My boyfriend booked me a 90min massage 💆♀️ and a facial for my birthday. I must say this was the best birthday gift. The customer service was amazing I felt welcomed and I was taken care of. With COVID-19 social distancing was great & the facility was cleaned. My masseuse was Diamond, she was awesome!!! I will be booking another appointment soon.
My massage was great. The price was like sticker shock! The website said $75. Per hour. When checking out for my 1 hr massage it was $134! Then theres tipping!? First timers look close before checking in. Unlikely I will ever go back there.
Cheryl was extremely rude to me and practically racist as well!? She also cancelled my appointment out of nowhere, and my chronic back pain had to suffer for another day! Shame on you Cheryl.
I booked my wife for a 60 minute massage and 30 mins high tension relief that should be an hour and a half yet my wife was pushed out the door slightly over an hour after walking in. Tim the masseuse needs an entire pack of tic tacs and then they broke out with a price much higher than what it said when booking the appointment very disappointing first and probably last experience with massage envy i dont know how they are able to get away with such price gouging and poor quality of work. I would never recommend this place to anyone
I’ve had about 6 prenatal massages now and Nikki is fire!! She is very attentive to what I want done and seems to find every ache and pain I have. I will continue to go after I have my baby. Can’t wait to add some add-ons as well. Availability is never an issue and their prices are very reasonable with their membership especially.. Ask for Nikki!! She will not disappoint and thank you for always taking care of me to her and the whole staff!!
Peter is amazing - as many reviews here have stated. The staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient. The owner Johnathan is friendly and quick to try to make things right with customers.Anyone signing up for the massage envy membership should read the fine print and be aware: 1) you only have 60 days (90 if you ask nicely) to use any accumulated sessions after cancellation. 2) you can only gift 1 session to the same person every 6 months and 3) it’s $10 to gift a session 4) you can’t gift sessions after you cancel. From my perspective, these rules are not written in good faith. They are arbitrary and they (especially #1) leave a bad taste in my mouth. (That’s not specific this this establishment. These are Massage Envy rules. I should have read the fine print.)If you are always going to use your sessions as they post, I would recommend the membership. If there is a chance they will accumulate, I would not recommend the membership.
Overall was not a great experience. I walked in to check in for my appointment and was screamed at by some hysterical woman named Cheryl for arriving 2 minutes later than I was supposed to.
Jenna was fabulous. Worked on all the tight spots where I told her. I already scheduled with her in a couple weeks! Cant wait
I love going to this place, they do a great job every time I visit. However I was super disappointed that they couldn’t write down my scheduled appointment for today. It’s tough getting appointments at any massage envy. I had a time set for a noon massage, which was booked a month, but had to change it to a 10:30am two days ago because of my work schedule. No record that I was on for 10:30. Please make sure they record time and get email confirmation.
Horrible customer service. They cancelled massages that I had scheduled for my husband’s birthday a few hours before they were scheduled and refused to do anything to compensate for the significant inconvenience, not to mention the person on the phone was extremely rude when I called. They just kept saying “well, we’re not going to charge you for the massages today and you can reschedule for another date a month from now.” They had to cancel the massages because our therapist had a death in the family - totally understandable. I’m 100% okay with it being cancelled because of that and would not expect them to come to work with that kind of family emergency. The gal on the phone tried making it sound like I was blaming the therapist - I am/was not. This is no way the therapist’s fault and they’re not to blame. Businesses should take care of their employees AND their customers. They could have offered something small for the inconvenience they caused, and that would have gone a long way in showing that they care about their customer’s time and will take care of them when they cause a hiccup (ex: complementary aromatherapy, free facial, slightly extended massage time, etc.) This company/location will do the absolutely minimum they need to do to run their business and won’t keep the interest of their customers in mind no matter what the issue. A friend of mine also had a very poor experience with this location, I should have listened to them to begin with, but I wanted to give this location a chance. Sorry that I did. I’ll take my business elsewhere and recommend others to do the same.
Everyone Ive tried has been good, but Gary is amazing. Trigger point massage has been the best for treating my ailments. Hes very receptive to communication, and I always leave knowing my body is in a better place than when I brought it in.
I received a gift card from my daughter for my birthday. So I scheduled a facial online for the Massage Envy at Grandview Yard. Redid my whole work location and work day around this appointment I made. To arrive and be told I’m sorry but when you book online those appointments don’t always accept. I explained I rearranged my whole day for this and she did say I don’t recommend using the app to schedule, I said I didn’t I used your website. She proceeded to offer me an appointment at 2 or 3 today which was nice of her but does not work for me because I took this time off to get it done. Long story short. It’s very frustrating when you plan your whole day around an event to help relieve some stress and the event ends up causing so much more stress!
Ive always had a positive experience with Massage Envy. The therapists have been professional in my experience. I love Alexis at the Grandview location. Plan ahead because she is always booked for weeks out.
LMT Peter is absolutely amazing. I’ve had a LOT of massages over the years and his is the best I’ve ever had! He is very intuitive and doesn’t just go through the motions. Signed up for a membership solely because of him. A talent!
I received an amazing facial this past weekend at Massage Envy in Grandview. I dont get facials very often, but my skin looked so good when I left that I scheduled another one. The staff was so friendly and I sat in a tranquility room for a few minutes before heading back to the room. I highly recommend this spa to anyone!
Tim was incredible with the right amount of pressure, very courteous to what I needed and listened when I said either I needed more or less pressure in certain zones. Definitely a great asset to this location!
Terrible. Never any available appointments and when I contacted them via customer service she was intentionally rude to me and refused to give me a refund when my debit card was charged after I had told them for 3 straight months I wanted to cancel my membership. DO NOT ENROLL IN A MEMBERSHIP HERE as you will never be able to cancel it!
Top notch business in every way. The staff and management go all out to see that you are satisfied with any issue that may arise. Perfect atmosphere for total relaxation. No outside noises either. I really look forward to my monthly massages with Emily. She clearly understands your issues and works on the areas that you request. The staff is always very helpful. Thank you, Grandview!
Anya is wonderful and is an expert in deep tissue. The personnel at the front desk, however, are rude, unprofessional and extremely arrogant. The entire massage experience is ruined by their attitude. Five stars for Anya but zero for their front desk staff.
The massage was fine, dont get me wrong. But its way too expensive when there are much less expensive options out there. Subscribe to Groupon and Living Social and you can get massages for 30 bucks. This one was 49 for the first time, and I think 69 or more after. Or you can join the club and get them for 59 per massage but you have to commit to 12 months. They say they will waive the 49 fee...(!?!?!?) if you do it as your massage but why have a fee at all to pretty much guarantee your business for 12 months? I recommend 35 dollar massage of Columbus. Not as much ambiance but perfectly fine.
With a place like this it all just depends on what masseuse you get I guess. My girl left feeling great and rejuvenated but I personally left feeling normal lol. I paid for a full body 60 minute massage. My masseuse, nice guy, did focus on the areas that I wanted the most focus but after that everything else seemed rushed. He literally spent 30 seconds on each foot (which he covered with a sheet?). It felt more like a glorified lotion applier on my legs and arms I could’ve gotten that part for free at home lol.
Get a sandwich at Jasons and then have a massage. Best massage place in the City by far. Very spa-like atmosphere; feels very up-scale without the up-scale price. I recommend Emily highly, been going to her for almost a year. Also, you should finish your sandwich before getting your massage; its very hard to fit food through that head pillow thing.
Poor cancellation policy. It’s Covid and our son is sick with a fever and they will not waive my appt Vs charge me. I spend thousands there each year! Each Christmas I buy $800.00-$1200.00 in gift cards. Geez, this business needs to be more Accommodating during Covid! I am a mother of an 8 yr old I need to stay home with him today. Furthermore, Jonathan at the front desk has poor customer service skills. He is such a jerk.
Trouble service compared to all the other Massage Envy in the city! The manager is Morgel (What kind of name is that) has no respect for customers and doesn’t show any 5 star service like the rest of the Massage Envy’s offer!Cancelling my account! Starting my new year right!! Thanks for nothing Grandview Masaage Envy 🤬
Do yourself a favor and book Russell. He is a gem. He has fantastic intuition, a thorough knowledge of anatomy/physiology, and a concern to make you as comfortable as possible. A talented masseuse and I would go so far as to say gifted healer as well. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
Peter is the BEST. Nice atmosphere. Always clean and comfortable
This is by far the best Massage Envy I have been to. I got a deep tissue massage and was really sore the next day but the days following I felt a real sense of relief. My lower back started to feel a lot better than it had before.
My husband and I will never step foot in any Massage Envy again, let alone give them another penny. Twice they have not scheduled our couples massage appointment correctly so we wasted time driving there to find out it was a different day on the books...EVEN WHEN I VERBALLY CONFIRMED THIS BEFORE PUTTING IT IN MY PHONE!! Oh and please watch out for services/fees that have not been performed. They are ONLY supposed to charge the monthly membership fee monthly (up-front) yet when my husband transferred a Massage to me (a non-member) there’s a $10.75 charge that is supposed to be charged AFTER the service is completed. NOPE...they charge those up front without asking or acknowledging the fact. And when I wanted to speak to manager Kathleen Turner, who was the one who messed up our appointment for the second go-round, she left a super defensive voicemail for my husband saying she didn’t do anything wrong. I’m sorry...I’ve worked for this company years back and I have managed people and you just don’t act like that. Her tone was rude and nasty and I hope she’s reading this right now to gain a better perspective on how to act like a manager.
Love this Massage Envy! I have been quite a few times and see a different person every time. They have all been great! The staff is very profesional and the place is always clean. The prices are way better than the boutique spas and the services are just as good!
I have visited Massage Envy locations around the country during my business travel, but the Grandview location has the most courteous staff and talented therapists. My favorites are Emily and Ashley but I have never had an experience there that was less than spectacular.
Just had my first visit last weekend. Loved it! From start to finish - warm and welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. Todd gave an amazing massage! I will be back :-)
Great therapists and courteous staff. Ive been going for over a year. Only once in that period was therapist running a few minutes late - I was compensated with a free 1/2 hour upgrade. Overall a very excellent atmosphere.
Massage was just okay. Prices went way up since last time I had been. Wait time was longer and it cut into the massage time. Never received the 20 dollars off for buying a gift card.
I had the greatest facial at Grandview Yard! Julie was so kind and really educated me on my goals and what I should be doing on a daily basis. She got me using some new Murad products and I love them. She also started me on a plan for coming back on a regular basis. Thank you Julie!
I don’t like this location bc they are not clear about what I signed up for and now I get changed every month and can’t cancel my membership. Makes no sense ???? Felt like they tricked me. My massages are great though. Terrible management communication when I signed up for a membership
First time to this location. Everything was perfect. Professional staff. Clean. Good technology use. Jerry, my therapist, was perfect. Best massage I’ve ever received. Great experience overall.
I always have a great experience here. Ive seen several massage therapist during the 5 years Ive been going and have rarely left disappointed. Everyone is very polite and professional!
Nice front desk people and the aesthetician, Kate is fabulous. Downside, I’ve had trouble finding a good deep tissue massage therapist and seems like I have to book appointments weeks in advance to try to find one.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION, GO ELSEWHERE.My girlfriend and I scheduled a couples massage at this location 6 weeks in advance of our 1 year anniversary. We purchased a hotel nearby and had a whole evening set up and centered around our experience at Massage Envy.Upon arriving 20 minutes early as requested (to complete the necessary paperwork), we were told that the couples massage room was already booked and that our only option was to receive two separate individual massages. Men, you all know that when you woman has had her heart set on something for over 6 weeks and it all comes crashing down, its the freaking apocalypse. Throughout the next 10 minutes of conversation, we came to find that they have had an excessive amount of employee turnover (I can certainly see why after interacting with the owner which will come later in the story) and someone screwed up and double booked the room. Luckily for the other couple arrived 10 seconds before we did and were granted the room. They were rude and unforgiving about the situation, they chose to comp nothing and stated that we could reschedule if we wanted to. Well, sadly, thats not really an option as our Anniversary was TODAY and we planned this specifically for this occasion. The female worker with glasses and tattoos on her forearms was as cold as ice and didnt seem to care in the least bit that this event meant a lot to our special occasion. It was as if the customer was always wrong. I requested to speak with the manager and she was little to no help with the situation. We agreed to the separate massages (as it was a focal point in our Anniversary plans) but we were obviously agitated and couldnt enjoy them whatsoever, as you could imagine.Upon finishing the massages, I spoke with the two desk clerks at the front and stated that Id like them to hold my bill and Id be back in the office first thing Monday morning to discuss how this could be paid with the office manager; which they both agreed was acceptable. Two hours later I received a phone call from a man (who I later found out was the owner) who immediately began to berate me stating that we arrived late so they gave our spot to someone else and that if we didnt pay by noon the next day hed take legal action. Needless to say, I hung-up on him. WOW. We arrived late so you gave up our spot? Sorry guy, but dont try to save face on this. All of your employees had already admitted that there was a screw-up in the scheduling and you double booked the rooms, an error on YOUR end. Sorry, WRONG, but nice try. Id expect a conversation like this from an entry level employee, but the owner? WOW. Way to check your facts and genuinely look into the situation and care about your customers.I called the following day and settled the bill (which they, YES, still charged me IN FULL for) with a woman named Kristen. Kristen seemed like the most competent of the bunch that I had interacted with and she looked in to our situation...She admitted to me that I had booked the couples room 46 days in advance and the other group that was scheduled booked it 23 days in advance....HOW?! WHAT?! WHY?! Who knows how this could happen or why they were granted the room instead of us but...Its not surprising I guess after seeing how this all transpired... She told me shed look into it further and get back to me with what she could do to make it right. SHOCKING. I never heard back from Kristen after that day either.....Needless to say, if you value your relationships, significant others, special occasions, etc. GO ELSEWHERE. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO RECEIVE THE KIND OF RELAXING TREATMENT YOUD PREFER ON YOUR SPECIAL DAY...or any day for that matter...Spend a few extra dollars and go the the Wood House Day Spa or somewhere else that truly cares about your experience and wont disregard when they screw up your special occasion.
My masseuse was very kind but didn’t work below my shoulders. I paid for an hour session and only had my neck, arms and shoulders worked on. Lovely place but didn’t get my money’s worth.
Massage Envy Grandview is the place to go if you are looking for a clean spa with professional staff. They have the best physical therapists in town and Ive never walked away disappointed. I highly recommend it.
The environment and staff were excellent and make you feel relaxed from the minute you walk in to the time you leave.Brittany Kirby is great!! I would recommend her to anyone!
Called to cancel an appointment Friday at 4:30 pm to cancel an appointment for the next day at 8 am. Had this scheduled for at least 2-3 weeks. Will never use this location again.
I had a great 90 min massage from Diamond and felt so relaxed afterwards! I definitely recommend her.
Great service if you get a good therapist. Sad my favorite left, can be hit or miss since each one is good at their own things and not so much with other areas.overall love my membership
Bought a craftsman lawnmower with a 3 year warranty, blade got bent, took it back and they sent it out for repairs and will call me when its done. Process took 5-10 minutes.
I always recommend getting a massage once and a while. This is my massage spot. Always professional and courteous and I always look forward to going there
The staff is friendly and very helpful. The therapist are very considerate and caring of our needs. I highly recommend this location for you therapeutic needs.
Dimitri Does An Excellent JobAll The Staff Is Very Friendly And Helpful.

I just received the best massage I have ever had in my life!! I cant wait to go back!
Great place for a therapeutic message. Everyone is professional and high trained
It’s jipped, they wouldn’t let me used previously purchased massages because I cancelled my account. It’s a waste of money
Really liked this place great message!!! :) great prices will definitely go back again! Relaxing experience
