Fun atmosphere. Sexy girls. Waitress Autumn always goes out of her way to make me feel welcomed and special. When I had an issue at the club management handled it efficiently and discreetly. Definitely one of my favorite places to spend my money at!!

Palazzio has improved alot and I Highly recommend! Simply put, this hottie with a body simply made my strip club experience absolutely epic! She transformed the atmosphere. I was there for my birthday a few years back and had a great time there. The door girl (think her name was Charlene) had left a great impression on me for my birthday. She had a table reserved for me and my guests close to the stage and had got us a great host to serve us as well. The dancers were 7,8, and 9! Really pretty women. Drinks were great the bartenders did a great job that night! I would definitely be coming back. Thanks for the welcoming smiles and friendly staff and service.

Stopped by Austin for a few days and made my way over to Palazio’s for a little fun! Great club and if visiting, I recommend getting a Cabana in VIP. The service was great and very attentive. Will definitely stop by again next time I am in town!

Agreed for 2 dances and got charged for 6. Ended up paying $200. Be careful who you pick because you might get overcharged.

Came here for bottle service for a friend’s birthday and it was a great experience! Athena was our waitress and she was super sweet and friendly! Bottles came out quickly and she was fast at getting us anything we needed and took care of us all night. All my friends had an amazing time. Will be back for our next night out!

Great place! Ive been coming here for years because of the great staff. The good times start as soon as you open the door and Charlene is there to greet you with a smile and her contagious laugh. The entertainers, waitresses, and bar staff are all beautiful and friendly. Management is always very helpful and courteous. Ask for Kelly during the day and Mike at night and you will be taken care of.

I normally go to north Austin gentlemans clubs, but I work and live south now and wanted to find a place where I could become a regular. I had a bumpy start at Palazio, but the addition of one waitress has made it a place that I will always look forward to now. The girls are beautiful, sometimes a bit standoffish but when you find a nice one, it is well worth it. There is a beautiful waitress (Valeria) who doubles as the door girl that has always been helpful and has made each experience that I have been there worth the trip. When I go to a gentlemans club, I crave special attention. I sometimes get it from the dancers, but every time Valeria is there, I always get it from her; she has a way of making you feel that you are a long lost friend. I can see it on the faces of the other customers she serves. I look forward to going back. She has also made some great recommendations to me for dancers - now thats service!

I came here for a bachelors party with my guy friends. This place is amazing and welcoming even to women which other clubs in Austin are not! The prices were super reasonable for bottle service and most of us ended up doing a VIP room which had great value for the quality of dancers in this place. I have NEVER been to a club with more beautiful women. The waitresses Danielle & Jen took care of our party and provided excellent and attentive service, they also made sure everything was clear with payment from the beginning! Very impressed with this place and the staff- All of the managers are awesome and welcoming also. Will definitely be back!

A group of friends and I recently went here. MEGAN was our waitresses and her service was amazing. She was so sweet and made sure everything we asked for was taken care of swiftly. The food came out fresh, hot and tasted amazing. Loved the atmosphere and how well we were taken care of. Will be back again soon to see Megan again. Oh and Charlene was the friendliest person to be greated by on the way in and out.

Palazio is my go-to location for a mid-week casual hangout.The friendly and welcoming vibe starts right at the front with the door staff and Charlene at the lobby desk, and carries on throughout the club.Shoutout to my favorite bartenders Jordan and Alia, who are always quick with a warm greeting, a cool drink and fun conversation. Just that part of the evening is enough to keep me coming back. They are fantastic!Club manager Tony always makes a point to stop by and make sure Im having a relaxed and enjoyable evening.And of course the entertainers at Palazio are beautiful.With that great combination of staff and vibe at the club there is never a disappointing evening for me.

Place has gone downhill. Bartenders with bad attitudes not many gorgeous women. Used to be customer centric. Looks like every hot girl went to Only Fans.

Good times! Good music! All of the staff is super welcoming. Love how I am always greeted with a smile by the lovely Charlene or Natasha at the front door. Everyone from the doormen, dancers, waitresses, bartenders, DJs, bar-backs, bathroom attendants, they are all on point. Excellent management as well! Tony makes sure every visit is a great one! Overall awesome place.

Looks good but definitely needs a lot of work on multiple fronts. First off, very little number of seats you don’t have to pay a fortune for (seriously, seats start at $300 and go up from there). Drinks were reasonable priced (for a strip club, $9) but 5 waitresses and every one of them walked by without taking a drink order (after I finally found a table and was without a drink for over an hour). Dances are $35 per, or 3/100? One even said 3 for 200! VIP is 500/30 min, 1000/hr! One dancer made it a mission to grind me into a nub. Some attractive dancers but it’s an all or nothing game (buy dances or they’re gone).

Palazio has always been my favorite gentleman’s club and the main reason for that is the friendly faces that great you and instantly make you feel like family. Charlene works the front door is amazing at her job. She’s been a staple of this club for so many years and I always look forward to seeing her face when I visit! Whether it’s for the entertainment on stage, or to catch a fight on the screen, or just to chat it up with new folks, Palazio is a nice spot to hang out at. I can actually come by myself and unwind. Did I mention they make the best cocktails? Shout out to Alia who always makes them with love and also makes great recommendations for food. Ask for the salmon (done the special way). Everyone’s super nice and welcoming and don’t pressure you at all. They just want you to enjoy yourself. As a women, I’m very impressed by the energy here. Whether it’s to turn up or cool down, they will get you right.

For Austins premier club, it leaves a lot to be desired. The dancers themselves are quite pretty, but their talent is definitely shallow. I would say 80% of them barely even touched the pole. More than a handful also looked very unhappy to be there.There were a few favorites who seemed to be enjoying themselves and had talent on the pole, but sitting 2 hours for only a couple talented dancers was a let down.

My husband and I came in here together for the first time and we had so much fun. We got greeted by a group of beautiful girls at the front and our waitress sat us at our table. Alyssa took care of us the whole night and made sure we had a good time. Mina and Kendall were our dancers. We popped some champagne, and got a cabana with them. The girls were worth the money and entertainment. Very fun atmosphere. We don’t have anything like this in Midland, we will be returning soon with friends for a birthday.

I came in with my man and the front desk lady tasha was very sweet. alyssa was our wonderful waitress, she showed us to a table and got our drinks quickly. the dancers are very couple friendly, my man and I both got dances and then went to a cabana. the girls are 10/10,we’ve raved about this club to our friends and will bring them in for the next birthday.

I have been in VIP at this establishment on multiple occasions and I must give a rave review for the bartender Jordan. She makes me feel like a million dollars! Every time I see her she engages with eye contact and even orders my choice of tequila if it’s not there with her. I’m easy going but it’s nice when the service is as good when Jordan takes care of me. I’ll keep coming back just for that.

Wow, what an experience! The club decor is very nice. One of the classiest layouts I’ve seen and I’ve see a lot. There’s an enormous big screen behind the center stage and the UFC fight I watched was like watching it ringside. I had the capellini with shrimp for dinner which was absolutely delicious and the staff was always smiling and friendly. And then there’s the girls. Without a doubt some of the finest I’ve seen in Texas. I had a really great time and will definitely return.

Been here a few times with my husband and our most recent time was the best experience we’ve had there. Thanks to our waitress Louisa. We consider ourselves often strip club go-ers and understand the stigma around couples in the strip club. So we don’t take the whole dancers not approaching us personal. We asked our waitress what would be the best way to get dancers over and she was a great help with that. We gave her our type, pointed a few girls out and BAM. After a few lap dances, we knew we wanted to move our party to the private cabanas. Palazio is a great, high-class club with drop dead gorgeous women. Great DJ, polite staff and management. 10/10 recommend!!!

My wife and I stopped by late on Saturday night. The dancers were beautiful and our waitress was amazing. However, my wife bought me a lap dance which was, to be frank, quite uncomfortable as the dancer would not reciprocate any conversation or “talk” and smelled. Our tab was $60 we tipped cash and my card was charged $75. Only one dancer approached usin a matter of 2 hours who gave me a dance, and as this was our first experience at an adult entertainment club, we are very disappointed.

Charlene at the front, is really what makes this place shine. She’s energetic, quick on her feet, and can always be heard laughing from the entrance. Every time I’ve come in, Charlene sets the mood, so you just know it’s going to be a great night right off !!!!!

Decided to come here on a whim and had one of the best girls nights ever! Athena took excellent care of us all night and made the night so memorable! Definitely will be back because of that.

Wife and I went here for the first time Saturday night as we are somewhat new to the area. Arrived about 8:45 to make sure we would get a table, which turned out was not a problem at all. After about 30 minutes asked our waitress if we could move due to the young guys in front of us wanting to stand next to their table, blocking the stage. She happily obliged, and the rest of the night was fine in thise regards. I have read several of your reviews regarding couples, and must say, this needs to be addressed. We have been several other places where thus has never been a problem. If not for our waitress, whos name I cannot remember to save my life and the one girl, Kitty, who was wonderful, we would have had to leave hours before we did. My wife is very shy and struggles with approaching the stage. Even when I would and invite them over three never showed up. Some men often go to these clubs to feel some level of being desired. Women are no different. Just because a couple enjoys the appreciation that men do does not mean they are trying for something more, but when nobody approaches your table all night it makes the people sitting there wonder why wont they come talk to me. Lap dance from one girl was $100 and from the other $40. I thought the range difference was very strange, and wondered if it was used as a deterrant.Would have liked to have spent more time with the one girl who made my wife actually feel good about herself, but was very late at that point, and we had a long drive home. Overall spent about $500 and was told VIP was $1000 hour. The other thing that stood out to us was the lack of dress code for patrons. At first we were a little unsure about the quality of the club overall due to this, but the girls were all top notch ,and the club kept clean from what we could tell. Will probably try once more, provided that particular dancer is there, and will probably consider the VIP, but will definitely be checking out other spots. Thank you to Kitty and our unknown waitress who tried every thing she could to make it as pleasurable as possible.

When I went Alyssa was our server and she was amazing! So friendly and fast (and ALL the drinks were good). Everyone else working that night was amazing too, from the lady at the front to the amazing dj they had! I will definitely be back if not for the service then definitely for the women ;)

I work in the service industry and I wanted to express what a great time I had over the weekend at this place. The club is very clean and the ambiance is awesome. Strip clubs arent all about the girls (yes I went there). It is about the overall experience, environment and levels of service you receive and the Palazio hits the mark on all 3 of these. The managers attended to the customers as well as made sure the dancers were taken care of (from what I can see). The waitstaff always asked if i needed a drink but wouldnt roll their eyes or give me a snide comment if I refused to order another. The girls (from my experience) werent giving me a bad attitude if I didnt want any dances or want to buy any drinks for them. I did not have one issue while I was there. I should also note I was in Austin from Wednesday until Sunday and only planned on going once but ended up going all the days I was visiting. Pa pa Palazio!! Came on a Friday night around 11pm. Plenty of girls. Great party vibe. Amazing sound system. Maybe too good. You have to shout at the people and girls right next to you if youre anywhere near the main stage. Girls did one dance on each of the 3 stages. Other places around same day/time (PT & YR) have girls dancing 3 songs before getting swapped out.There are some inconsistencies with prices for dances. Ask ahead of time. Some quoted $40 a dance or 3 for $100. Others charged what most other places charge, $20 per dance. The $40 girls were not twice as good looking nor did they put in twice the amount of effort, in their dances, to be charging twice as much.

I went here to celebrate a friends birthday. After 15 minutes of having some drinks, we accepted the offer from a server to move to the VIP section for an inflated $650. After giving the waiter my ID and credit card, we were walked to the VIP section where we were then told EACH dancer will be an additional $1,000 PER HOUR!!! We all immediately said, heck no. I asked for a refund or cancel the transaction and the server said no. After asked several times and getting told no, we all walk out of the establishment and I was forced to leave my ID and credit card there. We were in the VIP section for less than 3 minutes. Will never go here again.

I dont know what the other 1 stars are complaining about but I saw just an absolutely great club and I will be coming back again. The ladies all were very polite and kind and actually listen to you not like other clubs where its all just an act they genuinely listen and convers with you. I recently witnessed an unsettling incident at Palazio in Austin, Texas, where a friend of mine and his brother were treated incredibly poorly. Upon their arrival, one of them tripped on the stairs, and without pause or inquiry, the bouncer accused them of being too drunk to enter.The hasty judgment and complete lack of empathy for a disability were shocking to see. I cant recommend this place when there are surely more compassionate venues in Austin. Such treatment of individuals with disabilities should never be tolerated. Avoid Palazio.

A nice place. The girls are beautiful and friendly. The cocktail waitresses are nice too. But the only problem is that the drinks are super watered down. I mean you pay top dollar to drink at a place like this and get all these watered down drinks that barely have any alcohol. Between me and friend we had about 6 drinks and we still were as sober as a cat. I hope the management know about whats going on behind the bar. Otherwise the services were excellent.

I have been here twice with my boyfriend and I wont lie the girls are beautiful here and i do mean that! The only issue is that, as a couple we did not have any girls come up to us and ask us for a dance. They would walk right by us and talk to everyone else around us and ignored us. Some girls would come up to my boyfriend when i was in the restroom, but as soon as he told them he was here with me and i was in the restroom, they would just take off and not come back to our table. I get there is a stigma with couples at strip clubs, and its sad that the girls here would much rather just stand around and not get paid than come and talk to us. We are there to spend money, but I guess that does not matter to them.

DO NOT GO TO... was sad, had a bachelor party and paid for bottle service $340, then the whole time there, girls wanted 1 dance for $40 and 3 for $100 or they don’t dance they only do champagne room or they wanted us to upgrade again to a Cabana for $700, constant sales bombardment, terrible! The girls are just ok, better at the Yellow Rose and Perfect 10. Left after 45 min, but will day the manager did refund the bottle... as it was really started, he said it should be $20 a dance and they shouldn’t be pushing for more so aggressively... don’t believe, they have a culture of Sales not service!!!!

Younger and better looking girls the negative was that 90% of the girls have zero pole skills and half never even touched the pole although a few could. Some bartenders behind the bar were very rude and somewhat lazy, others were awesome. All the girls working the floor were professional. They are touchy if you want to sit down so you gotta play that ridiculous “bottle game” but all clubs here seem that way )-: I had zero issue from the management however after the entire group started spending good money.

Overall girls were great. The management needs some training in people skills. I left my jacket, scarf and clutch at my table with drinks for a lap dance. When I returned, two songs later my drinks, jacket, scarf and clutch were gone. I was extremely polite with management and they acted like I had orchestrated the whole thing. After 10 minutes my stuff miraculously appeared at the bartenders station, handed in by a good samaritan as they phrased it. The management then went on to say it was my fault and i should feel lucky it was given back to me. I understand i should not have left any of my stuff at the table. However,.i was told my things would be fine when i went.for the dance..Confusing? Yes. Just avoid. Go to any other club.

Fantastic club with nothing but beautiful classy women everywhere you look. This is what I expect from an upscale Austin club and it truly made for an excellent night out. From now on this is the ONLY club I would ever visit in Austin. The girls are top notch with a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and ethnicity and all extremely sweet and friendly as well. I cant recommend it enough if youre looking for a clean upscale club in Austin you need only stop here, it is absolutely fantastic place in every possible way.

Weve had some waitress problems but for the most part theyre good. My main complaint is that the dancers dont mingle. Instead they stand at the back or off to the sides, chatting and looking at their phones. Stop being afraid of couples, get on the floor, and talk to the customers. And there should be a no gum on the the stage rule. It looks tacky.

Best strip club I’ve been to in a while! San Antonio strippers would starve in Austin. I was there 4 hours and I didn’t get to see all the girls dance. The manager tells me that they have 100 strippers a night available on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. They had pretty girls that new how to dance. San Antonio doesn’t come close to this club.

We guys want a little fun from time to time. This place is an organized mafia that will over charge your credit card every step of the way. I been here several times with friends and they always do it. Take cash and never trust them with the accounting, they will robe you blind. There are other places in Austin with nicer girls and better service.

The limo driver was entertaining, and we were greeted at the door by the manager who was professional, at first, and our server was friendly and cool. Then the problems came. We had dancers coming up and pouring their own drinks out of our stash, and I mean heavy pouring too. At least our server had asked if she could take a shot with us when she poured a round. Then others were ripping off my friends. One got one of the guys for $100 for only two dances after originally asking for $120. THEN THE BIGGEST B.S. MOVE... I think they must have expected that I would be drunk by the time the bill came. When she brought it to me, it was for close to $1,500! I told her no, I got a $1,200 package, and she got the manager who said oh, shes new at this, me fix. Then come back with it just short of $1,300 and when I inquire, tells me because of tax. I let her know the tax was included in the $1,200 from their website, and in a snarky tone she says if you can show me where it says that, Ill honor it. YOU ARE A MANAGER SELLING SEVERAL OF THESE PACKAGES A NIGHT! YOU KNOW D**N WELL TAX IS INCLUDED! My advice to you is make sure whoever is paying the bill doesnt get obliterated. They will try to take advantage of you and hustle you out of more than what you agreed to.

Girls are very unfriendly and rude. Drinks were very much watered down. As a female guest, I was inappropriately groped by male guests. Lap dance prices seemed to change throughout the night, even by the same dancer. Overall a very bad experience and I will encourage my friends to visit a different club.

Jolie was a fantastic waitress and was one of the many highlights of my time at the club will definitely come back
