I always shopped here just to show support for a small new business. Recently bought a pack of coils that one was already open. The owner even checked to ensure the coil was the correct series coil. Get home try the insert it and it was defective. Tried to return the DEFECTIVE coils and was told nope they won’t take them back because there was juice on the one. I didn’t get the wrong one the things are defective! I even bought the same coils at a different shop and the fit perfectly. Definitely don’t recommend shopping with them. 0/10!!!! I actually feel like they sold them to me knowing they were defective but just wanted to get their money.

This place is amazing! The staff are always honest and extremely knowledgeable! I am always greeted by down to earth genuine people. They have created an environment that makes everyone feel welcome, no matter your level of experience ! Hands down, the best vape shop in the area!

This place is a life saver. Experts in everything vape. I felt like i walked into a place where my friends worked. They are so friendly and efficient. The prices are reasonable. They fixed my vape quickly, and its never worked better. Ive been a customer for years and i was a bit worried when ownership changed hands, but i couldnt be more pleased. I dont do reviews but this place deserves it, 5 stars and if I could do more I would. They have some of the best vape products on the market right now from mods, to tanks, pods, juices, coils and more. Last week the poor lady had to deal with my hour long questions and jabbering but was super friendly and knew her stuff. Today I went back and again the guy I spoke with was also really friendly, knowledgeable and jabbered with me for a while. Both times there was no pressure and ended with me being happy with my purchases. The shop is very clean and you can tell they care about and want to help their customers.Pretty sure I spoke with the owners both times and they were awesome, thank you both! I will continue to come back and would recommend to anyone!

I stopped in here a few times this month and each time was great. They have a variety of different juices to choose from. Even their own in house line. I personally recommend the nice melons flavor from said line. Very chill, laid back environment with knowledgeable, friendly staff who are more than happy to answer any questions you have. I was helped twice by their employee Max who engaged me as soon as I walked in and he knew his stuff. Cant recommend this place more!

They are a family-owned business, they treat the customers like family, any questions that I have they are willing to answer oh, they are very knowledgeable about their products. They have a wide variety of juices, vape mods, tanks,etc. They just have a large inventory. Stop in and see them you wont be disappointed

Convenient location. Clean store with good variety. I purchase Hyde disposable vapes and my husband purchases his JuiceHead vape juice here. Pricing is average compared to other shops, but they offer a frequent buyer membership.

Id give ten stars if it were allowed. Been going here for months and never had anything negative to say -- always the best. Yesterday, I bought a tank here in a hurry, as usual, and when I opened it at home, it was no good, manufacturer defect. Took it back today and was met with great customer service. Took care of my issue and have earned my respect. Great service!!!

If there is something you want they will do their best to order it as fast as possible. EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE PRICING!!! These guys had the latest and greatest in stock and on the shelves when I came in to look. I wanted to get hands on before ordering online because usually the prices vary by about 20-30 dollars and are almost always cheaper online. I ended up purchasing there to help support their local business and because it was the same price as online! Why wait or pay shipping??? Stop in for help, advice and any supplies you need. I highly recommend to beginners and advanced vapers. Best prices I have found yet locally, and more building supplies than anyone else Ive found!!

Great shop with even better employees. Great understanding of the vape products and helpful insight. I’ve been looking for the perfect “work” vape since I work in a steel mill. Max sent me a message when they received a shipment of the Aspire Breeze 2. Stopped in the next day to pick one up and have been more then happy with my purchase. Stopped in over the holiday while visiting family. The juice selection was very depressing. The guy working the counter treated me as if I was bothering him and reluctantly was unable to answer any of my question. I have been to worse shops. But they quality of customer service could have been a lot better. Especially after reading the other reviews. I found another local shop up the road and recieved better service.

If you like lots of variety ,then you must check out 6Ten Vape Den ! I use to drive 45 minutes to buy my vape products until I stopped in to check out what they had and since then I’ve been buting my stuff here and if they didn’t carry what I needed they made sure they ordered it and had it fir me with in a few days and keep it stocked for me for when I run out ! They also are always improving and adding more product so customers always have something new to try so it never gets old !! The owners and staff are very friendly and they are very helpful and always willing to educate the customers if they are new to vaping and what products would fit each customers individual needs are because every persons needs are never the same and there vaping needs vary for each persons situation and they are very helpful with entire process to get you started !! I get excited to go back when I need stuff because every time I go they have more new stuff and flavors so it’s never boring lol

Great guys down there at 6ten. A friend told me about them when they first opened up after my normal shop in Downingtown closed. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and started talking to me like we already knew eachother. Great knowledge on their inventory. If you havent been there yet, pop in there and see whats going on you wont be disappointed.

Checked out the reviews and decided to stop in. Employee told me the Juul I was using was owned by Big Tobacco. After doing my own research discovered it is IN FACT, not owned by big tobacco. Just wanted to sell me something also. Also come to find out half the reviews are from Employees hanging out there.
