Club La Vela

So lets get this right? Its a night club, it states Party with Thousands on every advertised paper and sign you see, its in the top ten tourist and spring break Beach locations, has big name artists and musicians and youre going to complain about the price of admission and drinks? I mean its not a free venue, how else they gonna pay for the upkeep and keep getting the bigger names to come? I loved this place when we went. Yes it was packed but we knew that before we even walked from the condo. Was a little bit of a wait to get a drink but there was probably 200+ people that night and thats low numbers compared to some nights on who is doing a show. Keep up the good work La Vela!

I cant rate the bar as it has never reopened since hurricane Michael. What a shame as I was told that it was a fantastic bar/restaurant.

The coolest place ever when it was open hurricane Michael came and destroyed it. Right on the beach gigantic pool huge stage thousands of people cant wait till they open it biggest Club in the USA

Used to party at this club in early 2000s. The Dark room was awesome and I really liked the Sky Bar/lounge. Parking was always an issue. Hope they bring it back for the new generations.

Water costs $2.50. Other than that the concert was good, the sound was good/well balanced, and the theme rooms were both interesting and clean. Still though, drinking water costs $2.50.

Bought my $50 VIP Card which includes free entry to concerts & half price drinks for a Year! Which is great considering concert tickets are $25, $50 & sometimes $90 a show!

Hey I thought it was great... twice the age of anyone else there and still had a blast... use to work the clubs in the early 90s and had to check it out...

I have so many memories of this place when I was in my 20s...I am now in my late 40s. The dark room will always hold a special place with me....although I was usually REALLY buzzed when I was there I still can remember all of good times with good buddies. Sad to see this place closed. I hope it comes back.

Love this place! Went here for new years eve. Very nice look inside. Lots of bars to get drink. Very fun atmosphere. Great music. DJ Will did a great job with the music. Had 2 girl dancers suspended above the dance floor. Very entertaining. Will definitely be back.

10 minutes before closing the bartender sold us 5 buckets for $125. Unfortunately it says they are open 24 hours but this changed for Spring Break which we were not made aware of. 5 minutes before closing we were told to get out and dump the $125 ($150 after tipping $5 on each bucket) worth of alcohol we had just purchased. I respectfully told the bouncer we werent aware they were closing early, hadnt heard an announcement for last call, and asked if there was anything we could do. He directed us to a man in a suit who simply stated, 4 minutes!. When I explained the situation he responds with, 3 minutes!. We moved towards the exit where we encouraged to chug 5 buckets of alcohol in 3 minutes and even had the bouncers offer to help by taking our drinks and sipping them their selves. We emptied our drinks we had purchased for $125 plus tips just minutes earlier and left without causing a scene. I have worked as a bartender, bar back, and most extensively a bouncer for years in the industry at bars/clubs for years. I would never do/allow something so irresponsible or dangerous as selling a group a massive amount of alcohol minutes before closing and insisting they chug it immediately. This is reckless and an obvious money grab. We spent hundreds of dollars throughout the night and ended up being gouged for $150 10 minutes before an unannounced/unexpected closing.

My favorite place. This is the one thing I look forward going to whenever Im in PCB.

We were a group of 15, paid 1k for VIP section and were ready to order more drinks.1. Some water spilled on the floor and the Hostess refused several times to clean it saying we would have to be gone before she can clean or we can all squeeze into a very small area that was dry so as not be in the water on the floor. I explained to her it wasnt safe and she said nothing she could do about that. Later on a security guard came and just spread the water around like it was being cleaned. That was our cue.2. We requested for 1 Song, just 1! And the DJ could not accommodate the song saying it was not available in the computer that if they played the song, it will not be a continuous beat 🤔. The manager took almost 45 minutes trying to explain this to us when it could have only taken a couple of minutes to download the song or switch it to our song. We were very disappointed and left! We were told to come back the next day in the afternoon and tip the DJ $20 to play the song the next day. Needless to say, that didnt happen. We went to the parking lot and played our song and Danced to it. Never to return.

Me and my brother attended the 21 Savage concert. First off, 21 Savage ( when he FINALLY arrived was FANTASTIC, so no disrespect or bashing on his part- he gets 5 stars). The concert was advertised to start at 7 pm, well it didnt start until close to 11 pm. STOP advertising the concerts for 7 if they never start at 7 its infuriating when people have to actually work for a living during the week. We had an awesome spot really close to the stage however there were a ton of people smoking dope, underage girls that were sloppy drunk falling all over me and a 250 pound (at least) super drunk guy that kept laying on me and REFUSED to stop, ultimately resulting in us moving all the way in the back because the worthless staff standing right in front of us refused to say or do anything. I was furious because we arrived an hour early to get a good spot and then waited almost 4 hours for what we came for and then moved due to the staff not doing their job. I mean, what are they even there for if not to keep people in line, to stand around and suck on vape sticks?, yeah you guys looked awesome by the way (NOT). Its actually quite sad what the young people act like nowadays, I myself am 22 and felt so out of place. I have never witnessed something like this. It was repulsing and an all around AWFUL experience (except for getting to see one of my favorite rap artist LIVE and up close). I will not go back. Keep up the piss poor job Panama City.

BEST place in town for an expensive night out! $20-$30 cover and drinks are $5-$20 each! Your bartenders will treat you right if you treat them right, but your bouncers (aside from a few) will look for any reason to kick you out or not let you back in. My brother and I went to the bar for our 1st time together because I live states away and cant get home to be with him. He is a few months under 21 and walked out to take a quick phone call since it was extremely loud inside. It states all over the walls of the bar under 21 may not re-enter without paying cover again. He took 2 steps outside and asked to come back in after the call when he got the answer of go back to pay $30 when the bar closed in an hour.... I talked with the bouncer and explained our situation and he refused to listen or even ask a manager for help. We finally spoke with a bouncer that had respect enough to at least call a manager (he didnt want to get involved and it was his job to not let him re-enter so this was a respectful way for him to go about his job). When we explained to the manager the situation, he let my brother return. All of this to say, if you are speaking with 90% of the bouncers, they will refuse you ANY service no matter your situation. All I ask is respect and understanding and when it is not given, I refuse to recommend something to others. The only reason they get one star is because that one bouncer knew how to treat people right.

I was excited to see this place for myself while visiting PCB for the first time a few months ago. Waited in a huge line in the parking lot on a Saturday night. There was nothing special going on this particular night but the cover charge was still $50. Regretfully, I paid this expecting the club experience. The pool was closed, only 3 clubs were open, drinks were very overpriced. I think there were more 18 year olds in the place than people of drinking age. Maybe this was just for the night I was there, but I probably would not go back unless one of my favorite artists or bands was performing.

Went here Spring Break 2017. My best bud and, I had a blast! The club was packed, shoulder to shoulder, wall to wall. I will never forget my night there. The cover charge was like $40.00 or $50.00, but it is well worth it. I cant wait to go back to Panama City Beach, Florida. The drinks are very affordable too.

Best club in Southeast I dare to say. Huge club scene with daily different themes will blow your mind. It sometimes gets expensive to enter depending on on-going events for the night, but it is worth the money. Even if money is your primary concern to pick a nightlife on your beach holiday, there are some other normal nights or free entry for ladies and so forth. Check out this place: it is too good to miss if you do not live around.

I normally dont do the club scene but my friend was getting married and it was her last night unmarried. Never the less we kicked it and had fun. This is a nice cool spot and very spacious. We shook it till 2 in the morning.

Clean area, and the one club Ive been to that the floors were not a sticky mess. Fair share of trash on the ground but that is kind of hard to avoid. Almost got kicked out when my hand stamps came off, thankfully the man I was escorted to was understanding. Silly rules about no men allowed on stages, quite obviously because they wish to make more money by having barely clad women dance around. ( I know its a club, but that doesnt mean I cant dislike rules..) The women I went with even found this rule absurd. Expensive cover for me for a night with no name artists, but the women had no cover fee. Easy to find your way around the place and plenty of options for what you wish to do depending on the time and day you go. Saw a guy get kicked out for taking his shirt off whilst wearing a wife beater underneath. If I were to go again, wait, never mind I would not unless there was a front liner performing on a weekend not a weekday. Absurd!

Place is disgusting! Trashy establishment. Id never go back there. How are they still open?! Staff are rude and handsy. Drinks are weak. Music is whack. Floor is sticky?? Every flat-billed hat wearing douche comes to this place to stare-down the ladies. Also, worst parking lot on the beach. You WILL get door dinged if not worse.

Not what Id expected. It is HUGE! That was what I expected. The outside is amazing. The inside....not so much so. The room where they have bands...isnt well equipped should they ever have anyone big in there. The dance area, isnt all that big. Dance floor is big, but you would think that with a nightclub of its size, the dance floor would have been bigger...upstairs - downstairs. Really cool layout. But...its def for the young at heart or ppl that are in search of watching half naked girls dance on columns and such. The Country section is AWESOME....IF I ever go back, that will be where I can be found the entire time unless the backside where the pool is, is able to be enjoyed.

My friend and I went to the Teen Night Glow Party here. We arrived at 6:30 pm when we expected to enter at 7 pm. The music equipment was working and everything was fine. I have wanted to go to this place for the longest time. 2 hours later, we’re still in line waiting for them to fix the music equipment, and they denied telling us much information on the problem. So, a woman walks around and gives everyone glow sticks and let the people in line think we’re about to go inside after the long wait. Needless to say, 5 minutes later they tell us to leave after waiting all of that time. I understand that sometimes things are evitable but they could’ve informed us that they were having technical difficulties that were unable to be fixed before making us wait almost 3 hours for nothing. But, the staff was very friendly and kind.

Terrible experience!!! Arrived at club 2 hours early to see cover band, went to top deck with friends were we drank talked and waited for show to start. Approximately 20 minutes before show started manager tells us we must move that we are in VIP area. There were no signs, warnings, nor did anyone tell us we were in VIP, until manager arrived and made us leave. After all this not one person sat in that VIP area the entire night! Will never return.

Alright the only reason this club is getting 2 stars is because there were some very nice workers and bar tenders, but at the end of the night a woman working as a security guard in the bathroom was probably one of the rudest people I have ever met. I understand that you have to deal with intoxicated humans but there is absolutely no reason to be as mean as you were, especially with two sober girls trying to use the bathroom before walking back to our hotel. She should be fired.

By far, the best club I have EVER experienced in my 32 years! I saw Juicy J perform there for Spring break 2015. I was visiting with friends from Colorado and decided to check out the club and it blew my mind. They had different rooms, dancers, great bar service, awesome VIP treatment, concerts are by the pool, and the DJs were the best I ever heard! True professionals who knew what they were doing! I never got bored of the music and they even gave me a shout out because I was dancing so hard!!! You need to visit this club! You wont regret it!!

It used to be the best night club in U.S at least it was the biggest one. Management was very rude and no one is friendly in this place. But you could still ahve great time when you get drunk. You have to feed bartenders if you would like to get drunk fast!

Place is massive and can be popping during the right times! Downside is the cost to get in changes and drink prices are taxed!

Hello there Club La Vela visitors! For those who have come to this nightclub or wish to go there, well here’s the story about my history in going there. On August 2017, my friend and I were staying there in Panama City Beach, FL for a week while we were visiting from Austin, TX for our summer vacation from home. This was our first time visiting Panama City Beach, FL. We came to this nightclub 5 times already where we got to meet some people, dance, relax, drink and have some fun. We’ve hung out with a few underage girls who were like 18 or 19 years old who were visiting from like Nashville, TN. One of them were drinking and then got kicked out by the security guards who question here, talked to her about something and then escorted her out the door for the rest of the night. My friend and I were already 21 years and older, so we haven’t gotten stopped or questioned once, but they do as for IDs at the front entrance when you go pay and get your wristband after they’ve verified your age and stuff. Also, beware that for those who might not understand for those who are from Florida or live in Florida, beware that the security guards are strict and they are to easily catch anyone who’s drinking underage or do anything that you arent supposed to be doing even if you don’t get caught at first. Notice this too that if you’re 21 years or older and if you were to hang out with someone underage and you or that person is drinking, y’all two can both get questioned, asked for ID, spoken to and get escorted out the door like y’all are banned for the rest of the night. Remember that this is the USA and anyone that hangs out with one or two underage people who are drinking and you’re not drinking, you will seriously get kicked out and Florida security guards are not as friendly and peacefully as you think outside of Florida, depending on which state in the country you live in. I know this seems like a cool and fun place to go hang out at and spend some time at while on vacation away from home, but just beware on how the security guards can be strict, because you don’t want to get your night ruined by being kicked out by them and not get let back in until the next day or longer. For those who plan to go into Club La Vela at the ages of 18-20, do ever think that you can buy alcohol and not get caught, because the security guards or any employee stuff will go around asking people for ID for holding alcohol in your hands and if you lie for getting caught finding out your real age, you’ll still get kicked out. It doesn’t matter if you’re with someone that’s 21 years or older, but you need to understand that you’re in the US and the law of drinking 21 years or older is still followed, no matter where you’re at, especially at a public place. The bartenders maybe might not ask for your ID before selling you any types of alcohol, but getting caught later by one of the security guards is the worst thing that can happen to you for drinking underage. Think seriously before coming into these clubs for those who are new to Florida, because employee staff and security guards will always ask for ID if they see alcohol in your hands and question you about your age while going to a public area where they will sound like they are police officers trying to detain you. For those who have experience in going to nightclubs and local bars, you’re in good shape, but for those who are new to it, read some of the rules online and maybe call the place on what rules you need to follow and understand so you won’t get in trouble when entering this club, which I totally recommend you doing before coming to Club La Vela. The good thing about Club La Vela is that once you get your wristband you can always come in and out for the rest of the night for free until closing after paying once to get in as long as you got your wristband on.

Terrible terrible experience!, went with family and friends while on vacation in PCB for first time. Got VIP table and bottle service which cost us $1200 and were treated horribly, disrespected, discriminated against, and kicked out because some drunk female falling all over the place started a fight with my sober sister! Security and personnel were extremely rude and awful, they grabbed and dragged us into a room where they then proceeded to intimidate us and acted like they were cops. That place is trash and filled with nothing but disrespectful racist people working there! Also a perverted worker standing by the women’s bathroom was peeping and trying to take a look inside.. disgusting! 2 of my friends arms were covered in bruises the next day, I would never ever ever go back to La Vela again, horrible management doesn’t care about paying customers and tourists .!!! Im disgusted by the way we were treated!!!!

Rude and very strict bouncers. Too many security. There wasnt very many people there on nights with no concerts. It is lame and I COMPLETELY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. FInd another club such as Harpoon Harrys or Hammerheads. Complete waste of money.

I dont know what happened to this club. I used to go there for years. The beach side of the building looks like shanty town. It did not appear to even be open for beach drink sales as it used to be. We stayed accross the road in an RV and noticed that the place didnt even draw much of crowd like it used to. This was on Memorial Day weekend.

Went to the club paid $120, cause T.I performing, and for my sister bday. Asked to buy a bottle from the bartender, so another guy comes over which he told me hell sale me a spot Far off from the stage for $380 with a bottle..i didnt want to do it..a very short time after the security(max) runs up to me and this girl i was talking to asking for i.d but wouldnt tell us why. Well, she gave him her id, but i did not..so he threatens me to take me in front of 12 outside, so they escorted me and the young lady outside in front of police and told us to leave..without my sister. off they property or else were going to jail. I must be honest..when we first walked in we went to the bar while waiting on our drinks I lit my stick(⛽ gas) and the nice looking whitw girl with glasses wanted to hit it..T.I on stage we were Lit for 10 min before getting kicked out..smh..Ill never go back

This place was funny and I only say that because Im 26 and in HTown e only mingle with our age group. You have the 18+ clubs, 21+, 25+ clubs and the 18+ clubs you will ONLY find a small very small percentage of people over the age of 25 there and that usually goes for the 21+ clubs as well so going to an 18+ club was a bit different but funny. The club itself had a very nice setup and the bars was pretty cool. I got a chance to see Nappy Roots in concert so that was pretty awesome. Overall, its an okay club but you can tell the kiddos really love it there so for them its straight because its there weekend spot for me I gotta find a grown and sexy spot to hit next time.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! This place is absloutely HORRIBLE! The staff is rude! I paid $20 to get in get i glass of WATER from the bartender. I was sitting on a couch minding my own business drinking my water. After i took a sip the security guard came up to me grabbed me very roughly by the shouler and kicked me out!! He left purple bruises on my shoulder and wouldnt even let me get my boyfriend first!! They wouldnt even refund me mu money! If i could give this place negative stars i would! I will NEVER be going back!

I went to this club in their first year of operation. 1984. We partied all night and drank from these big buckets filled with booze. Danced with so many hot chicks and tried to get laid but I was too drunk with my friends. Great club, great drinks, super hottie chicks. Come here to get laid and drunk!

My sister and I was there on a Friday night. It was ladies night 2 free drinks for ladies....since the guys had to pay $10.00 cover it was a sausage fest without sausage...I am a single lady I need see single hot men not single hot ladies....guys need to get in free til 10pm...something to bring the men...I will say the music was great..it just did not feel like dancing with another lady.

Im a 27 year old from Texas. On vacation with my gf at panama city. Saw tyga was performing here..bought tickets ( like many other people) for $30-40 pre-sale. Got there and they were holding the line. In fact, pre-sale tickets/will call line was 5× longer than non presale tickets/to buy at door. Weird concept for concert. Waited in line for 2 hours only to be toldthat we were in wrong line (as well as many people beside us). Keep in mind it was one of their own employees thats told us the wrong line. So we left. I think this is a dirty business model--coaxing people to buy pre-sale only to not let then in vs. Have them wait 2 hours I doubt Ill be able to get my money back. This review is for everyone who waited 2+ hours for 40 dollars. Bouncers were rude. Cashiers were rude. I wonder if this is what happens when businesses start doing well, they stop caring?

Club la vela is incredibly fun. Just make sure if you buy online tickets, you know which line youre waiting in. Drinks can get pricy. From one room to the next the price changed from 9.50 to 11. Weird? But I like the Asian guy bartender (super cool and friendly) and theres a guy with a beard that was cool af. Overall Ill definitely go back. I will say Im impressed that after I wrote an online review about the concert I saw, a female by the name of Jesse wanted to speak to me about the incident. Showed she cared and it wasnt just another club of the masses. (Although it was a ton of people and a ton of fun!)

World famous for a reason. There are so many different dance floors to choose from and the pool deck was a blast. It is fun enough for locals here and a must stop visit for tourists coming for spring break.

One of the best clubs in town. When fully operating you can enjoy an extended variety of rooms each with a unique music genre. They close very late and sometimes they have bikini contests. Sometimes they let girls get in for free if they are wearing one. This might be just when there is competitions.

My husband and I went to Panama City last year and we had an excellent time! We stayed in the condos right by Club La Vela and decided to walk over that Saturday night and check it out. Im so glad we did because we had the absolute best time there! It is nothing like the clubs in our home town. It was so much fun and we cannot wait until we go back this summer for our vacation! If only June 20th would hurry up and get here already!!

Not a good experience! We were lied to over the phone about how many people were there and how “hype” it was. Also overpriced with really expensive drinks! Lastly horrible staff that don’t care for women or assist in any shape or form!

They would not let my fience in because he didn’t not have his passport on him, after all of our friends had paid a $25 non-refundable cover fee. They would not accept his student ID card either, showing that he was a student at Mississippi State University. He also had his drivers license that was issued in India, but they said it was “not recognizable” when it was obviously him. They should have a sign posted, or something posted on their website because that’s what we went through, that they won’t accept your ID unless it’s an American ID or passport. Our friends agreed that if we had known they don’t accept it, we would have never came. They have forever lost our business.

This place was way better a 6 years ago,this place is joke now! the drinks were watered down,the staff are really rude, theyre security look weak and small and unprofessional.The security guard took my friends military ID and didnt give it back once when he visited. The V.I.P section is over priced.This place officially sucks now!!

REALIST REVIEW FROM A 18 YEAR OLD PRESPECTIVE..outta 5 i give it a 3.the line wasn as packed went on a friday. august10, round 11 ish. the Facility was as good as a club can get . Its HUGE ! And very great for photo taking. The service & security isnt as much to brag to brag about. But i Guess you gotta do what you gotta do. **hint hint* if ur under 21+ do not try to wash ur hands off or do anything stupid. they wil kick u out no questions asked. no warnings.There was only one room full but, it beat any club regardless because it was pretty packed. And the smoke made the club feel really energetic.THE CONS : the guy to girl ratio, um pretty bad. but if u have balls and can ask people to dance then this should be no problem. bad thing is the girls there were pretty shady. even the ugly ones.Girls there most 24-30 .OTHER CON : The MUSIC. wow. they were playing stuff back when my brother when was in high school? like they started playing back that thang up by juvenille? need i say more?yea enough said.I had fun. i recommend it if your their. i heard theres better there. ill try it 2013 spring break!

Club La Vela is overrated, nasty, and poorly managed... perhaps sad remains of what may have been a decent night club at one point. The bathrooms are disgusting and disheveled; the toilet seats fall off, and the doors dont close. This club only cares about how much money they can extract from anyone, but its obvious that very little money is invested to upkeep it or make it nice. During the winter months, they are extremely frugal! The heaters are there, but they wont turn them on, the drinks are always expensive, and the music selection sucks. These DJs they hire dont know how to work a crowd or play good dancing music. La Vela reminds me of an older woman, doing all she can to hold on to her youth, but the only thing left over is a give me your money and get the hell out of here attitude. Poor customer service, crappy overpriced drinks, expensive covers, nasty establishment, and bad DJs, truly express that message. I live here in PC, love to dance, but I would rather go elsewhere than to support such shabby business ethics. Club La Vela could be a sophisticated nightclub, but they rather be a tasteless greedy bar. To each his own I suppose, but La Vela is a major disappointment in night clubs.

If DJ Will is spinning, do not bother attending! Horrible DJ! Was really disappointed! Club is in a decent location but house music was being played in the hip hop section over and over.

Whenever I’m in Panama beach Florida visiting I always go to this club! If you like to party with friends while having a safe and amazing time this place is definitely the go to!

They charge $30 for being under 21 and tried to kick people out for accusing of them drinking when they arent. This place isnt worth it, its a horrible, disgusting, unprofessional, money taking club. I recommend you guys not to come here at all period.

Club La Vela is by far the best nightclub Ive ever been to thus far. The music is amazing. The concerts are dope. Pool parties are on point. I like to go on Friday and Saturday night! I took home eight girls in one night this past Saturday night at this magnificent place. I think I found my hotspot lol.

Will never go there again. Entrance was overpriced. Crappy customer service and some bartenders literally ignored you. Place is beautiful but the experience is not worth it.

Music is ok but could be better, djs dot know how to get the ladies hyped so girs usualy only dance with other girls instead of dudes, for the price you pay is not really worth it because the line is usually huge and almost impossible to get a drink there. over all its fun to go there one time and check it out but there is defiantly more clubs there and i recommend

This place was awesome. All the workers were nice and the bartender made excellent drinks. I was visiting from Mississippi, and this was the most fun i had on the whole trip.

Depending on the time of year, the entry fee is expensive. Some bartenders give you watered down drinks, others hit it right, others fill ya up. With an entry price of $50... I wouldnt go again.

Many happy memories from this place. Venue is huge and has a room to suit any mood. Its more of a club city than one big club and cant wait for it to reopen

Line was long, 35 to get in and it was dead asf mostly under 21 years old kids trying to use fake ids bouncers are rude asf some of my drinks taste like water and they are a Lil more costy then back in chatt but beach access is right beside the building which was a plus andthe best part of the night pool was closed early and dance floors was empty no-one dancing but music beats hard asf great sound system

Its funny how they protect minors from alcohol but not the guys sexually harassing them. Thanks again club la vela I see you guys dont care about the wellbeing of your customers but only in keeping that alcohol license.

The music was awful!. Played music from 5 years ago! , and they dont let you request a song Im pretty sure young people know more about music than the old djs in there The securities were rude and its over priced

Its a cool place. They have multiple rooms with different vibes. I also went for the pool during the day. It was really just free to get in and play around and the beach is just outside the pool.

I had a blast there I met a lot of new people and drank a lot I had so much fun I didnt want to leave but my girlfriend and I had to get back home we took a shower and went to bed after we had a little fun

I love the place they was a concert and I told them I would love to go but I cant walk up all them steps they said we will get you in and they let me in the side with the ramp everyone was the best

This places customer service was horrible and just tried taking my money. There was a show I was interested and they tried to charge me 30$ per person to grab a drink AFTER the fact that the show was over.

I love it Im so sad its closed bc thats why we visit every year but last year and this year we havent went to Panama city beach because theyre closed. Cant wait for them to open soon...we love this place please sincerely open soon 🤩🤩

Great place if you want to go hook up or just hang out and party. And the drinks arent too expensive and with 48 bars and 11 theme rooms its impossible not to have fun.

Different atmosphere thats for sure! Bar tenders not so friendly. Been coming here 15yrs and man have things changed this time around.

Well I havent been there in years but I know Ive partied with thousands while there great place hands down.

Used to be a cool place to party back in the day until it became a haven for drug dealers and pushers. Ruined it for me forever.

I love the concept of multiple rooms with different geaneras. This place is really big and their prizes are fair compared to other big city clubs.

Some of the worst customer service Ive seen anywhere. Security manager tries saying its private property so they can do whatever they want. Avoid at all costs. Check out Spinnakers or any other club instead.

The security was rude. I washed my hands and the stamp was clearly still on there, and they kicked me out because they said I was trying to wash the stamp off.

Horrible place DO NOT RECOMMENDED IT. They screw you out of money all the concerts start really late and only last 20 minutes and are all ages so if you feel like partying with a bunch of 8 year Olds cant drink where the concert actually is because all the kids staff is really rude all over horrible experience

Overpriced cover..... $35 over 21 and the parking lot was half empty. Boasted about 48 beer stations but only 2 clubs was open.

Went there with my wife n the middle of March. Ugly dirty place, garbage laying everywhere....payed 50$ for the entrance and left in 10 minutes

Over Priced !!! the outside look like an old warehouse made with plywood !! the time i went therethey had a cover charge of $50 just to walk in !! the drinks are not strong and they are very expensivejust go somewhere else PCB has more to offer.

Spring break was awesome there had reasonably priced drinks and had awesome time. High cover but was worth for staying there for 9 hours of partying!!!

This place is way overrated. Overpriced. Everyone are jerks here, especially the employees. Terrible atmosphere. The owner dates teenage girls.

I visit this club at 2001 we party I was the designated driver I got T shirt with La Vela the largest night club in US Panama city design on it Ive been stopped by people asking me really if Ive been there.

Ridiculous staff. Watched under age people be served alcohol and use fake IDs because they were being paid off. This place should be shut down.

GREAT venue but unless theres a well known band or DJ dont waste your time.

Before the City passed the Spring Break laws, this was THE hottest club in PCB. Now, it is way oversized and draws a bad crowd.

Absolute rip off, was $20 till 11 and the bouncers stopped the line at about 10 till 11 then they charged everybody $40 to get in because it was a minute past 11

It you really want to party club style then this is the place to go. They say its the biggest night club in the U.S. It has many different sections to this club.
