Stopped in to pickup some vape juice the bottle I was sold expired in 2022! I didn’t notice till I got home and had to toss it . Check dates this place sell’s outdated products that can make you sick.

I had a small problem with one of the products I purchased here. I went in to speak to the manager. She listened to my problem with great concern. After checking into my concern and without any problems she replaced my item. She was graceful and very friendly. I highly recommend this place not only for the high quality products and beautiful lounge but, you also receive a great environment and a friendly staff if you vape then you need to come here.

The staff & owner were fake because I was spending a good amount of money. Because the following times I came up to purchase, the staff members acted if I was a nuisance. They didnt want to answer my questions, give me advice nor make feel comfortable enough to enjoy their seating area.

Came here to pick up extra juice when I ran out while out of town. I had read good reviews on Google and it convinced me to go. The shop had a really cool relaxed environment with a good selection. The guys behind the counter were happy to answer questions and help me pick out something. If I lived in Berea I would for sure go here often.

Ive been coming here since they opened the location and it keeps getting better. They have new mods faster than anywhere else, staff is extremely knowledgeable and the owners routinely check with customers for feedback on new stuff. Place is gorgeous and offers free wifi for guests, so Ive come to study and have a Samoa coffee on more than one occasion. Sometimes you can catch a game on too. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent selection of products at very reasonable prices. The variety of juices available is amazing. If there is a flavour that is made, they will have it.All of the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. A special shout out to Joe, for his knowledge and advice regarding rebuildables. He always recommends excellent mods and atomisers and provides great instructions on how to use them.

So far so good. Zac was very helpful with all the questions for a first timer. He even took our quirky sense of humor quite well. My husband hasnt picked up a cigarette in 24 hours. And my daughter in law is giving it a great effort. Now we will be back for another for our son. Great customer service.

Good shop with decent prices. However I was quoted a price on the phone by Shawn, two days in a row, and was given a totally different price when I went in to the shop. Other than that its not a bad place. On a lighter note I did enjoy the coffee from Sips N Such.

Its a really nice place and all the employees treat you really nice and always trying to help you. They treat you like family. I love going there and getting vape juice and going next door to get coffee and a bit to eat. I been going here for years and I love it here.

I love this place. I went in to have my leaking sub-ohm tank looked at. Ended up being a defected coil. Jake went out of his way to help me out. He replaced the bad coil for free, and it was fixed. He also showed me some new mods that had came out. Long story short I left with a fixed tank, 2 new juices he recommended and the new voodoo mini kit. Definitely recommend this place.

I honestly wish I could put more than 5 stars. Ive been going to Euphoria for over 3 years now, and cant see myself wanting to go anywhere else...these people are family to me.Its a very warm, upbeat, friendly environment with great staff and the largest juice selection in Cleveland, and they have just about every device youd ever be looking for. They are the leaders in the area of vape stores, bar none.If you want to go to a great shop and be treated well, go to Euphoria. Favorite vape store in the Cleveland area! Every employee Ive dealt with have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Juice prices are very reasonable and competitive, however the hardware prices can be a little on the higher end.Definitely recommend for juice and any advice/help!

This is a great place to go! If you vape, this is a great place to hang out and also to buy your vapor supplies. Prices are reasonable and the staff is VERY knowledgeable. They have a wide range of vapor supplies for all types of people. They staff is also very personable and fun to speak with about MANY subjects. Also, in a week or 2 they will be opening a cafe in the store. This adds an awesome dimension to an already awesome place to hang out. Second time Ive been to this store in the past week and this time I was the guy that came in 20 minutes before close and they still took great care of me. Jake the shift lead personally saw to it that I was satisfied with my purchases on both occasions.

I tried to ask the guy in there if he could point out the carts that get clogged the least amount and he condescendingly told me they all clog and that’s the nature of them- as if I was a 4 year old. Walked out without purchasing anything and won’t be back.

Walked in, asking to buy a coil, and one of the staff said I will be with you in a minute.Meanwhile there was 2 staff on hand, one catering to the bar area, and the other flirting with 2 girls, who looked very young, while bragging about his band.I waited for 30+ minutes, just to buy a coil, and ended up leaving because that service is terrible.Not to mention, every single time I have bought a $5 coil, for my Smok Species, it dies within a day. This is after, I have done what theyve said 100s of times, and refused refunds.Not going to return to this store, even though I live right down the street.Ill just buy what I want online, or somewhere else.Would not recommend.

Ive been coming to this shop for over a year or so now, since back when it was further down on the smaller shop. Their new (current) shop is well designed, with a nice sitting area as well as a huge counter. They always have whatever part or coil I need. Prices are competitive.My only complaint is that they are carrying less and less 24 MG nic. Rather annoying, and they cant add nicotine like some shops offer. Add this...and five stars!

Not a bad place, definitely has the challenges for a new business as it relates to employees.GREAT selection of hardware, excellent selection of vape flavors - nice area to smoke and hang out.However - there are the employees (two in particular, but worth mentioning).The first was the guy who took care of me, he was VERY new. He didnt know where things were and the inventory, I am presuming this will fix itself.Then there was a dude named John - yeah, he was a real gem. He was helping a young lady and made many, many remarks that were well into the sexual harassment zone.I get to hang out here all day and watch beautiful ladies like you do this (as she was taking hits on flavors she was choosing). MANY MANY crude jokes, one was awesome enough that he whispered it to her. He was putting the cheesiest pickup lines I have ever heard on this girl, I was actually embarrassed for both of them: 1) because the guy has no game and 2) this poor girl just wanted to buy her stuff.I will go back there again, even to watch the entertainment of this awkward soul, but if you have thin skin and are easily offended, keep an eye out for John.

Return policies need to be more apparent! I purchased the wrong type of vape juice as a gift for a friend unaware of different types ,only to try to return it and get rejected . Not only did I loose money but as a non vaper I am stuck with something I dont need .I just left the product on the counter. I guess they just got free money and the product back. I will not be returning as a customer and strongly warn future consumers to pay attention. Especially if you dont know anything about vapes and juice .

This is a what a vape shop looks and feels like when its run with passion and knowledge. Every employee in this shop has their job because of the preexisting knowledge they had of Vaping. They are more than willing to spend how ever long you need teaching you about whatever it is you need to know. They seem to genuinely enjoy helping people. They even have a juice tasting bar which allows you to try any of their juices for free.

After having a bad experience at a difference brick and mortar shop i decided to give these guys a shot. The store is quite large and they have a large selection of Ejuice, Mods, Tanks, etc. I stopped in and bought my first RDA (Coming from a Sub Tank Mini). i Bought The Goon RDA which was well priced compared to online prices. i also bought the coil-master tool kit, some pre made Clapton coils and a few other things (Forgot!). my overall experience was very pleasant. i told them it was my first RDA and they sat me down and walked me through everything i needed to know. they also showed me how to put the coils / wick in properly on the RDA deck and provided some tips / tricks for the process. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Pros: Helpful and knowledgable staff, comfortable atmosphere, good selection, taste bar, great exclusive juices, and plenty of them.Cons: somewhat pricy compared to the internet, but very worth it.Overall very satisfied with their service and my new vape/juice. Definitely recommend.

This store has been open since January and I think its clear that the typical small business pitfalls are behind this shop. The owner is a savvy businessman and there is a group of highly knowledgeable workers behind the counter that can help you no matter what level youre at. I went in to get a beginners setup and was able to try any flavor I wanted before committing to choosing. If youre a more advanced hobbyist into sub-ohm vapes or rebuilding/modding, this shop is definitely for you. Not only do they sell anything you might want, the guys (and gals) behind the counter can give you the physics of WHY each product might suit your needs. They mix the flavors in-house so theres always something new theyre tinkering with. If youre looking for bottom-of-the-barrel prices, go ahead and check amazon. Unfortunately, they mark up their product 100%. Check online first, the Caliburn Uwell pod vape is about $20 everywhere online, however, I was charge $43.00 at Euphoria Vapor. I only happened to look because I misplaced it a week later and needed a picture of it. I’m so bummed, wouldn’t of hurt so much if I hadn’t paid over $40 bucks for a $20 vape.

Over priced e-juice for the market. 60 cents/ml versus 43 cents/ml at Kings of Vapor in Fairlawn. KOV has a great staff in comparison to Euphoria. Do yourself a favor, make the 77 South trip to Fairlawn or any of their Summit County Locations....you wont regret it.

Very good Vape Shop very good prices a lot to choose from they make special Vape juices for you they have a lot for you to choose from for The Vape juices they even let you add test out the juices at a bar they have complimentary drinks and things like that so you can purchase while youre there they have seating where you can relax and just smoke and hang out

Ive been sold so many vape tanks as well as batteries from this place. I bought the DRAG and valyrian tank recently. I was told it was the best. Come to find out the top pops constantly and spills juice everywhere including my purse. If it gets knocked over it will spill out on the counter /table. Dont waste you money on this product. If you go back they tell you its because the juice is to thin. Smh. Only been going to euphoria for several years. I give up on them.

A long time pack a day smoker, I decided to try out vaping to quit smoking. I ordered a starter kit and some e-juice from an online dealer and absolutely hated vaping. After a few hours I had miserable nicotine withdrawl (online suggested 9mg nicotine), the juice had a terrible taste and the starter kit just didnt seem to draw vapor. In frustration, I stopped at Euphoria Vapor. The people working listened to what I said, gave me a full tutorial on vaping and maintenance and had 30+ in-house juices available to immediately sample. I walked out with a flavor I actually enjoyed, at a nicotine level that actually worked and a better understanding of what vaping would and would not do compared to cigarettes. Im now 1 week tobacco free and this has been the best quitting experience of any method I have tried.For experienced vapers, they have seem to have a really good selection of mods and their flavor selection is incredible but that is outside my expertise range.TL:DR. If you live in NE Ohio and plan on vaping, go to Euphoria Vapor.
