Hidden gem! Amazing spa in a beautiful serene setting. I booked a massage appointment here for my birthday. I was greeted and assisted by the very lovely Mia. After donning my plush robe I relaxed in the beautiful quiet sitting room. My massage with Sam was wonderful. He was very professional and made me feel at ease. The entire facility was so calming and extremely clean. Please treat yourself to a day at Pieris.

From the moment I stepped into Pieris, I knew I was in for a special treat. The beautiful grounds, building and welcoming staff all work together to create a serene sanctuary. You can tell that every detail in the spa has been carefully thought out so that you will have a truly magical experience.All of the staff at Pieris are exceptional. Their warm, welcoming demeanor and professional expertise immediately put me at ease. I received a gift card and so I was able to have treatments from a massage therapist, a facial from an esthetician, and an hour with a Reiki specialist. All of the staff I worked with were not only skilled but thoughtful and responsive and tailored their services to address my specific needs.The facilities are top-notch. The treatment rooms are elegantly designed with warm linens, a relaxing atmosphere, and its easy to see that meticulous attention has been paid to hygiene and comfort. The relaxation area is a haven of calm, where you are offered tea, infused water, or wine to further enhance your experience.If youre looking to give the perfect gift or just pamper yourself, I wholeheartedly recommend Pieris!

This spa is an absolute gem. Every time you go you are treated so well from the front desk to the spa services. The location is tranquil, they maintain low noise levels, and the services are top notch. I have gone several times and have had a fantastic experience each time. You cant go wrong with any of the massage therapists. We are so lucky to have a place like this in this area. Prior to their opening you would have to travel 40+ minutes to have a spa experience somewhere. I look forward to coming here for years to come--it is definitely my zen place!

Hidden gem! This spa is amazing and the staff is very knowledgeable. The atmosphere and extra pampering make it a 5 star experience. I personally had the facial which was tailored to my needs and a well needed massage!

We decided to have a girls getaway weekend and wanted to go to a spa on the suggestion of my son we choose Pieris Day Spa and I dont think we can not say enough about the amazing experience we had there from arriving to the location which is so beautiful and wonderfully maintained to the moment we walked though the door it was as if we had entered a zen retreat it is so beautiful and peaceful inside that you begin to immediately relax every room is designed to maximize a peaceful and calming feeling ,from the robes that are so soft and comfy to the waiting area where you are seated in a beautiful room with candles and music and are offered a choice of two flavor infused waters. But by far the best part of course is the massage I had Lisa and my friend had Sam both of the massages we received were amazing we were so relaxed when it was finished ( ask for the CBD lotion to be included in your massage you will thank me for that suggestion) both masseuses were amazing, in closing we simply both want to say that we were so happy with our time there and will be returning again soon. If you are looking for a spa to visit in the area, do yourself a favor and go to the Pieris Day Spa you will absolutely love it!!!!

Today was my first time visiting and even though I was running late, they were very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend this spa. Its location is so quiet and tranquil. The staff is kind and professional. I really can’t say enough positive things about this spa. My massage left me leaving feeling so relaxed and at peace. I will definitely be coming back!!

I’ve been to Pieris a few times now for massages and facials. It’s a beautiful spa. I was compelled to leave a review this time. I had a massage with Sam this morning. My upper back and neck are constantly tense. I don’t usually have relief in those areas, even after a great massage. This is different. I’ve been relaxed all day. Major props to Sam. He’s an absolute wizard. I think this is the most relaxed I’ve ever felt! Can’t wait for my next one 🫠😃

I highly recommend Pieris Day Spa from the warm welcoming comfy robes tranquil atmosphere. I have had several massages from Jenn over the years and her technique is not only relaxing but effective at addressing my specific issues.Most recently I treated myself to a massage for my birthday, again Jenn did not disappoint. She addressed my concerns as well as located areas I didn’t know hurt. She set me up with a monthly scheduled appointments as they fill up fast. and I’m looking forward to my next massage. Held my daughters bridal shower here. We were treated like royalty. The massages and facials were top notch. All the staff were very friendly and professional. What a wonderful spa nuzzled in the town of Coatesville. The spa location is so very picturesque. Looking forward to our next visits.

The owner of Pieris went above and beyond to organize a spa day for my group of 5 family members, and it was absolutely lovely from the hospitality to the atmosphere to the treatments. I particularly recommend the incredible facials and the deep tissue massage with Sam.

Well, now that I complained and instead of apologizing, I was talked down to and was told it was my fault we didnt get the service we wanted. My husband required a deep tissue massage. He asked Jen THREE times to ignore his legs and please spend that time on neck and shoulders. Well, she outright said NO, I WILL be doing your legs. She waited the entire massage to even touch his neck and she worked on it for 5 minutes. We werent going to complain and waited but I finally did and the woman who answered the phone blamed it on my husband. He ASKED Jen THREE times to work on his neck and she basically ignored him.Well, I was going to give them a second chance but after this phone call, you can forget about that. They just lost our business and I will be spreading the word.

Went here for a sisters spa day and they were extremely accommodating to our large crew. We all received amazing facials and massages and the staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming. A super relaxing and serene escape. Wonderful way to get some quality self care time.

What a gem of a spa in a quiet, beautiful location! I loved that it felt like I was the only person there.I recently had a deep tissue massage with Sam - and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back and requesting Sam to do my deep tissue massage!

This is a new favorite place for my wife and I. Every time we go here, we feel relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere and location of this spa is so serene. From the time you walk in and change into your robes, the relaxation room and services are top notch. The staff is so professional, personable, and there to make your experience memorable. The only complaint I have is that I did not book here sooner! What an amazing experience from the moment you walk in the door. You are literally treated like royalty. I received a giftcard and booked a massage and had Lisa, she was phenomenal! I already booked for my next service. You will never go anywhere else again after you come here!

This place is amazing! It was exactly the relaxing atmosphere that I needed. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. My massage was just the right combination of relaxing and tension relief. The mini facial was so good, too. I had the best day! I would recommend this place to everyone.

This spa was awesome. Clean, friendly, very Zen atmosphere. Their care and quality and expertise was excellent. Highly recommend this place. They have it all. The setting is beautiful, right along the Brandywine Creek.

If you want the royal treatment go here! The atmosphere is so relaxing. Soft robe, delicious tea, wine, amazing massage…what more could you ask for? My therapist was Jenn. I didn’t tell her any of my issues. At the end of the massage she recommended I see a chiropractor for my hips and mid back. These are the main places I’ve been having pain. I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Pieris Day Spa. It was absolutely beautiful and transcended me into a very relaxing and delightful way! The staff was sweet and very helpful. I loved my facial, and my massage. I enjoyed relaxing in the large room with the fireplace and spectacular views. Everything in the salon was gorgeous and super clean. I have made two more appointments to continue with my beauty regiment and body massages! Im anxious to get a pedicure, that will be scheduled asap-)

My hubby booked a couples massage for my birthday and it was the BEST surprise! We ran into car trouble on the way there, called to let them know and they were so understanding and accommodating. We both really enjoyed our massages. I left feeling incredibly relaxed. We will absolutely be back!

My friend and I went here as a Mother’s Day treat and what a treat it was! The peace and calm begins the moment you pull up to the beautiful grounds. The guest service was impeccable, professional, and impressive. The massages and facials were out of this world, every room was gorgeous and there were many special touches along the way. You will leave feeling absolutely pampered and refreshed. We were truly blown away and can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been here several times for massages now and have had excellent experiences each time. It is impeccably clean inside, nicely decorated, and hits you with that signature “spa” scent as soon as you walk in the door. The staff is very welcoming and professional. You’re treated to fresh cucumber water as you choose your own essential oil blend as you relax in your robe. This most recent visit my massage therapist was Ryan. If you need someone to really WORK on your muscles and relieve knots, aches, etc., he is your guy. He is extremely strong and it was obvious he is very educated and aware of anatomy and musculature. He’s an incredible therapist and I recommend him 100%! The things I feel this spa could work on are just small touches that I would classify as “attention to detail”, such as, the locker room was out of soap, there were still Christmas/holiday decorations up in various places, and the music playlist as you’re getting your massage really needs to be changed (one song is Hawaiian, the next is Celtic, the next is Asian, the next is piano, the next is sad cello). Having a playlist that’s a little more consistent in vibe and flow would really help smooth out the finishing touches for the perfect experience. Overall I definitely recommend this spa and I can’t wait to go back!

Shideh, Jackie, and Nina were phenomenal. My sister in law and I visited Pieris for my birthday. It was absolutely the best experience. The facility is lovely. We felt such a sense of peace. The massage that I received (90 minutes) was the best. Shideh was so detailed with my manicure and pedicure. We are beyond grateful to be able to recharge after 3 years of the pandemic.

I went to this spa for my birthday. It was so well run, beautiful and clean. The setting was gorgeous, surrounded by nature. I watched a family of groundhogs playing outside a huge window while I had my pedicure and enjoyed lunch on the patio right next to a stream. They were all incredibly accommodating and attentive and just plain really nice. The services were all amazing. They really went out of their way to make sure it was a special day for me. I will definitely be back to support this small business.

The facility is a stunning cottage in the woods! And the accommodations there are planned to perfection. But my favorite part is that this place is that they are flexible. I have very sensitive skin and they let me bring in my own products.Thank you for a wonderful experience, Pieris Day Spa!

Their boutique offers unique gift ideas – naturally I had to treat myself and cross off some gifts I needed to pick up! Amazing experience. Treat yourself and your loved ones. A Pieris gift card is definitely on my Christmas list.

The employees at Pieris day spa were absolutely wonderful. I spent the day there with 4 other girlfriends and we felt like queens. I would definitely go back. I received a Swedish massage and a facial. I left feeling very relaxed. Very accommodating and everything was very clean!!

I was very impressed with my spa experiences and loved the building location on the creek and surrounding gardens, etc..The staff were very knowledgeable and listened to your concerns.
