This was the worst experience I have ever had in a club all the staff should be disappointed in how they treat people.I came up to celebrate my 33 birthday and was treated with the most disrespect I have ever had to deal withAnd the service was lousy I don’t know how many times we had to ask for a waiter.I had a group of 8 people with me we bought the most expensive bottle and bought dances and private rooms we were throwing 100s and 100s of dollars all night and still was disrespected the one girl robbed me of a dance paid for 2 up front then got one dance after that dance she then said she was called on to the stage and to come back she then avoided the dance the rest of the night she would walk around on the complete opposite side of the room. We will be taking our money to the diamond club next time. Bob the guy running the show did the best he could and we appreciate that.

I felt very heard and didnt feel any judgment with my questions!

Not bad, the drinks were kinda expensive but the servers and staff were nice, i bought some drinks for a few of the staff members and even some servers. they are all really flirty and i even had one of the servers Selena Nagy come home with me. will def be back in. 10/10

I went for the first time on Tuesday for my 21st birthday and I had a great time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Went with a group and had a lot of fun tonight. The staff we interacted with were friendly, and we had a good chat and private dances with Ivy. Drinks were expensive but pretty much on par with most places Ive been to. All in all, very much enjoyed the club and would go again.

This place is a con where they tell you one price or charge, and then they sneak in various charges and added money. They charged me twice and wouldn’t remove it. Stay away from this place!

The dancers are great, no complaints there. The food is standard bar food, can’t really complain. Some of the men who they let frequent the club?? Trash. I’m generally concerned for the safety of the dancers because lines are crossed by customers constantly and nothing is done about it unless it reaches a point of violence. It’s sickening. This is how cold cases get started. Also, the music selection could definitely use some updating. It’s clear the DJ is past his prime

My first time visiting this place was back in January 2020, my second visit was this past Wednesday morning around midnight. I didnt eat anything as I already know bar have abysmal food. There were PLENTY of girls see which I cant complain about 😅. Veronica is a sweetheart. The music playing was ok for the most part. A dance was $20 when I was there. I hope to take some pictures the next time I go.

Worked here years ago but manager yaz or yans i forgot is amazing one of nicest managers i ever had and i live in LA now and have worked in florida, california, texas and vegas clubs and hustler cleveland is still one of my all time favs. i was born and raised in ohio so whenever i come back to visit i work at this club and love this club lolthey prolly dont ever remember me bcuz its been a few years now but yeah idk why randomly felt like showing this club some luvsuch a big beautiful club, good food (luv the chicken caesar salads) and nice staff

If you’re of color, skip this place. The bouncers will make any excuse to not let you in. Even if you are dressed exactly like someone else, they’ll let them in and say your outfit is unacceptable.

For dancers considering this club:You can make pretty good money here, but expect to be shaken down by everyone from the DJ to the house mom, who controls your schedule and outfits. (Pay her: wear any cute thing you like. Dont pay: be subject to the super restrictive dress code.) Policies are very selectively enforced. If youre skinny and blonde, you can OD on the floor like six times before they fire you. There are often 50-60 girls, but only around 8 private rooms, so expect to lose rooms because of long wait times. Youd think the owner would put in some more, but evidently he doesnt care. Floor hosts are paid AGAINST tips, so essentially they arent paid by the club at all. They have to walk the line of pleasing customers enough to get tips from them, but pleasing girls enough to get tips from them as well. Generally a conflict of interest all around. Youd think a profitable club could just pay their employees to do a job. But again, the owner doesnt care.

Had the worst experience of my life last night at this place. One of the girls scammed me and robbed $80 from me. She told me that she will give me 4 dances and took the payment up front. Then she didn’t do what we agreed on, so I asked for my money back. She refused to give me the money, and called the bouncer that she knew will take her side obviously and they told me there’re no refunds. The manager said it’s a “you said, she said” situation, and basically I got scammed. I don’t care about the money, but I hate it being taken away from me against my will. I already spent more money than what she took from money earlier last night, and was gonna spend more and more next week and week after that. But Now I will never be coming back, neither should you. Maybe these $80 saved me way more money down the road. Oh and the girl’s name was Jaz or Jas, black girl, heavier girl than most other girls.

Great club. Got some dances from Evie who is no longer there but it was a great experience when k worked st progressive field on my off days. Jose really was a,good bouncer too. Always respectful and helped me when I needed it.

Without question the most obnoxious experience at such an establishment I have ever had. I went with a group friends, one of whom did not wish to participate so I sat with him at the bar to chat. A woman came over to offer a dance, which we both respectfully declined. Her response to this was to insinuate that we did not want a dance from her because she was black. After insisting this was not the case, she continued to press both of us despite us declining. She seemed to become even more insistent when I informed her the man next to me was my partner, repeatedly asking why he couldnt give him a dance no matter how many times I told her the answer was no and indignantly asking why the two of us were even there together. And lets not forget the woman blatantly taking advantage of the very drunk friend who had already spent far more money than should have, whose card I had been put in charge of to ensure he didnt spend even more, dragging him over to me and all but demanding I give his card back even after this explanation. Save yourself the hassle and go to Diamonds. Much better service, and those women dont throw a fit if you say no.

Amazing and fun club! Assortments of women there to have fun with and the food is amazing! Not only that but the service in general is great, I don’t know what most of these 1 or 2 stars are talking about. It’s one of the nicest strip clubs in Ohio!

Awesome place, very pretty and friendly girls, reasonable prices. The actual venue is great. Theres a pool table, an outdoor patio area, very high ceiling which makes for some wild pole dancing

I have visited the club multiple times and each visit is a 5 star..because of girls...drinks..food etc... there are some negative points as few girls are racist there but its fine as most of other girls are beautiful and nice. There is a cover charge and I dont think u will repent it after spending some time. Preferred day for me is Sat after 11 PM but on other day like Sunday the dance price is less. 30$ on Sat while 20 on sunday, but u will love the ambience and crowd on saturday.

Let me start by saying. Dont go there. I ordered drinks after 20 mins of trying to get attention of the servers. Then another 25 mins waiting for my order. I paid for a group of people 100 for 45 mins of nothing. I was so disappointed. I came in there with a grand to spend and these dancers didnt even look out directions. Collective they could have made about 10 grand last night. So I wont be going back there. Service was junk and so werent the attention spans of the girls. Ill take my business to christies from now on.

This new Asian Girl Tyokyo is amazing!!! Beautiful body, natural tits and ass. She is friendly and funny, not as aggressive as others. Her Japanese accent is adorable.I got a room with her over the weekend and had a blast! Will definitely be back!

Was kicked out of a club for speaking foreign language. Staff and security super racial and discriminating if you are foreigner or not likable race you will be treated accordingly... Security is off duty ... with some racial issues. Be careful. Used to be nice place:(

So i come on a week day and i just get a very rude door girl when me and someone i came with. He had on jogging pants but i guess a bouncer said he was fine but the door girl wasn’t going for it okay i understand that but if there is misinformation with the staff on dress’s code and you tell a potential customer one thing it creates and mess then when we ask to speak to a manger she said he didn’t answer his radio he maybe busy ITS CLEVELAND ON A WEDNESDAY NIGHT WHOS BUSY 😂 but yeah i would never go to hustler to spend my money but then what puts the icing on the cake the so called GM was walking with no care in the world i guess that was they’re busy thank you hustler Cleveland 😂😂 don’t waste your money loves

If you want to get robbed for $4000 out of your pocket while getting a dance this is the place to go, and then when you bring the issue up they will escort you out and delete the camera footage from the private room, this place needs to be shut down

I was robbed by the employees. They wrote in huge tips for themselves on my credit card receipts.

Me and my brother went after a long work week paid to get in 40 for 4 Titos and cranberry shots and Sat there not getting approach by one single girl. He just turned 21 this was his first time at a strip club. Apparently not a real one. Cos girls werent even dancing in our direction. 50 plus girls and not one single one acknowledge us. We left in disappointment.

This was my second time coming and i didnt get acknowledge as I sat here for an hour n a half also they serve and seen ever other both but mine, I felt like the club and the owner is racist and only favor white men, and white skinny stripper women, I will never go back!!!! They also charged me 12$ for a lossy ass watered down drink, lucky u didnt cuss the bartender out

Dont tryout to dance here if ur not white. Super racist and its obvious. They dont want too many black dancers there so they dont hire a lot and thats first hand from a dancer that used to work there.

Great food, hot girls, drink specials for happy hour and one of the nicest patios ive ever seen. I am in the club at least 4 times a week and never leave disappointed.

The bartenders service was awful. They paid little attention customers and were very unfriendly. Also, this place seems to have poor management because I went to complain and no one would take the complaint seriously.

One girl said “if you’re broke jus go home” who said I was broke I got money just don’t wanna give it up. Sorry but that was actually rude maybe this place needs discipline too.

I would rate a zero if it was possible.. First off we were not greated by the bartender she was to busy having a conversation with the other employee... Second we waited at a table for someone to come and take our food order for over a half hour and this place was not busy so no reason for having us wait that long to take an order...when a waitress finally did come and greet us I finally realized what took so damn long Im pretty sure she just got done smoking some Meth out back.. SMH.. the ATM fee is 30.00 which is outrageous in itself... I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.. I had high hopes for this place and I was sadly dissapointed..

The Hustler Club is very accomidating to its guests and patrons. This is a class act with lots of lovely ladies & great food, liquor & sports TV.

Probably the cleanest and most well kept club in Cleveland, but girls are incredibly aggressive. I can appreciate the hustle but a little strong.

I dont recommend it, the place smells like rotten carpet, I wanted to spend a fun night but it was the most boring! The dancers are not motivated out of the 20 that passed, 3 were motivated the others were just walking on the bar! They dont know how to dance, I wont come back 💸💸
