Guys over there are top tier. Been following their instagram and getting quartz and glass there since I lived in Florida 4-5 years ago. Always got my stuff in 2 days or so even states away. Now I live over in Ohio and work closer to one of their other locations and these dudes actually delivered my order to another location to make it more convenient for me. Appreciate you guys always. They do it the best!

I go to this Smoke Shop 2-3 times a week and have never had anything but the best experience! All the workers are extremely caring and knowledgeable, Vinny has helped me out countless times in figuring out the right product for me!

Purchase some marijuana from the glass containers and the one that I purchased from had shake leftover in the container it was about a gram it was more than I normally get and he gave me a deal but when I got home it didnt seem like the same one that I originally bought from the same container previous days ago it feels more like synthetic marijuana when I smoke it Im not sure what he sold me but its definitely not real marijuana please be careful check what you purchase check the older check the density just check everything because nowadays people will scam you in a heartbeat. I made this purchase yesterday morning.

This place used to be The Smoke Shop, one of the only head shops from an era before legalization and irrational fears of a dang plant.Super happy that Planet Caravan is doing the place justice. My wife takes CBD and it helps her so much, the person working was quick to help show us options and get the product that we needed.

They are so good with customer service and even tho it wasn’t their fault N postal messed up they made sure I was still happy with their services. Joe went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed and he was consistent with the messaging through the email and he was very helpful even to pick out a difference set. Can definitely recommend this place. To shop online or even in store these people put the customer first. I was actually recommended to shop for my buddy who went there personally in Cincinnati. I’ll give them 10 stars if it was possible!!

I went in to hang up some local events posters and I ended up leaving with my pockets full of stuff. Connor was super nice and engaging. Helped me through a couple of products I ended up buying. Worth coming through for the selection and service.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff, who will personally help you find anything you might be looking for. One of the guys blows his own glass and makes the most incredible pipes. Its the best pipe shop Ive been to, and has an immense selection as well as reasonable prices. I got a big Pokemon water pipe for $10 there! And a sick nectar collector set for $25

This store is incredible. Such a wide selection. Truly anything that has to do with smoking, they have it. Matt, was amazing. I am in my 50s and didnt have a clue what most of that stuff does. Matt was patient and supremely knowledgeable on all products. If you go, you have to look him up.

I went in initially for a new 510 vape device and was greeted by this super friendly guy Rob. He brought me to the appropriate counter and with is advise I decided on the upgraded version of what I originally looking for. After I mentioned that this was my first time in, he proceeded to show me around and I met his fellow coworker who was friendly as well. I’m not into glass anymore, but they seemed fully stocked, accessories, the whole thing. I did end up buying some cbd edibles and a matcha drink he was enthusiastic about too. This place totally blew me away with the huge selection of products they have! They were so nice and helpful, and made recommendations based on their knowledge with it. I’ve been coming here for about 15 years. Even before Planet Caravan took over. It was a small smoke shop, now that it’s Planet Caravan everything was gutted and redone. All new glass cabinets, all new inventory, all new staff. Planet Caravan is now the leader in head shops in the Cincinnati area. Located conveniently right across the street from the University of Cincinnati on Jefferson Ave. Parking can be somewhat tricky with only a few spots in a difficult to maneuver lot. I think they have a few other locations in the Cincinnati area, I’m not completely sure where they are though. Their staff is friendly and informative. If you’re not sure about something ask and they’ll be happy to help you. Prices are reasonable and similar to other head shops in the area. Planet Caravan always has a great inventory and also displays a lot of local glass artists which I think is great. Their inventory is vast and eccentric with a lot of diversity of products. And if you’re out of town you can visit their Instagram where they sell products and they will ship them to you. How awesome is that? Overall, if you’re looking for a head shop in Cincinnati, Planet Caravan should be your first stop.

A grade A establishment. Knowledgeable, chill, and approachable for novices. They take care of all their customers as if theyre regulars. Cant recommend enough.

They are patient and explain the differences in the products and the products effects.I am new to edibles and smoke shops but they were patient and answered all of my questions.I love the gummies and maybe I get a vape next time.

I used to be a loyal customer but over the past few months Ive watched their customer service and general business practices decline/turn sour. It bums me out but watching how the owners/management deal with people lower on the ladder (customers, employees, collabs, etc) has given me no other choice but to stop going. This doesnt even have much to do with the products themselves because they have plenty to offer but I do not agree with the things I have noticed and I dont even work there. I never want to discourage people from supporting small businesses as I work for one myself but this is one of those rare cases. Try short vine, theres more than one reputable shop on that street.

I have been here about 3 times... Now the first 2 times I came in with my Husband & the 3rd time I came in with my friend & it was her 1st time at your store & unfortunately the young man that decided to help us was rude to us & clearly wasnt very happy doing his job that day... I was asking quick & simple things How much is this? & this, how about this. So, Im sorry that we wasted his time or bore him... But Im not sure Ill be back to your store after your workers made us feel like we were a burden.

Planet Caravan does not sell bongs as those are very much illegal in Ohio but they have a fantastic selection of headies and high quality water pipes. They even have Elbo rigs! This store has terrible customer service. Was told I was fine browsing in an area only to have a different employee come and tell me i was that i shouldnt be over. The person i believe was named Stich. Any self respecting consumer would not shop here.

Don’t let the kind staff fool you. Management at pc is terrible. Their business was built off of overpriced glass. Everything in the store can be found online at a better price or from the artist themselves. If you buy from the artist you would be supporting more of the industry more than supporting the growing pc superstore. The only reason I could think to go to planet caravan is to find an artist.

Good shop has amazing stock with glass and other headies. I bought a moodmat from the shop and shipping was unbelievably slow. Waited a week and never got the item so I hit them on IG DM and they sent me one out the next day. I got the second mood mat 5 days later BUT still never got the first one they CLAIM to sent so i assume they never sent it and they forgot about my order until I complained. My friend also contacted them about the same item on IG and they quoted him at 5 dollars cheaper so i dont understand all the confusion within this store.

Will never go back again I’ve been there NUMEROUS times with the credit card I use. it has the same last name but somehow today it’s a problem, employees stated it’s policy to confirm the card with the license and that’s never been asked of me. Therefore leading to them FORCING my father at work to FaceTime them and both workers stuttered in place not knowing what to do or say after clearly stating how they enforce this policy “everyday” employees also were very rude and rolling their eyes and just being unprofessional in a workplace overall... I will never go back it was the worst experience and so unprofessional I will never be shopping here again it’s run by abunch of arrogant college kids

I cant show these guys enough love. I found a glass blower that I really wanted something by and He sent me to planet caravan. The PC team responded to my Instagram direct message immediately & soon I had color shift videos of all three rigs. The rig was gonna go out Saturday but due to the holidays they couldnt send it til Monday & included a free PC moodmat! I had a better experience with PC from Ohio to Sacramento then I do at some glass shops that I physically walk into. Customer service is king & PC has it down to a science.
