While visiting family in TN I booked my wife a massage for her birthday. Sandy took care of us and got us an opening with Jeffery. Jeffery was AMAZING! He did wonders for my wifes neck and shoulder pain. My only regret is that I can only give 5 stars for my the review. Jeffery, Sandy and all at Bliss deserve 1000000 stars for their services, their beautiful establishment, and their wonderful accommodations for us after a long trip! Will definitely come back next time we visit!

This was the best massage and facial experience I have had! This was my first time at bliss, and I was greeted with kindness!Mrs. Cindy was the lady who did my massage and she is the SWEETEST thing. She was extremely respectful, kind, took her time and made you feel very comfortable. Such a calm presence! Her technique was perfect and I left feeling so relaxed!Mrs. Diane did my facial and my skin never felt better. She is very knowledgeable about skincare and gave me some great tips to take home! She is so kind and I love her personality!Overall a great experience!! Both of these ladies are a wonderful choice!

Heavenly Perfection!! We have been to Bliss several times (for facials). Every single visit is the same.... AMAZING! The staff is amazing, professional, friendly and accommodating! If you get a facial - ask for Maci or Emily! That is who we schedule with every single time!!! The facility is clean, quiet, elegant, relaxing and we absolutely LOVE it there! We highly recommend this spa to everyone... go!! You will LOVE the experience!

My husband purchased me a $300.00 gift card to Bliss Luxury Spa & Salon. I wanted to get my lashes done. Went & got them done and instantly before I ever left the salon had a pain in my left eye that felt like a razor blade cutting when I blinked. The tech looks in my eye a few times and says she dont see anything. My eye was super red and wouldnt stop watering and pain was super bad! She asked another tech to take a look and see if she saw anything in it. The lady said no and so they walked out of the room told me to lay in the dark with my eyes closed and see if it helped. I laid there for a few minutes, and I hear them as soon as they closed the door whispering. Im not dumb & I knew they were talking about me. I get up and walk out. As the day went on it got worse to the point I couldnt open my eye. Couldnt sleep that night bc the pain was so bad, so I had to use coconut oil and take the lashes off. When I finally got them off the pain instantly was better!!! What happened was she had glue caked up in the corner and it was sharp so every time I blinked it was cutting my eye. So, I went back to the salon to show them where my eye was actually cut. I asked the lady (SANDY) since I didnt get to keep them 24 hrs and it was nothing that I did to cause it, could they refund my money to my gift card so I could use it on another service at their salon I could enjoy. The lady said she had to talk to her manager and would call me the next day with an answer! The next day came, and I never got a call. So, I called and spoke to the same lady (SANDY), and she said that she was still waiting to speak to the manager and would call me when she did but continued to say she was a retired nurse and the spot in my eye was NOT from the lashes it was from an eye injury. WOW!!!! Seriously then what else could it be it wasnt like that when I came in there but was the next day after I kept saying something is wrong and something is cutting me in the very spot where the red mark appeared, and you could see was cut. She finally calls me back and says I spoke to my manager, and we dont feel we owe you anything bc you actually got the service and the spot in your eye is not due to the lashes. Also asked well did you go to the doctor? Did you have a cornea abrasion? Like seriously none of that is even relevant... Im blown away that they dont even care to try and make it right when their tech is the one that globed the glue up in that corner and it was what was causing the issue. Its not like I asked for the cash back or the money back for the gift card. I simply asked for it to be put back on my gift card so I could try to enjoy a different service at their salon!!! The tech was telling me she owned her own business doing lashes outside of this salon and that we should come over there because its cheaper. I have never been treated so poorly especially by a place that you are supposed to feel so relaxed. I even have $150.00 still on my gift card and I will not darken the doors of this place again!

Love bliss, I go every 2 weeks for my service and I always get Diane or k. They are both very knowledgeable and kind. I love the facials and how gentle they are. They also remember little details about you to make your experience better and the atmosphere is calming and as a mom of 2 I look forward to it. Also keep in mind this is a spa to relax so they do not allow kids in the building out of respect for everybody else. I learned that from my 1st appointment but I completely understand why.

Everyone is nice and I loved the atmosphere. However, I was not satisfied with my haircut. I couldn’t go lighter, so I chose a neutral color that was supposed to have blonde and my money pieces were supposed to be touched up. My money pieces are piss yellow and not a speck of blonde in my hair. I have wavy hair and the stylist cut my hair while it was still wet and didn’t check to see if it was even. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be layers or just uneven but I’m not happy with it. I was told I couldn’t go lighter until my next session, but my hairstylist back home said she can fix it and do what I asked for. I just moved to Tennessee and was excited to try this place, but I will stick to my hair salon in GA. I included 3 pics of what I asked for and what it ended up looking like- $258 later. You can literally see how uneven my hair cut is and no blonde whatsoever.

Essential Christiee does amazing work, Im always happy with bliss. I was in between when Nancy left, bc I wont let just anyone touch my hair. Shes professional, she listens to what you want, I have sleek hair not a hair out of place, compete precision. Im happy. Thank you! -Christina

I had an amazing experience for my first time at Bliss. My husband purchased a gift card for Christmas for me to get a maternity massage as that’s all I had been talking about wanting since becoming pregnant and dealing with the aches and pains. I was hopeful that I would walk out feeling better but I walked out feeling AMAZING. Lacey did such an amazing job working on any problem areas I had and just making me feel comfortable all the way around. I’d never gotten a massage before so I walked in to this experience blind and left wanting more. Can’t wait to come back and get another massage and use some of the features I was unable to due to being pregnant.

Tish was amazing and everyone that worked there was so kind. This was my first time getting a massage in years and I was super nervous about it being awkward or just not knowing what to do but everyone made it go so smooth and made me very comfortable. Tish did my massage and she did an amazing job and will definitely go back to here when I can!

This was my first visit at Bliss and I was certainly impressed! The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly! When I entered the spa, they took time to show me around and explain where to change and what to expect. The facility is impeccably clean and beautiful. Massage clients are provided nice comfy robes and slippers to use during their visit (which was a great amenity)! If you arrive early for your appointment, you can take advantage of the sauna or the relaxation room (do it, it is great)! Tasha was my massage therapist and she was amazing! She took her time to address problem areas and trigger points. She was very professional and allowed me to completely relax and enjoy the experience! I have had many massages in the past, but this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had! I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Bliss and I am so excited to go back! (I scheduled another massage before I even left the building!!!)

This was my first visit to Bliss and my first time having my eyebrows tinted. First the Bliss surroundings are exquisite- very soothing and calming. Every single person was welcoming. Diane was unbelievably kind and very professional. Even though I was only getting tenting done I was very nervous. She was so understanding.And the outcome was amazing. And best of all, I booked a second appointment. Thank you Diane and Bliss.

I woke up late due to being a new young mother. I’ve had one bad experience with a massage place and this was supposed to be a nice gift to me. This place is unwilling to work with people at all when missing their appointments and that shows for a lack of care for any person in the world. I’ve had complications with breastfeeding and this was supposed to give me helping hand. I will never be going to a massage place now because this makes a second bad experience with apparently people who have no compassion.

Chris gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years! She understood what I needed better than I could explain which means she respectfully listened to what I wanted and not what she wanted to do. Refreshing. She’s great with color too and honest to not overcharge for services I signed up for but didn’t actually need. She’s won my business hands down.

Cindy is absolutely amazing! She made me feel completely at ease and had me relaxed in minutes. She is my favorite and you will not go wrong if you choose her. I cannot wait to book another massage with her. Bliss is a wonderful relaxing spa.

This was my first spa experience and it was all together great. The robes are to die for, I wanted to take one home so bad! Bailey is such a wonderful massage therapist! I highly recommend her. She has a great personality and kept me laughing the whole time. Diane did my my facial and I was so relaxed I thought I might actually fall asleep! Sami did my pedicure and she is honestly the best nail tech I’ve ever had an experience with! She took her time and paid attention to detail! Today was my first time at the facility, and the experience was phenomenal from walking in to exiting. Cindy was AMAZING. I’ve bragged on her and the experience to several people already, and I will highly recommend Bliss. I’ve already booked my next appointment, and even though Cindy wasn’t available, I’m sure it will still be a wonderful experience based on the level of professionalism I witnessed today. I just visited Bliss for a deep tissue massage. First, I would like to give God the glory because I soon as I laid down I asked that He would work through Courtney’s hands; and that’s what He did! Secondly, I would like to express how wonderfully talented Courtney is... I asked for deep tissue and that’s exactly what I received. The massage was not only relaxing, but very therapeutic! Being the daughter of a 30 year long massage therapist, I know the hard work that goes into deep tissue and I’m so very grateful for Courtney’s attention to detail and true love for her calling. Lastly, my overall experience with Bliss was relaxing and very comfortable. I appreciate all the effort that every staff member made to make my visit memorable. Thank you and you have my very best recommendation to everyone considering a trip to Bliss!

All I can say is absolutely amazing. The whole experience was just awesome everybody there is super friendly and super sweet its just a great environment with amazing quality and amazing outcomes. All I can do is talk good about this place. Nancy is such a great stylist and she is so easy to get along with she is super funny and great at what she does. I was scared to get my haircut but she made it all worth it and I will definitely be back again just because of her. So my rating is 10 out of 10 would recommend will definitely come back again! 💖

This was my first time getting a facial and it was amazing! Lynn made sure I was comfortable and well informed of all she was going to help me with and the products she was using. I was able to talk casually and comfortably with her about my concerns and she helped come up with a solution and what would help my skin the most. She was very friendly, definitely coming back!

Bailey is truly the best! Such a sweetheart! I go monthly for a massage and to relax. Being a pediatric home health nurse puts a toll on my body. I have noticed a big difference and I don’t get headaches like I was getting. She offers great advice for stretching. I highly recommend Bailey, she is knowledgeable and always very professional.

Hi, I had my lashes done in this location, and when I went back to do my refill, they had to take them all done, and I ended up with baby lashes, no lashes at all. That was a horrible experience. I hope no one has to go to. Emily did a horrible job and I don’t want anybody to have to go through this. She was very nice and friendly, but way too young and unexperienced for what I believe. Do not get extensions there as they hire an experienced. Just graduated individuals. However, Kaitlyn seems to be doing a great job, she took them off for me. It was very apologetic just couldn’t help me out because all my lashes were gone since the prayer girl put one eyelash and two or three of mine, by the way, I have lots of lashes I just wanted not to wear mascara for a while and ended up with a nightmare.

Sami did a wonderful job on my nails. She took her time and the end result was beautiful. The whole experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I left was better than I could have asked for. I definitely left feeling that I had been pampered! I scheduled my next appointment before I even left.

I have went to Emily for my lashes since around November. I would never go to anyone else now, She is the best! I’ve seen a negative review about her and just had to say that I love her work.

I got the lash and tint with Lillie and let me just tell you, she/it is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable (considering my eyes were closed). She communicated everything she was doing so I was never left wondering. Im also a jumpy person and she accommodated that with touching a spot on my face before touching my lashes which really really helped me know to expect it so I wouldnt jump. Im almost 3 weeks post-lashlift and already cant wait to go back. I love them! 10/10 recommend!

This salon charges full amounts for unconfirmed - unattended services. My card was charged $200 for an unconfirmed service, then when I asked if there was any way to re-schedule or refund I was informed I would then be charged again for any other services and no refund would be given. The only answer I got was “it’s our policy.” I then asked was there any type of agreement that I had signed stating my knowledge of their policy the manager stated it was a verbal agreement. She was absolutely no help at all, all they cared about was their verbal agreement. My husband and I did enjoy going here but we will never be back. Horrible customer service.Not to mention, during this time I was in the hospital delivering our first baby boy. But, unfortunately that wasn’t going to be forgiven - it’s their policy. 😂

Beth was wonderful! I could feel the care she took. She found spots I didnt even realize were a problem. I really appreciate her taking the time to assess my needs. I especially loved the stretches she did. It was very relaxing and even more I really felt someone was focused on making sure my needs were met. It was such a treat.

Pretty good experience overall, would definitely try again. My fiancé gave me a certificate for Christmas that allowed me to have almost a half-day-long spa day, which consisted of 30 minutes in the sauna, a 30 minute bath soak, a Swai Thai Massage, and a Sole Soother. The massage and the Sole Soother were both fantastic! But the sauna and the bath soak were less enjoyable. The sauna was really no warmer than the ambient temperature of the room and was actually quite drafty and cold from the seal on the door. I even exited the sauna to make sure that it was actually turned on on the outside. This was worsened by the fact that my bath was cold when they came to get me from the sauna for it. No one ever asked if I had a temperature preference for my bath beforehand, which is fine, but it was way too cold to enjoy, especially since the ceiling fan had also been left on. I was unsure of how to turn it off, running around half frozen and half naked, I finally just retreated to my bath as it was at least warmer than the windy room . I tried to let some of the water out and run hotter water, but the tub was so large that I never got it to a comfortable temperature before my time was up. My belongings also became stuck in the mens lockers, as the key wouldnt open the lock. Several of the employees tried helping me, but eventually just forced it open. None of that was honestly that big of a deal, and all-in-all I would likely go back if given the opportunity....but definitely make the request to have my bath quite a bit hotter. 😊

I had never been to have a real, professional massage before, so I called bliss. It was easy to make my appointment and I was not dissatisfied with anything today. I will for sure be back! They were very professional and clean. And if you need a good massager.. Bailey is your girl. She gets the job done well! Can’t wait til I book my next appointment with Bailey!

Today was my first visit to Bliss Spa and it will not be my last! Actually it will be added to my routine to return at least monthly if not twice a month. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the staff! The entire spa was very clean, stylish and very calming in every space I visited. Today I had the joy of meeting Macy and she is an absolute doll! Amber did an amazing job with my cut and color. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that! Her personality and chit chat was just as awesome. I would recommend her 10 out of 10 times! This was a fantastic experience. From scheduling to being welcomed when you walked into the facility and enjoying the relaxation room as well as getting a facial it was all top-notch. Lily does amazing, amazing, amazing facials! I live 3 1/2 hours away and I will be back at least once a quarter to get a facial with her!

I have had several services on several dates and zero complaints. Cancellation is simple, just give more than 24 hour notice.Facilities are always extremely neat and relaxing. All staff have always treated me kindly and respectfully. Absolutely love Bliss ❤️❤️

All the staff were excellent! Jeff did such an amazing job. All the stress points and kinks were worked completely out. I had the two hour signature massage and I highly recommend it! Jeff is so knowledgeable about how to avoid tension and release stress as well. Definitely making another appointment in the near future!

My first Brazilian wax, ever.I experienced my first Brazilian wax with this salon, and Diane was the person who guided me through the entire process. I came in, explained it was my first time, and she walked me through baby steps on how everything would go, and that it would be perfectly okay to stop at a bikini for the first time (baby steps!)I ended up trudging through the entire thing and it did... indeed hurt. It hurt ladies, it does. But Diane was incredibly nice and comforting, and made the entire process as painless as it could be. Id definitely recommend her, 10000%, especially if it is your first time. I did it. I made it. And Im gonna do it again!

To say I loved the signature massage I had today with Bailey is an understatement! I was in need of some relaxation and tension relief with my massage, and it was exactly what I experienced and received. This place was recommended by a friend. I thought it would be a good place for us to try. I did have a few questions regarding the services they offered. When I emailed them with my questions. I received very rude and vague responses. They let me know in one email that they use Lavender, to which I let them know I was allergic. They wrote back with maybe you should go somewhere else because we use lavender throughout our center. Its pretty sad that this place does not want to cater to people who have allergies.

I have had dozens of massages, and Kayla gave me the best massage Ive ever had. I was incredibly relaxed, but I didnt fall asleep, which I always hate when I do because I miss the massage. Kayla is a fantastic addition to the spa, and I cant wait to book with her again!

This was my first time at Bliss and I can definitely say I will be back! The atmosphere was amazing and relaxing. The ladies and Nick who performed my services were so friendly and did an amazing job. Thank you each for the time you took to help me feel relaxed and enjoy my time there.

Courtney was so great today! I am almost 38 weeks pregnant and received the prenatal massage. She knew exactly how to lie me down comfortably and made sure I was doing okay throughout the massage. She focused on the main areas that have been hurting me: my back, my hips, my legs, and feet. Thank you!!

First time ever going here and can honestly say Bliss is the best spa I’ve ever been to!! It is so clean and professional and makes you feel like a million bucks! I was blown away by how beautiful this place truly is. The staff and owner has literally thought about every little detail that I feel other places don’t care enough about. Everyone was super welcoming and you can tell they are there to serve the customers. After my massage and facial, there was no rush to hurry and get out for the next person. They literally told us to take our time in sauna and relaxation room which is a nice change from all the other spas I’ve ever been to. I had the most amazing experience at Bliss and will never go to a different salon or spa now!! Ross is awesome at what he does! Can’t recommend this place enough!!

I had to reschedule my normal appointment last minute and Christie was able to fit me in. She did an excellent job with my base color and was so patient as I dozed in and out of my mini power naps. After a long night of work and class in the morning, she made it a pleasant overall experience!

Courtney is absolutely wonderful! She gives such a fantastic massage! I carry stress in my neck, shoulders and low back. After a massage all of the tightness in those areas are gone! I can’t wait until my next massage!

I was made to feel comfortable and welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Jeffery did an amazing job with walking me through what he would be doing and educating me on some helpful hints for after and between massages. This was my first time at Bliss but definitely will not be my last.

I simply cannot thank Bliss enough. Every aspect of my half day spa was amazing. My Thai massage with Courtney was almost an out of body experience, she has perfect pressure and strength, theres healing in those hands! My facial with Diane felt like angel wings were brushing my face. Although this was my first experience with a blow out I have never, ever had a stylist be so gentle, yet thorough with my hair as Ava. I dont think anyone can compare to her! And, my pedicure with Michaela was the grand finale, my toes are summer ready!Thank you for an Ah-mazing experience!

Beth gave me BY FAR the best massage I’ve ever received. She’s extremely knowledgable about the human body and how to fix what you didn’t even know was ailing you, while describing what she’s doing. I went in with tight shoulders, and I left feeling like jello and completely relaxed. I felt comfortable and very at ease at all times. I will request Beth every time!

I’ve been here multiple times but my past experience was the worst and I’m never going back. During our massage, we heard people talking and glasses clanking outside the door. When we came out, my husband asked if we could use the sauna and the lady was rude to him and stated that they were about to close with an attitude. She was obviously more concerned about ending her shift than providing good customer service. Because of this, I felt rushed and had to leave with massage oils all over my body. A few days later I asked to speak with the owner over the phone and the manager answered and said that she would talk to everyone and give me a call back. This never happened. I called today and whoever answered the phone argued with me about every aspect of my complaint instead of providing good customer service. She acted as if I was lying about my experience. It was extremely disappointing that we spent over $300 on massages and left feeling unrelaxed, rushed, and disappointed. I tried to give them another chance but they decided not to value me as a person or a customer. I don’t recommend.

Courtney was amazing. I have some medical things going on right now and she was so careful and understanding. The pain I have daily is off the charts and she really helped me relax and not think about it for a while. Please tell her I said thank u again and I appreciate her so much. Hopefully when I heal from my next surgery I can get back in to see her. Y’all have a wonderful and blessed weekend.

We loved our mini spa day at Bliss! It was one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff is warm and welcoming as well as experienced and friendly. We loved the nail technicians as well and will make this our regular nail spot! Nancy for hair is amazing!

I love the Bliss atmosphere! Been going there for a couple of years now. Aleta does an outstanding job on my hair. Brings me back to life. Love the ambiance and the people that work there. Whether it’s the front desk going for a massage, facial, etc. any service I keep going back. Let’s me fade away into vacation mode during this crazy time in our lives.

Love bliss!!! Amazing massages and wonderful eyebrow waxing. Very flexible about appointments and great atmosphere. Makes you feel welcome. Personally I made a appointment last min which was totally my fault but they got me in I waited 30 min for a hard wax eyebrow waxing appointment and they told me since I had to wait so long it would be free. Worth the wait! My eyebrows have never looked better I will definitely be returning!!

Emily was lovely and did an incredible job on my facial. She did not make me feel like she was in a rush to get to her next client and was very thorough...even though we had a hiccup getting started (lol). She was also pleasant to talk to. I look forward to my next visit!!

Great place! I have never had a better wax. Emily took her time and did a very precise job on my brows, she didnt slap tons of excess wax on my face and the hard wax she used on the body was amazingly painless. I left there feeling relaxed and not sticky and burning. Will definitely use Emily and Bliss for all my future waxing.

I went to Bliss for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I was offered hot Vedic tea by a friendly staff member as soon as I walked in. Nancy did a fantastic job with my color and cut. My hair is long and thick and I’m always scared about trying a salon for the first time bc I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with choppy layering in the past. Nancy layered my hair perfectly, and I’m really happy with the way it turned out - the color too, and reds tend to be a little trickier. I was so pleased with my experience that I took my 16 yr old son for a haircut with Kendra today. He left with a smile on his face and says it’s one of the best haircuts he’s had in a long time. This is one of the best places in Cleveland over all and by far the best salon. My son and I both will definitely be back, and I look forward to trying some of their other services as well. I highly recommend!

My mom treated me today for a manicure. And I was excited and in a good mood. However I left irritated, we weren’t treated friendly, when I asked for my cuticles not be cut I was told he would do it anyway four times! I had to physically move my hand. My mother also asked that her cuticles not be cut but the lady doing her nails did it anyway. And she didn’t complain because she’s sweet. This place wasn’t friendly and also didn’t respect clients request! My mom paid $95.00 for a just okay looking manicure and rude people. Never going there again!

Cindy is a phenomenal massage therapist, kind and compassionate. I carry stress in my neck and shoulders and she is always able to remove the knots and remove the stress! Rachel has been cutting my hair for over a year now and I would NEVER go to anyone else. I have very curly hair and I was struggling to find someone who understood my needs and how to cut my hair. My hair has never looked this good! She does an AMAZING job and really knows her stuff!

I had a wonderful experience with RaeAnn as my therapist. All of the staff were very courteous and accommodating. The atmosphere was very calming. My only complaint would be the distracting footsteps up and down the hall and cabinets being open and closed very loudly in the next room. But all and all a relaxing experience.

I asked for pressure and got it! I like a bit more than most and Jeffrey delivered. Never felt like too much, just right up to the line, focused on all the right (hard to reach) spots and maintained throughout the hour. Still able to completely relax into the therapy. I don’t know about the experience of the other girls but EMILY ruined my eye lashes. I got lash extensions for the first time and I thought wow so bothersome why do ladies do this… never again! Wrong it’s that the person doing them has no experience at all. She glued 3 or 4 over my same lashes, I had glue everywhere when I left. Some lashes were twisted and all glued together it’s horrible all my real lashes have come off with the fake. I did brown tinting and waxing , first time was right second time it was horrible no difference in color and I still had to get home after waxing brows to fix eyebrows and pluck all the extra hairs she left!!!! HORRIBLE ladies anyone but EMILY!- Vanessa

For the most part it was a good experience. My sister was in from California and paid for 5 of us to have massages, pedicures and facials. We were a bit disappointed in the quality of service from whoever was supposed to be checking on us. We had mimosas available to be served to us and we were never served unless we asked for it, except for the amazing young lady who did our pedicures. She made sure my glass was kept full.

Bliss is on par with any luxury spa Ive experienced. They offer top notch services in an incredibly relaxing environment.Macy with Bliss is a gem. Shes very thorough in her process and explains exactly what shes doing and why. Shes polite and professional. She makes recommendations for product use and best practices but absolutely in an educational manner. Sessions with her are an enjoyment.

I had been going to Bliss for years. I have spent a ton of money and referred so many people there. I WILL not be spending another dime there after the experience I encountered last week. Charging people for the full service if a crisis comes up is beyond ridiculous. I understand if someone no-shows an appointment but calling ahead of time and explaining that I work in the mental health field and crisis situations happen that are completely out of my control and receiving no understanding whatsoever is a sorry excuse for customer service. The receptionist was extremely rude and acted as if I purposefully cancelled my appointment for no reason. No thank you. I will be taking my services elsewhere and recommend the same for others.

Ava is incredibly meticulous with shape and symmetry when microblading. You can tell she is making sure everything is done correctly. The atmosphere is incredible, especially for a service like microblading! Ava is easy to talk to and easy to understand. She does an excellent job preparing you, explaining the process, and preparing you for after care. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would recommend her ten times over anyone else!

The one who cut my hair did a great job if I wanted my hair this short, but not what I asked. I asked for a trim and not a cut and no shorter than my jaw line and it was cut to my level to my ears. I have been growing my hair out for a while for my wedding that is in two weeks and there is no way I can get it back to that length in that short of time. I am livid. I am trying to let it go, but I cant drop it. I tipped well because the cut was good, but again, not what I asked for and now my hair doesnt fit the aesthetic of my tux. Dont have time or money to buy a new tux or the time to grow my hair back out.

In contrast to the other reviews, I must admit that I didnt like Bliss Day Spa. I believe I had too high of expectations, especially for an Aveda salon, and they were dashed. When I came in for my appointment, I had to fill out a medical type form, for one, why is that necessary if you are just getting your hair done. My hairstylist had worked in the field for three years, after moving to the area and unable to find work as an entertainer. The hair washing station was nice and comfortable. After describing how I needed to cut off some of my length due to split ends, she proceeded to cut. Then, before finishing the cutting, she mentioned that she was going to blow it dry and then finish with the cutting. Im guessing that this is some sort of salon rule, because Ive never come across that before. I noticed the stylist behind me, did the same thing with her client. Overall, when I left the salon, I didnt like my hair. The length was fine, but beyond that I felt like my style was from the 80s. As it is, Im having to go to another salon to get it corrected, to at least give me some sort of style. Im not always picky, but I am when it comes to quality. I will never return, nor will I ever recommend.

I had a manicure Thursday before my trip to Florida Saturday they were chipping and peeling off. My whole experience didn’t start well, I called and asked do you do the gel powder that you dip? Yes we do , can I make a appt today which was happy I could get appt that quickly. I arrive and once the nail girl racheal came and got me I asked where are your powder colors ? The girl says I don’t do those I do gel polish, now that I’m in a time crunch I agreed to let her do the polish. First she had no clue how to remove my previous gel powder nails and mostly filed it away. Then she barely touched them in filing and shaping. She painted my nails and since I didn’t have my glasses with me they looked fairly good . I pay and paid more than I’ve ever had to pay at any other salon. Go outside and home get my glasses out and they were all wavy looking. I didn’t have time before my trip to go back and now I wished I had I am 2 days into my trip and they are chipping and peeling. They look horrible and and distraction to my trip.

Lauren Hupfer has been my colorist/stylist/ confidant in hair decisions (LOL) in my hair for over a year now. I walked in one day after having gone to another salon, much more highly priced in Cleveland and had bad results. I had a massage and facial and they were both amazing! Ask for Cindy for your massage and Lill for your facial. Amazing, relaxing day! The facilities are so clean and beautiful.

It is really a nice place and my stylest was very nice. It was high for the services I received though. I only got a trim and it was 50 bucks no style nothing. Now they did wash my hair and do some 2 second message which Im guessing is just something they do but to only get a trim and no styling at all I was very disappointed. Also iv never had anyone cut my hair then dry my hair and finishing cutting it. It wasnt a horrible Experience but for the price of just a trim Im not happy.
