You cant put a price on your body. I will now be going back once a month since I feel the difference. Great work Peter and everyone at the front desk. I would highly recommend Peter and The Woodhouse Spa for any male or female.

I received a wonderful and relaxing pedicure. The quiet room after the pedicure was almost my favorite part. It was a relaxing, comfortable and quiet place you can enjoy hot tea, some light snacks and mindful-thinking. Will be back for special occasions or to treat myself.

From the moment I stepped into the spa to the moment I left the spa I felt relaxed and valued as a customer. Front desk was very helpful and attentive and really had a great time with my loved one. We were celebrating our anniversary and they served us champagne along with cheesecake at the end. We will be coming back as soon as possible to do more service and cannot wait!!!!

I had a mellow mama massage with Virge today, & it was pure bliss! She made sure I was comfortable at all times and it is the most relaxed I’ve been during a massage service! I will continue this service with her the rest of my pregnancy!

Today my mother and I went to Woodhouse for a couples swedish spa treatment. We are very disappointed with her masseuse (Virge) and the level of care today. Personally I have received several massages (I am living in Michigan) so I am well adept with massages/the culture, but this was my moms second time getting a massage. Her first massage was actually here at Woodhouse and she had a FANTASTIC experience, she coudnt stop talking about it. So my sisters and I decided to give her a gift card for a second trip. However, I was extremely disappointed in my mothers maseusse, Virge. (I personally had Doug and he was so great and courteous. I couldnt recommend him more.)At the end of the massage my mom let Virge know that the right side of her back needed a bit more attention. She pointed to the area and let the masseuse know. Despite that, Virge did not respond to that and just lightly patted the right side of her back. What was terrible is that Virge left in a hurry. I found the whole thing to be completely unprofessional as someone who has received many massages and for it to be at an establishment like this with supposedly high reviews. We wouldn’t have minded even if she had said, sure it is ___ dollars for ten more minutes. But instead she offered no solution and lightly patted her back. I understand it was 8 PM and it was time to leave, but wow, to completely disregard a patrons wishes? My mother actually said she never wants to come back now and was very unhappy with the whole experience! She actually said she didn’t enjoy the massage at all as well. And Im sad that this occurred. We actually had to give my moms back more attention when we got back home unfortunately. Again, Doug was wonderful, but from hearing my mom talk more about her unhappiness with her experience today I do not recommend Virge. We were both looking forward to this experience, and Im sad that she had such a subpar one. This was my first visit to Woodhouse but due to the unprofessionalism and disregard to a patrons wishes this we’ll definitely be my last.

First experience with Woodhouse spa. Genevieve was my eshetician and she was wonderful. I am very picky when it comes to waxing. She listening intently and accommodated concerns I had with my face. Genevieve was respectful, professional, and just a lovely person as well. I was extremely pleased and would strongly recommend her. The atmosphere of the spa and staff was appreciated as well.

A wonderful experience from the time you walk in the door. The facility is beautifully warm and inviting and the staff is professional and welcoming. As a Spa Coordinator at The Woodhouse Day Spa in Carmel, Indiana, Id like to share my perspective of the business from the inside. I never imagined that Id enjoy a job the way I do this one. Its a beautiful experience to help guests relieve stress, improve the condition of their skin, and feel better about themselves.I have been in other day spas prior to working at the Woodhouse, but no other atmosphere compares. I take pride in welcoming guests and I also take personal responsibility in seeing that they have an excellent experience. Its easy to look forward to coming to work, and thats how I know Ive found a fantastic place of work.

Horrible experience! I feel this place tried to take advantage of the fact I have cancer. We went in as a wedding party and had let them know my condition prior and they said it was no problem for a massage and no doctors note needed. Once arrived and on the table, she said she can’t do the massage because I don’t have a doctors note. I was not offered an alternate service, she just gave me a light foot rub with some hot rocks and still tried to charge full price. After complaining, they agreed to only charge for half the time, which is still $75. Now they will not return phone calls. I’ve never left a bad review anywhere, but this deserves it!

This is my first time and i really enjoyed my pedicure experience. The atmosphere was very calm, beautiful place. Janai was fantastic, very skilled with her work and has a wonderful personality as well!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone. You are in good hands with Janai. Thank you so much!

I went in for a facial with Jenny. She carefully looked at my skin, determined what I needed and we decided on an alternating monthly treatment. She was thoughtful and I noticed an improvement immediately after the treatment. I booked another appointment for thirty days later. The spa is beautiful and makes you feel like you are on an exotic getaway.

The Lazy Day Renewal is amazing. Relaxing and energizing at the same time. Starts with a seaweed infused exfoliating scrub. Then you soak in a tub with seaweed leaves for about 40 minutes. It may seem A little strange at first but it’s worth it. After soaking in the tub you’ll enjoy a 45 minute full body massage. I feel refreshed, my skin feels great, and I’m relaxed and energized. They also give you the seaweed from your bath to take home and use. It’s good for a couple weeks. Can’t wait to do this again!

Ladies I absolutely love this place they have great prices for their 50 Minute massages and believe me there set up is wonderful. If you get there early you can shower you can get your locker change into your robed lock all your stuff up get in the shower you can rent software with all the eucalypt this and all the calming smells you want. Once you get out dry off and piture very very soft warm robe on you then have disposable brushes disposable Q tips disposable razors disposable comes disposable or I guess just you know Bobby pins to keep they also have a blow dryer on hand and a curling iron for you to use. They also have deodorant and hair spray and gel if needed. I mean truly guys I was completely amazed at the things that had for you to use at their disposal you can change and the freedom of others in the locker Room of you like or they also have an area that has a wall up for your own privacy if you go to the bathroom which is also very very nice they have plenty of feminine hygiene things if something happens to happen at the wrong moment as we all know it can. And then after that you can proceed into the quiet Room where you can have some sentiment I or some cold water along with some snacks and you can ride alone though in the journal you can read any of the several magazines they have out while listening to some very calming music and just simply relaxing until youre a massage therapist shows up for your appointment. And even if you arrive on time or a little bit late after your appointment you can still do all of this And spend time in the Quiet Room as long as youd like. I have been to this place they have several locations one in Carmel 1 and fissures and I believe 1 in Noblesville I have been to the 1 in Fishers once and the 1 in Carmel several times. Im not going to say there was anything wrong with the 1 in Fishers I just enjoyed the 1 in carmels better and I guess there was this close there for me when I was going there. That word of advice call several days of head Saturdays are always booked up and its usually pretty hard to get in on weekends so I would call definitely days ahead to make your appointment. I usually get the sweetest was size with the hot stone added and believe me ladies I have scoliosis and a lot of pain in my back and I feel amazing after I leave there. I cannot wait to be able to go back again and I would refer it to any lady thats looking to get away thats been under a lot of stress that once to have a girls day or just simply wants to be pampered.

Jen is hands down the best massage therapist who’s ever worked on me! She will literally make you melt into the bed with delirium. She’s intuitive, listens and uses the perfect amount of pressure. The highlight of my week!

I planned a surprise spa day for my mom, my sister, and I, for my sisters 40th birthday. I was utterly and completely blown away by the customer service we received at the Woodhouse Day Spa-Carmel. Every interaction with a staff member was excellent from the time I called in to make a reservation and coordinate logistics over the phone, to the time we concluded our services.My hope was that we could have been in a space where I could decorate and we could enjoy some cupcakes, but it turned out the space where we were going to be was a communal relaxation room. Because our reservation was late in the day, the staff was able to arrange for us to have the room to ourselves. They offered to decorate and set-up the space for me, so I made it to the spa early to drop off the decorations. When we arrived, they had set everything up so beautifully. They put a balloon in a special locker for my sister, and decorated the relaxation room with the banner and balloons I brought. After our services, we went back to the relaxation room where they had set up the cupcakes and sparkling cider, but they also gave my sister a card from the staff. Everything was so beautiful. Woodhouse Carmel went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of amazing. They exceeded my expectations by far.Special thanks to Meghan and Serena who helped to coordinate and facilitate everything. Also special thanks to our masseuses Asli, Marilyn, and Domenica, as they were wonderful too. Everything was so perfect, and I cannot say thank you enough to the staff of Woodhouse Carmel for making my sisters day so special. The staff was great, and the facility itself is perfect. This was an experience we will never forget.

I have been a Woodhouse VIP client for years. I have seen the same gal for facials the entire time. They have lost a LOT of massage therapists. I had an appt with Jenny this coming Wednesday (I made the appt last Thursday). They called yesterday and said she was no longer there. I will not go back to Woodhouse, nor recommend them to anyone with this latest experience. I am done with them. Time to find another place that respects not only the clients, but more importantly treats their employees with respect and dignity. I am ashamed of Woodhouse and how their employees are treated. Sad.

Fantastic, every single time.I have been here a number of times, since I learned how to spoil myself. Every service was catered towards my wants or needs, from pedicures, to facials, to massages. From the moment I walk through that door, I become a respected and honored guest by every member of the staff. That sort of service is hard to come by in this day and age.Even with being so taken care of and respected, every person who has taken care of me also took no reservations in trying to talk and get to know me. I appreciate this, because it makes the experience more built on trust. I trust these people to take care of my needs, because they took the time to ask and listen.I would recommend this place to any person looking to get pampered, no matter the treatment, everything is top notch.The facility is very clean, obviously well maintained. The womens locker room/bathroom is lovely, soothing, and really helps set the pace for the rest of your stay. After you change into a robe, and lock away your belongings, you sit and relax in a meditation type room. They have spa water, hot tea, and some light snacks here. During the winter, or colder days, the fire place is roaring.The music is a simple new age/meditation style instrumentals. Its easy to tune out, if thats not your thing, but its also easy to enjoy.*****If its your first visit, plan to come at least 20 minutes early, there is paper work that is mandatory. Typically its a chart to alert your therapist about any medications or injuries that are important to your session. Coming early for this not only makes things smoother, but gets you taken care of faster! DO NOT OVERLOOK COMING EARLY!*****Overall, the place is a haven. A retreat. Absolutely perfect after a rough week/month and you need to relax. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

I regularly receive treatments here. I had my favorite therapist leave a while back but have found another experienced therapist on staff that provides a great deep tissue. Area is clean and yet remains comfortable.

My experience at Woodhouse Spa was fabulous! I celebrated my birthday with a few friends and felt the service was professional from start to finish including making reservations to departure. The facility was warm, luxurious and inviting. I recommend this spa!

My daughter and I visit the Spa as a special mom & daughter time. We always have a wonderful visit and leave feeling relaxed, pampered, and refreshed. I look forward to the visits and have had great experiences and service. We have a Swedish Massage every time. Usually we add the mani and pedi, but opted for a pedi and facial this time. All have been good experiences, delivered by friendly and professional staff.We love the place!

I loved the atmosphere, how professional every one is, and I now NEED to go back! I had never had a message from a spa, the staff did an amazing job at making it stress free (I dont necessarily like people in my bubble - and this was a massage ... lol) Their lotions and oils made my skin feel sooo soft and! they did NOT agitate my very sensitive skin! I could have sat in the quite room all day!

This is a very professional spa offering a high level of service and amenities. The staff receive regular training on new treatments and treatment options. You may choose your therapist by name, gender, reputation, or recommendation by the coordinator. While larger spas offer more options, there is a lack of personal interaction. To wit, you are just another patron. The staff here prefer a more personal interaction as it adds to the overall experience. Costs are more then reasonable and the rewards program is quite fair. Highly recommend this spa.

I visited Woodhouse in Carmel for the 3rd time on 3/6 for a Swedish Massage, Manicure and Pedicure. As always, I was extremely pleased. It is my favorite spa Ive ever visited and will always come back. Its a bit pricy in comparison, but its worth EVERY penny!

The massage experience was amazing and high quality. The interior is very cozy and relaxing, too. The whole place looks like a high class spa, not just a random massage place. I’d definitely come again.

I went to Woodhouse today for a hydrafacial and that is not what I received. The aesthetician that came and got me mixed up clients with another and performed the wrong facial on me. When I went to the front desk I had to proactively ask if the hydrofacial doesn’t actually include use of the Hydrofacial machine at Woodhouse and that’s when they explained to me that a mix up occurred. I was then charged $160 for the facial I did receive which was completely not worth it. I was too stunned to say anything at the time. Now I’m furious because as soon as I got my home face has begun itching and burning and peeling along my jaw line from.what was supposed to be a hydrating facial. This mix up is embarrassing and frankly dangerous and my skin hurts now.

If you prefer a bougie spa this is the place.No, but, seriously the staff is very professional and calming. My massage therapist was amazing. She used just the right amount of pressure during the massage.

My masseuse talked to me and asked me questions throughout my entire massage. (I’ve had massages at several day spas and never have I had this issue.) I felt awkward to tell her to please stop talking. She asked me questions and about my job (the whole reason I was getting a massage was to recover from work). I emailed the franchise that next week and I never heard anything back. Very disappointed with the customer service. I will not be back here.

I had a wonderful experience at The Woodhouse Day Spa! I came in for a manicure and pedicure and was super impressed with the private room and associated amenities. I also got the manicure treatment with the seaweed which was amazing! I will definitely be back to The Woodhouse Day Spa soon!

The spa services were wonderful.At check out I paid my balance, left with a zero balance receipt. On vacation i was called multiple times stating the cashier made a error and that i was to come in immediately and pay 150 dollars on top of what i already paid. They even attempted to charge my credit card unauthorized . So i am to go in immediately and pay for a cashiers mistake. The company did not offer anything for this inconvenience nor apologetic.Ridiculous

First time and it was an amazing experience. Everyone had good customer service and Tiffany gave an excellent massage.

Tiffany was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. My procedure took less than 15 minutes and I thought the price was a bit too steep for it. I could very well afford it but other places are like half the price. I did tip her very well

We were under the impression we would be able to get pedicures together like the other location. This was not the case and we were not corrected when we made the appointment by phone. Additionally the pedicure polish chipped in less than 24hrs. Poor quality.

I came into your facility (116th st.) and set up a surprise spa visit for my granddaughter,and her maid-of-honor . This was to happen on Nov. 9th, 2013.I bought two of the robes, plus lip scrub, candles, and body scrub. I took these items in right before the girls were to arrive and asked that they be given the robes first, then the small gifts at lunch. I was assured repeatedly that this would be done. It was not. It wasnt until Morgan got home that she found the other little gifts in the bag after I asked her how she liked them.During the maid-of-honors pedicure, while the manicurist was using the razor on her feet, She remarked to her that this is the part I like best, when the skin goes flying! Please tell me if I get any in my lipgloss. This isnt professional behavior at all. Both girls said they had better mani/pedis for less money at other places.I spent over $1000.00 and am sad to say I was very upset over the experience they had. In all fairness I must say they both loved the Vichey shower.I had also purchased two (2) $50 gift cards for Christmas gifts for my granddaughter. I feel certain she will use them for another Vichey shower experience.

My bestie took me for a relaxing spa day, for my birthday this year. We each got a facial and did a massage together. It was such a great experience! Im a chatty Cathy, so I talked it up with Sydney during my facial. She did an amazing job, and recommended some products that have already helped with dryness on my face. Both of our massages were HEAVEN. 😍 We happened to mention we were celebrating my birthday, and when we were done with our services, they surprised us with a little birthday cake! It was so sweet.

ALWAYS a top notch experience. They treat you like youre spending hundreds when I think its reasonably priced for what you get. Its my go-to pedicure place!

Totally relaxing. I was pampered from the minute I entered until I left. I told the massage therapist that I preferred soft music vs conversation - and I was able to simply melt into the table.
