Overall, I had a good massage experience. However, this place charged more than initially stated. Remember, they automatically add a 25%-30% tip regardless of any cash gratuity given directly to the masseuse. They also pretend not to understand English immediately after having fluent conversations during the massage. Be sure to read the credit card receipt carefully before signing, or consider paying cash according to the initial quote.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Orchid Massage Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel incredibly comfortable. The ambiance was serene, and the massage itself was truly exceptional. The therapist was skilled and attentive, addressing all my areas of tension with precision. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend Orchid Massage Spa to anyone in need of a blissful escape and top-notch massage therapy. Five stars all the way!

I was unsure seeing as the reviews are quite mixed, however I had a great experience, especially for the price. Lucy did a 60 minute deep tissue massage on me and I was very pleased. I showed up 7 minutes early, went in and undressed and laid down. Lucy came in by 4pm (the time of my massage), and around 4:27 Lucy left for a few minutes to get hot stones and a hot towel, which I didnt know were included in the deep tissue massage - was a pleasant surprise. After my backside, I flipped over and Lucy massage my face (which was wonderful), and my arms and legs and left just a couple minutes after 5pm. Im not a stickler for time but I do like when my massages go for the duration that I pay for, and I was happy to see that Lucy didnt try and skip on a few minutes. Also pro-tip - pay in cash and its slightly cheaper. My $73 60-minute deep tissue massage was $70 when I paid in cash. I will definitely go back to see Lucy again soon!

We recently went for a 90 min couples massage with deep tissue option. It was a fantastic experience. The massage was great and definitely “deep tissue”. I had the good type of soreness the next day because my masseuse did a great job focusing on my problem areas.The place is very clean. The walls are thin but we had gone on Sunday and no one else was there except for us so it wasn’t disruptive. My masseuse had to walk out one time for a very brief moment because someone was at the front desk but it didn’t bother me at all and didn’t ruin the flow of the massage.Will definitely be going back again. I had recently gone to Woodhouse and the massage I got here was way better. Also, the price can’t be beat for what you are getting!

We booked a couples massage and to say this was a disappointing experience would be an understatement. From the moment we got there, we were rushed and confused... we were shoved into a room and the the door was immediately shut, without any instruction or guidance on what to do. The beginning of the massage itself started off fine, however that was quickly interrupted when the two woman began talking and laughing throughout the whole massage. The two women left the room several times, leaving us exposed and not giving any explanation on where they were going. Throughout the massage they did a poor job of keeping us covered and they were aggressive at times when they were placing our bodies before and after massaging. The towel was often just thrown on top of us without insuring coverage. To top it all off, at the end we were forced to give a tip even when we didnt want to based on our experience. They were not letting us leave until they got a tip. The moment we indicated that we werent going to leave a tip, the environment became aggressive very quickly. We were fearful that if we didnt give a tip then there could be a possibility of card information being used to give a tip of their own... we felt the need to cave and give a small form of a tip. We were excited about having this experience and even read great reviews, however these two women were unprofessional and made the experience very uncomfortable. We highly DO NOT recommend this place.

I just needed a massage and I visited Royal Orchid Spa basis a very high recommendation. I got an appointment an hour ahead which was very convenient with my busy Monday.The space has a very relaxing, calm and soothing vibe. My massage looked easy but when I was done I could feel every inch sore cause it was worked on really well. I was so relaxed and almost slept off with the relaxed massage.I did like the masseuse didn’t talk much, I was exhausted and just needed the quiet time. Overall, this is a great place with no frills attached. Please don’t compare it to Massage Envy! The place is locally owned and the team is very hardworking, and very direct which I absolutely loved!

We arranged for a couples massage in the afternoon and had a wonderful experience! They were understanding in addressing concerns of my partners coconut allergy, and substituted with a different product. The hot stones were amazing!! They were very professional and the environment was very cozy. We will definitely be returning in the near future and recommending this place to friends and family! Thank you!

Last minute scheduling was very accommodating as I had back spasms and needed help. Same day scheduled and Lucy was perfect with great massage and no unnecessary small talk. Her technique was awesome. Nice, thanks Lucy! Will be back for sure.

90 minute Swedish masage, Angela did a great job. Got it and started right away, got the full 90 minutes unlike other places. Highly recommended. I will try 120 min next time. Thanks

My husband & I booked a couples massage for our anniversary. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately and was sent straight back to the massage room. We werent offered to use the restroom beforehand. (We drove an hour to get there) We felt like we were being rushed to get things started. Once the two women began our massages, I noticed that they left the door open while we were completely naked and felt exposed, they did not cover us that well with the blanket. On top of that, the store phone would ring and they answered the phone while giving our massages! They talked and laughed a few times throughout our massage. At some points during the massage, they were very rough and made me tense up because it felt a little painful. Sadly, it was not a very relaxing experience.

My appointment at Massage Envy was cancelled last minute and I was dying for a massage! I called Orchid Massage Spa, they picked up the phone and could take me right away!I walked in and Sophie was already for me. The inside is very clean and the employees are very professional. Sophie specifically was so kind and gave one of the best massages I’ve had! I was a little hesitant at first, as I have never had a massage here, but the reviews live up to the hype! Great massages at a reasonable price.Will definitely be back! Thank you Sophie!!

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to book a next day couples massage. However the experience itself was not as great as I had hoped.The two women doing our massages spent the entire massage talking to each other and laughing. They also left the room several times and left the door open while I was undressed. I felt extremely uncomfortable and kept trying to cover myself more, but she kept uncovering basically my entire body. When I went to tip at the end I told her what I wanted to tip and she typed in double the amount. Just not a great time, disappointing. Update: just to be fully transparent, they did reach out to me and offer me a refund after I posted my review. Even though I wasnt happy with the experience, it was a nice gesture that I appreciated

I get my Swedish massage at Orchid Spa at least twice a month and I absolutely love it!! They make sure to give you the best service possible by taking their time to work through the tension in your body.I have three jobs and this place has helped me to relax and unwind after a long stressful week of work. I would strongly recommend this place!!

This was not what I was expecting but for the price point a good massage.For a 50 minute deep tissue massage with hot stones, $73 is a steal. However, the massge was not what I was expecting.There was a sheet like at a doctors office and I was given a towel to cover myself with whereas I am accomstumed to crisp white sheets and a heated table.After getting naked, the massage therapist left they room with no explanation and I felt very vulnerable wondering if I was done or what was going on? She came back with hot stones and it was not a pleasant experiences, the hot stones were put on my back with no warning and were hot to a point that was uncomfortable.She then proceeded to leave the room again and would describe a similar experience with a hot towel.After I was finished, I was forced, yes forced to tip. I had paid with a card online and had planned to get cash and come back, but legit had the lady grab my arm and was told by the woman at the front desk I could not leave. I provided a tip and the number that was put on my receipt was not the number I gave but at this point I just wanted to leave, so signed the receipt and left.Again for the price point, they are able to get you in same day or next day, but the experience was not was I was looking for and will not be returning. I left feeling stressed and vulnerable not relaxed and got another massge today elsewhere that aligned to my idea of a spa massage.

I visit here quite often, very professional. Summer cares for my back issues, recommends solutions, I have had most of my sessions with her. I have had some with Sophie, she is good too for applying high pressure..Overall it’s a good experience!

Had a great deep tissue massage experience... amassing! but the the ownership hand I wasnt able to get a real receipt for service received, therapist name, number, time of the therapy... to be able to summit to my insurance. they were only able to make me a card payment, the owner was rude and arrogant when asked to help... but again great massage therapy in Chinese only of course!

I normally hate massages -- theyre overpriced, and they focus on the wrong parts. The two masseuses who worked on my wife and I were incredible. The woman who helped me, Sophie, read the pain points in my body -- I didnt have to tell her where it hurt, she figured it out and focussed on those parts! I was amazed at how great the experience was, and we will be going back soon! If youve only ever been to the big chains -- please try this place. Its so much better!

We scheduled same day and with kid schedules could only do the thirty minute session. Still, it was transcendent! They asked about injured areas for focus and I mentioned shoulder. She gave extra time and care to the area and I could sense she was trying to help with healing. We were both well attended by a capable friendly team. And reasonably priced! We will return!

I heard massage can relieve my chronic arthritis pain . This is the first try in this massage place . The experience is so wonderful. Really love the environment, especially the huge fish tank with colorful fishes swimming . The technician is so professional. I love deep tissue massage! After done, whole body feel amazing! Bought a Groupon for Royal Massage in Carmel and it was cancelled with no explanation before I could use. Bought May 8 and it was cancelled May 24. Due to unforeseen circumstances, weve had to cancel this deal. We know this is disappointing and were sorry for bringing you bad news, but we really appreciate your understanding.
