Its a convienant location. But they overprice everything. A single bic lighter...$5.99 😲 The store hours are so very minimal. Its not uncommon to find the doors locked or wait forever and no one appears from the back or wherever they went. But when your addicted to nicotine, you find yourself going in there anyways.

NEVER buy a cart battery from this place!!!! I bought one a week ago, and it stopped working. Went back, and the owner wouldnt even replace it. Any other smoke shop Ive been to replace it on the spot! Theyre super sketchy and dont care for the customers. They even tried to blame me for the battery not working even though I contacted the battery company, and they took the blame for the battery being defective. They take no accountability!!! Sucks because Ive been buying from here for years, but Im never going back!!!! Place is only good for wraps, but even then, the ones they sell are super stale!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I like this place. Selection is good and prices are fair. They also sell a good selection of clothes and hats on one side of the smoke shop. Check it out. The guy RJ that works there is helpful and friendly. Beats going to other smoke shops with some cranky old guy that is on the phone and talks to you like youre bugging him haha. I checked out a few smoke shops around this area. When I came here to PuffnUp, and met Ricky and John A. These guys are great, very helpful and happy to help. The selection is great and Ricky has good recommendations. With excellent service, good selection of juice and all the paraphernalia for your smoking needs in a one stop smoke shop. PuffnUp Smoke is where you should be shopping.

Very friendly people, but they never look out for their returning customers.Literally a few streets down i found The Grand Terrace Smoke Shop. Here they gladly gave me many options and even hooked me up far beyond my belief.If you guys are looking for the best prices along with customer servicing and an awesome staff. Look no further. Everything here is amazing and listed at a shocking but pleasant surprise. What do you have to lose ? But time and money if you go to Puffnup smoke. Or at least avoid the evening trips there. December of 2019 I started coming to this shop and I have never thought about going anywhere else ever since. The shop is always clean and beautiful. The amount of glass they have and all the amazing designs. They even have a glass piece that looks like a DNA molical and it spins around inside as its being used!!! Glass, posters, pipes, incense, weed, smokes, salts, juice, cigars, pop, candy, vapes, disposables, batteries, coils, pods, so many things!! IF they dont have what youre looking for ask, theres a great chance they can get it for you as well. The staff are amazing people and excellent at what they do. They treat you like family. These guys love their job and it shows. Growing up you were all told treat others with kindness and respect and they will show you the world or the saying treat others like you want to be treated. I can personally tell you that the staff here are 10000000% good people. Always smiling and cheerful, like I said they treat you like family. They love to meet new people. I brought a friend to the store and they are hooked to thos place too. Its a great place and every visit makes you want to come back again and again.

They had the vape tank glass that I couldn’t find anywhere else. They were also able to confirm stock over the phone instead of making me come in person and just take my chances. Ricky is the best! So very helpful over the phone and on person!

Garbage smoke shop. Need attitude adjustment!!!The clerk immediately got in my face about the You touch it you bought rule and did I read all the signage reflecting that? The only pack I touched I had all intention of purchasing. Since I am vertically challenged it would have been a lot better if he had said.. Can I show you something ? What do like to smoke?, How can I assist you today? but NO help from this guy. I couldnt get out quick enough and it will be a long time [if ever] b4 I go back.

Went to dinner locally and dropped my vape. Tank shattered, got bent. During meal I searched vape shops near. PuffnUp was top of the list. Just made it before closing and Manoz helped me. Needless to say, I used the tank fiasco to get a new kit. Ive been vaping now about 8 years. Manoz was very knowledgeable with his inventory which is surprisingly rare in the industry today. I made a deal with myself as I left. Im not in the valley too often, but when I am I will make a point to stop at PuffnUp for all my vaping needs

This place is great. They have a vide variety of REAL brands unlike some other places. And Jon the guy that’s always there is super nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this smoke shop over others!!

John was amazing! So helpful! Knowledgeable about the vape we purchased. He helped us with high altitude instructions and showed us how to fill the vape. I’m definitely coming back again! Best experience at a vape shop I’ve ever had!!

I hadn’t used my debit card in 2 months, I used it there once and the next day I had several fraudulent charges on Facebook, I don’t even have Facebook, I don’t know if the system is compromised or it’s the employee either way I’d never step a foot in this place again. Too bad it seemed like a nice place.

Ive bought a lot of things here, now buying mostly vapes. The staff is friendly and have a good stock. John always helps me find a new vape because im a crazy chain vaper lol.

Got a vapor here and was told they carried extra spare parts like the tanks and coils went 4 times amd they gave me differt answers as to why they didnt have any of it O its on order We will have that next week Then told me I did not buy my vapor there I was confused must have got it somewhere else and you can only buy this certain tank and coil online
